Well it has been some time since my last report, but I've been mongering in the shadows for the last two months and then the monger bug bit me this weekend.

Some LE Information:

During the past month, I've seen a couple of people busted on Harbor. Here are my thoughts on how and why they got popped.

Do not pick up a ho in the 7/11 parking lot. I'm pretty confident that the LE has undercover people standing in the parking lot that transmit descriptions to B&W's in the nearby area. This is especially likely on busy nights when a ton of people just sit around in that parking lot. I've seen two people busted after picking up sw's here (and I'm 95% positive that both were legit SW's). The last time was a guy in a red BMW, who picked up a fine WSW wearing a frilly red outfit, and then proceeded to drive North on Harbor. Two B&W's quickly pursued from the side streets and stopped him a block or two north of JIB.

The LE has two undercover vehicles that I know of. The first is a black police sedan. It is basically one of the regular B&W's that has been painted completely black and all the obvious police giveaways are removed (the spotlights, etc). It does have one giveaway though. The license plate is composed of all numerals - no letters (back plate, not sure if it has a front plate).

The second LE undercover vehicle that I've seen is an all white van. I turned onto the residential street one block south of 7/11 and saw a guy leave with a girl. This van, which had been in front of me on Harbor, jammed into reverse and made the turn. This report is from two weeks ago, so apologies in advance. I'm an infrequent mongerer and relative newbie, and I screwed up my encounter with a SW on Harbor. Perhaps the more experienced of you might wish to comment on what I should've or shouldn't have done.

It was a Thursday night, about 10:30pm, and things were quiet. I spotted a couple of average-looking WSW so I pulled into the parking lot next to where they were walking. I picked the thinner of the two, she got into my car, and I started to drive south. She said her name was Delores, but her friend had called her Brandy or Brenda. She had medium length dark blonde hair and a rather sharp nose which didn't look too bad except in profile (face = 6), and a large scar on her left upper arm which I didn't notice until later.

She didn't talk much and with half-opened eyes, seemed to be almost nodding off. She said she only had 2 hrs of sleep. Her quote of .35 for BJ seemed high too, so with visions of her dozing and slumped over my lap, I decided this was a no-go and started to drive back. Well, she was wide awake now and demanded .20 for her time (not more than 5 minutes driving ).

After I pulled into a parking lot (not the same one where I'd picked her up) she refused to get out of the car until I gave her .20. She threatened to call over her friends, call LE, or stick me with a needle or knife. I didn't back down and repeatedly commanded her to get out. It was a tense situation and I had to do something to break the stalemate. She had no leverage to break free and she couldn't do anything with her other arm except to open the door. As soon as she was out, I put the car in gear and it lurched forward, automatically closing the door (screeching tires and all, just like an action flick).

Needless to say, that was the end of my night. Now what do you guys do if a SW refuses to get out of your vehicle? How do you change your mind about services without the provider going postal on you? What newbie mistakes did I make? Anyone else pick up this crazy chick?

Man you had a rough one there. Fortunately, I've never been in a situation where the SW went postal on me after deciding not to consume her services. I've had some fugly and high sw get in to my car, but after initial inspection have decided not to partake in the action. Without driving too far away, they've calmly decided to get out of the car.

I think that in your situation I would've done the same, kick her ass out before she has time to react and does something stupid. However, you need to make sure that you are not in LE's sight or you could run into some trouble.

What I've learned from my experience with a SW that skipped on me a couple of weeks ago is to drive to a place you are familiar with and not a place they "know". That way, any situation that may arise you are able to covertly deal with.

Good luck and continue mongering, share the knowledge, and most importantly have fun.

Made it down from SFV at about 9:30pm last night (Mon) and went from the 22 to the 405. Heavy, heavy LE presence. Saw a b&w harassing a SW by the first motel on the left. Cruised down and didn't see much.

Saw 2 SW in front of the Weinerschnitzel on the left and went past the major light to the next small street to make a u-turn. However, the 3 cars in front of me also made a u-turn. In my rear-view mirror I also saw a b&w make a u-turn as I approached the stoplight. However, he then made a quick left into one of the restaurants or somewhere.

By this time there was another b&w just past where the SWs were with the light flashing and the SWs were gone. Drove a little further and saw a b&w with only its parking lights on watching the action. Drove further and saw another b&w with a car pulled over just before the 22.

After seeing 4 b&ws in about a 2 mile span I decided it wasn't worth it and left.

Still wondering about the pain-free massage place at Lilac. It looked closed at about 10:15pm but I know some AMPs close at 10:00pm. Anyone know?

I've had this happen about three times. One time, after we parked, the chic took the keys out of the ignition and refused to give them back until I emptied my wallet. I had just went to the bank, and had $300 in cash. I managed to sit there and haggle with her while i emptied most of it out. (one hand on the side of the seat with my wallet on the floor). After this encounter, i learned never carry more money than your willing to spend or lose on a mongering encounter. IF you do have more money, stash it in another easily accessible, but hidden place.
On another incident in pomona, a latina girl got in the car. Quoted $20 for a hj. I said no thanks, i wanted a BJ. SHe said, what's that? I knew i was screwed. So, she wouldn't get out until I paid for her "time" In the end, I ended up giving her $10 or $20...don't remember.
It all depends on the girl, and your demeanor as well. Some threaten to call the police. You can try your luck and if your close to a police station, you can be ballsy and head there. Chances are she'd probably bail-out with that threat. Many of the girls have warrants, prior run-ins with the cops, or are carrying drugs.... so call them on their bluff. You can always say she asked for a ride and then wouldn't get out. However that's your gamble with the cops.
The other option is to get pissed and just start driving, fast and far. Let her know if she doesn't get out, your hopping on the freeway and leaving. She'll probably mention kidnapping or rape, but she's not going to call a cop. There are of course other means of getting her out of your car, but I won't get into physical means.
In the end, after much haggling if she doesn't get out..i'd just cut my losses and pay the ho, and make it up on the next one with a good booty pounding.

If I get a girl that starts giving me that, "Hey whaddabout mah time?" line indicating she's going to be difficult to get out of my car without a scene or a problem, I offer to buy her a fresh pack of smokes. $5. is cheaper than the extortion she would otherwise be imposing because you picked her up, she KNOWS you have at least $20 bucks on you. Some will ask for ten and be happy with it, but they might be gambling that you only went to the ATM and have nothing less than a twenty on you.

I checked out Harbor yesterday after work from 5 to 6:30 and it was dead. All I was able to spot was a 50s WSW standing at the bus stop across the street from El Pollo Loco. She kinda looked like Chris but with short auburn hair, and I just didn’t feel like picking up old pussy.

I came back to Harbor at 8:30 and cruised till after 10 and LE had heavy presence everywhere. I was very disappointed, but then again it was only Tuesday night, what can I expect right?

I haven't had a lot of posts, so I guess I need to add some info to the community. I am a charter member of SFRedbook. I moved down here from the bay area six months to the day. I haven't had a lot of luck outside Tijuana. I might be heading down there again on Monday.

I have cruised Harbor and have had little to write about. I have also tried out Chris, the older SW that has been spoken of here a lot lately. I went in there a month ago for 1/2 hour trial run and got nada. I didn't like the swinging saloon doors that only cover up the top of the doorway. Bottom of the doorway was completely open which gives no privacy. I knew as soon as I saw those doors that the place would be legit.

When I was there and did the flip I noticed the long steel bars on the ceiling for the girls that do the back walking. I questioned the girl and she said that is for people with bad backs, which it appeared I didn't have she said. Girl wore blue jeans which is a bad sign also.

Have done the driving crazy, carrying pepper spray and driving nearby a LAPD substation but now simply pay them the $10-$20 to get out and chalk it up to cost-of-doing-business. Threatening and escalating the situation just isn't worth it. If they call your bluff you have a car full of pepper spray fumes or perhaps a small cut. I just rest assured that although I rewarded their bad behavior, someday soon karma will catch up with them and they'll pull that on the wrong guy.

Worse case was when I accidently picked up a TV of Western a few years back. It was a half-hour standoff with it pointing a pepper spray bottle at me and me holding an open lock blade out of its sight and playing possible scenarios in my head. It finally got out because it wasn't worth their time, but I was glad I wouldn't have to figure how to get blood off of my front seat.

Update on the sting op I posted about earlier. Now I understand the "hard return" thing so I can post things more often.

Again, the sting was on Harbor & Lilac. on 10/6. I first saw it at about 12:30 and came back at 5:00 to try to find the brunette juggie I saw earlier. No luck with the juggie, but I did stick around to watch the sting go down. I cruised for a while and then I'd watch the sting for a while. Back annd forth.

They had at least four girls working, but never had more than two out at a time. Two of the girls were way, way hot. One was average and one was a bit large. The sad thing for the larger girl is that she probably didn't hook anyone.

I personally saw at least ten guys get popped. A car would pull into the lot, chat up the girl for a few minutes and as soon as the girl signaled that there was enough dirt to bust the guy, a squad car (some times a B&W, sometimes a black unmarked Crown Vic) would roll up with their lights on. They'd immediately pull him out, search him, cuff him and toss him into the squad car. They would drive him and his car to the command post for processing. From the time that the girl signaled to when they finished the arrest and disappeared, about 90 to 120 seconds passed. These guys were good. They were using a dark Toyota Rav4 SUV parked in the lot as a spotter and a shuttle for the girls. I saw it initiall at 12:30, went back to work, came back at 5:00. went to dinner, came back at 7:00, scored with a SW (I'll get to that in a min), and left the area at around 9:00. They were still at it when I left at 9:00. While I was watching cars pull in and talk to the decoys, I was saying to myself, "Don't do it man!"

As for the SW I picked up, her name is Melissa. I saw her walking on Harbor just north of the Jack-in-the-Box. i pulled into the parking lot across the street and she walked into the mini-mart. I waited outside and when she came out, she asked for a ride so we drove to the hotel where she was staying. I'm usually hesitant to go back to their rooms, but I felt comfortable with her. Harbor has been ridiculous with LE as of this week. You guys are absolutely right about the sting on 10/6/04 at Harbor & Lilac. I have never seen the LE this bad before - they just don't seem to wanna let anything slide anymore. It could be the pimp who got shot last week at JinB, or just the upcoming election, so it may pass soon. I don't know, but as I was cruising last night, I basically resolved to thinking that mongering on Harbor was over for the time being.

That's why what happened next made me feel great. Last week I was in your area on a business trip and checked out the harbor stroll. I just wanted to give you my impression. I only saw one sw east of highway 5. Most were at the other end. I just assumed that if they walking by themselves and stared back at me that they were working. None of the thumbs out or waving or yelling. Very unusual. Mabe it is from years of heavy LE pressure. Well fellas, I tried. I am a little disappointed and not sure what the deal is at Lincoln and Knott in Anaheim. I found them in the OCR and had a great 2 visits. I live in Lake Forest and can guarantee you that this would be the LAST city in OC for SW. If you see any around just keep right on driving. Since there is little or no crime here, the friggin OC sherrif has nothing better to do. Finally, for those working in LA and having to make the trip back to OC daily, M&A Spa in Norwalk on Firestone is reliable. Not the hottest chicks but will do in a pinch. 50/80 generally. Too expensive but very convenient for those near the 5 fwy.

I have been to M&A quite a few times and have to say that, in my opinion,
it may not be worth the detour. The quality girls of years past are no longer working there and the current mediocre looking staff are not guaranteed to provide FS. Most have to be talked into giving a half hearted HJ. There was a time when they employed some attractive 30something providers but the talent level has taken a nosedive in '04. Also, this is not Norwalk but the city of Downey whose PD has had a ballbusting reputation for decades. I appreciate the details in your report, but I know from experience that a lot of people find it very difficult to read a report that is written as one long block of text. It's kind of like trying to eat an entire steak in one bite.

I know how this happens: You're banging away at the keyboard, putting your thoughts into the report as fast as you can write them. However, if you could hit the return key every few sentences while you're writing, and thus break your report into smaller paragraphs, your report would be much easier to read, which would certainly be appreciated by your fellow Forum Members.

I would like to see the topics organized in a more logical fashion. Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Fullerton and Newport Beach should be closed down, leaving only Orange County, or possibly South Orange County and North Orange County. Costa mesa gets a post every two week or so, Fullerton gets maybe one post a week, and Newport Beach gives me an error. Anaheim has posts, but they are about the same things that are discussed in the Orange County Forum.

At one point in time these cities needed to be their own topic due to the high amount of activity. In time, they may again be necessary.

I personally prefer to quickly identify activity in a city I am interested in. For example, I live South County and have no interest in Fullerton, but will drive to Anaheim. Costa Mesa is cool with me, but I wouldn't monger in NB due to the aggressive (and bored) LE. It saves me time from sifting through posts that are of no value to me.

I know it's slow now, but why ask Jackson to consolidate all the info back into one or two Sub Forums and them have to split them up again when this drought is over?

Cruised Harbor from the 22 to the 405 at about 12:30 am last night. Nada, zip, zilch. No signs of life whatsoever. I later hooked up with an sw in Hollywood who was from San Diego. She said that there were psycho guys trolling Harbor and a number of sw had been hurt by these guys and that it was not safe for girls to work there. She also said that some of the local gangs had beat down a few of the pimps(god I hope this is true). So maybe that is why it was dead.

Went to the new place on paseo de valencia in laguna hills. Its in a Med plaza. I went 3 times and all 3 times it was busy. Guys even walking in on me while I was talking to the hottie at the front desk. Was freaking busy for some reason. I think only 1 girl was working because I only saw one door closed.
