Here is some helpful advice for newbies:
1) 85% of the time any girl who does incall/outcall with a "driver" is a rip-off. If some girl comes to you and says she needs to take her money out to her driver, just forget about it. Even if she comes back, she will then say you did not tip enough, ask for more money again take it out to her driver. She might not even come back. here is my experience of these internet scams by order of time.

I know that we've to be satisfied with what we've got but the differences between LA kamp & NY kamp is stunning at least.

I second Dingo's comments with regards the providers at USASunset Club. I've been a member for about 6 months and they go out of the way to protect members and ensure privacy. The providers come and go and it's best to check their web site before making an appt. I've enjoyed my experiences with Sasa and Mary (a new girl), and recommends them. Why is it so expensive for this hobby in LA? I did some research and found that the decent to a few quality providers charge less in N. California and I thought N.Cal is a more expensive place to live. I think we are the ones to blame b/c we drove the price up. Quite a few GFE's in N. Cal charge $100/30 min with multiples or $150-160/60 min with multiples. Anyway, this is just a thought. Have fun. G.

We just need to be more upfront , more active in asking questions upfront, to not worrying about hurting provider's feelings, to learn to deal prices. El Monte - Garvey East of Rosemead for about 3-5 miles
This has been my favorite hangout for the last couple of years. Generally daytime hours are more successful than at night. Paid a visit there earlier today at around noon. Went to my favorite lunch spot, Church's Fried Chicken, and what did I see: 2 hotties (for the area, 6-7), and much to my surprise, my regular, a 5 who ran and gave me a big hug while I was gawking the hotties trying to decide which to take. Haven't seen her in about 6 months, thought she was either in jail or killed. She was so happy to see me, I had no choice but to take her for a session ($40 for FS plus $15 room). While driving to the room on Garvey near Rosemead, there were other SGs to be had. So fellow hobbyists, there seems to be more action in my "neck of woods." BTW, there were few LE around, mosty Sheriff patrol cars.

There are certain signs that are exhibited that indicate they're SGs. The obvious include how they dress, their walking habits, eye contacts, their make up, their behavior when cars drive by, etc. With these two hotties, I knew right off the bat they were SGs, and I was able to confirm it with my girl. They were on the corner of Church, surrounded by "johns" on foot as well as in cars.
As you know, that area is mostly Hispanics, so these two including my girl are Latinas, mid to late 20.
If my girl wasn't there, I certainly would have taken the better of the two, and taken the name and fone # of the 2nd one for the future. They were very good looking for that area.

Why do I find this hard to believe. I drive through here pretty consistently day and night, and havent seen crap, aside from one or two TS's that hang out near Garvey and Merced at night. Daytime, there's a lot of fine ass latinas walking around dressed up streetgirl slutty, (Daizzy Dukes, tight tops, heels) but these are mostly local hoodrats, not SW's, and usually with some baldheaded cholo or a stroller.
Back in the day, most of your real SW action was on the east end of Garvey, near 5 Points (where Valley, Garvey, Mountain View, and Cogswell all converge), and a few blocks immediately west. Sometimes you can still pick up crackheads or desparate moms here-nothing great and very rare. Everything west of Peck all the way to about Merced was 95 % drag queens, mostly centered between Santa Anita and Central.
One more technicality here- if the SW's in question here were near the Churches chicken (Garvey and Tyler I believe) there are no Sheriff's cars in that area because it's City of El Monte, patrolled by El Monte PD. Garvey hits South El Monte just past Potrero, and is patrolled by LASO, because S. El Monte, being the chickenshit little town that it is, has no police force of its own, much like Pico Rivera or Compton. I dont think I ever recall seeing SW's in Sheriff patrolled So. El Monte anyway.
Nothing against you Miko, but I'm a skeptic. But I will keep a closer eye on things here.

I can't blame you for being a skeptic. Not sure how long you have been mongering, but as have been reported many times here and elsewhere, at times it's either hit or miss. Not saying the providers are there all day waiting for customers. There's been many a day and weeks where I've spent frustrating hours and hours driving Garvey from end to end with zilch, except for TSs and crackheads.
As for LE, there's always an overlap of where they patrol. Perfect example is car chases. How often do you see local police chasing the perts along with highway patrol, and sheriff?
Bottom line, none of what I reported is fiction, exaggerated, or misleading. I did my deed with my girl and I'm a happy camper. That is all that matters.
Regarding police patrol of overlapping areas....there is minimal to no overlap in regards to prostitution arrests. While technically any peace officer can make an arrest anywhere they see a crime, it just doesn't happen. Too much trouble, too much paperwork.

I know what you mean. But even then, a lot of the ads in the Chinese World Daily are for outcalls where they deliver a girl to your motel..etc...and that's a real hassel. For the incalls, you are right, it's hit or miss and YMMV for around $120. I've noticed quite a few establishments in the Rowland Ht./Hacienda Ht area off the 60 freeway...any ideas?

I think so. I had a shapely hispanic "massage" me at a place in Fontana. she said that she works there on other days. Try not to pay more than $80 for FS or you will spoil them. $60-80 is the going rate for us here in the Inland Empire. We don't have deep pockets. We are mostly blue collar hunter here.

City of Industry and La Puente are both cities, one of many in SGV.

RE: AMP info. There is no doubt about this. Sadly to say, any info that you post, info that is not obvious like ads in the LA WEEKLY or LAXPRESS, will be used against us. Good question. This board was once very useful but now I cannot trust it. It times of recession, LE will go after the petty crimes like MJ busts and prostitution. It seems that when the economy is down, our LE clamps down on the little guy. As if clamping down on this boards adds to society. The system in all its glory. There is no way around it. Anytime you post anything online, it is accessible via Google which I think is how I found this site. Any pickins for LE. sw's working out of their cars is not uncommon. i've had 2 experiences like that. one on sunset and one at whittier blvd. Let me clarify the car issue since El Monte's towing of cars is different than Los Angles's confiscation law. LE can arrest you for soliciting a prostitute.....and they can tow your car. Most of the time you will be let go on the spot and maybe issued a misdemeanor citation(a ticket, but not an infraction...a misdemeanor). However, at any time you have commited a crime they can choose to arrest you and two your car....you will have to bail out(Maybe $100-1000) and pay to get your car out of impound. This differs from Los Angeles confiscation laws where they impound your car for a certain length of time and if you cannot afford to pay the fee...whcih can be substantial since they charge more than $100 a day....they can sell your car...regardless of if you are even charged with a crime(filing charges is different than an arrest).
So as far as I know, El Monte does not confiscate cars.

I think what El Monte is doing is just storing cars pursuant to an arrest, which is different from impoundment.
In laymans terms storing is safekeeping, impoundment means they're taking it from you. Cars are stored pursuant to arrests, collisions, if they are abandoned and are recovered stolens. Cars are impounded if they have expired tags, involved in a crime (and the car is needed for evidence), or if you have no license.
Stored vehicles usually dont require a release to reclaim them, but some chickenshit PD's will require you to get a release from them to cover admin costs, which can run between anywhere from 10 to 300 bucks. Towns like Montebello, Bell and South Gate are notorious for the pricey releases, even if the car was just stored for safekeeping, say after an accident or if they found your stolen car.
Impounds are a totally different animal. All LE agencies require a release. If they took you car for expired tags or you not having a license, they want proof of correction before they give you a release. They may even seize your vehicle, as we see happeing in Long Beach, and L.A. Seizures fall under impounds as the car is being taken from you, not stored for safekeeping.
What it boils down to is storages are nonconditional releases, and impounds are conditional releases, meaning you have to fix something before you get your car back.
PD's policy will differ also. I know CHP only requires a release (for which they do not charge a fee) for impounded vehicles, and not stored vehicles. Other departments (like Montebello and all the other corrupt little southeastern L.A. towns) want releases for both impounds and storages. Some charge, some dont.
Anyone who doubts this can look it up in the Callifornia Vehicle Code section 22651

Roman, check out earlier posts regarding AMP's in the Inglewood area. Le Sun is my favorite, but there are others that are pretty good. As for the streets, the only thing close to El Seg is Century Bl between the 405 freeway and Prairie. You can also check out PCH in Long Beach but quality varies from bad to downright foul.

Roman.... as a non-local (and even as a local for that matter) i would advise against picking up SWs on century blvd.... the city has a new ordinance and policy, most likely unconstitutional but who has the time or money to challenge it, of confiscating cars... this is not impounding cars, it is confiscating cars... understand? and i have seen alot of heat on the street in the last few days... lots of heat on century blvd... so given this and the generally low level of service from the sw's , i recommend using the amp's..... if i were you i would avoid one called "century accupressure" but my experience with the others is generally pretty decent... pick up a newspaper called LAWeekly and toward the back there are lots of ads.... some other free throwaway type newspapers have ads too but those papers are not as easy to find..... good luck and if u need any more input, just post....

this is a report about yesterday when I visited 3 different massage parlors trying to discover a new diamond in the rough so to speak.... it also chronicles another wasted day in the life of a committed whoremonger who happens to find himself for now in Los Angeles, knowing it is an expensive and usually disappointing location to hobby...
First let me say that I will not return to any of these places and I do not recommend anyone else going to any of these places.
3 locations:
#1 100 block of North Glendale Boulevard
#2 1200 block of East Florence, in south central Los Angeles
#3 northwest quadrant of the 105 and 110 freeways
Locations #1 : cost is advertised to be $40 for 60 minutes, $30 for 40 minutes and $25 for 30 minutes... after i called first to get the address which is not listed in the ad, I went there and was let in and spoke with the "lady" of the house.... 2 girls working rated 4 or 5 on a scale of 10 ... now my question is "Why does a woman who would have to pay me to fuck her think she is going to get me to pay her just because she is now inside a massage house?" ... if anyone has the answer to this, let me know.... told the lady of the house I would return another day when she had more/different ladies working...
Location #2: went to this place which fronts as chiropractic therapy and spoke with the mamasan and saw 2 of the 3 girls working there.... I would rate both of them about a 5 or 6 on a scale of 1-10.... told mamasan I would come back in an hour when the 3rd girl would be free... of course I did not....

On Fig+88th, at 4:30 pm, I noticed two latinas in short cut-off jeans and blue tee-shirts. What really attracted my attention was their necklace, a long chain around their neck with a LAPD badge dangling near their belly. "Damm," I said to myself. I circled the block to get another look at what was going on.
The second time around I noticed they were both talking on handheld radios.
There was another black LE undercover officer all dressed up like a typical crack ho. She was tall and definitely looked the part. Nothing about her looked out of place, except she was also talking on the same radio as the undercover latinas.
Then up rolled another undercover LE officer on a bicycle, a little 'ol beach cruiser. This guy was black, short, and in his 40's. He also looked the part of the typical neighborhood fool, out of work, and hanging out. He pedaled to the three girls and pulled out his radio to talk to someone else.
There was a late model, white Japanese vehicle parked on fig in front of the black LE decoy. LE searched the trunk. Then the two latinas drove it away.
I wish I had the time to park across the street and witness the next bust, but I had a class to attend.
I don't know all the details but here is what I think happened. Someone tried to pick up on the black ho. LE surrounded him and took him away. LE drove the vehicle off somewhere to a nearby staging area to get the car off the busy street. LE then positioned themselves for their next victim.
Damm. I feel sorry for the guy who just lost his new vehicle. Hopefully he can get it out of impound for less that a thousand.
I got caught in a sting years ago and LE simply drove my car to a parking lot across the street. From what I understand they are not so accomodating anymore.
A valuable lesson I can share is never talk about money or sex until the girl is in the car with you and you are rolling. And even then, make sure no one is following you.
Ask the girl if she wants a ride. If she says no, drive away. Is there any harm in offering a girl a ride?

You're safe, in a club and don't have to advertise. Hell, the clubs know about it...they just take a percentage. But fs can be had for $300-$400.

It's big news that a stripper got caught with a client in the VIP room. The client tried to argue that they got carried away and that's not money for sex.
Yes a lot do it. But the price isn't right. For $1000 I'll take 18 year old blond, otherwise no touch dancers, anytime. Some prefer porn stars. For a lot of strippers I won't do it for $300, overweight. There are so many clubs and so many strippers. Those in the afternoon shift and Sunday shift are quite desperate sometimes. It's not uncommon for girls to go over everyone (not much) to collect her tips after the stage dance. The bottomline is that it's not practical for a lot of people. Who's doing it? Who will tell? You could spend too much time and money and end up nothing. But if someone give me names I'll check them out.
It's my understanding that in certain clubs in non-prime hours, certain girls will provide FS for a customer they know. Prices for this can be reasonable.
The $ 1000 stuff is top of the market full list price for customers who have money to burn or don't know any better.

There are times, as now, that if their income don't cover their expenses at the last week of the month, they will panic, and will try everything to stay afloat. I worked in a titty bar in OC for about 3 years. I did see a few girls hooking up with customers outside the club, and there was probably a lot I didn't see, but I don't think the majority of them would straight give up the gash for cash, especially not in the club. Keep in mind these girls are used to getting paid well for just teasing, so why would should they give it up for a few extra bucks?
Any kind of extras are more likely to be had at a completely nude club rather than topless, since the topless club will be worried about losing their liquor license if they get busted. And yeah, the day girls do seem to be willing to do a lot more than the night girls, for various reasons.
If f#cking a stripper is really your thing then I'm sure you can find a provider if you look hard enough, are willing to pay and don't mind being tossed out of a few clubs along the way.

Report on "Soapland Massage"
I had not yet seen any reports on what was available at Soapland Massage at 16046 Amar and since recent medications had really killed the old sex drive, I decided to check it out purely for research purposes. If no extras were available, no big loss since I wasn't in the mood anyway.
There are 10 quite large rooms each with a shower, a massage table with a mirror at the top end and a locker for hanging up clothes. Everything seems new except for the ceiling which is all water marked from past rains.
Prices are 50 for 1/2 hr, 60 for 45 min and 80 for 1 hour.
The lady I saw was a Latina probably in her early 30s with maybe a 6 to 7 body and a nice face. Very pleasant and friendly without being pushy. Slow relaxed massage technique.
There was no doubt that extras are available, but as I said I wasn't in the mood.

My very earliest posts on this board detailed other country's views on this subject, such as, Holland (and all of Europe for that matter), Costa Rica, Phillipines, etc. where prostitution (and to a certain extent drugs) are allowed but managed.
The best way to look at this whole issue is to put yourself into the shoes of others.
Let's examine roles of the participants in this grand scheme:
1. The hobbiest - has a special need that may not be met without the help of a provider. (i.e a sexual encounter that may include a massage, touching, dream fulfillment, etc.)
2. The provider - has a special need that cannot be met without the help of a hobbiest. (i.e. $$$)
3. Law Enforcement - policing the law of the land, right or wrong.
4. Health Care - Treat those with STD's.
Now lets examine the reality:
In Amsterdam, LE walk almost every street corner looking for people who violate the law. The law allows certain drugs and mongering. It does not allow pickpockets, thieves, disorderly drunks assaulting providers, violent crimes and drunk driving (which, on a second offense will get your license to drive revoked FOREVER!!, just ask any taxi driver there). The first offense is a mere loss of license for a whole year. If you solicit a prostitute in a window, LE smile and wish they were off duty.
In Costa Rica (and many other countries that allow mongering to an extent) the law requires the providers to be tested for all kinds of STD's every two weeks. Guess what? So does the state of Nevada in their legal brothels.
In LA, LE will never, never, never be able to control this activity. Beyond this board, there are almost an infinite number of Internet based sites that provide information about the hobby. LE does not have the resources to STOP mongering. That is why they use the media, make a few busts and hopefully STOP the rest. Give it up! This will not ever happen. And, if our LE friends allocate enough resources to attempt to STOP this activity, they will surely not be able to control more important matters, such as murder, rape, child molestation, domestic crimes, etc.
I suppose some believe that if we make the punishment so prohibitive it will stop the offense. Wrong! The punishment for drug trafficing is severe yet it does not stop. Ask anyone who is LE and they will tell you, we are losing the war on drugs. And, what has happended to the price of drugs?! And, what will happen to provider prices if the punishment for breaking the law becomes more severe? You got it...increase without stopping it. Anyone see the recent TV expose on a brothel in New Orleans that the FBI sepnt major $$$ investigating and then closing? Ten others are still operating!!
This is the oldest profession in the world! Providers will not quit, hobbiests will not stop, druggies will not kick and we all need to wake up!
Lets examine the solution:
The solution is not in the elimination of but in management of the social issue. I am almost ashamed to admit as one of your brothers that I do not like SW's in my neighborhood. Nor would I appreicate AMP's that are blatently soliciting down at the end of my street. I do repsect the profession and its purpose. I am a frequent participant.
So am I a hypocrit? I think not! I believe we should manage this issue as others have done, by creating geographical boundries for and acceptance of the profession. Then we license the providers, require the use of protection and test them to prevent the spead of STD's.
In England, prositution is legal, but brothels are not. That is their way of thinking. I like the Dutch and Latin ways. License the providers, test for disease and live with it. Move certain drugs into retricted areas and monitor traffic in and out.
So lets change the law, then we don't have to be mad at LE anymore for doing their dirty job.

I find it humorous that our current police chief from the east coast is on a mission to stamp out prostitution when there are 5,000 providers documented in NYC alone. Come on guys!

The current situation in US has made a society where women always expect for men to provide them. For ex. For some reason, I only feel that way about the motels on Fig, and the rundown hotels downtown. (BTW anyone read about my little adventure at a motel in the Long Beach board recently??) Now I just window shop on Fig, usually on my way home from splurging on Century or at Le Sun.
There are many other places around L.A. to pick up SW's, but if you insist on Figueroa, I would recommend cruising it a few times during the daytime, to get a feel for the neighborhood, and then go hot. I don't know how serious a hobbyist you are, but I'm not above keeping a Thomas Guide in my car when I roll through unfamiliar hoods.
Coach, if you pick up successfully there, I have to say you have bigger cojones than I do my friend.

Ok, I know this is LA. I know I'm just a good ole boy from the heartland. I know I am new at this. But what happened to me last Saturday was enough to make me wanna do my mongering much closer to home.
Was in town for a few days so Saturday night I thought I would check out the strolls and maybe call some hottie out of an ad. Started out on Sunset about 6 and saw only 1 WSW at about Sunset and Western. Headed down to Century and cruised it for about 2 hours. Saw several 4-5 BSW and a cute WSW. She was working hard and on the move. Finally went back to my hotel at LAX and started looking at ads in the LA Express. Thats when the shit got crazy.
Called Kelly. She took my name and number and told me $200 for complete date. Said she would call back to confirm. Waited 20 minutes and then called Kate. Ad said Sexy Coed needs $$ 4 school. Call Kate. She sounded really sweet and asked if I had a place. Then she asked if I had $$$. I said no, would not be interested in more than $$. She said okay as long as it was fun. I assured her we could have lots of fun. Told her I was looking for the complete experience and she promised I would be very satisfied. Hung up and got a call back in about 3 minutes. She said looks like your for real and told me she would be by in 45 minutes. So I called Kelly back and said forget it I got someone else. No problem.
So Kate had told me she was Eastern European with long black hair and a bikini body, with a voice to make you melt, I waited. She was suppose to be there by 11 and at 1215 I get a knock at the door. On the other side is a hispanic girl and just as I am opening the door the phone rings and she tells someone she is here and will call when she leaves. She comes in and she looks about a 6-7 with a decent body so I am thinking that this might work out okay.
She is really wired and first thing she says is "Where is the $$"? Being a newbie I study hard at my lessons so my response is "Can you show me something a cop wouldn't show me"?
She looks confused but flash her tits at me so I tell to look on the desk under a book. Then, because I been reading my posts and learning my lessons, I asked her "Maybe you ought to tell me whats off limits"? As she picked up the $$ she turned and said "Well there is no sex of any kind". I said I am sorry I must have made a mistake and grabbed her hand, forcing it open. Instantly she started screaming at me as I emptied her hand. She jumped back and screamed you owe me a cancellation fee. She was moving so fast towards the door I was stunned. As she opened the door she was on the phone and yelled at me "I'm calling the cops". I said call anyone you like and just like that she was out the door. Needless to say I figured the person on the other end of the phone was gonna be knocking on my door any minute so I decided to go get something to eat and be gone for awhile. All in all, I was up until 3am dealing with this crap and still ended up with a nightmare.
Next month I am off to Ohio where I think maybe I will stick with AMP's where I can feel pretty sure the service will be great.... Travelin On... TM

Just about every SW I talk to says that she is constantly propositioned by the cops. Some SW's say NO to the cop and get hassled. Others cave and have to service the cop.....sometimes in the patrol cars, but usually the cops come back in their own vehicles for the extorted sex.
