When I first started out, I tipped anywhere from 100-150, depending on the girl, her demands, and her performance. I don't know if it will ever go higher as Hawaii rates are in line with mainland. We used to be more expensive.
Do you know who actually standardized the 150 rate? Remember 7th Heaven above Exotic Nights back in 1996-1997?
