occourts.org shows that two of them plead guilty to charges, both got 54 days. The third, with pimping and other charges got 180 days, and 3 years formal probation.

HX is a little bit tougher nut to crack. Some ladies won't see someone with 0 in person trust connections from another lady, others will see newbies.

The ladies don't advertise which exact city they are in, so enforcement could be a bit more challenging as LE would need to work with cooperating neighboring agencies.

Basically, I'd say its too much effort with little payback for LE. I'd say something like one of the escort malls might be a bit easier.

The messed up thing here is that before letting you in, APs PO would ask you whether or not you were 5.0 or not. Kinda odd but now I guess that they knew they were being trailed...
