So, I have been pondering this idea for some time. I'm all for it, as seems to be the consensus.
(1) Create a better search and / or index function for your premium members. Maybe even something as simple as clicking on the user name to see previous posts. All of the member's reviews (either about a provider or authored by a gent) will be accessible. This would be really helpful for all of our traveling members; it can be tedious to search for info sometimes.
(2) Consider increasing your server storage (sorry, I'm not a techy) so that videos can be uploaded. Only premium members could access the videos. Providers could post their own videos, mongers can post their videos from a session, etc. Seriously. Dudes LOVE video. Dudes will pay for video. You can charge for access per video ($2 will unlock Molly's Raunchy in Reno video permanently, or $20 per month will unlock all videos).
(3) Create a 'review template'. This doesn't even have to be exclusive to premium members. It can just be a way to include all the pertinent info that mongers like to know about.
(4) Ad posting guidelines. We already have a 'one ad per day rule'. Premium members could have unlimited ad posting rights, and their ad posts could be posted instantaneously (no moderation. Hey A2 that saves you work!) Or, for the ones who 'copy and paste' the same ad, you could have a 'bump to the top' option for premium members.
(5) Photo verification. This may be a bit too much added work for you, A2. Monger reviews should be able to tell you if posted pics are accurate. But, for a brand new provider, this may be a great way to verify they aren't misrepresenting themselves.
(6) Separate hobbyist / provider only forums for premium members. This would help keep the white-knighting off the main boards, and can be a helpful place for info distribution.
(7) Premium Member Spotlights. This can be used as a reward for loyalty to the premium part of the site. Either focus on one monger / provider each month, or have a voting system to help decide who wins the honor.
(8) Premium Provider Banner Rotation. Rotate the pics of local premium providers across the top of all pages of their local forum.
(9) Have an 'available now' button for both providers and mongers.
(10) Create premium sections for fetishes, teens, watersports, and any other 'hot topics'.
(11) Chat module. While I think this is a great idea, I'm not so sure it will be used enough to justify the start-up cost. Other hobby sites with chat functions have little to no activity in their chat rooms the majority of the time (at least in my opinion).
(12) This may be a bit too much, but consider having an online 'pay' system. Lots of times guys have trouble securing and hiding hobby funds from their SO. If there was a way to charge them anywhere from $5-$50 per month, recurring, for an online subscription to 'ESPN worldwide sports digest' or to 'the Farmer's Almanac', that money could be their 'hobby savings account' and can be used to pay providers (with an appropriate surcharge for the site).
These ideas are mainly features from the numerous other hobby sites I have used. But, the more perks there are for premium membership, the more likely you will have customers willing to pay for the premium service.

I thought I'd move this conversation to the Octagon before it gets argumentive. Sex providers are not always what we expect when the door opens, right? Men who pay for sex, however, are all "GQ model material" with abs of steel. The next time you schedule an appointment with a provider and you're disappointed in appearances (much older, heavier, not so pretty, etc)., should you turn and run or give her a chance to provide her best to you? I don't want to identify who suggested it because I just want opinions uncolored by personality. Somebody suggested adding a "Help Wanted" thread. Essentially this would be a thread for guys to post specific stuff they are looking for and the ladies who wish to provide it could respond either in the thread or through PM's.
Way back when Jax started this forum there weren't any chicks on it and most requests like this were from lonely guys looking for girlfriends so he disallowed it. You can still kind of do it by saying "does anybody know a provider that does X?" But you're soliciting info from the guys that know the providers not just the chicks.
This would be different in the sense that you could just post "I'm looking for three chicks over 6' tall that like water sports." Even though I'm in Cleveland.Verification is something we are thinking about. I read a lot of posts from you guys about BP so we know it's an issue. As far as the forum is concerned, I use chrome when I work so I'm already right clicking on new pics on new ads. If they come back as some internet model I delete the ad. We have some other ideas for our new site that we want to implement as well. I don't think anybody can ever make this bulletproof but our intention is to try. Since they don't at all right now I think it will make a superior product. Time will tell if the market likes it. We aren't looking to get a million ads, we are looking to get good ads and combine that with a great review site.

If I happened to be in your shoes, I would take a good look at either Stripe or Braintree Payments.
I believe that Braintree handles the payments for village voice (backpage).

The one thing that you'll have to be on the lookout for are chargebacks -- I've heard that backpage has a chargeback rate of somewhere around 13-17% each month...and at $25-75 per pop from the processor, that tends to make margins very, very thin.

We aren't going into this business to make a fortune for card processors.I don't think that anyone does, but this type of 'business' is considered high risk, and high risk == more money sucked out of your account if you go at this in a legitimate fashion.
Back when I worked at $ADULT_COMPANY, we started off at $.75 per authorization and then they processors took 10.9% of every transaction, but by the time I left, I believe we had that moved down to $.35 per auth and 5.9% of every transaction, keeping 10% of our sales in a rolling reserve for chargebacks. Then again, this was the early 2000's, so a lot has changed since then, but adult processing is still a fustercluck.

What would you do?First of all, I'm sorry you had to go through this experience with this client. As a monger, I'm selective as to whom I see. As a provider, you have the same right. I'm not exactly svelte, but I do pride myself in being clean.
Secondly, I can only imagine that his diet is not intestine friendly. Therefore, creating less than an ideal situation for keeping the pelvic area fresh, unless he is adamant about washing his genitalia and bung hole region. As far as the odor is concerned, he is most likely accustomed to the smell. Think about someone who lives with pets or who bathes in cologne / perfume. Your olfactory senses become familiar with a repetitive smell. Same situation with a swine / bovine rancher. It doesn't smell like shit, it smells like money.

They will get the point right away and yet you still have a repeat client because you were nice. Anything to get him to leave.
Why take it on yourself, and not tell the guy he's a stinking piece of crap? Because of the potential for the guy to have a mental problem, you don't know if he's sane or if he's potso, and something like that might set him off. Its like using dynamite. If you get a stick, and it has little beads of sweat on the outside, very carefully put it down and get the hell away from it. Rubbing alcohol is a second alternative as well if you've showered the night before and offers the guarantee that someone is medical grade stainless clean at that point.

There is a provider that has advertised both here and on backpage that once there was activity down below, the smell from activity came from her, not the guy that was a last time venture. No way in hell the provider isn't aware of that situation. No way.
The moment was so disturbing that even clothespins or loss of smell will offer a return. Body chemistry I'm sure is to blame for the moment and I couldn't begin to describe the moment other than we all know what the term fish pond implies.
Thank goodness the vast majority never have these issues. It's all about taking care of yourself, dietary habits, hydration daily.

I've ran into this "issue" a few times, today was so bad I literally threw up. I know other providers have ran into at least one guy with "stank-ass-balls".
The client was obese, and it was hard to perform oral as his stomach was in the way. I felt uncomfortable lifting it up to keep my forehead from slamming into it, I wasn't sure what to do. BUT, before I could even troubleshoot the penis access issue, I had to deal with the odor. I'm not exaggerating. I was about 3' away and could smell ass, as in shitty ass...ass.

For starters, most mongers when going for in or out call expect the provider to be clean or at least I do. I don't think it should be at all different for mongers to give the same respect to the provider.

Secondly, I think it extremely disrespectful for a monger to expect a dream from a provider when he has stanky butt or balls or any sort of stank. Providers are still human beings and not just random objects. They should be treated as such with some respect.

There are ladies I've seen once there are ladies I've seen multiple times. I'm just wondering if a guy Pm's you and you see his post numbers can't you get some idea if he is a good apple or bad? I'm not talking about somebody with a few post regular member maybe a senior member with say 100 post or more just to throw a number out there, then if a girl doesn't want to give a reference or you can't get in touch with the mongers reference it would at least give you some idea who you are dealing with.
Just throwing this out there because it seems like every few months girls giving out references is brought up, like Ms Blake said she is busy in her salon and sometimes can't get right back to whoever is asking for references, the reference might be busy doing something in her own life that answering that text or phone call might not work. The guys have it easy we just post on here the good or bad and if its bad we always end it with YMMV, and even if a girl gets a bad review somebody will chime in on their experience which was better driving every bodies curiosity up about the girl therefore giving here a spike in buisness. When ever it's a member I always by pass the references and go straight to there profile. It's so much easier and I can get a better idea of what the gentlemen is like. Usually I also give my reference (s) at the same time. Now if the references don't get back to the provider in time, she always has the option to check the profile of the monger in question, just like HuntLadys says. Another thing you can do beyond checking post counts is to check the review posts of the guy and see if providers post responses. You don't have to sift through the entire thread. Just click on "view posts" and if you click on the actual post from there, any response is usually within a day or two of the review. I may not (yet) be a senior member, but I already have several responses from providers to my reviews in my post history. This is, IMO, another good back-up way to see if the potential client is legit. I always appreciate those ladies who provide responses to their reviews. It really is just great customer service AND it gives other providers a solid resource for reference needs.
Not only is PM a good way to do a reference check on the gentlemen from this site who are requesting dates but you can also check out the demeanor of the person requesting the date as well. I am a no drama type provider so if I see that you like to stir it up and cause trouble on this site, then I probably am not likely to accept a date with you. Unless of course it's a domination session where I will gently punish you for your bad boy ways (smile). Reference checks are good for two things 1) making sure the person isn't LE and 2) checking to see if the gentlemen was actually a gentlemen with previous providers. However, just because someone was a gentlemen with another provider that doesn't mean that he will be with you. Being cautious is a must, when one becomes complacent that is usually when trouble sneaks through the door. There is a certain level of being able to read a person and pick up on what your instincts are telling you about someone that will take you a long way in this business. If a provider isn't legit her existence in this community will not last long, same is true for the gentlemen, only the true gentlemen will make it through for the long haul.

I am going to comment, but I want Dawn and everyone here to know that I am on Dawn's side in a matter like this. I do have a tendency to be a voice of reason in some circumstances, however.
Dawn, I'm hoping that before you made this comment that you did a really thorough background check on this guy and this dirtbag doesn't happen to be an ex-seal with a mental problem, because if he is, or is one of the thousands of guys who do have skills, your "most likely kick his ass" might not turn out so good.

Unfortunately what dawn is experiencing is too commonly a problem they think because they are willing to pay it merits certain types of behaviours and just plain nastyness as providers we should have each others backs and work together we are a sisterhood and I'd hate to see any of my sisters on the 10 news due to some reckless and dangerous pos I am truly thankful to those that do give references (summer sandy molly sassy dawn) and dissapointed in those who do not because they had a slow day and bargain to get the appointment instead of who it was intended for (you know who you are) please ladies always work together and be dilligent one day you may need a reference always pay it forward be safe and be smart.

Not only is PM a good way to do a reference check on the gentlemen from this site who are requesting dates but you can also check out the demeanor of the person requesting the date as well. I am a no drama type provider so if I see that you like to stir it up and cause trouble on this site, then I probably am not likely to accept a date with you. Unless of course it's a domination session where I will gently punish you for your bad boy ways (smile). Reference checks are good for two things 1) making sure the person isn't LE and 2) checking to see if the gentlemen was actually a gentlemen with previous providers. Being cautious is a must, when one becomes complacent that is usually when trouble sneaks through the door. Search on ebay for "camera tripod" and you can find one for less than $20, do another search on ebay for "cell phone tripod adapter" and you can find a universal fit one for between $5 to $10 dollars.
You could also ask Mongers to take pictures of you before the start of your sessions, you are already Dolled up for the appointment, what better time than then? Have them use your camera or phone, so you keep the pictures under your control...just think about the shots you want to take before the encounter. It might even be great foreplay.

We are pretty sure we are going to be letting you guys post whatever fucking ads you want. However this is IMPORTANT unlike here, you can't talk about pricing there. The credit card processors go crazy about that.

While we are going to run it free for the first month at least and I'm not 100% sure what the final number is going to be but Jax and I are 99% sure this is going to be the price point. $5.00 a month per city, may per two or three cities for a text only ad, and 10 bucks a month for an ad with a photo array. There will be other additional features you can pay for (video, premium placement, we are working on a verification thing, auto-reposting ect.) but an ad with some pics is gonna be around 10 bucks a month. Since those other guys are charging 10 bucks a week, we figure this is cheap. As a matter of fact, given the number of guys we have here we pretty much figure that anybody that won't pay 10 bucks a month to advertise here can pretty much kiss our asses. You might want to run down to Wally World and get one of those preloaded visa cards so you can pay without leaving trails.
Anyway, at this point we would just like you guys to go an post ads, see what the ads look like, make sure everything that we have turned on now works.

Posted a test of the site in ISO section -.
From looking at the preview box everything looked good, and was nice and simple and intuitive to use. Only thing that might need tweaking is the BlockQuote part. All it did in the preview section was indent, didn't give any other indication that you were quoting something. Once the final ad posts I'll see if that was just a preview only thing, or if it may need to be altered somehow in the editor.
Of course, blockquoting isn't likely to be too used in an ad, but you wanted tests, so I tested.
Otherwise so far I like it. No ads posted up in the Cincy section at all so can't really comment on how things look from an ad perspective.

I misunderstood the boss. The log in script isn't finished yet. He was saying that people could register. I would prefer you guys NOT do that because we really want to sync the log in from here to there first. Most who know me, know I am blind in my right eye. When one is outside and takes a photo in the sun, without wearing sunglasses, the sun usually blinds them and it results in squinting.

Rare appearance to the octagon.
I've been informed that a few guys have been chit chatting about my photos. Apparently they're concerned as to if I'm on drugs. Instead of asking me, they wanted to gossip. Completely fine, but make sure you're right before making assumptions. .
Most who know me, know I am blind in my right eye. When one is outside and takes a photo in the sun, without wearing sunglasses, the sun usually blinds them and it results in squinting.
I've worked very hard these past 8 months and I definitely drug free. In fact, I'm working on obtaining a drug counseling certification program. I want to mentor. So, why would I be doing drugs? Really,

I don't know if the conversation was posted about, because I am too busy to read the board and posts. I only know what my inbox gets.
I am very pretty, very toned and I have one of the best bodies in the area. I work out, I partake in marital arts, I have two kids, I'm a nursing student and I'm working on becoming a drug counselor. I've no time to partake in the party scene and turn down a lot of offers for such activity. Many know this.
A few opinions of me matter none.
Be a gentleman when approaching me about such stuff, or else I'll give the same respect you gave me when contacting me. I've no tolerance for a guy being anything less than a gentleman.

I'm very exclusive and some I've seen once. They don't know me not anything about my life.

You started your rant off by saying "I've been informed" so it seems to me that somebody told you about the alleged drug use rumors, if that is true the person that told you about the rumors should look at themselves and maybe ask why would I upset a friend. This has obviously upset you and I can see why it would, I read USASG everyday 3-4 times a day I have never heard or read anything negative about you, so where did your informer hear it? I'm not saying this person is a liar or a shit starter just saying I've never heard such rumors and if a rumor was out about you being a drug user these guys certainly won't hide it or sugar coat it just ask Lil bit from Covington ky and the multitude of girls that have been outed for drug use. I really and truley think your reputation on this board is very safe. So don't worry your pretty little head over this small stuff you are one of the few girls that have a big picture, just concentrate on that. HL29.

I have to clear this up. I wrote Dawn a PM telling her that I thought photo #4 was not doing her justice as compared to her other photos. A couple of friends who were looking at it with me agreed that the PHOTO was not flattering and made her LOOK like she might be on something. The comment was about the photo. If you compare that photo to all other face-showing photos of Dawn, then you can see what I mean. And what was meant as a suggestion, not an accusation. This was done in PRIVATE - a PM and NOT posted on the open forum. (The way a gentleman would do it.) I've been with Dawn a couple of times and know her high standards.
To my knowledge there has never been a negative post about Dawn on the forums. For one good reason. Nothing negative to share.

Both are great girls. Sasha is the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

This is not by any means over.I originally got the story off the web and it was only about four sentences with one comment from a neighbor to the hotel saying it didn't have a bad or seedy reputation. After seeing a video with the Norwood mayor and a law enforcement person who looked about 12 years old talking, they specifically talked about the girls working in the hotel. Sometimes drugs and prostitution go hand-in-hand. Hope the girls who service us are able to find a decent place that draws less attention.

Came down to an argument of gas? Really - 10 bucks will get you anywhere in Cincy from anywhere else in Cincy unless you drive a real gas guzzler. I offered to pay a bit extra for the gas.

I could go with one of my regulars, who I do love, but when you had your mind set on one look, and can't get it, it changes things a bit.

I've yet to ever see much "point" to many of these posts. That's what rants and raves are. A place to simply *****.
If I see this person, I will at that point submit a review, including details on the difficulty of seeing them, and it will go to the appropriate thread.
For instance the Friday night incident I will be writing a review on, possibly today when I find time to do it properly. It will include some of the great stuff, but also the ridiculous hassle involved with seeing that provider, at which point people can make the judgment call on whether or not that provider is worth seeing.
Ranting and Raving in general serves very little purpose other than to simply vent. Hence why this thread was created. Reviews provide feedback to people to help make up their mind. This particular story from Saturday night is ongoing as I've reached out to the manager to find out if anything can be done today now that it's a new day. Maybe gas isn't as expensive for the person today and they actually want to make some money. We'll see, and if so I'll provide a review.

Izze Is apparently going back to KY tomorrow. Has only had one customer today and can't even pay for the room. Most things are available in this for the right price and depending on the activity as you pointed out picking out the right persons with quality backgrounds is critical. I have no use for him as I know too much about him so his about face and bragging how he allegedly is disgusted by anyone who does BBFS and how it endangers the community then turns around and advertises it's availability after stating previously that no woman who worked for him would do so long if they did it, makes me distrust him even more. It's been a while since I've been in town. No biggie, right?
My normal provider is out of service for a little bit. Looked on my usual suspects (BP / here / oThER) for something that would catch my eye. Found someone young, with the right look who caught my eye.
I mentioned to her in my initial text that I'm not a smoker and I'm really sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke. Some providers are really good about this -- others, not so much.
What's normally a outcall to my hotel ended up:
12:00: Me texting her: "Let me know what time you're swinging by. ".
12:01: Her: "I'm leaving now. ".
Ok. I'll go and hop in the shower, so that I don't smell like day old nerd when she comes over.
12:30: Me: "Just hopped out of the shower, see you soon. ".
Shave, smell decent. And wait.
1:45: Her: "Call me. ".
1:46: I call her. No answer.
1:51: I call her. No answer.
1:56: I call her. No answer.
2:01: I call her. No answer.
2:01: Me: "I've tried calling. Call me whenever, I need to do some work. ".
Fast forward until 3:00. She finally calls me back, says that she's got some issue and can't make it to me. Asks if I can come out her way.
Generally speaking, incalls aren't really my thing. Between me being in a place with a high threat level, not having a decent exit strategy, or just the shit-ton of unknowns in the game, I'd rather roll the dice with someone heading my way (I've only really been stiffed once in the four or so years that I've been doing this) than me reversing the roles. I'm ok with grabbing them from their place and heading back down to my place. Anyway. I put this chick in my rental. And smoke. It's horrible.
Ultimately, I apologize for wasting her time, tell her that this just wasn't a good match for us, and return her to her place. As she's getting out, she has a bit of a spaz attack when she notices my eyes looking at her visible indications of heroin use. She's since dropped her BP ad and I didn't see her advertise on USASG. And now it's almost 4 and I'm still looking for something fun to get into.
My humble request to the ladies: If you smoke, and you have a guy who doesn't, please let him know so that he can make an informed decision as to partake. I'd joke about there being non-smoking providers (I think I only know of one who's around USASG), but, knowledge is power.
Finally, the heroin problem's gotten a fuck-ton worse since I've been in Cincinnati. I had an UTR girl who got hooked on it from CL and I refuse to see her. And while I'd love to joke around and say that I'll never see a chick who's on drugs, sometimes the coke turns a meh experience until a ball-draining cornucopia of fun (note: I didn't say meth experience). I just stay from the destruction drugs -- meth, heroin, crack -- because it generally seems like once those girls go down that road, they'll never come back unless they're in a box or behind bars (and yes, there's a funny story behind that as well; if you ever see me at a bar, ask me about the time I blew $5 K on getting a chick out of jail and how she got locked back up before the weekend was over.).
I guess this did go kind of long.
