He wrote that he tried. And you did not answer his call after appt was set. Secondly, you never told us why you stopped seeing him (knights inn meeting) after you had seen him twice already. If you decided to stop seeing him, why did you even make the appt for the harding place meeting? Doesn't make sense. As far as Titans123 is concerned, yes, he mentioned the word "flake", but he also extended some courtesy and said "everyone is entitled to a bad day".
