All of this. Plus, if you have priors in any sex related offenses. If they run info on you and find you're on the SO list, you can believe they are getting any subpoenas or warrants they need and they will show up for you sooner or later. 99% of those arrests are in person because dude showed up but every now and again when you read articles, you'll see that they got some guy from way out of town that was pandering or importuning. If you're nobody and didn't really get into any terrible shit via voice / text you're likely OK. Just going to have to wait it out.
Bottom line, be careful, no unnecessary contact, do your research and watch what you say. Sure, technically what is being said in the ad on STG is likely enough to show intent of your contact, but if you're insulating yourself by using a burner, etc, and not asking to meet with a teen or whatever, they're not spending the time, and money to look for a random John.Is communicating through WhatsApp safer? I know most providers here in US probably never heard of that app but I hear its unhackable. I know as soon as I mention WhatsApp most providers will think I am trying to scam her from a foreign country. another thing freaks me out sometimes they would send pic but in the background there is a kid.

Problem isn't so much whether the communication itself is encrypted, problem is who is on the other end (or shows the other end to someone). I have seen more and more snapchat being used. At least messages get automatically deleted after 24 hours (by default, can be changed / individual messages can be saved).

Just want to get a pulse: I know we felt because it was an election year things got tight.
Do you feel that things will loosen up a bit now since the election is over or no? The streets seem to flow regardless, I'm wondering about the AMP and Stripclubs. Will the boys in blue to busy or will the red sweep have them at every door?

https://www.cleveland.com/community/2024/11/man-arrested-for-engaging-in-prostitution-at-hotel-independence-police-blotter.htmlFrom the story. "Police issued a warrant for the arrest of a man suspected of engaging in prostitution at hotels in Independence and Middleburg Heights.
Police responded to a call. From management at a Red Roof Inn. ".
Does this read as they've been tracking this particular john for a period of time? Have they been following him from Red Roof Inn to Red Roof Inn? Or have they been tracking the woman? Or simply responding to a RRI employee who had suspicions? Article says cops interviewed her *after* the deed and that she admitted to pr* it*tion but no mention of arresting her for that.
I guess the big picture is just "be careful. ".

I guess the big picture is just "be careful. ".That whole article seems fucking crazy. First, police respondimg to RRI about a call of *possible* prostitution or drugs? Then, tracking the car? The woman admitting and confirming tricking this visit and many prior visits? The craziest part might be it was onnly $100.
Also, the headline says arrested but the article only says contacted. All of this for possible blow and go? Crazy. Sounds like he said she said. Good luck with that coppers.

But getting this far was clearly his choice.

But getting this far was clearly his choice. You don't know that from the article, which indeed is unclear. They had a warrant for his arrest. He was contacted and / or arrested. That's all you know.
If what the article says is accurate, and there's not much more to the story, it seems absolutely insane that a warrant was issued based on a call of suspicion. You need a lot more than suspicion to even detain someone in a traffic stop or on the street. It needs to be actionable suspicion.
Either there is more evidence or this is a pretty clear overreach, which will go nowhere, even if he did talk, based on the warrant not being valid in the first place.
We don't know the whole story so all we can do is speculate. But Ohio seems to be pushing the limits on civil rights.
I'm assuming they felt they're going to stand on some of the new laws to even attempt to make this stick. Someone's going to start pushing back on this kind of thing.

Everytime I contact a provider and they say they are staying in Independence I tell them in the future look for a different spot since that area is notoriously bad for SW trade.

I've seen Paris whenever she decides to come here usually there or Beachwood. Just have to make sure who you're seeing there is a reviewed provider. Tends to be the girls coming into the city that I see there though versus local girls. Local girls that go there I am wary of and will come here to check for reviews, next to TER to make sure they're legit.

Vet better.I've also seen a few girls in Independence and mostly it's not the girls I was worried about but the hotel staff giving me the side eye. If they suspect something fishy is going on they'll call the cops and have it looked into. And there is plenty of surveillance in those hotels for them to pull tape from. An endless parade of dudes going to the same room might be cause for alarm. Or. If the 5-0 preemptively contacted these hotels to observe and report some weekend they decide to focus on the trade.
Idk man. The same can be said for any hotel anywhere but I got a bad vibe the times I went to Independence and other stories I've heard didn't help. YMMV obviously.

Just scroll down this very page and you'll see that Independence was in the news last month.
Of course, you take your chances at a Red Roof Inn. Hopefully the safe and real girls are staying at slightly nicer places.

Downtown has always been a PITA for me for some reason, maybe the traffic or parking?
