There's no reason to believe the US reviews will be going anywhere anytime soon. I don't know where their servers are housed but US law will have little effect on servers operating in other countries.
I can get to TER "from" Germany via my VPN. Once you get there, though, there's almost nothing US-wise except reviews, and I wonder how long those will last.

Met a woman a while back that told me horror stories of some guy she knew but wouldn't associate with anymore. He was pimping girls out and not in a good way. I did some quick research on it, and they are colloqoially called "honey trap" statutes. 47 states outright ban undercover police officers from sexually touching sex workers. The remaining three are in the processing of banning it. Police claim that in order to make an arrest that they need to appear as legitimate johns, and thus need to engage in the sexual touching. A landmark case in Minnesota basically destroyed this tactic. Some law enforcement can show their genitalia, but that is not the same as touching. Regardless, touching doesn't constitute an illegal act. Services rendered for a price does, and it is only when a transaction has been made that an arrest can commence.

I've said it before, I'll say it again. Don't got to Green Bay, Appleton (or Eau Claire) looking to get some. Absolutely not worth the effort unless you have a prearranged meeting with somebody you've been with before or somebody you know is 100% legit. My Experiences in Green Bay:
1) bait and switch hand job. AA boyfriend shows up to kick me out.
2) bait and switch HJ.
3) wierd native american girl who freaks out after about 3 minutes that I'm taking too long and service is done and leaves the room (got her back, rubbed one off quickly into her underwear drawer).
4) bait and switch no condom routine which resulted in the police already having been called and drove by as I was walking out. They pulled me over a few blocks away and read me the riot act and asked where I had come from, what was my purpose there, blah blah blah. This is important. Always have a back story. I showed them an ad on my phone from craigslist that I had shown up there to buy a gaming system but couldn't get the deal done because they didn't have controllers for it. They asked to see texts to prove it and I declined. They basically called bullshit but I stuck to my story and they eventually let me go. I was positive the girl wasn't going to answer the door since she had just robbed me and saw the cop drive by - they sent a unit over but no answer.
Appleton is just as bad.
I did have two reasonably successful meet-ups in GB but both those were with people I knew before ever entering the zip code. Too many cops, too many pimps, too many bad experiences. If I'm driving through Green Bay I just punch myself in the nuts so I don't even think about looking for somebody.

E.R.E. School, though it actually involves the use of a rock and it does hurt. When the handcuffs are double locked, it's a bit trickier. For the record, bailing wire was the most difficult restraining material to get out of. There is a trick to use with the zip tie hand cuffs, and duct tape is relatively easy so long as you don't twist the tape all around.

Its like something out of KeyStone Cops. They have charged her with 3 counts; escaping, prostitution and the original charge they hauled her in on. The PD looks like a bunch of idiots and the court let her walk on a signature. You bet they are going to stick to her like glue. If she no shows on her court date the media will be all over the PD with a ton of well deserved criticism they can't begin to defend. The USA Supreme Court heard both cases together, and in a 9-0 opinion, held that the police generally may not, without a warrant, search digital information on a cell phone seized from an individual who has been arrested. Just because they have the tools to do it, doesn't make it legal without a warrant.
Furthermore, this past summer, the Supreme Court ruled that police must obtain a search warrant to access an individual's cellphone location information. They can't simply go to a cell phone provider and ask for tower data-they need a warrant. While that decision may limit the government's access to cellphone data, it has no impact on the ability of private companies to amass, use and sell their customers' information. That is because the Fourth Amendment only limits government conduct, not private conduct. Only Congress, in enacting legislation, can limit how private companies amass and use information.

It's actually probably more dangerous on that side of town now or at least will be soon. I can say that as I grew up there. Back in the day that cops were required to live in the city that was the safest area to live in. Now they don't have to be in city anymore. What makes that area more dangerous is the hood while dangerous has rules that will keep things at a certain level. In the hood people may not talk to the cops but they know everyone and what is going on in a 10 block radius. Up on the NW side you're lucky if people know others from just 5 houses away. So it's what they don't see coming that will be their problem.
BTW the trained eye will see the drug buys going on up there. There won't be any street walkers really because wide streets and boulevards aren't conducive but they'll have everything else.

Too many variables to setup up in a short amount of time. Do your research. Look to good to be true? If yes, then red flag. Gets real specific, "what are you looking for? Red flag. Won't come see you, even if you send uber, red flag.
Never ever get specific about anything over phone or text, unless she's been verified to be real. Even then be careful. If any of you get into one of these situations: deny, deny, deny! Say you just wanted a massage! Any half way decent attorney can get you out of these sort of things. Cops usually over step their bounds (entrapment) and or get too carried away. Now they do it all under the name of sex trafficking. Don't talk, don't admit anything. Just say, you don't agree and would like to talk to your attorney. They don't expect you to fight back because they will try to shame you. There will always be one "good cop" that will try to be chummy and get you to admit it.
Just remember, if something doesn't seem right it probably isn't. Whether that mean getting busted, beaten, or robbed. Trust your spidey sense!

Here is the weird thing, here in WI an Oz of good weed runs up to $600 there about, Max price I saw in LV - $365 an Oz. Take one look north to Colorado. Balanced budgets and money for schools and support programs. No more deficit spending! I have a buddy that lives out there, he doesn't partake but loves the money pouring into the tax rolls. Lets face it every state that has legalized recreation is a success story. Meanwhile WI is Billions in the hole and digging deeper, need I mention the condition of our roads? Bridges? Schools? So legalize it, it cuts the cost and allows for all sort of taxation opportunities. Save hundreds of millions if not billions on enforcement and detention. Then criminalize and punish the hell out of illegal sales and sales to minors! Just like with booze.

I'm curious it's anyone has been caught in a string? Could you share your story and what to look for?Got pinched in Little Chute by Appleton. I had a bad day and was looking for something quick. Mistake No. 1. I didn't verify photos were real because I was in a hurry.

I was out in Vegas last January. Visited some of the weed shops and talked with cabby and Uber drivers. Vegas is swimming in cash from legal weed sales. I've never asked what the tax rates were on the legal brothels out in the desert. But one driver jokes they were filling potholes with ground up $100's to save the time of buying asphalt. Another joked that the kids in school were getting new gold plated toilets. Just because. Here is the weird thing, here in WI an Oz of good weed runs up to $600 there about, Max price I saw in LV - $365 an Oz. Take one look north to Colorado. Balanced budgets and money for schools and support programs. No more deficit spending! I have a buddy that lives out there, he doesn't partake but loves the money pouring into the tax rolls. Lets face it every state that has legalized recreation is a success story. Meanwhile WI is Billions in the hole and digging deeper, need I mention the condition of our roads? Bridges? Schools? So legalize it, it cuts the cost and allows for all sort of taxation opportunities. Save hundreds of millions if not billions on enforcement and detention. Then criminalize and punish the hell out of illegal sales and sales to minors! Just like with booze.
Someday maybe. But probably not until were really flat ass broke as a state. Next obvious fact, the political party that gets it done? In office for ever! The people will rally, just look at the polls and surveys, you know. The ones the politicians ignore.
Same for sex, legalize, tax it and the enforce and punish the hell out of unlicensed operations, traffickers and minor exploiters. Millions saved and millions earned in revenue.

One thing I would suggest is to get a couple of web numbers to text from. Ask the detailed questions on one then set up the date more discreetly on the other, being observant if they want to bee too explicit. Sure they can tie you to both, but probably won't waste their time.

We all appreciate sharing your story. His lesson should be burned into us all. The rules, tips, tricks we all share are very important. It mitigates the chances of getting caught, but does not eliminate it.
I have not been caught, but was a **** hair away once. Was crusing the Northside loop and an unmarked slid in behind me pulling me over. Thank the man upstairs I didn't have a girl in the car. They marked me going back through the area to many times in a short period of time. I was sweating for like 30 min while they were deciding what to do with me. They finally let me go with a stern warning, but it goes back to to the rules on street walkers. I did not know about this site back then. When I found it and read up on the what not to dos, I was like, it makes perfect sense. I would not have had my experience if I had followed them (if I had known about them, I was in my infancy).
Just something to ponder.

I have never done it and never will but until they com up with a better test you could get busted for an old high. I drank a few times and one night I didn't make it home first. Cops got me on the highway. Didn't even smoke. I blacked out. Don't remember getting into the car. Don't remember being arrested. Came to handcuffed to a bench during process of paperwork. But, I do agree on some level. Not everyone can handle weed. Some people are already fucked up in the head and weed takes it to a level where it's pure insanity. Also, you guys are overpaying for your weed. In Illinois one can get an oz for 240. Real good medical weed.

I'm not an attorney, but I'm sure that extends to what photos they use in an entrapment ad. I recall a story about an escort that got busted awhile back and they used her to bust johns. Could be wrong, my memory is hazey about that.

Their goal is to tie you to paying $ for $ex. So, if you ask about rates, and they reply "$150 for Sex" or "Full Service" or any other answer making it CLEAR you are paying for an act, they have you if you show up. However, they will most likely have you drive somewhere close by and call them to get the address. That way they have the text and the call recorded. So, you show up, and Uncle LEO arrests you. This is where it gets interesting, at least in Wisconsin. They want you to confess so they can reset and get the next guy. So, they will tell you that right now you are only looking at a municipal ticket ($2800 or more in some cases), and it will stay OFF CCAP if you admit guilt, pay it, and be done with it. Then they tell you, if you decide to not talk, cooperate, or decide to fight it, it will show up as a case on CCAP for all to see. So, the hope is that you will simply confess and be done. However, what they don't tell you is that once you confess, you are finger printed, given the ticket, and released. But the catch is that this now becomes a permanent record on your state criminal history. Any time you apply for a job, or even to volunteer, etc you will need to state that YES you were convicted of a crime AND explain it. If you don't, whomever you are applying for will call you with some very embarrassing questions. So, be careful and NOT get into that situation. Yes, you can listen to the lawyers and not say a word, but you will still be charged for "Prostitution" in this State and even if you win, it will show up on CCAP for at least a year or more because it was court activity. If you cooperate, fine, no CCAP, but, you get a permanent record that can NOT be expunged unless you are very young. Be safe and remember, you are BUYING TIME ONLY. NEVER discuss an act. If they do, move on. I would not even ask about a massage because frankly, they could still make life interesting for you. Happy Hunting!

Seem like they use to do the public shaming but stopped it for whatever reason wonder if the previous administration noticed it wasn't effective or maybe it was so effective they thought it wasn't needed anymore. Either way will be interesting to see if this get passed, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't but this is politics so you never know. Guess we'll have a final date real soon. Lyle never had the brains for the business that Charlotte had. He'll also have to contend with a lot of sexual / employment harassment lawsuits now. Now there will be nothing protecting him from those. One can only afford so much lawyer time. Sad thing for the rest of us is those cabaret licenses are limited in how much they can be transferred. So strip clubs will end up ending in Milwaukee.
