This has become an every year thing. Knowing that we need to remind each other every year and be extra careful.
I never heard of such a thing. Marking my calendar of the day NOT to go.
I'm waiting on National Pussy Day, oh yea LOL.

I assume this means BP is under fire again.

I assume this means BP is under fire again.[/QUOTE]Reading the article the inference is that a significant proportion of escorts are coerced into prostitution.
An image of a worried LEO, fretting at the corruption of helpless young women throughout the state.
The reality. The important but minor issue of trafficking is a cover for further attacks on Backpage.
Law enforcement, and the sheriff of Cook county, won't rest until BP is shut down.
I believe that sex trafficking, regarless of it's magnitude, is a serious issue. It's a national issue and happens here. Organizations use statistics that confirm what they already believe so you have to be skeptical all the time. Nevertheless, it's clear that woman are being forced into the sex trade against their will. Backpage is in the same boat Craigslist found itself a few years ago.

Honey that's a scam site. They simply republish escort ads hoping to extort the lady to have the ad removed.

I don't think there is an intent to blackmail the provider for the purpose of getting the ad removed.

The only thing Escortpolice is good for is collecting photos for me during research. Hell, Escorting is still perfectly legal here in SC, prostitution isn't.
