The gal at Relaxation told me they get 50% of the house fee but since they don't do HE their wage was about $40 a massage. And lucky to do 5 at most because they have a larger stable. If its slow they shuttle them back home. But its mostly cash so no taxes. But no benefits. A a girl is cute and popular at a HE spa she can make $400-500 a day. And they work 7 days a week. Putting in long 10 hour days. Job security isn't so great due to busts and new spas opening all the time. A real rainmaker of a girl they will give 50% of the house fee and a $40 tip means $70 an hour. If she can hustle she can do about 8 a day. Lot of hazards like carpel tunnel. Lot of time they have to live, eat and sleep in the spa. Some of those mamasan are hard to work for. Mama's who are bad bosses will take the prime customers for themselves and leave the fat truck driver to the underlings. We have all been in the spas at one time or another and hear loud arguing in Chinese.
If you are a good customer the girls will steal your phone number and try to be your "friend" on the outside so they can let you know when they have moved on. That one who opened Kings on Hwy 100 that got busted, was too zealous and put a hurt on nearby spas. She's gone. Forgot her name. She was upgrading to oral with her best customers before she left on her own.
Usually there is a rotation when there are 3-4 girls unless a client asks for a certain girl. Some girls get a ton of business while others are getting 1 or 2. Sometimes none on slow days.
