I went there once. The whole experience was absurd! First of all, I'm being massaged by some old woman with ridiculously dyed hair and boobs bigger than watermelons, which I found to be very cartoonish and unattractive! I so much wanted to leave and kept thinking of a way to bail and get some of my money back but decided to ride it out. Well, when it came time to ask for some extras I thought it was a joke! Really! Just wanted to report on my recent experience in Texas.

Has anyone visited Royal Tanning in Fountain Valley recently?

I stopped in last night and an older Asian lady greeted me, very friendly. Greetings all in OC. I moved to the area a couple of months ago from San Francisco. I was a regular on the SFredbook board and I hope to find some good information here about SWs.

By reviewing postings here I have been able to find a cruising spot near where I live. I've been cruising up and down Harbor and have found some SWs. Not many that I would be into, but at leats I know where they are. In another post I saw information on Century and Sunset tracks. Where are those streets inrealtion to Harbor? I'm new to the area remember.

Just wanted to give my report from Monday evening on Harbor. Based on Beer Guzzlers report I might as well do my annual rant on the reliability of OC Weekly and other similar sex rags published in the OC area.

They all suck!

I would estimate 95% are scams or cash and dash operations. The bigger,more alluring or provacative the ad the more likely it is a ripoff. It is legal too. You have no legal rights to do anything to recover your money other than small claims court and that of course would go over like a lead balloon. Well I got to Red Hill maybe a half hour early to kind of scope out the area, and what do I see at one of the nearby hotels? Some LE activity in the parking lot! Maybe 4 LE vehicles. My suspicions grew real heavy at this point. Could this have something to do with the ad or was it just my paranoia? I cruised to a nearby parking lot.

I wanted the proof before the paranoia, so I called the woman right away. She asked where I was and I lied and told her I was just getting off the freeway. She told me she was just walking into her room and that I could come over now. She said to go to this hotel (for those that know the area, across the street from the Wendy's off Red Hill and the 5). The same f**kin hotel I saw LE at a half hour before! I told her I'd be there in a few minutes.

I wasn't even gonna take the chance. I went to Tustin Marketplace and got some food. A half hour later I drove by the hotel and a block up the road I see 2 LE cars chillin in a parking lot ready to bust somebody! It wasn't gonna be though.

That experience kind of blew the whole ad idea for me. I'd never done it before because I figured cruising to a Santa Monica Amp or TJ would be cheaper plus guaranteed fun, rather than dishing out $2 for god knows what. Now that I have to worry about LE I'm just gonna leave it alone for a while. It just seems too risky.

I hate making people paranoid, so I guess I'll give some suggestions for those that might want to try the ad route:

- There's nothing wrong with flatly asking "Are you a cop? Or are you affiliated with any law enforcement?" You might get a chuckle out of her but its useful to see how she reacts to that question. (I'm not sure if cops can lie or not, but I wouldnt put it past them.)

- See if she's flexible with doing either outcall or incall. Even if your looking for a straight incall, I think it's better to ask because I take the flexibility to mean she, most likely, isn't setting you up for a hurtin.

- Maybe meeting in some public place beforehand to discuss prices and deeds would be good. You're able to check her out plus there's little chance a cop is gonna go through all of that just to bust you.

I don't know. I think the best thing you can do if you are gonna call ads is to get a feel for the kind of person she is. Try to find out as much as you (realistically) can about her. You might be able to get some hints as to what to expect, and even more if she's good game.

LE can definitely lie. I generally try to talk with every SW I come in contact with on their experiences with LE. Every girl I've talked to, especially recently, has said some interesting things. I've heard the following;

1. When an undercover has picked them up they told the girl that they were not LE.

2. There are, for all practical purposes, no more entrampment laws. Look it up for yourself. This is a very misunderstood topic and I wont spend any real time on it. There are a variety of great resources on the web if you are curious.

3. Every underover went thru the whole "you touch/I touch" procedure. Let me be explicit. The LE officer actualy let the girl touch his penis and he touched an exposed area of her anatomy before the arrest.

4. Many girls have related stories of them having sexual relations with officers only to then be arrested.

5. Due to various factors, both politically and economically, LE has definitely been taking an increased interest in our activities. The girls have heard talk from LE relating to this subject.

I trust this info as most of it has come from my regulars. It disturbs me somewhat. I am, as hobbyists go, VERY CAREFUL. If you've read my previous posts you know that already.

However, I do not advocate any kind of panic among us. You have to be smart, do you homework and react to changing circumstances accordingly. You should do this anyways. Let me prefcace what I am about to say by stating that I do not wish to sound harsh or disrespect ANYONE. Not LE, hobbyists or the girls. BTW, has anyone here actually seen a cute undercover SW? I've seen ONE in almost ten years of hobbying. ONE. These two girls were like most of the undercover LE I've seen. Plain looking and not wearing clothes that screamed out "SW". Jeans and t-shirts. The usually story in all respects. One of them had a phone (or a walkie-talkie) she was speaking into, keeping it very close to her mouth. Both made little or no eve contact with anyone. The occasional forced smile came from the mouth of one of them but it evaporated quickly. This type of aloof behavior by the undercovers seemed to spark MORE interest by the hobbyists in pursuit. Cars were stacking up higher and higher. All in pursuit of a little fun. A few lucky mongers found their nightly enjoyment. If you call a night in the slammer with BUBBA, fun.

Use your fucking heads gentlemen. A few rules to live by if you'll permit me (BTW, what's up with all my lists? LOL);

1. If you make eye contact and you know she sees you but decides not to retun the eye contact then FUCK HER. Many stings try to videotape the action before an arrest and it looks worse for you if a tape shows you aggresively pursing a girl who is not retuning your advances. It makes a judge and/or jury look at you like the horny devil that you probably are. You will be completely fucked in court. It makes us all look like dangers to society and provides proof to a judge/jury of how harmful our hobby can be. You can practically hear the words comming out of the DAs' mouth; "Look at how irresponsible these people are!", "With guys like this on the streets how can we let our daughters walk around and feel safe. They'll have guys like this one propositioning them while they're walking to the store or home from school". Fuck...

2. Pe prepared to let some nice pussy WALK AWAY. If you feel any less than 100% about a girl before you move in to pick her up then LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. You will walk away from some winners but imagine the alternative. If three square meals a day, four concrete walls, scary male roomates that want to have sex with you, an empty bank account, total embarrasment, and working shitty jobs for the rest of your free life sounds like fun then by all means ignore this rule of thumb.

3. Do not discuss services or prices with an unknown provider outside your car or over the phone. If she demands that you do then FUCK HER. Leave immediately. She is a danger and they must learn to play by the rules.

4. Why do people keep saying on this board that undercover SWs' will not get into your car? I've seen it countless times. San Francisco, Stockton, Sac, Fresno, LA, OC, Pomona, fucking EVERYWHERE. This is simply bad info. The only thing I am fairly certain of is that an undercover will not let or ask you to touch her special places.

5. If you get scooped up by LE, SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH. Do not say ONE word. Make it as difficult as possible for them to convict you.

I sure as hell would like to put this issue to rest once & for all. I was told directly by an undercover LE (an inlaw) that it is against policy in LA county for a female decoy to get in any vehicles with any possible johns period! Ofcourse just like anything else to do with LE, they can always lie & it is their word against yours.

I have personally sat & watched 3 or 4 stings in action & have never seen this before. When you say that you have seen it before what do you mean? Have you actually had it happen to you?

I was cruising Harbor on Monday and didn't find anything. So on Tuesday I tried to find #113 and thought I had put the puzzle pieces together. No such luck.

Some decoys are actual policewomen, but sometimes they do use "volunteer" decoys, police explorers, civilian employees, etc. Sometimes, depending on the rules of the particular police department, the volunteer decoys are not allowed to get in the car due to liability reasons.

Joe, With all due respect, it is standard operating procedure in almost every police jurisdiction in the country (including the one's you mentioned) that undercover LE posing as SW's do not get in the mongers car. It is simply too dangerous. A man can easily overpower a female officer in a small space such as a car even if she's armed and mongers have been known to speed away at high speeds when he sees the blue lights behind him. It just doesn't happen. I've read literally hundreds of stories about "John stings" in various newspapers around the country and none involved the decoy getting in the vehicle. Same goes for this board. I challenge you to come up with just one instance where you can prove this has happened. Good luck!

The only time this may appear to happen is if the cops are using an actual streetwalker as an informant but this is rare.

T&H: What is so different about Raising Fist's experience vs. mine? Everyone who's been in this hobby for any good length of time knows that YMMV is a constant when dealing with SWs'. If five guys here have sex with the same girl they are very likely to have five somewhat different experiences. That's par for the course. The basic elements here are both the same. Civ2000: See above. And no, I can't prove it. I don't make taking pictures or videos of sting ops a hobby. Seems a bit dangerous and kind of boring at that. Again, I have personally seen undercovers get into cars. I am certain they were undercover because I saw the entire scenario from start to finish. I've seen it in SF, Sac, LA, OC and Pomona.

Example: Last summer I cruised Pomona quite a bit because I like Latinas and Pomona had quite a few of them. I saw a fairly cute Asian/Latina girl standing at the bus stop by the Pep Boys on Holt. As per my usual routine I drove around the area to scope the scene before making any moves. As soon as I make my way around the lot I see 4 unmarked cruisers and two tow trucks kicking it behind the Pep Boys. It's early afternoon and the lot is busy so I figure if I park in a good spot for viewing I won't look out of place. I proceed to witness three guys pick up this girl. Each time goes exactly the same as the other ones. The girl talks to the John outside the car. She gets in the car and points towards the back of the lot. The guy proceeds to drive around the lot. The unmarked cars move in immediatly. The guy is arrested, thrown in the back of a cruiser and driven off. One of the tow trucks takes the guys car. The girl walks back, calmly and alone, to the bus stop. The back of the lot is not very visible from Holt so no one except Pep Boys customers really sees anything. Each arrest from start to finish takes no more than 20 minutes.

In SF for example, LE seems to like to send out two girls together. An obvious deterrent against any type of violence occuring in the vehicle or on the street. The two undercovers would get in the guys car. One of them would always jump in the back seat. The back seat girl was almost always the one with the cell phone/walkie talkie. Within 60 seconds, or before the guy could get around the block, unmarked LE would swoop in.

I've seen roughly the same scenario in Fresno and OC. I saw this "two girl" sting go down in OC on Sun. night. The girls were taking the guys to the 711 on Harbor and First. LE and tow trucks were placed on the small street right behind the 711. There is a small park back there. I imagine the girls were telling the guys to go either behind the 711 or to the park where, of course, LE was waiting. OC had this going on all night it seemed.

This whole thing about undercovers NOT getting in the car seems like some sort of "Mongers Urban Myth" to me. The only thing I'm relatively certain of is that undercovers won't let you touch them and that they like to have the talk about $ and services outside the car. It seems that is how they get a certain conviction as the guy has agreed to an explicit exchange of $ for sex. It's certainly on tape at that point which I would imagine guarantees a conviction. The girl in Pomona was obviously doing this as she seemed to talk for a good minute or two before entering the car.

Anyway, I'd personally like to hear less about LE and more about PUSSY.

As far as the Pomona Pep Boys thing is concerned you had to see it to understand the logistics of it. The place where the undercover girl was standing was near the driveway to the lot. Holt is a busy street during the day, especially on weekends which this was during, so you can't just stop on the street. The guys would pull into the driveway to talk to this girl. At this point the guy could either; drive back around to where he just came through which would put him back on a busy Holt, or drive around to the back where there is an exit to a back street which led him right into LEs' hands. It is worth noting that the girl did not get into the car of every guy that she talked to. She had one to two minute conversations outside the car with everyone so I imagine that going behind the Pep Boys was pre-arranged durring those conversations.

In addition, while most of us here are seasoned pros most of the guys out cruising are probably not. I'm quite sure that out of the vast number of cars trying to pick this girl up she was able to convince some to agree to her terms.

Also, if I was trying to spread disinformation what good would it do in this particular instance? I don't see the logic at all. I would be real leary of any chick that advertises in any of the publications around here.

Even incalls. They have worked out some good angles to rip you off there too. Particularly the ones that want to meet you near John Wayne airport.

I have done a lot of work on those hotel buildings and I have heard all kinds of stories from the staff and I have had associates that were burned in those scams also.

Talked to a Newport cop once during one of my breaks that had responded to a complaint. Apparrantly some chick let her pimp in the room while her john was stripping. The guy beat the shit out of him and took his wallet and jewelry. The cop said some of the girls that they have caught or questioned have turned out to be Cal State Fullerton students that get hooked up with an Asian gang in the area after their parents cut off their allowances. They train them and put them up to this shit in order for them to stay in school. Most are killer looking young white chicks too. He also said a lot of them that work for the gangs are tatoo'ed on the inside of their wrists with oriental markings that symbolize the gang that owns them.

Try calling this chick a few more times during her working hours. I am willing to bet she or someone will allways pickup the phone and you will never get an answering machine or voice mail. COSTA MESA — Police arrested an alleged prostitute along with 14 men and one woman on suspicion of soliciting an act of prostitution the weekend of June 13 in a sting conducted by undercover detectives, officials said Monday.

Costa Mesa sees a marked increase in prostitutes loitering on Harbor Boulevard and so-called customers scouring the area seeking their services during the summer months, Costa Mesa Police Lt. John FitzPatrick said.

"The nights get longer and warmer," he said. "It's a seasonal problem for us."

It was becoming a nuisance for area businesses, especially motels, FitzPatrick said. So detectives targeted the stretch of Harbor Boulevard between Gisler Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard, where the problem seemed to be rampant, he said.

"That's because that area has easy access to the [San Diego] freeway," FitzPatrick said.

Police arrested the following people on suspicion of soliciting an act of prostitution: Pablo xxxx, 35, Ignacio xxxx, 35, Rafael xxxx, 41, Jose xxxx, 23, Marianao xxxx, 34 — all of Costa Mesa; Norberto xxxx, 27, Jose xxxx, 33, both of Santa Ana; William xxxx, 55, of Irvine, Ivan xxxx, 18, of Anaheim, Juan xxxx, 35, of Stanton, Frank xxxx, 44, of Garden Grove, John xxxx, 38, of Los Angeles, Jeff xxxx, 35, of Placentia, Roberto xxxx, 34, of Laguna Niguel and Amy xxxx, 24, of San Diego. Female detectives, masquerading as prostitutes, set the trap for those soliciting such acts during the sting, he said.

Many of the women are on a circuit and move from one city to another depending on the weather, FitzPatrick said.

"They come here from different parts of the country like Texas, Florida and Georgia," he said. "May to September are our busiest months when we constantly deal with this issue."

In August 2002, police arrested five prostitutes on a Monday night near Harbor and MacArthur boulevards.

Former City Councilwoman Linda Dixon said she remembers discussing the issue with fellow council members and city officials.

"It's been an ongoing problem for many years," she said. "We've tried special enforcement and undercover officers to deal with it. But it goes away for a while and eventually creeps back into town."

Dixon said listing the names not only of the alleged prostitutes but those accused of soliciting such acts turns out to be a deterrent.

"No one wants to see their name associated with something like this," she said.

That stretch of Harbor Boulevard has gained notoriety over the years, FitzPatrick said.

"Everyone knows about that area," he said. "The number of people we've arrested over one weekend speaks for itself. And they're not just from Costa Mesa. They're from all over the county and from as far as Los Angeles and San Diego."

publically, they are shut down.

LE obviously monitors this board heavily and counts
on our own mistakes to wipe us out. Why give them
that chance? Why blab about our conquests publically?

I would urge people here to PM only people they either

guard it jealously.

if they will reveal and with whom. They are not obligated

Remember: LE is *everywhere* during this election year

I am from back east, and would not have any of the info I got if were not for this board. I have found 1 or 2 good spots that are public knowledge because of it, and would not have had anything if were not for it.

If you feel this way, then stop writing messages on the board, as it is for giving info and also reports of certain activities on certain nights. Stick to private messaging then. I ask that the board not go down, as it gives people who are new to an area a shot as well.

A couple observations:

Did anyone see the "girl" on Harbor @ Garry, I think across from the Hotel. I think that exposure to LE is greatly overstated. I don’t recall ever saying any local MP provided anything more than a good HJ. LE must already know that a HJ is part of the basic package in nearly every MP.

I don’t think PM does anything to protect the providers. LE can use private mail as easily as anyone else. LE would probably put greater credibility on a PM than a general post.

There are things we can do to protect our providers. Be a good citizen. Don’t show up drunk and make a lot of noise outside the establishment. Treat the ladies with respect so that they never have to call the police. Don’t pick up SWs near residential neighborhoods. (Nothing drives LE crazier than activity near families.)

We all have our opinions on the amount of disclosure appropriate. I respect your concern but I believe if the MPs exercise reasonable caution they’ll be OK (and have a lot more clients as a result of this Board.)

PCH Therarpy in Dana Point. Decent legit massage from KC. No extras - "because it is eregal" she told me.

As soon as I saw this woman I headed for the door. She's a loon! She yells at her employess right in front of the customers and she even YELLS AT THE CUSTOMERS if she doesn't like the way you look! The reason her business went belly up is because of her. I wouldn't be surprised if her Anaheim locations shuts down soon also from the reports I've read on this and other websites. Just a quick note on La Paz (Massage/acupuncuture/ whatever they call themselfs) on La Paz rd just off the 5 SB in Mission Viejo, on the hill behind the Del Taco.

This is a semi legit place. No happy ending, but does allow some grab assing. I say semi legit because the girl I saw offered to 'help' while I took care of a particularly stiff muscle myself. I told her I could do that at home without spending the 40 house fee. I tried for the rest of the session to 'guide' her hand to where the stress was concentrated, but to absolutely no avail.

massage was crap as well so don't even waste your time for that. She REALLY tried to push me for a tip as well... tried to tell me she had just had a baby and that was why she had no energy for a massage. I told her she should take some time before coming back to work then.

And to second Flu Shots' experience, PCH Theropy in DP is legit, been there twice now... ok massage though. Broad tried to embarrase me on the way out when I told her tips were for 'extras' not just the massage. Good thing I have a thick skin (matches my thick skull :-)

In the parking lot of Capt. Creams there is a strip mall with an AMP in suite 2N.

I have been there twice and am batting .500. First time was before they even had Visa working, they had just opened. I got a slightly chunky white/latina girl. Started out with a great back rub, and after a few min. of that, I started rubbing her leg and up into her crotch... boy does that cause cramping of the back muscles when you are on your stomach!!! At the corner of Ridge Route and Muirlands there is a 7-11. In that strip mall there is an AMP. That for me was a no services added place.

Being as I got there late (actually got there at 8, but all girls were busy so the session started at 8:30) paid for 1/2 hr but the table shower was extra... I thought it would be extra time as well... sucker. Started with a table shower, no hint of extracurricular activities thru out. In the room (lockable door, usually a good sign) the massage got started. She kept her legs about 3/4 of a mile away when she was anywhere near my "wingspan" Oh well. I put it down to taking one for the team (which at that point was just me ;-)

Anyway, as I said I got there late, and while the table shower was not timed seperately from the massage, there was about 45 min between walking in the door, and attempting to walk out (there was 5 min between undressing and being shown into the shower, there was another looooong wait while, I assume, she cleaned up and dried all the 'tools' of the shower.) The place had cleared out by the time I was dressed and ready to leave. She pressed hard for a tip, but I told her that tips were for 'extra's' and pointed at my crotch. She got quite huffy, and asked quite clearly if I intended for her to provide sex for money. At which time I noticed the front door was locked, I could not leave. I told her that no, extra's meant soothing a particularly sore muscle group, or working on a tendon till relaxed, and if she did'nt unlock the front door I was going to have to call LE on her for unlawfull imprisonment! She finally unlocked the door, and I left without ever looking back.

I dont recall her name, but I would steer clear of the place no matter the girl.

BTW, My posts are all of the negative variety to start. Until I get more comfortable with posting, I plan to report only on the places to avoid. Besides I think this is probably just as good for all involved. I don't have to worry about sicking LE on one of my favorite places, my fellow mongers can avoid the places, or refute my reports (as always YMMV) if you have had different experiences.

Make no mistake, I am NOT a disgruntled monger ;-) There are several places I have found over the years that I frequent, although I can never seem to remember the girls names!!! I will eventually get around to posting places that you SHOULD go.

I tried to visit Royal Tanning a couple weeks ago on a Friday night. It was shut down tight. I called the number on the window and it was disconnected.
