Anyone been there? I'm thinking about going but wanted to hear some reviews first so I know what to expect.

Stopped in touch of mink the other day and I'll admit that the girls are pretty nice. I went to the back and talked to one of them and she was explaining how it works and I clearly didn't come prepared and was not about to use plastic, so I left. I haven't stopped thinking about it though wondering just how good it is. Anyone been there recently? It seams as is it is just a very expensive strip club.

I've noticed on BP that there are two new AMPs opened up in Iowa City; one on 601 HollyWood Bilvd, another on 913 22nd Ave, Coralville. Anyone have any intel about these places yet?

Hopefully the increased competition will open services up a bit more.

I've read on BP that this place is closing March 15th. Any one have the whole story on why they are closing? And, are they going to try to reopen somewhere else? I've read a couple of reviews on them, and I think I will try them before they close. Sounds like they have really changed.

Haven't went yet just because I'm not sure what you can get there.

Seems like the standard is a nude massage with DIY and others saying they got a he. I've read some reports of more being offered, but that it was more of an upsell tactic and no one really getting FS or BJ. I never took the chance but if they reopen I might.

I was in the Iowa City area today and drove by the Touch of Mink place and, WHOA! The building is gone! I know that place has been there for many years, and it finally is gone! I've had a dozen or so memories there, will miss those days. The older days were better, though, and I will add I didn't get to try the last owner (s). Well, onto other places to try. Well, I was looking on BP and spotted a new place on 1st ave, so I noticed no recent reviews, and decided to TOFTT. Parking was limited but was easy to find a spot. Not private, there is a pizza place next to it, and a couple of other businesses on the other side of the pizza place. So I went inside, there was two gals there, both very young 20's, and good looking. Paid for an hr, since I was in need of a good massage. I wasn't expecting any extras, since the girl I got was so young. The place is not looking too professional though. I paid the fee, and she pointed me to the room, right next to the outside! There were also windows that had blinds and curtains both, you could hear people outside. I undressed, laid down on the table, no towel, and she soon came in. (Just had a curtain on the entrance to the room). She started with a towel over my back, that's when my hopes died, so I just reminded myself I was in need of a good massage. She did some good massaging on my back and legs, moving the towel over where she was massaging. After a short while, she totally removed the towel, and proceeded with oil. I still wasn't expecting more, just enjoyed her very good massage. She spent a lot of time working on my back, shoulders and neck, then moved to my legs. After she worked my legs good, she started on my inner thighs, worked them a while, then the very slow teasing started! Anyway, I enjoyed the massage, and I also left happy! Been following the forum for awhile now but just signed up to share my experiences. Can verify north liberty and 1st ave, both gave good massages and left happy for the normal rate of 6 and a tip. Tried the new one off of hwy 6 and had an ok massage with diy.

Been following the reports for a few months now and decided to join and let everyone know my experiences. I have ben to the north liberty AMP 3 times now. Each time I had Amy. I saw on rubmaps that they are now close. I hope that isn't true but if it is I will have to try out some new places. My first time there was my first AMP experience so I was nervouse. Amy came out and I walked down the hallway before she came out and she rushed me back to the front and said she would be out shortly. A man walked out head down and I followed her back. I decided to do an hour so I had enough time to play for my first time hoping I'd get FS out of ignorance LOL. I nervously stripped nude and she asked if I was ready before I was on the table. I said yes anyways so she could see me nude. I got down and enjoyed a half ass rub. The flip made me nervouse. She questioned my age because I am in college. SHe was very hesitant in giving HJ but did after I explained I was of age. I walked out happy. Next 2 times I went 30 min. She remembered me and did a great job. She let me explore her body and said she would have a new girl coming in soon. Was going to go back and see how new girl did but are they closed? If so any suggestions?

First time poster. I'm new to the AMP scene.

I scoped out the place on Hollywood once and saw a cute masseuse. I had to leave that day but told myself I'd return. I did the next week and it was lame. Masseuse was really cute slim young Asian with a beautiful smile. But, she kept towel on the whole time, massage was just so-so, kept towel on during the turn. 30 min session for. 4 was the worst. Then she wanted a tip. I wanted to tell her to provide HE as her tip, but left saying I have no more cash. Got a bottle of water out of it.

Benton place: Older less than attractive Asian lady wearing shorts. Invited me in and started feeling my butt as I walked in. I asked her if there were other girls (maybe a rookie mistake) and she said no. She escorted me to a room, started playing music, told me to change and lie down. She spoke almost no English. I got the 1 hour for. 65 (since I had some time to kill.

Pretty disappointed with overall experiences so far in Iowa City!
