Was staying close to this one so stopped in later in the evening last week and walked in at same time as another one of you. Normally, I would have come back but it was within the last 90 minutes before closing so I decided to see who was available. I think her name was Suni and she looked cute so why not. She was playful on the table shower so that gave me encouragement.

It's not a low-visibility location. ENtrance is right in front of a large Italian bakery and deli, which is probably usually very busy, but closed on easter Sunday, so the place was deserted.
I was greeted by "Summer". Chinese, 40's. Pleasant, and probably pretty good shape, but couldn't tell under the sweat pants. Her English was not very good, but she was friendly.
The massage rooms are just partitions to 8 feet high, with a curtain at the end to enter. The table was comfortable. Only $40 for an hour so the price was right.
I was undraped initially, but Summer used a towel during much of the massage in order to help her technique, since I did not want oil. There is no shower.
Summer gave an excellent massage, including backwalking. Really, really good value for the $40. She was careful to stay on the right side of the law. She came damn close, but didn't touch the cigar. So. I can't offer any encouragement on that score. If you want a nice massage from a pleasant masseuse, it's a good deal.
I saw a couple younger women on my way out. Considering the layout of the place. So, it's possible the result might be different, if you are prepared to invest some time and visits to build trust.

Stopped in again hoping for Ooni, but had Coca instead. Reasonably good massage, though she didn't do anything on my feet and very little on my arms and hands. On the flip, she started working my leg closest to her. She'd stray some to rub across junior and company, then return to the leg. Once she had my attention, she had an interesting technique to keep it going. Reminiscent of Jenny from Meridian, but not quite as good. Coca has nice natural Bees but OTC only. I am very suprised that I have seen no mention of or post about Yao in Newtown Square.
I have not been there in awhile, due to logistics, but Holly who runs the joint is probably one of my all time favorites. Cute, very sensual massage, and such a bubbly real personality. A must see if looking for a new place to vsit.

Sad.That totally sucks. Was going to visit (again) this weekend. Given how many years they have been open, I wonder if something changed. I always assumed that they were quietly tolerated by the pd. So either they started offering more services or the attitude changed at the township?

Lots of political and financial capital went into getting that done and I'm sure someone is cleaning up whatever problems are left in West Goshen.
Either that or maybe the landlord had enough. Retail space in the area is red hot now and at a premium so much they are building more. Every square inch has been jammed with high pay tenants, except this retail center, who can't attract anything and has ton of vacancies. I think the places that were renting. Nail places, consignment, were bottom rent feeders because WCT chased all the $$ stores away. Maybe this will "cleanse" the strip mall and get the landlord some bank. Can't blame him if so.
It's one or the other.

From my research, it seems that it's owned by the same couple (an elderly doctor and his wife) who have owned it since the 90's, although they transferred it into a Limited Partnership in 2014. If they are trying to rent it out now, though, one wouldn't think there would be big development planned in the near future.
I will have to keep searching for a good alternative in the area.

This one is right across the border in PA from Wilmington. But I just had one of the worst massages I have ever had. I couldn't find any reviews on this spa either here or in the PA suburbs. I got up and left it was so bad. I actually need a new massage to take away my neck pain. There might be things to have there but I didn't wait to find out.

Last time I was there (it's been several months) it was handshake only and only limited roaming OTC. This was before 777, Apple, and Ocean were all shut down. So this is probably how they survived.
Massage was decent, but of course that depends a lot on the provider and I have no idea if that has changed in the interim.
It would not surprise me if they had stopped doing even HE handshakes due to LE pressure, but I can't say one way or the other and I'm not planning on being there any time soon.
If you do get a handshake, figure that's probably the best you're going to get.
I cannot believe I am going to be posting this after years of faithful and satisfying service. Went to 309 Evergreen on a Thursday about a week ago. Was there at 2:30 in the afternoon and was amazed that there was only 1 girl working. OK, that's fine, but apparently 2:30 pm on a Thursday is a busy time. Had the itch and finally tried out the famous 309 spot. Met MMS, who led me to the room but didn't give me a lineup when I asked. I drew Lisa, a late 30's 115 type. She was pretty cute and attentive, but not GFE by any means. Standard TS with FS for the standard. Would recommend. The place is a little tricky to find, just look for the blacked out windows LOL. I was in and out in 40 min.

This was my first visit to an AMP. All my previous experiences had been in high mileage strip clubs or dealing with SWs off the Ave or similar. Truthfully, I always thought in the past that AMPs were too expensive for me but with the ways things seemed to have changed and / or maybe I've changed I started thinking an AMP might be a better option for me now. I inquired here on the Philly forum and got quite a bit of excellent advice that helped me make some decisions to try something new.
I'm not going to lie, I was a bit cautious and little paranoid about doing this. I looked over several options of where to go. I decided I was going to set this in motion and then go along for the ride to experience how it turned out. I also decided to drive out to the establishment and scout out the location before I called to make an appointment. I headed out there and initially couldn't find the place despite numerous hints from other patrons in reviews. I literally was right there at one point and didn't even realize it. In retrospect I like the very low key discrete nature of the place.
Once I found it I started to get paranoid. I actually sat in a parking lot about a mile away trying to get motivated to make the call about an appointment. I even started to head back home once then turned around and went back to the same parking lot to mull it over. I tend to suffer analysis paralysis when it comes to trying new things of this nature. I finally hit dial and an abrupt woman answered the phone with a somewhat stern / gravely voice. I just asked if they had any appointment times available and I was told they did and was asked when I could be there. I said I was in the area and could be there in as little as 10 minutes if that was possible or could wait up to an hour or so. I was told to arrive in 10 minutes and asked for a name.
I went and parked out side the establishment and went in. When I walked in it it was very underwhelming at first and I started to think I may have chosen poorly. A door opened and I was met by an older Asian lady and identified myself. She led me into a much nicer and more professional area where we made small talk while my temperature was taken and I was directed to use hand sanitizer. I tried to be professional, polite and respectful. The older lady then asked me to follow her to a room with a massage table where she told me I could sit down. I started to worry that SHE might be my masseuse, she looked to be in her late 50's to mid 60's.
I waited for 5 minutes and then there was a very light tapping on the door, a pause and then it opened and in walked a young asian woman of about 25. Very petite with pleasant smile and soft almost musical voice. She inquired if I had been there before I told her that it was my visit visit to this establishment but had visited others in the past. She had a slight accent and spoke softly which made it difficult for me to understand her at times but we managed. I verified and paid the house fee for the hour session. She asked if I wanted a table shower to start or a message. I told her I was interested in "everything" then gave her the tip I read was appropriate for a session. She left for a few minutes and came back. From there I just let her lead the session.
I disrobed and put on a towel and she led me to the table shower. She spent a decent amount of time rubbing me down and washing me front and back, rinsed and dried me off and then gave me a cup of mouthwash which I used. I don't think my breath stank since I had showered and brushed my teeth prior to going there and hadn't eaten or drank anything and I don't smoke. I also used some Listerine breath strips and some mints just before I entered the building. I was led back to room with the massage table to lay face down. She left for just under 5 minutes and I almost expected a different and less attractive girl to come back but it was the same one. She began my message and it was decent. We talked a bit. Then she had me turn over under the towel and she did my front. I got the full complete message and we changed positions several times during to make sure she could take care of everything properly. I felt great and was fully satisfied with the experience. She was a sweetheart and adorable. At the end she cleaned me up a little more and asked if I would like a bottle of water which I accepted then she asked if I wanted one or two bottles. I told her one would be enough and thanked her which seemed to please her and she gave me a big smile.
When she brought the water she watched me drink and kind of hovered then she asked me if I wanted a second bottle and verified that I was pleased and that I was positive I didn't want a second bottle of water. Not sure if I was supposed to offer an additional tip there or what but I had already tipped what I felt was adequate and generous in the beginning and I didn't redcall reading about tipping again at the end. She made some some small talk while I dressed and I thanked her again, we hugged a couple times, she kind of straightend and adjusted my clothes and she inquired if I planned to come back and I told I would and she smiled and asked "Tomorrow?" then laughed. It was very cute. I laughed with her and told her not tomorrow but in a week or two. She hugged me then walked me to the exit where I thanked her and she hugged me tight and told me to come back and see her again.
I really did enjoy it. No drama and the young woman was very pleasant and adept at customer service. I really felt good and relaxed. My session lasted about 50 minutes. I'm not sure if I did anything wrong or not. I guess I'll find out when I go back next week for a second visit and see how I'm treated. I never saw the older Asian woman again.

Sorry but what is the actual name of the spa?
This was my first visit to an AMP. All my previous experiences had been in high mileage strip clubs or dealing with SWs off the Ave or similar. Truthfully, I always thought in the past that AMPs were too expensive for me but with the ways things seemed to have changed and / or maybe I've changed I started thinking an AMP might be a better option for me now. I inquired here on the Philly forum and got quite a bit of excellent advice that helped me make some decisions to try something new.
I'm not going to lie, I was a bit cautious and little paranoid about doing this. I looked over several options of where to go. I decided I was going to set this in motion and then go along for the ride to experience how it turned out. I also decided to drive out to the establishment and scout out the location before I called to make an appointment. I headed out there and initially couldn't find the place despite numerous hints from other patrons in reviews. I literally was right there at one point and didn't even realize it. In retrospect I like the very low key discrete nature of the place.
Once I found it I started to get paranoid. I actually sat in a parking lot about a mile away trying to get motivated to make the call about an appointment. I even started to head back home once then turned around and went back to the same parking lot to mull it over. I tend to suffer analysis paralysis when it comes to trying new things of this nature. I finally hit dial and an abrupt woman answered the phone with a somewhat stern / gravely voice. I just asked if they had any appointment times available and I was told they did and was asked when I could be there. I said I was in the area and could be there in as little as 10 minutes if that was possible or could wait up to an hour or so. I was told to arrive in 10 minutes and asked for a name.
I went and parked out side the establishment and went in. When I walked in it it was very underwhelming at first and I started to think I may have chosen poorly. A door opened and I was met by an older Asian lady and identified myself. She led me into a much nicer and more professional area where we made small talk while my temperature was taken and I was directed to use hand sanitizer. I tried to be professional, polite and respectful. The older lady then asked me to follow her to a room with a massage table where she told me I could sit down. I started to worry that SHE might be my masseuse, she looked to be in her late 50's to mid 60's.
I waited for 5 minutes and then there was a very light tapping on the door, a pause and then it opened and in walked a young asian woman of about 25. Very petite with pleasant smile and soft almost musical voice. She inquired if I had been there before I told her that it was my visit visit to this establishment but had visited others in the past. She had a slight accent and spoke softly which made it difficult for me to understand her at times but we managed. I verified and paid the house fee for the hour session. She asked if I wanted a table shower to start or a message. I told her I was interested in "everything" then gave her the tip I read was appropriate for a session. She left for a few minutes and came back. From there I just let her lead the session.
I disrobed and put on a towel and she led me to the table shower. She spent a decent amount of time rubbing me down and washing me front and back, rinsed and dried me off and then gave me a cup of mouthwash which I used. I don't think my breath stank since I had showered and brushed my teeth prior to going there and hadn't eaten or drank anything and I don't smoke. I also used some Listerine breath strips and some mints just before I entered the building. I was led back to room with the massage table to lay face down. She left for just under 5 minutes and I almost expected a different and less attractive girl to come back but it was the same one. She began my message and it was decent. We talked a bit. Then she had me turn over under the towel and she did my front. I got the full complete message and we changed positions several times during to make sure she could take care of everything properly. I felt great and was fully satisfied with the experience. She was a sweetheart and adorable. At the end she cleaned me up a little more and asked if I would like a bottle of water which I accepted then she asked if I wanted one or two bottles. I told her one would be enough and thanked her which seemed to please her and she gave me a big smile.
When she brought the water she watched me drink and kind of hovered then she asked me if I wanted a second bottle and verified that I was pleased and that I was positive I didn't want a second bottle of water. Not sure if I was supposed to offer an additional tip there or what but I had already tipped what I felt was adequate and generous in the beginning and I didn't redcall reading about tipping again at the end. She made some some small talk while I dressed and I thanked her again, we hugged a couple times, she kind of straightend and adjusted my clothes and she inquired if I planned to come back and I told I would and she smiled and asked "Tomorrow?" then laughed. It was very cute. I laughed with her and told her not tomorrow but in a week or two. She hugged me then walked me to the exit where I thanked her and she hugged me tight and told me to come back and see her again.
I really did enjoy it. No drama and the young woman was very pleasant and adept at customer service. I really felt good and relaxed. My session lasted about 50 minutes. I'm not sure if I did anything wrong or not. I guess I'll find out when I go back next week for a second visit and see how I'm treated. I never saw the older Asian woman again.

Had the itch and finally tried out the famous 309 spot. Met MMS, who led me to the room but didn't give me a lineup when I asked. I drew Lisa, a late 30's 115 type. She was pretty cute and attentive, but not GFE by any means. Standard TS with FS for the standard. Would recommend. The place is a little tricky to find, just look for the blacked out windows LOL. I was in and out in 40 min.

On a recommendation I saw somewhere else I stopped by and saw Tiffany. A real beauty. Nice D cups felt real and that was good enough for me. Wore a mask but did ask for peek under it. Wow, a beautiful face. Perfect teeth, killer smile, big eyes and long hair. Oh, yes a lovely shaved kitty. About 5'2". Nice outfit and nice shoes. Maybe about 5-10 lbs over weight but I am being extremely picky here. Wearing a mask sucks it limits my interaction with a lady. Towards the end she warmed up to me some more. Standard service. I haven't seen a lady this hot in the burbs for a while.

With the ceilings so high, there are no bars for back walking. Lina makes up for this by using her hands and legs; not quite the same, but it still works. Even though Lina was at a new place, my visit was as delightful as the last few years with her. I highly recommend her for anyone in the Plymouth Meeting / Norristown area. ,6/,4.

Good memories and if things have not changed you should get well satisfied. I liked TO better than Evergreen but as we all know it is the luck of the draw.

Since it's been forever and a day since I've had a spa vist, I decided to treat myself. Opted to visit TO as I figured it would be less busy and I like the increased parking privacy. Arrived and not busy. Mama took temp and squirted sanatizer on my hands.
In the room she took the. 7 house fee, told her I wanted a shower. She offered a differnt mask since mine might get wet. The mask had to stay on the whole time, I was informed.
In a few minutes in walked Lisa. Very cute, impossible to tell her age, but maybe in early 30's? Trotted of to the TS. After a very satisfying wash we went back to the room. I thought we could remove the mask now that we were alone and the door closed, but nope! Had to leave it on the whole time.
Before she even started asked what I wanted and she asked for the tip upfront. I tried to tell her that she gets it after but was hearing none of it. So I relented and offered up the usual plus an extra. 1 since that is all I had on me (I never go in with more than the house fee and a tip and the. 1 was change from the fee). She informed me that it was not enough and wanted. 3 more. Told her that was all I had. She was disappointed, but didn't change the service any.
I laid facedown to start and she disrobed. From the dress she was wearing I thought she was sporting a pair of bolt-ons, but I was wrong. She had a lovely, natural, perky B's. She went right into the ST. She moved her mask to assist in getting me ready. I asked if I could return the favor and she refused. Would not let me take off my mask, no matter what. So I used my hand, her nicely trimmed kitty responded and got very wet.
She climbed on up and seemed to enjoy herself. After we finished she cleaned me up and got a hot towel. She then proceeded with a nice medium-pressure massage. While I was not there the whole hour, it was close.
This is not the first time I have been to TO and had to pay the tip up front and be told it was not enough only for her to accept it anyway. Guess it's time to head back to E309 and see if treated better there. List time I was there it was not a good experience.

Decided to TOFTT and visit Relax Therapy. Walked in and was greeted by Linda in a small dress. She took my temperature, sanitized the soles of my shoes and then squirted sanitizer in my hands. Went back to the room, asked for a TS. Paid house fee of. 8 (yes, . 8) The TS was very thorough, was masked the whole time. Back in the room she started the massage. Was a little rough at first but took direction well.

I've hit Massage Quest in Warminster a few times recently. I've had three different providers (Amy, Alice, and another who's name escapes me), each with their own massage technique, but each providing a good massage. TS is a little awkward to get in and out, with the wide and deep ledges. TS is fairly standard, though a couple times I've gotten a pop in there. I left happy every time. . 6/. 5.

Got a pretty good sensual massage with a decent ending. $. 6/. 4.
Note: There is a sign on the wall in the room saying that no sexual services are provided and that asking would end the massage immediately with no refund. I don't think my masseuse can read English, and I didn't specifically ask in any case.
Will probably repeat.

I hadn't been at an FS joint in a long while, so I swung into New Century Warminster. Apple was my provider. Apple is an appropriate name, as her perky small bees are about the size of apples. TS was standard, with no teasing or play. Back in the room, her massage skills were lacking, with just some simple pushing and pressure on my back. After about 15 minutes of the lackluster performance, I had enough and flipped. This is when she decided to discuss the menu. After a short negotiation we continued the session. She wasn't very impressive on this side either and junior misbehaved as a result. She gave a good try and eventually ripped off the cover for good old fashioned man handling. Some tickling PM and head work resulted in a strong finish. She had no interest in finishing our allotted time, so I was shorted about 15 minutes. I did enjoy the session, although it was far less than my expectations. ,7/1,3.

They shouldn't be in business too much longer.When this place was WCT, the routine was pretty standard--always say yes to the TS (free), house was always 0.6, tip was always 0.4, HE only. Very predictable and no upsell. I always pay with a Ben so they understand that I understand; they always gave the change back to me and I always put it down in sight.
First time I went to Eden, it was mostly the same, except now they charge for the TS, so I say no (I usually shower first anyhow). But the last time I went there was more of an upsell, which was a bit disappointing. Now I feel the pressure to either negotiate or say no, which detracts from the experience (for me). I no longer know what is (or could be) on the menu, and at what price.
Am also not sure if it is just specific people, or if this is a management change. I also got a bit of an upsell on the other place I go to not far from Serenity (have not yet been to Serenity). It does seem that the standard has crept from 0.6/0.4 to 0.7/0.5 though. I guess it was bound to happen eventually.

My normal place's parking lot was full so was driving to plan B and when I passed this place -- which I have done a 1000 times but never stopped in. No cars in the lot so figured what the hell. I tried my first AMP last month. Evergreen on 30X Hatfield. It was recommended by two friends. I had such a good time I went back again this month. (Nov). The first visit was with a girl CeeCee. I knew enough to say yes to the TS. 70 to the house at that point. The TS was very thorough and friendly. Back to the massage room. She asked me what I wanted. Its been decades since I had a BJ. After thinking about it she may be right about the table shower being more of a Korean thing, at least in my experience. FS is a whole 'nother subject and I can think of places in various parts of the northeast of both ethnicities who provided FS and it seemed to be more about the area than the country of origin. At one time there were great American spas also providing FS, but that has dwindled to next to nothing as far as I can tell, which is unfortunate because I like the variety and would pay the price differential.
Been hearing good things about Tina at Massage Marvels in East Norriton. Tried to make appointment during day but Tina wasn't available until after 5. Wound up with Linda (50 ish? Place is new and clean. Linda is ok, but would not repeat given distance.

Congrats on your plunge into the AMP world. I'm no expert, and maybe others have had different experiences. I've only done DATY one time, and that was because I trusted my provider and it was during a threesome. I don't really have the urge to do it, but one hint I have learned is that if they offer mouthwash during the TS, usually (but not always) DATY or LFK is offered. The employee said she yelled for help and he told her that he would kill her if she did not stop screaming, according to the the's office. She said that he made motions with his fists indicating that he would hit her if she did not comply, the the's office said.
The the's office says Cleghorn then raped her.
Police obtained video surveillance footage from various companies at the Kimberton Shoppes showing Cleghorn enter the spa and were able to track him down from the video of his license plate, according to the news release. During the investigation, computer forensics detectives were able to confirm that a Google search for the spa was found on his cell phone, the the's office said.
The the's office said GPS location data showing Cleghorn to be at the spa was embedded in a video recorded on his cell phone. The video also captured him removing all of his clothes and shows him attempting to conceal the cell phone under his shirt while it recorded, the the's office said. A preliminary hearing is scheduled on Jan. 26 before MDJ John Hipple.

At least that's what I tell myself. I tend to go in the morning when the pizza place isn't open yet (although they are usually there) and I don't park in front of the stores.

A bit late on this but hey better late then never. Have had good experiences here in the past but this last one was horrible. SHow up, no cars in the lot. Get in and lady says customer coming in 45 min can I do just 30 min for $50. I said I'd rather come back another time so I am not rush but she said no rush and how about 30 min for $40 so I said ok. I was on the table for 5 min when the customer showed up. She leaves to bring him to his room and comes back to me. Another 5 min and she say flip and start the tease. At that point I'm annoyed -- customer waiting, rushed -- so I just got up & left. For the 10 min total she worked on me it felt great but will not be back.
