When the place in Scituate was charging 40 for 3 hours it made sense, but not for 60.

Only thing I could give you a reference on is the house fee (which I don't believe has changed, though it has been over 3 years since the last time I was there), which was 60 for 15min, 100 for a hh, 200 for an hr.
