They take walk-ins because it's a typical HJ spa. Massage is 3/5 and attitude 3/5. Only OTC and good at HJ. She finished me in a couple of minutes. Any place better near here? I don't have enough time when I'm around this town so can't go over to the Philly downtown.
A bit late on this but hey better late then never. Have had good experiences here in the past but this last one was horrible. SHow up, no cars in the lot. Saw this placed advertised in the escort section of STG so decided to check out the new place. Clearly whomever is posting the ads is just luring people in by miscategorizing it. It's not often we hear the 'real' experiences where stuff goes wrong. You're not feeling it, didn't bring enough money, etc. And the girl still provides a great experience. Last night I noticed the card handed to me said what Sam had posted. Sesame 54. It had the phone number on it, same that Google had, that they listed as ACE Spa.
I called the number, the Lady answering said "Sesame 54, can I help you"? I told her I was trying to reach ACE Spa. She explained that they have been Sesame 54 for a year now, they were ACE for more than 10 years before that.

I found Sesame 54 to be very clean inside. When I first started hitting Spas, cleanliness wasn't that big a deal to me, as long as the action was present. But after several visits to several different Spas, it got to be very noticeable when a spa slacked on cleanliness.

Was on my way to see some fam around Reading when felt the wrath of yard work all day Saturday so decided to stop Ruby by to relax. As usually, no one there so walked right in. Same lady as normal. Was able to get to Evergreen recently and drew Becky.

Disturbing news, Fellas. I called Sesame 54 to inquire about 4th of July hours, and learned that Emma is leaving after this Friday! Damn it! Sometimes it's because the Spa is giving the lady a trial run, sort of a "show me you can make us money" . If the Lady delivers, she can extend the contract. Other times it will be because a Lady travels from one area to another, she is a known and successful Provider. It is she who determines she will stay 2 weeks (sometimes 3 weeks). Her reasoning is she will generate the most business early in her stay, but income would level off and decline after a short stay, so she moves to a new city and repeats the process.
By the way, Sesame 54 is getting one of those Traveller / successful ladies next week, for 2 weeks, untl the end of July. I'm interested in seeing if she is as service-oriented as Emma.

Serenity is in an old house and reminded me more of a typical AMP--dark tint on the windows and door, locked door with (ring) doorbell. I was let in and escorted upstairs to a room. While I didn't see anything that said "this is not a clean place" to me, I could see how others could think that (since it's an old house). The room was a bit small, and also a bit warm.
My masseuse (Coco, I think she said her name was) was friendly and gave a nice massage. After the flip, she leaned in close and wanted to know how much I would tip. I said 0. 5 max which was all I had left (since I wasn't exactly sure what I had paid for the house fee, since I gave $1 and got on the table before the change came back--it turned out to be $0. 65). It was a bit hard for me to tell if more was on the menu if I had offered more, but I got the standard ending, which was satisfactory (and perhaps a bit more sensual than my previous visit at Joanna's).
Joanna's is more like a modern "day spa" with open windows, a reception desk with computer, etc. The door is clear, and unlocked, and it's right next to a popular pizza place. Based on outward appearances, one would not think that anything other than a completely above-board massage would be available there (and my sense is that they would have a mostly female clientele, although I have not actually ever seen anyone else there--I don't spend much time in the reception area and go during quiet times).
The rooms are a bit larger, and at least the times I have gone, the temperature is a bit cooler. Since it's a store-front rather than a house, the whole vibe seems a bit more "modern" and clean. The house fee was $0. 6 and we did not discuss any tip or anything (which is my preference). I left $0. 4 which seemed to be satisfactory (sometimes I will leave $0. 6).
With respect to roaming--at Serenity I did get to feel some ass (over clothes) but didn't try for a lot more (not sure if it would have been possible). I have also been able to do that at Joanna's, and over the years have actually gotten one girl off (grinding on my hand--we ran long on time too), and also (different girl) had shirt / bra pulled up and a nipple in my mouth.
Assuming no changes, I will probably be sticking with Joanna's, at least for now. Hardest part of going there is limited parking and the pizza place next door. But I just don't let it bother me (and that's not my pizza place).

I'd call and make an appointment to.Read all the reviews on google (Type the address into google maps and then use the business name to click on and look at google reviews, I was amazed how explicit some reviews get) and yelp too. If you can read between the lines its obvious who offers extras and who doesn't. Also tend to see men praise a place but "karens"/ civillian women complain about rude service, LOL. Plug phone numbers into a couple different search engines and you usually end up on a few AMP review sites if they have been around longer than 6 months.

Apparently there is a new MMS at EG309 after a long time under the old MMS. She's not well liked by anyone. It did cost me though. I visited before and got CFS for, I believe, $250 total. They had a new girl today (Sophia) who seemed very frisky. She let me know early that BBFS was possible with a bigger tip. We settled on $320, and CIP. Nice-looking lady, early 30's?

Ruby is pleasant, and very animated. Easy to set up an appointment via phone call. Arrived on time, and she was ready shortly after seeing another client to the door. Began with a solid oil massage, and stretching. Moved on to the hot towel back walk, and eventually the flip. Ruby has a tight grip. The TM was above average, but less than exceptional. The extra hand option was satisfactory. Overall she is priced accordingly for the level of service she provides in Montco. I was there twice a year ago and it was worth it everything was on menu except back door but the two I seen are long last review I seen was in May:
Provider's name was Natasha. For some reason, I was not able to add a name to the review. Despite the Russian name, she was definitely Asian, probably Chinese. Not really good with English, but she was very pleasant. Message was medium soft, nothing special but relaxing. She offered FS, but I only asked for BJ. I'm new to visiting a massage parlor but damn I think I found my perfect hobby. I'm not a young man (late 40's) but I've never really had a desire to pay for services in the past. It's always seemed to transactional and I guess not very sporty.

Was sore on Sunday morning after working in the yard all day Saturday, but Sunday morning the usual places seemed to be closed (or opening later than their posted hours).
Since what I really wanted was the massage (happy ending not required) I figured I try this place again (I tried it many years ago, and no extras). They claim to open at 9 am, and the sign out front sald $50 for 60 minutes. (So I figured at least I'd save some money).
Walked in and there was a rather elderly woman and maybe her mother (just kidding, but both were up there in years). I wasn't sure if that was it or if I would be delightfully surprised with a younger and / or more attractive masseuse, but I was already there and my time was tight, so time to take one for the team. I asked for a 60 min massage and one of them led me to a room, told me to get undressed and lie on the table, and by the way the price is $60, not $50. Oh well, I'm not going to walk out for $10. But no money was collected up front.
And. I got a fairly decent massage. Not the best I've ever had but not horrible either. Was all back, neck, and legs. There was some very light teasing on the upper inner thigh, and that's it. No flip, no forehead massage. Nothing on the front. It did last an hour.
She then left and waited up front, while I got dressed and made my way up. Both women were waiting up front (I think the one who gave me the massage was the older and more heavy set one). Handed her $100, which she handed to the other one, who handed her back the $40 change. While the massage wasn't worth the $40 tip, I told her to keep it anyhow (she immediately stuffed it in her pocket), and walked out.
So if you have visited this place in the past, and wondered if it had changed. No, no it has not. Also, fwiw, it doesn't really have proper rooms with real walls. The rooms appear to be made up of wood and paper divider panels. So noise carries.

Have gone to this place a few time over the years. Recently Lucy worked on me. She is definitely older but the TS was nice and the massage was decent, 7 for the hour which was the full hour. Massage was fine, not great, on the flip roaming over cloths allowed, HJ, I did not see any hits on extra's.
$60 house + $50 tip.
I visited couple of months ago, an older chineese lady in late 40's.
She was the only one working, took me to the room and asked for the door fee $60.
Massage is good, no hits of extra and at the flip, allowed to roam on the cloths. No extras not even the HJ.

Use the search feature and read them, they will help you continue to have an enjoyable time no matter where you may choose to patronize.
You paid a bit more than market. Lately, in the suburbs, we've been experiencing ongoing inflation in rates. What used to be a pretty reliable $60 house fee and $100 tip has now gone up as high as $70/$160 in some establishments. Everything is going up and it's not unreasonable for these businesses to raise prices commensurate with how the rest of the economy is moving.
But things have been calming down lately in the economy and the general consensus amongst us customers is that prices are already above where they should be and could stand to come down a notch or two.
Some people will allude to your willingness to pay the rates you reported as "being part of the problem" and that's not what I'm saying here. Just that with some more research, due diligence and willingness to walk if they won't come down in price you can stretch your personal dollars further by paying a bit less in future sessions.
Some tips:
1. Do everything you can to let the therapist make the first offer for services you suggest. At many places, with many therapists, your first offer is going to be seen as a floor and they're going to try to negotiate you up from there. Starting with an offer that's above market (market is between $130 and $140 in the suburbs for those services) will further identify you as a relative novice and someone who can be pushed to pay a bit more than the more seasoned customer.
2. What you are willing to pay the first time is going to set your personal floor with that therapist in that spa as they are likely to remember what you were willing to pay the last time. It doesn't mean you can't offer less or be a tougher negotiator next time, but therapists are people also and they're going to be reluctant to take less for the same service the second time around.
3. Bring exact change. Separate the house fee from what you are willing to pay for additional services in two different pockets and put a small number of additional small bills into a third pocket in case you can't successfully negotiate your desired rate and you still want to buy the services.

Still not sure how I feel about this trip.
I made an appointment and showed up precisely on time. Was met by a woman probably in her 30's, very cute and attractive. I never got her name. She brought me up to the room and told me. 45 for HH. I asked how much for an hour and she said. 6. I gave her house fee for an hour. I think in the future I'll just go with HH.
First though a note about the location: It's a house with parking in the back. Very easy to deal with and away from prying eyes. The interior was extremely well kept. Very clean and comfortable. The room I was in only had a curtain but there was no other rooms adjacent where privacy was an issue.
I wasn't offered a shower and I didn't see any evidence that there was one available.

I've been to both, and mostly agree with the comments. Evergreen trends a little younger and prettier, not by much. Sesame 54 has them beat by a large margin on service. Dirtier is FACT, although that might seem pejorative. It is welcomed by me, never had any problem catching anything, and probably 2 of 3 ladies there will go, ahem, Dirty. Those same ladies will do TUMA, so I'm strictly a Sesame 54 guy as long as that holds.

One other difference I thought of is that Evergreen has the old lady who handles answering the door and phone etc. I think this is a very important position because I get annoyed when I'm laying there for 5 minutes and the therapist is answering the door / phone. Sesame doesn't have this (or at least doesn't always) and it kills the mood when the disruption happens.
My grading would be Evergreen A, Sesame54 B+ (I want to save the A+ for that perfect place).

Called for appointment, asked if Sophia was still there and was told she left. Lineup was girl named Jenny as told by mamasan. Mama collected house fee and sent Jenny in. Good looking girl, on th Elena side and I like them a little thicker but why not give it a go. Table shower was a get the job done and onto the massage session. After I read glowing reports of Sera I called for an appointment at Sesame 54. The voice on the other of the line said there was no Sera there. I was very disappointed. Also no Scarlett and no Emma.
