There's an easy way to avoid having to hand over your phone. Just don't text and drive. Call me old school, but at least once or twice a day I'm infuriated by some idiot who thinks they can do both, and clearly can't. Swerving into my lane, running stop lights, not moving when the light turns green, going 35 mph on the highway in the far left lane. Shall I go on? I get that even if the wreck is not your fault, they may try and view your phone. But if you haven't been using it then there shouldn't be a problem right? Also goes to the point of the burner phone. -Jeepster1.It is always good to be careful, but this "tool" will have a difficult time passing constitutional muster as I read it. Even if it does, I doubt content of the text will be able to be accessed. If the intent is to identify texting when driving, it does not matter if it is your mom or your provider- it would be illegal- the act itself of texting. A breathalyzer is different. If you refuse it, you cannot be charged with DUI for that reason. They can suspend your DL, but that is because the DL is a privilege and not a right and every time we sign for our new DL- we "consent" to this test when there is probably cause. Maybe this will be the approach, but texting has been recognized as a private right much different than the privilege of driving. Just my two cents.

Having the servers in Canada would for sure make it at least a little harder on authorities in the USA To serve subpoenas and access the server data, but if they seriously wanted to get them they almost certainly could. Even though they probably know you won't be staying there but maybe a few hours tops. I think I rather pay an extra 15 and stay in a much much much cleaner place and have running water. The last couple times I went there, I brought my own sheets LOL. About a year ago I paid 25 for a room just down the street, I think it was the budget motel. It was actually fairly decent, not in terrible shape but it had not been cleaned yet, therefore the discount and for only an hour. Definitely better than the Nashboro.

Never a hint of trafficking, prostitution, even one or two on occasion weren't comfortable with diy. It's pure bs charges, spurred on by idiots.
So if I'm in a car pool and the driver for the week has a van to carry us all in. Does that mean we are being trafficked to work if I'm asian.
Or when one girl says "I an going to see my daughter" in another state and buys a plane ticket and goes and come back to work. That is being kept. I thought it was called a vacation. Or is it a vacation if you are only born in the USA.
Is it shady to go into a nail store that has a massage license on the wall and have massage beds, massage oil, and Hot towels, and a led sign that says massage wrong? And when you in a room and the girl ask how long you want a massage, is that making a deal if the girl is Asian?
So are Mexicans, Indians, and any alien resident that have more than just a mother, father and kids trafficking there cousins, niece's and nephews living in one home?
I guess my job being open set amount of hours everyday, I guess I am being kept because they expect me to be there when they are open for business but if you are Asian you are kept.
Maybe the police should be more focused on the people killing and robbing other people first. So our tax dollars are going for officers to go around town to try to get extras from massage girls. How much salary is that? I know they were hiring 4 guys to do it. So we paying for undercover officers to try to get handjobs, blowjob's, and sex from massage girls? I'm talking specifically about the persons in charge of the businesses. According to the reports, LEO have had their eyes on this case since April. All three places are connected and operated by the same individuals. They watched as the workers were transported back and forth between the businesses; not just from the home but from location to location. "At least three sexual acts" took place at each business in exchange for money.
It's hard not to draw attention when you are observed transporting Asian women around such businesses, or watch several guys go in for a massage for a lengthy time. I'm not being ignorant, I know there are many legit places, I'm just stating what probably goes through the minds of people who live or work near these places.

And having a lot of men come in to a nail shop to get massage is probably not the best thing. Just imagine all those Bible toting women getting there nails done wondering why men come and go so often. I remember when they added the first room then I come by again and they have three rooms. I know my mom would go and get her nails done there. It would have been to just to keep massage to the other shops. Maybe just keep one room there. Having the back door made it even more suspicious for women sitting there getting there nails done. But men being there about an hour is not suspicious when they clearly advertise massage and have a massage license. 30 min, 60 min or 90 min. Is not unusual. Are people that stupid. Are the police that stupid.
Let's get one thing clear. The police indicated that they only had 3 sexual acts observed out of the three businesses. When I looked up the charges on metros website, they charged one girl with three charges of prostitution. The other girl had a charge of prostitution also. Then it was reported that all the other girls were given prostitution charges. So the police only have 3 observed sexual acts and charge all 8 or so girls with prostitution also. So police can give you a charge with no evidence. Well that's Justice for you! But the other girls can have the charges dropped if they go into the human trafficking center. Hmm looks like away to stick it to the four arrested. If they go into the trafficking program it basically admitting that they were trafficked to get they charges dropped. Isn't that entrapment for the four. You get out of jail with no record if you plea that you were trafficked. What do you think an alien resident going to do to stay in the USA and not get shipped home when they have family here in the United States. The girls came to these shops because it was advised that there was an opening at the shop. They come and go because they want to stay or go. They leave if they don't make enough money or they do not like the boss or the boss fire them. Alot of the girls are really married or have family in the USA. So they leave to go see them and come back to work. (It's called a vacation).

The nashboro on Dickerson Pike went to a twelve hour rental for $40. Still cheaper than most hotels but considering just how dirty the place is not a great deal. Just quick and easy.

I just saw the news, they are reporting that tips are pouring in about other parlors being suspicious in their activity. I hope they don't take them all, some of these ladies offer some of the best legit massages I've ever had.
I still find this hard to believe, these guys getting FS and extras must really be something special. I've got to know some of these ladies, even at one of the parlors shut down, saw them many times and they never gave in to more than a massage. I'm sure some make a special connection after many visits of trust, but couldn't imagine them giving in to someone, such as LE undercover, on a first time deal, or unless they felt secure. I do agree that human trafficking is not acceptable, but from what I've found out about the ladies I've got to know, is they are in a much better place than the alternative, they are free to come and go, go shopping, vacation, etc. It doesn't appear they are held against their will.
I know several of them and they come and go when they need to go take care of business. But I have noticed they are workaholics. It not like they can put money in a 401 k. All they want to do is raise there family. Most are married with husbands in the USA or China. Most have kid (s). They are obligated to take care of there parents back home in China. (No nursing homes there for the non filthy rich). So we all know this is bogus about the trafficking, but we are to scared to say something to the media. Now all the regular shops owners are scared because the media has brain washed the watchers to think all Asian shops are bad. I guess I'm going to have to make a fake Yahoo email and leave comments to the news and newspapers. Because other wise they massage board, the Republican leaders (the Republican law makers have changed the law as of July of last year to turn the promoting prostitution to a class E felony) will finally get there wish. Close all the Asian stores. They have systematically shut down everything. So in a year now Asians will want to come to Tennessee. I have already heard it in other towns that Tennessee is difficult to get a license. Other states are open to asians and other foreignors. But Tennessee run them all out the state. Have you noticed Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi have closed down about every shop. They have systematically closed every shop in Knoxville and basically Chattanooga. Middle Tennessee is about there. And the Asian women (the good ones) are going to suffer. (Of course we all love the bad ones). But the massage board is made up of massage school owners and the Chinese don't go to there schools. One board member owns a lot of the Massage envy in town. He don't want the Asian shops as competition. You can go to his school for free but you have to work at one of his massage envy stores for 6 months. Massage envy pays the girls $18 an hour and the Asian shops pay the girls $30. Hmm I guess someone is jealous. But is a girl comes here from China and her degree is not worth anything in the USA what is she to do? Do nails?, work at a restaurant? Or do massage? I know several of them and they come and go when they need to go take care of business. But I have noticed they are workaholics. It not like they can put money in a 401 k. The FBI likely wouldn't step on the toes of local vice investigators for misdemeanor solicitation; only felony intent with a minor that was cross-jurisdictional.
I suspect that the good men and women of the FBI (HI YALL!) explicitly identified the "young spinner" by age, and that was omitted from the article or unknown to the paper. They wouldn't take a chance on a jury's interpretation of "young spinner" as proof of being under the age of consent--a defense attorney could cross-reference every ad listing a "young spinner" with ages of the ladies in question to show that there was no knowledge of the intended's age. There is probably a text conversation like this as part of the case. Her: "I'm only 14, you cool with that?" Him: "Yes!

Lawyers advised against jury trial because of Me Too environmental. Was reduced to lesser charge, probation instead of prison time. Still felony, lost job had to sell toys like 4 x4 truck, boat to get cash for defense. Victim skipped town state kept postponing with no end in sight. I'm sure he took what was the best deal he could get. According to my buddy all the news about sex trafficking, poor women are victims men are evil mentality is what was the biggest problem.
Either way the moral of this story is everyone be careful.

Did it ever occur to you why the affidavit for the search warrant didn't include any screen shots from that site but it did include the licensing information from the city, the lab reports for the semen they found on the tissues in the garbage and the logs from the surveillance to support the statements that only male clients entered?
