If you have noticed international backpage pages redirecting to the root US page and want a work around read on. This is not elegant and it may be very temporary. No guarantees but this works as of 5 m ago.
If you access any international BP site from a US IP you are redirected, I haven't found a way around this. Even some European IPs are being redirected. I've found success with the below methods using servers in Turkey, Singapore, and Australia. Likely many others do as well.
Step 1 is get a VPN. This is not enough but get one and connect to a server outside the US. You should have one anyway. Make sure it doesn't log user sessions.
Step 2- connect to a server outside the US and Europe.
Step 3- do a google search to find out the subdomain you need. Example if you want to go to Rome, Italy's page it would be roma. backpage.com (note that this URL still redirects!
Step 4- Manually on the text shown here to get to the listings- roma. backpage.com/ FemaleEscorts / Classifieds If you try roma. backpage.com/ FemaleEscorts / you will be redirected. You have to add the / classifieds (classifieds may be capitalised. Try both).
Step 5- browse but only click links to ads and "page back" If you click other links to other areas of (for example) Italy you will come back to us site. You will have to change the URL manually to switch cities. Searching still seems to work in most cities.
The redirect scheme may be using some other method to determine location besides IP, I'm not sure and I really don't have the time to sort through all the technical stuff I would need to in order to figure it out. The international sites seems to have a lot of ads so people are still getting there from those locations. Definitely looks like they are using multiple methods to do this. Fuck the police.

I'm not concerned with fake pictures (99%+ of BP), but more if there are actual women that provide the expected services. In PA, you'd get a reasonable session and price from a 40 year old Chinese woman with decent looks (nothing outstanding, but does deliver).
