Had some time to kill on that side of town so I swung by the Sin. Saw a couple WSW w / short skirts. One might have been Lazy Brandy but I did not get a real good look. She was very curvy w / real long blonde hair. The kicker was her dress was so short and tight she showed her ass from every angle every time she moved. It was pretty funny. She went to get some stuff out of the back seat of a nice Cadi and showed the whole moon. LOL! I may have to got back w / a camera someday to get some action shots.
Anyway she had more than one handler and I suspect the Cadi w the 20inch dubs was theirs. That kind of bling on a pretty new expensive car is bad news.

The weekend was a treasure trove of activity, the most I've seen in months. I guess the better weather inspired the ladies.
Admiral between Memorial and Sheridan was buzzing Saturday night. If you like BSW it was your night. I saw at least 4 different ladies. They were all over the rating scale, but none were horrible and none were knockouts.
At least three pick-ups happened before I could I'd the WSW well enough to let you guys in on the details. I can't believe my timing, but I'm thinking they were all three different. One brunette, one long-haired blonde and one medium-length dirty blonde. The long-haired blonde was the least desirable and the brunette was (likely) the spinner-type that I see walking a lot.
The Days Inn was hopping with activity, including what had to have been a couple of BP ladies with their pimps. One was as fine a gal as I've seen out in many months. Tall, slender, black hair with a helluva set of hips. However, the tall, athletic black pimp was eyeballing every car that drove by. He left the scene for a bit but was back on my next tour through the parking lot (yes, I was surveying the scene like you wouldn't believe). She was in a sweat suit that really showed off her figure. Pretty face, without the "crack eyes" a few have.
At least two other dealers or pimps were working the parking lot. As was a security officer working for the restaurant (IHOP, right? Brain spasm) who was all over the place, but doing nothing but being seen.
Next door to the Days Inn is a Super 8 that had two chunky brunette ladies standing by a security door they had propped open. They were smoking, checking phones and surveying the parking lot with anticipation of their next hook up, probably on the phone with the gentleman and "talking him in." They were middle-of-the-pack on looks sporting skirts and cotton shirts with heels, but that's a step up from the usual fair.
Cars were all over the parking lot and quite a few families were pulling in to go to their rooms. I left for the Whataburger region on Memorial. What a zoo! The nutcase on the Clear Channel tower has caused the parking lot to be cordoned off and there was LEO all over the place. Taking the back entrance there were all sorts of likely candidates out with their handlers. Its funny. The walkers I see going solo make obvious eye contact, but it was the handlers / pimps who were doing the work last night.
All of this after / around midnight.
I reprised the tour this morning before noon and added in a run down Apache by the Dash Inn. Nothing up north, but the Days Inn was happening. I headed to East Tulsa for tacos for lunch and spied (for the first time in months) a fine, petite brunette WSW hanging out near the Subway at Garnett / 11th. She was working the phone hard when I toured the lot on pass #1. She was still talking but had her head on a swivel when I came back around. I pulled in to a parking slot just down from her and she headed my way. I'm guessing 5-6 x 110, short skirt and flip-flops (shoe of choice, its seems) with a pretty face and no signs of "issues" (no crazy crack eyes, no scars on the arms and not carrying smokes). She stepped off of the curb towards my car when the Subway manager stepped out to smoke. She pivoted on a dime and went back to where she had been leaning. She acted like she was playing with the phone and nodded her head towards the manager. Given that I've not seen action there in forever I'm betting the business ran them off last spring and she's trying to return "on the sly".
I gave a hearty nod and put the car in gear. As I drove by I rolled down the window and said,"see you very soon" and she smiled, again nodding her head towards the smoking manager and rolling her eyes. Close, no cigar.
The hottie at the Days Inn was out with her pimp and a buddy when I drove back through. He was not letting her do her thing by herself. I suggest BP for her, and here's why: as I was passing her perch on the ledge outside an open door and she was talking on the phone, a door opened to a car as a white gentleman stepped out on the phone. She waved at him and put her phone away. I was getting approached by handlers / dealers and quickly left, but assume that was a client arriving for his time. Tough deal for him to have a posse supervising. In fact, I can see that one of the regular BP advertisers could be this gal, if you factor in the obligatory airbrushing and makeup in her photos.
I went home without having spent a dime but certainly learned a lot about the territory. Given the amount of questionable males hanging around the DI I'm not certain that I'd accept a session located there. A pick-up wanting that destination might be better off being redirected to a 2nd location. At that hour, in that part of town, there have to be plenty of locations to get a quickie on and over with, all without having to worry about LEO or a drug deal gone bad while driving through a parking lot.
Interesting side note. I remember spotting two very fine ladies at different locations in early June. One was by the Fiesta Taco Truck on 11th near Lewis. The other was by Pep Boys in Eastgate Center (Memorial / Admiral) on a Sunday night. I made eye contact and got the turn-around from them but was broke as a joke and couldn't spare the cash. I've seen neither lady out since, and neither location has proven worthwhile since as well.
I suspect the Taco Truck lady lives / works south of 11th on one side / other of Utica but I've only found BSW lurking in that neighborhood. Its not a place to survey after dark, in my estimation. A very dark location and the roads are narrow and hard on your car (your escape would be more challenged).
I mention the latter, and make a point above as well, to hammer away at a simple thing. There will be options so don't endanger yourself just to get off.
You wouldn't know it was 100 degrees tonight. Lots of good options on the street, and I was the bridesmaid for three. Sinclair was open at dusk, and the Denny's had a good crowd overflowing into the parking lot.
Almost as many LEO out as well. Its as if they spent so much time watching the Clear Channel Tower guy too much and now need to raise $$. Unmarked LEO near the Whataburger, amongst others.

I PMed this recently. Thought it was worth asking the general population.
4-5 years ago I was gassing up at the QT near Garnett / I244. In the span of 10-15 minutes I saw 3 dropoffs. By the time I was finished gassing up they were gone.
The location makes sense. QT for smokes, food and the drop-off. Not-so-great motels near by (and a couple of lower-rent apartment complexes) plus the big truck stops conveniently located just down I244. Good access to the Highway. The drawback is there isn't much of a "stroll" or "walk". And, QT is not going to stand for activity; hell, Sinclair isn't tolerating it these days.
Just trying to find the next destination. In the past couple of years I've seen activity on 11th near the hospital slow to a trinkle (hmm, a drip?) I've seen the traffic circle go from populated to nothing (largely due to the flea market popularity, I think).11th / Garnett was a decent option until the motel had the meth fire about the time the monster snow hit. Dry as a bone since. The Sinclair has dried up. 11th on west near the motels hasn't been productive in a long time. Whataburger works now but for how long? I've not been up to Apache with success, but I don't frequent there often. Its out of the way compared to the others.
Uh, I know what I'm looking for (geez, you'd think so!) but I ain't finding it like I once did. These ladies can't just be shrugging their shoulders and taking up needlepoint. Many lack the where with all or ability to do backpage or craigslist (when it was an option) and there is a different shopping experience there, for sure. The casinos seem to do a good job of policing themselves.
Since we seem to be slowing down our reports maybe we can talk strategy.

Well to be honest I'm not picky about the girls. If I see one I pick her up and roll the dice. The other day I picked up a older girl (WSW) named Judy at 11th and garnett. On the looks scale she was maybe a 2 because of her age and habbits but on the skill scale she has got to be a 10. OMG she gave the best BBJ I've ever had. Just cruises Hillcrest area and saw the hottest thing ever. Drove around three times to check out the scene. Got the look and wave so passed. Ask her is she needed a ride. She paused a few secs and then said um. No I don't think I do. She gas on red top, windpants. Hottest woman I have seen. Yes, that means anywhere. About 20, talk tanned skin and georgepus body. Unbelievable. She is either a set up or was scared I was cop because I went by too many times. She dis have a vol of handlers come talk to her on amother pass. Wow please someone else go see if age is the real deal.
First, on Wednesday on 11th across from LEO HQ was one of the finest looking women I've seen anywhere. Period. Thought it odd that she was walking towards the dump extended stay hotel with the Mexican restaurant in the front building. I assumed she was leaving the Bank of America and walking to a car in that lot. But, a truck wheeled in (I was stuck at the light, facing them). She walked up, did the chat through the window and got in.
By this time I was turning around just in case things fell apart. Always the opportunist.
They drove a short distance (no details, give her some privacy with her "place") and finished things. It was either a drug deal or a monger strike. About 5-8, maybe taller, with TIGHT jeans and a tshirt with mid-back length blonde hair. Tanned and HOT.
I finished my tour and saw several options from the usual menu but I was spoiled for the day.

Saw a fine specimen at the Sin on Sunday, dinner time. I turned east to loop around and make sure the coast was clear. I had seen her Friday night but by the time I returned she was gone, so I was intent on being quick Sunday.
On the way to turn (at the light at the blue long-stay motel) I noticed two better specimens holding up the wall at the Family Dollar on the south side of 11th. One was the long-legged, blonde vixen I saw earlier. Decisions, decisions.
I wheeled around and noticed the FD ladies watching the Sin. Good thing I noticed as well. LEO was harassing the SW at the Sin. By the time I turned north on Mingo after a red light they had the purse dumped on the hood of the squad car. She was doing a lot of talking with her hands.
I looped up to Admiral, came down Memorial to 11th, and headed east. LEO and the Sin SW were gone. The FD ladies were gone. I got out at the FD and went inside. Empty. Skittish, and I can't blame them.
Back to Admiral and spotted a fine brunette in blue jeans and tanktop. She was on the south side near the taco joints and headed west. After the deal at the SIN I was very cautious. I spent 3-4 minutes on reconnaisance but felt funky. She motioned one monger on and then quickly stepped into the tavern located adjacent to the taco joint. Sure enough, plainclothes LEO came out from behind the tavern, slowly. I was headed east on Admiral at the time and didn't stop, turn around, or pass go. I went home and ate dinner. Safe and sound in my house. Whew.

I have looked back through your post and figure either 11th or Admiral seems to be the place.
I like to get a hotel close and was thinking of the Econo lodge on 11th, close to 44. Will that put me close to the hunting grounds?
I'd opt for a place just south of 31st at Memorial. Classier places which means you are less likely to have complications with "business" (or pleasure, for that matter).
If you are wanting an AMP. 56th Street North. Up US169 and back west. I recommend Asian World. Go during daylight hours! Its a bit hard to locate the first time.
Tulsa folks, I am headed through shortly and have gone through the threads to see where the hot spots are, but I have one question. I see a bunch of references to the "Sin" but cannot find any posts on its location. I thought maybe it stood for Sinclair, but can't find a location on it either.

I was really puzzled about this "SIN" thing, then I looked up and there it was with no targets around it. Maybe another time, but glad I know where it is now.
Went to the Admiral Flea Market yesterday. As I was leaving an hispanic SW was heading west on the south side. She gave me the look since she was walking right past where I was pulling out onto Admiral. I figured I'd go check out the Sin, then circle back to see if she had made her way down to Memorial, but when I got there, she was nowhere in sight. Body looked good, but face looked rough.
Oddly slow. Usual tour revealed nothing the last three times out, Monday evening, and Tuesday and Thursday lunch hour into the early afternoon.

LEO can pose as a fellow monger and try and get info. When someone new enters the arena and asks questions we pause, look at who is asking the questions and see their history. When I look at your history all I see is someone who asks questions. My advise is spend a little more time posting about who / what you are seeing or not and less asking. Get a few more posts and get your name out there, let people see that you actually picked up someone and what happended on your date. If you have done all of that looking that you say that you have it shouldn't be too hard to figure out what the SIN is.

My reason isn't directly for Uncle LEO. It is because too many guys show up at a favorite spot and they ruin it for the rest of us.
Businesses don't like monger activities in general. So high traffic from unwanted activities tend to get residents and businesses to call good ole uncle over.
Uncle already knows what goes on, they tolerate things. Too much to fill out reports, too much work. Things don't get fixed until complaints make it on the news. So don't kid yourselves out there, Uncle is smarter than you think. But everybody still needs to CTA. Don't make the first move with a gal that is too good to be true and just don't be too overt out there searching.
Just follow the 30 something rules that have been posted here before. Don't let the little guy do all your thinking for you. Don't forget it isn't just uncle you have to worry about, you have the media, sw's, managers, and other thugs that may be hanging out near where you may be hanging out. The residental areas are usually a lot later.

Was out today for just a bit. Not much was stirring but a WSW who was decent on Admiral by the Taco place. I parked and she walked by and stopped and looked at me for a minute. Gues she was tring to figure out what was going on. Anyway, she kept moving and one of you all picked her up. A lot of nice looking ladies standing outside the AtoT massage place. One lady witha backpack was sitting out in front of the Circle but I drove by a couple of times and she just looked and didn't make any move towards me. That was all the luck I had today.

Last Thursday I picked up snow, an older WSW, not to far from the traffic circle. We settled in the park and I got a topless CBJ to completion that was better than most BBBJs I've had. I've got her digits for older members, dunno how long the number is good though.

LEO was everywhere. They spooked me. Two drove by as I circled for recon.
After lunch, I drove back by and saw LEO talking to one across the street at the car parts parking lot.

Uncle Leo has been busy cleaning things up. Citizens demand action when body parts show up when people are walking their dog. Especially being so close to the station. It is a bit embarassing for Uncle to have crimes in the neighborhood going on, literally right under their nose.
And so they go after the low hanging fruit. And not after the harder ones.
They have also busted a bunch of people for endevouring. Which hit a hard in those neighborhoods too.
So the picking have been thinner, but not impossible. Most people are laying low for the moment.
So be careful out there and remember the rules.

Was cruising the spots Sunday. Late morning for about 2 hours followed by lunch with friends and early evening for about 3 hours. Saw about 3 ladies who were all fuglies. One with dark hair about 300 lbs by te SIn. One BSW about 230lbs be the Ocean and one lady be the Garnett 11th spot that was about 220. Don't know what hapened to the time when you could go find very good looking 18-20, thin, pretty things out and have a good time with them. Haven't seen that is a very long time. I think it is drying up. Too bad the OKC group can't make it up here and get away from the VV.

Has been pretty dead around Garnett area, and the admiral area! But much action around the hospital behind Tulsa's favorite convenient store, have seen the same BSW for 3 nights! She is a good looking girl around 30 I would say. Has been way to much traffic for me though, as I am very cautious.
The usual spots were dead as can be at lunch, mid-afternoon, and mid-evening on two days last week / weekend. I found it odd that three different times and 4-5 usual locations were all dry.
Not sure if there is a new destination but certainly curious. I suspect, of course, that I was just not at the right place at the right time. We are not overrun with options and if they are busy I won't see them.

It's very hit and miss. About 3 or 4 days ago seen two BSW's on Virgin at about 1 am at night but they had a handler by them and I don't deal with handler's for safety reasons! Saw several out and about today.
11th and past WI, young BSW swept up just as I was passing by shell station.

Guys, apparently I have been lucky or something. I have not noticed a dry spell at all. Nearly every other day around 5, at Sheridan and Admiral, there has been a tall leggy sweetheart walking around entertaining guys. Well, by the time I got back and could report. They have moved again.
Quite a bit of foot traffic around town. Chased down three hot looking ladies in the last week within a mile of traditional territory. But not on the main roads.

I know of several gals that walked and have switched to online. I am sure there are some out there that do both. They tend to get less for walking than going online.
Sadly I have no new SW reports for you, I have been trying to be good, but it is the end of the month again. Should be lots of action available out there.

I've been told that the motel complex near the Turner Turnpike gates are "overrun with hookers" by a non-hobbyist. I've never seen it. But, timing is pretty important and I may not be around at the right time.I drive into this area frequently. I have yet to spot anything other than LL at QT. Would be super convenient if that were the case.

Being discreet would seem to be appropriate but I saw (this morning) three working within 30 yards of each other, two dolled up like a TV show version of a SW. They needed a traffic cop directing cars that were slowing, stopping and turning around. All work out of a single notel. Come on, ladies, we will work to find you but you need to work to keep things on the down-low.

Took a couple drives today. After work I decided to take a detour on my way home. Just a quick drive by to familiar myself with the area a little better. Only thing I saw was a mid sized blonde with one leg up on the bench, airing out her kitty while getting her teeth cleaned. I kept on my way as I was only window shopping.
Drove around from 11:00-2:00 tonight. Pretty uneventful, more to just get a feel again. There were a few things of note. Lots of Uncle LEOs in the Admiral and Sheridan area. Every time I passed that area they were up to something. Can't help but think all the BP action that was mentioned in the BP thread played into that. Other than a little cutie walking by the RI&S I didn't see anything down there. The RI just West of there did have 3 Uncle's at one point.
I saw 2 SW on my trips to the hospital. One was hanging around by the trash can on the SW corner of the store. Her ass was hanging out of her pants. WSW probably 35, fugly and looked spaced out. I would have passed even if I was looking. On my way home about 45 minutes later their was an overweight BSW. Probably in her 50's. I gave her the look and she stopped to see if I was going to pull over. Once again, no thank you. Gross and dirty.
I haven't pulled into a lot of these notels and sat yet. I want to get a better feel for everything. Maybe tomorrow I'll do a drive thru. I can't help but wonder if any of the people I drive past are any of you guys.

Stopped in at the hospital to grab a drink on my way home tonight. It was about 2 am. When I pull in I see an Uncle casing the lot. Thus I figured nothing would be happening even though I wasn't looking. Too much cash in my wallet. Sure enough I was wrong. As I get into the car a WSW about 45-50, 175 lbs comes up asking for a smoke. I give it to her since I'm a gentleman. She asks what I'm doing, heading back to work? I say no, going home. She then notifies me that LEO has moved to the other side of the lot, she needs to get home, can she get a ride. I politely tell her not tonight. Not with the cash I had on me and Uncle Leo casing the lot! I may be dumb, but I don't need a BJ that bad.

Happy huntingSame experience here. I am on the road watching only these days. As noted, tons of LEO prowling. Walked into a couple of non-QT stores to get a drink and was told that the ladies of choice are laying low due to loads of LEO harassment. BP was named as a culprit, obviously.
Monday was a banner day that I had not anticipated. Must be the first of the month?
I was #2 for three, yes three, hotties. That means one of you fellers lucked into them but not me. I'm sure one curvy gem was a sin, while another had legs for miles to walk to and from her hotel to the wal-mart. The third was poolside (I thought she was swimming, but that was apparently just a "cover"). All three WSW in the 7-8 range.
This means it will be a month before there is another good day for fishing.
Need to add: usual locations have attracted parked LEO. Some are not occupied, just cars, using the trick used to get you to slow down in construction zones. Other areas had multiple cars, some unmarked. Be cautious.

I hadn't seen her in probably 2 years. She always asked me to not do a review of her, since she wanted to keep a low profile.
She didn't want her picture up. I know that those websites are popular and her family and friend probably has seen her picture by now.
I thought she was too pretty to be walking. I love her cute nose and freckles. She was always very nice to me when I saw her.

I don't know if you guys remember the 6 ft tall, thick blonde that used to advertise as "Monroe" on BP some time ago. I understand that she moved from motels to being an SW and had a few run-ins with LE. Not sure if she is on a "forced extended leave" or has just left town. I have this thing about very tall, thick Amazonian women and the time I spent with her was pretty amazing. I wouldn't mind hooking up with her again. Hopefully without a "handler". Found a good reason to look elsewhere. Driving near the flea market, I saw several hangers-on with their "lady" beat the crap out of a guy. I do not know the circumstances, and, yes, I did turn around. The "tough guys" were running back to their stronghold (ie, hotel) and the lady was tending to the hurt gent. Traffic kept me from turning in to see if all was okay with the hurt guy so I had to loop the circle. When I got back there were two of Tulsa's finest. My help was not needed.
The hangers-on types are what makes the hobby sucky. I have never had a problem with a lady, with all problems coming from guys who are around. Punks, I would presume, but this is not the part of town for me to lurk and find out otherwise.
