I agree with Smoothbore. Being a new guy, apparently, you may not be aware that this site has been a wealth of information for LE, in the past. This keeps me from wasting my meager resources. I know of some excellent providers but will not post them, anymore. I have no intention of helping LE destroy a needed public service. As for posting your bad experiences, this helps greatly. It helps to narrow down your choices when you’re looking for a new spot.
The best way to find a new spot is to get out there and do the leg work! Some how it’s worked for me. You will have to spend some time and money.

If I post with too many specifics, LE will possibly get around to shutting the place down and then it ruins the party for everyone.

Is there a somewhat easy way to post without giving to much or too little? Any advice would be great. I am trying to do what I can without burning anyone or their fishing spot. So let me know.

Nothing on this Board can be used as evidence in a court of law. LE knows what goes on in most massage parlors without referring to postings here.

One thing I think we should remember is that, with rare exceptions, LE doesn’t go out of its way to discover what goes on behind closed doors between consenting adults. They will only take action based on a complaint or complaints, usually from a nearby neighborhood or a nearby business. (You will find the occasional fanatic police chief or sheriff but that’s rare.)

A police department doesn’t get a lot of political bonus points for closing an establishment unless there have been complaints. (Then of course they’ll pose for pictures with the locals after having rid the neighborhood of this evil.) :) So if an establishment can avoid complaints and comply with the local codes, they'll likely be OK regardless of what's said here.

Another approach might be to tell the good MP, after the service is concluded, that you heard about them on this Board. See what reaction you get and then decide if you should provide details.

A post a couple of days ago got my attention:

LAPD vice investigators have stated in multiple occassions on television programs that the use information they get off the internet to find out about prostitution activity.

On a public service program on City of Los Angeles television station(the same station that shows city council meetings daily) an officer referred to an internet site where mongers exchange information on sw's and how to not get busted.

LAPD vice has actually called eros ads in the past and busted working girls that way.

Long Beach PD has set up stings in hotels using the internet to place ads or calling internet girls to do outcall to them in their hotel room.

I wish I could say I had wrestled with the pro's and cons of posting details about where TO go as opposed to where NOT to go, but really I just wanted to get the hang of posting, and see how the reports where received first.

That said, my take on the situation is that it doesn't matter if LE does or does not use the information here to bust a certain MP. By confirming that a place is good to go, you put the decision of Bust or dont Bust in the hands of LE.

There is some evidence that LE does not use the information here to go after a particular place (I dont know how you could post MORE information about JS - and even who to see than was posted on this board in a different section, and yet the place survives.) However that being said, I think it is more due to limited resources, lazy cops, and mountains of paperwork required for any single bust that they dont jump on every establishment mentioned here.

Now I think the 'limited resources' plea is a ruse by LE just to sponge more dollars out of taxpayers, and I have no idea howmuch paperwork is really involved with any bust - though I think it is substantial, I also think it should be. But I DOOO know cops are lazy, unindustrious, control freaks - they are cops afterall, and that adds up to using whatever info they can easily obtain to concentrate on a place 'known' to provide extras.

To be sure, noone thinks that what is said here is 'evidence' as the court thinks of it. LE still has to go out and actually target the place and collect real evidence. But just like us, they can use the info here to narrow their search and given an ultimatum from on high to crack down on activities, they can reach into their notes from this forum and produce results right away!

Someone earlier said that it was the Mamasans job to weed out the LE customers, and that I think is true, so I will eventually start posting places to go. With MP action though, its a shorter list to post where not to go ;-)

I have found some good information on this forum. However, I agree that LE would have to be stupid to not use this board for interdiction purposes. I don't post for that reason. You guys who post all of this information are asking for law inforcement to intervene. I know some of you will take offense, but you sound like high school guys talking in the lockerroom. I've been doing this for over 20 years. We all know where it's at, where it was, and where it will most likely be. I perfer AMP to the street scene and cringe when I see posts about my favorite places. It is hard to find a good provider, form a relationship with mammasan and the girls only to watch it disappear. Friday night Cruise report

10:30 PM Lincoln and Beach

Hit lincoln at Beach Blvd and cruised to the 5. There was one WSW at Magnolia but I forgot to bring any ALPO, so I had nothing this one would want.

There is very little info spread on these boards because everyone and anyone who posts info on these boards is (directly or indirectly) accused of being LE by various "members" of this board. I use the word "member" loosely as most of these people only pop out of the holes they reside in to post their BS accusations or their "expert" (re: ludicrous) theories regarding LE practices.

Okay, so Fullerton LE busted some MP's based on knowledge gained from the WSG Forum. Wow. Can I mention that THIS DOES NOT COME AS A SHOCK TO ANYONE? Seriously, WHO CARES? It would absolutely, 100% have happened anyway. Think of all the guys who saved their money and time by having useful info provided to them by members of this board. I guess that it depends on how you want to see things.

For those of you members who take an isolationist stance I wonder why you post here at all? For the rest of us (the obvious majority), think about this. If you get admonished by someone for posting useful info and the person flaming you comes from one of the following groups;

1. Rarely posts here
2. Doesn’t post useful info themselves
3. Only engages in discussions regarding LE

Then WHY would you really care what that person says or thinks? A board such as this should be for SHARING.

Am I taking a "damn the consequences" approach towards hobbying? Yeah, I am. As an avid hobbyist I feel that the useful info shared here helps keep me safe, helps keep the girls safe and saves me valuable time and $$$$. If a few escorts or MP's go down I can live with it because I'm certain that shared info, on the whole, does far more good than harm for all involved. A decade of mongering has taught me that there will ALWAYS be another great MP, another great GFE escort, another great street girl. ALWAYS. And especially, this sharing of information most benefits US. The hobbyist. If it has to be US or THEM, then I choose US.

As for those of you still leery of how the posting of info will affect this hobby, well I have a suggestion if you'll permit me. Spend some quality time checking out other sections of this board. Arizona, Indiana, Florida, Nevada, NY, Michigan, Illinois and Washington come to mind. Check out as many as you have time to. You'll notice interesting things. You'll notice people sharing info on MP's, strip clubs and the street scene. You'll notice people posting pictures and sharing phone numbers. You'll notice that this is all done with discretion and caution. You'll also notice that rampant paranoia and personal attacks seem to be far more common on these So Cal boards. Which is quite a shame seeing as how great these boards could be.

HARBOR REPORT 7/13/04

I'm surprised that we see very different things at the same day same time. McFadden is just one block south of 1st. My strategy is always to out gas LE. I could, but unlikely to, miss action there. A bit surprised not about the location but about the time. I saw known SW working there as early as late morning. But it is pretty useless as it would be needle in the hay stack. Local or short stay (>1 week) SW wake up time, as early as 1pm, MacArthur to Segerstorm, at least a group there as of yesterday with room in Ana Mesa. South of MacArthur is Costa Mesa territory so it's sometimes used to get off the tail of SNA LE. Just don't hang out too much there and don't ask for trouble from CM LE.

First 7/11 and Hazard JIB are the main point any time as long as SW can stay there safely from LE. Too much traffic daytime so that section isn't popular in daytime. Clueless SW came here for the weekend may hang out there.

Occasional spot Westminster, GG Blvd, MacFaden.

After Dark, JIB and 7/11. JIB and 7/11 are pretty safe from LE to park, they are 24 hr business with friendly staff. If you don't see anyone parking, come back on the hour. 9pm is a good start. JIB parking lot is easier to watch your own back while the 7/11 is wide open, not as popular.
