No court of law will prosecute, so the effort was meaningless to bring attention. Hopefully the ladies in the 937 could make a donation of time to give to him.

Channel 5 is reporting 50 officers swarned The Drake this morning. It says they cleared all the rooms, detained some people and arrested the owner.
It goes on to say that they will close it down using "nuisance" laws.
If they are raidning The Drake, they are probably looking at the other place (can't remember the name) down the street. Stay very clear is my advice.
It's also being reported they found no drugs on site. Say WHAT?
It's also being reported they found no drugs on site. Say WHAT?They wouldn't come to the same conclusion if they blood tested any of the residents. Plus I wonder how much of it got flushed, or swallowed. The H trick for a user is to swallow the tar whole if the po-po shows up. Not lethal to do so unless it is a larger quantity,
Makes me want to spit nails that some that lived at Drake are pretty much on the streets because they paid their rent with most of what they had and now have to leave. Not sure what the city could do but they could have least been a bit more helpful for the "residents"? I don't care if they were there for drugs or not or for whatever reason. If there was NO FUCKING PROOF then they should be treated on a different scale, NO EVIDENCE, NOT GUILTY! Pretty much hung out to dry. BULLSHIT.
Innocent until proven guilty in case any of the community leaders have forgotten. Stupid fucks.
If I could somehow know who some of these people were I would try to at least help a few of them myself.

It was actually my first visit there and was thoroughly unimpressed with all but the convenient location and easy in easy out unseen.

I bet they their warrants or what not only allowed them to search the office, and not the rooms, since they were after the owner.
The cops probably just cleared the rooms. Or the owner knew about it, and warned the people he was 'lookin out' for.
Drake in not in Cincinnati. That is why it is closed and Sycamore is open.

I've never been hit for this hobby or any girl that has gone threw me, but I'm guessing you my mongering friend have never been in trouble with le. This is how it really works, guilty until proved otherwise.
We don't live in the 60/70's anymore and the le can do what they damn well please. If you are on there radar for whatever reason sit tight and wait it out is all I can tell you. They aren't after the girls for real, other than to get them tested for std's but they are after the dope boys.
Just speaking from experience. Check my post that will be made in the rants. I enjoy them ladies just the same, and for those guys trying to save and help, I'd say don't because they will bleed you dry and not in a good way, some are better than most on this board and those guys that have tried know. Please be safe and extra careful because if you text or call one the le will make your life hell. Peace and be safe.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/05/31/alexis-wright-zumba-prostitution-scandal-sentence_n_3366553.htmlFellas. This entrepreneur woman is feeding the wolfs. The news and the morns on thi9s site are feeding off her misery, how come ted Kennedy never went to jail. We sure know he never attended such workout. Wink wink. The news companies are using this story to make billions. What do we gwt out of it? More idiot leos.
Read the article and see how much she made tx free and how much public assistance she drew off this. Who said you had to work hard to make it!I believe she worked very hard for all that to be successful but she slipped and got caught. Why the recordings and records which nailed her.
What really pisses me off is they're going to release the names of all her clients. WTF! Don't see the logic in that at all. Just more journalism and local LEO going for sensationalism acting like they're doing the public a service.
Do you see them doing this when they bust Drug dealers and expose who their clients are?
In this town, Cincinnati, just like any city there are plenty of cops, lawyers, politicians who seek the services of providers. I knew a provider in Columbus that over half of her regulars were cops.

Michael Douglas' Throat Cancer Caused By Oral Sex Virus, Not Smoking Or Drinking.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/06/02/michael-douglas-throat-cancer-oral-sex_n_3375500.htmlActually if you read the entire article it does not state that Michael Douglas's cancer was caused by HPV rather that HPV can cause throat cancer, as can smoking (which he did) , heavy drinking (which he did) , and other mechanisms. It is impossible what did cause his cancer. It may well have been HPV or any combination of other factors. The fact is that you can get cancer from DATY via HPV but you can get it from many other factors, use sense with your risk management. As always.

In San Antonio a man was acquitted of murder even thpough he admitted he shot the escort he met from Craigslist. She apparently tried to cash & dash with $150 and he sprayed her car with bullets from his handy AK-47.
Apparently, In Texas its legal to use deadly force to recover stolen property and when an escort tries to leave without performing sex, it is now theft and the money stolen property.

http://www.mysanantonio.com/default/article/Jury-escort-shooter-4581027.phpThat is the craziest verdict I have ever heard. That guy should be in prison. She didn't steal the money he gave it to her. If he wasn't happy with the service he has to take her to court. That would be like shooting your plumber because you paid him in advance and he didn't fix your toilet.

For the record, I think that's legal in Texas too.Might be fewer cash and dashes if this were the legal in all 50 states.

That would be like shooting your plumber because you paid him in advance and he didn't fix your toilet. No, it's not the "craziest verdict", it's a stupid prosecutor. As it's been explained to me, what this person did doesn't qualify under the legal definition of "murder" in Texas, and the prosecutor should never have brought those charges. If the prosecutor had charged him with manslaughter, the conviction would have apparently been a slam dunk.

There was a story on WCPO about it. I have mentioned here on a couple of occasions that the sex trafficking awareness campaigns will create the next great moral panic. The assumption is every man involved is violent and every woman is a victim. There are just enough anecdotal examples to justify the "epidemic" as portrayed by the victim industry advocates.

Fairview Heights community plagued by human trafficking fights back.

CINCINNATI. When the sun goes down in Fairview Heights, residents say the neighborhood they call home becomes a breeding ground for prostitution.
Residents along the McMicken corridor have seen it all and say the number of prostitutes, pimps and "johns" are growing in their area.
"I had a pregnant, half-naked, bleeding prostitute push through my window at 2:30 in the morning a week ago," said XXXXXXXX, president of the West McMicken Improvement Association.
Residents say prostitution in their neighborhood has been growing for years. But Monday, they put pimps and solicitors on notice.
Armed with signs and blue ribbons. The symbol of human trafficking. Residents alerted the community to a new kind neighborhood watch campaign.
"We are trying to fight the demand and we're also trying to fight the primp, the purveyor of the exploitation, which is human trafficking," Walsh said.
The community hopes that by reporting the license plate numbers of solicitors to police, the shame will keep them away.
They also want to let prostitutes know they can find help.
"You watch the pimps hitting these women, calling them names, walking three or four paces behind them," Fairview resident XXXXXXXX said. 'We realize that prostitutes are victims. Very sad victims."
Community leaders said they are working very closely with Cincinnati police. But officers say prostitution isn't an easy issue to solve and is usually a symptom of a larger problem, like drugs and homelessness.
"We can't arrest our way out of a problem, ' Cincinnati Police Lt. Maurice Robinson said. 'Like a lot of problems, without the cooperation of the community and different elements of the community, everything has to work together to identify and solve a specific problem."
Residents have tied blue ribbons on all the trees, a symbol for human trafficing. And they had big signs that said HEY JOHNS WE GOT YOUR NUMBER.

WTF was he thinking getting into her van? Also interesting how he had a nice round sum of $$ on his person. Until he lost his clothing. DzOur risk is higher when the girl controls the location and still higher when she takes us there. The drive-time is not the only reason many escorts do not do outcall. They are aware of the risk when they do not control the location.

This may not be the full story (details may be missing and now the police claim that they were working off of a 'tip') but regardless, this story is scary. Was looking at youtube last night. Videos of Leo arrogance. And there were a couple videos that pointed out if you are arrested they can take your phone and download everything on it looking for crimes. Even if you aren't charged for what they pick you up for, you can end up charged by what they find in your phone. So phone numbers can be pointers to our activities. Another reason to have simple phones for setting appointments and wipe them regularly. I think this is much more of a threat than hitting us via this web site. Still, entering reports of friends is probably wiser than our own first person tales. My IT friend says data available from web and phones usage is huge, so the smaller our footprints the better. And, if anyone thinks that some LEO won't pursue this simply to satisfy his bully appetite, even if there is no prosecution, well all I can say is we have different realities.

Ohio has a law in place in which they have to have a warrant to confiscate the info on your phone. Indiana does not have this law. Not that it would take very long to get a warrant if they were determined.

Good advice and something else to keep in mind is that "wiping" a phone doesn't delete the history of texts and calls off the cell phone's provider servers. I read a while back about how cell phone providers keep text history on their servers for a certain amount of time, and the time varied by each provider. I am 99. 99% sure they need warrant to access that. Just something to be aware of.

I use a burn phone. Pay for it with cash. Add minutes with cash. The only way it can be traced back is by looking at the cash register video at Walmart if they can figure our when I bought it. Needed to erase it once when a provider I was seeing got busted and LE had her number. Took it to the garage, removed the battery and smashed it with a sledge hammer. Don't think the NSA could even read this one. DAMAGE = $9. Went to Walmart and got another.

And they do need a warrant to obtain the history / content as it is covered under the existing definition of a wire tap.
One thing that you do need to remember is that burn phones are quite often on a carrier that you may not be aware of. So to use an example if you have a Tracfone with SIM5 in it your actual carrier is TMobile, while a SIM4 is AT&T. In our area most of the Tracfones have SIM5 in them, but you can buy blank SIM4 and pop those in to switch your carrier (usually best to do this before you activate the phone). Alternatively you can buy one off eBay, specify the area of use as Jamestown, MO 65046 and that will guarantee you a SIM4. Cricket & BoostMobile both use Sprint as a carrier.

If the info's on your phone they can view it, download it, and use it. They need a warrant to get the deleted content. That's my 2. 5 cents.
Keep your powder dry. C688
Need some advice. I tried a burn phone a couple years ago. A. I was nervous of someone finding it. B. I bought it, used a 90 day prepaid card for a couple out of town trips, and sometime (4-5 months) after the first prepaid expired I bought another prepaid card for an out of town trip. It didn't work and I called AT&T and they said my SIM card had expired and they shut down my number. They said I needed to keep the phone continually active. So do you really need to keep buying these prepaid cards and keep the phone active? Just seems like a hassle if you don't use it a lot and I just use google text for 98% of my correspondence.

For my purposes, I've had better luck with Verizon burners. They have a plan where it's $1. 99 a day for unlimited calls, only on days you use it, plus 2 cents a text anytime. You can buy prepaid cards for $15 plus tax that are good for 30 days or until you use up the time. The phones themselves are usually cheap and come with $10 worth of time, so even cheaper. Just as a general rule, probably a good idea to burn your phone, literally, as in send discreetly to a landfill, regularly. Everything is still with Verizon, of course, but one less thing to be discovered. You're unlikely in this hobby to rise to the level of importance to warrant a subpoena.

I have some inside information that a sting is taking place at the Comfort Suites in Newport KY.
So far at least 2 people have been arrested for unknown charges.
Please don't ask how I came by this information, as I will not discuss it.
Just be extremely careful in that area, or avoid it altogether as I will be.Just as an FYI.
I've had a few folks call me and ask me if I've known or heard of this.
I've spent a few months in that hotel a few years ago, and didn't have any major issues in having outcalls come over, but, I've heard that there's a change in ownership as of recently and that the new folks didn't tolerate that type of behavior.
I did hear that a provider from this board got popped in Northern Kentucky over the weekend, but, I was unable to confirm this with a corresponding arrest record or docket entry on kycourts. I wouldn't consider my source 100% accurate. However, it was accurate enough to get my feelers out looking for corroboration.
There is an increased LEO presence. Anyone who's been active in the game for a while can see this. It's more than the 'lip service' that I've seen in the past, where their "get tough on prostitution" consists of a marked car sitting on McM doubling as speed duty in the UC area, or, popping girls who have drug or other histories when they want to get someone away from the game for a little bit. They're targeting Johns and Pimps. I'm one of those two, so, I cross my t's and dot my I's a little bit differently these days.
On the same token, I've been told to expect an increased presence in some of the 'burbs of Hamilton County (not specifically downtown) in the next weekend or two.
Be careful out there, folks.
I can think of a few ways that a woman might lure a man somewhere, and at least a couple involve the hobby.

Heh: "Bowden was also hit with an indecent exposure count for 'having his genitals within public view"
But that's only because the Cops opened the door of the shed!
I mean if they were doing it in the aisles, that'd be one thing. But they took the action to a shed specifically to avoid anyone seeing his genitals. What more can we as a society ask for? Those cops just wanted to see some titties (or some dong). My Carolina boyfriend tried to talk me into doing that one day, after lunch, since there was a Lowe's right next door. I declined, because I was afraid of Grandpa opening the shed and catching us!

If we could just approach this with the sanity of the Swiss. Special carports just so folks don't have to resort to these kinds of antics.

I never once thought we would be arrested for doing it if caught. That was 20 years ago so maybe we wouldn't have been.
Should give it a try Molly. It's an adventure. LOL

I'm a road head warrior . That's for sure. It's the only way to get me to shut-up on the long drive thru the mountains to snowboard ha ha ha. But, I'm not a teenager anymore, so I like to be comfortable when I'm getting it in. I have two residences, and two big beds, so why the need to hump anywhere else? I get the extra thrill-factor, though. We did walk out on the pier at the beach at night to do it there, but there were too many people on it, so we walked over to an empty rental vacation house and did it on the back deck. Then there was the time we did it 3 times in the back of the movie theater. We were alone except for one older 60s / 70s guy. I am sure he had to have heard me cumming at least once ha ha.
Outlet mall dressing room is a good idea.
I'm thinking we all should compile a list of crazy sex places, and then report and mark off the list the ones we accomplish ha ha ha.

She loves giving me head while I drive. We've almost tried the dressing room thing but I'm too afraid to get caught and arrested. We have done it several times in parking garages or at parks (in the car) including during the middle of the day. We've gone out into the woods at area parks and I've bent her over some fallen trees or something, even did it right on the trail a couple times, missing other hikers by a minute or so. We did once hook up in the women's room of a local park. She wants to do it in a movie theatre but I think I'd be too nervous of getting caught. My favorite was out on the balcony of the raddison in covington. Her favorite was on the hood of my car along a very deserted Indiana road in the middle of the night.

This was a long time ago when I lived in Chicago. My ex-wife and I were walking around one summer day at the Lincoln Park Zoo by Lake Michigan. It was late in the afternoon and the place wasn't crowded. She, my Ex., wanted to get frisky so I suggested giving me a BBBJ while here in the Zoo. We found a spot behind bushes and I've received a very long no rushed BBBJ. Funny because we were near the elephants and they were making noises.

After a workout in the steam room of the gym I belonged to with my ex prior to getting married. All that separated us from 50 people was fogged up glass & an unlocked door. Anyone could have walked in at any time. On a side note, as for crazy sex after the ring went on it? Well, you know.
I was watching the Discovery channel and they show Elephants Mating and let me tell you I was IMPRESS.
AND Elephants Penise moves just like his trunk. OMG, I want Mine to do that. If My trunk could move like that, I would be 'the Man! ' Take a look on YouTube and watch then come back her and post.
Unusual Places for Sex. Good Question, but is that with any Woman or just SWs. I do both, in any place I can. I am talking from Eden Park picnic tables while my GF at the time wore a dress and No Panties at the upper overlook near the water pump. A long dress works perfect, and you look like a couple just being romantic. This happened about 5:30pm during the weekday, many, many, many times with several different Women who liked me enough to Fisk it. And thevLE just drove pass.
Then to an SW on the side of a car, on the sidewalk, because she was waiting on someone and couldn't leave and I wasn't going to wait around or come back.
My Fav spot was the Skywalk Theater downtown when it was there. If you went into the theater pick the last row in the back, during the movie. Since the entrance was about 15ft, in front of those rolls you were well hidden. Plus when the attentant walked inside, it took his eyes a few minutes to adjust to see anything, so you had time to Stop and act like your just watching the movie. You had two side of the place to pick from but I preferred the left side.
It was my Favorite Spot to take a Date that I was already having Sex with. We were foreplay, bangin, foreplay, bangin, and only saw the movie again when it replayed.
It was as Good as going to the Twin, Oakley, Dent, & Mt. Healthy Drive-Ins.
I had Sex at those places all the time too.
Even Today I get Risky / Frisky at times, but there are more cameras everywhere now.
Word to Excitement!

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) A majority of City Council members are supporting a proposal to build Sex Boxes on an abandoned lot on McMillan east of Essex Place in November.
Vice Mayor Roxanne Qualls and Council members Wendell Young, Pam Thomas, Yvette Simpson, Chris Seelbach and Laure Quinlivan outlined their proposal to allocate just under $3 million in funding at a press conference on Tuesday.
"Our plan prioritizes support for providers and mongers," Qualls said."These funds are critical for providers that service the mongers. And the sex that is so beloved by Cincinnatians, and services that support our neighborhoods."
The motion restores funding for:
* Full Service;
* MSOG;
* BBBJCIM;
* COF;
* DATY;
* PSE;
* CIM;
* LFK / DFK;
* Greek.
Qualls emphasized that the Sex Boxes are made possible by her higher than anticipated revenue for July and August after raising her rates to 2 Roses.
The Greater Cincinnati Sex Coalition released a statement after the announcement.
"As providers of Cincinnati we must note that these Sex Boxes are occurring because citizens, sex groups, BBBJ groups and the like called for it. We must let council members who vote for these Sex Boxes know they are doing the right thing and that their work on this is valuable."

Crazy penis structures in nature, that's for sure. Go to around 1:20 to see him blow a huge load that will probably make all you members jealous. The commentary is pretty funny, too.
I had actually seen a couple very large tortoises, probably almost 3 feet in diameter, screwing each other, right up front by the fence, at Busch Gardens in Tampa. It was hilarious. The male would literally grunt and then thrust, wait about 10-15 seconds, and grunt and thrust into the female again. You should have heard the parents stumbling for excuses as to what they were doing when asked by their kiddos, with the most common answering being 'they are just playing, honey'.
Wow. The scuba adventure seems to be at the top of the crazy place list. What can top that? Sex in zero gravity on the International Space Station? Those astronauts stay up there on average 6 months to a year. Ha Ha! I bet the guys have no problem 'getting it up' up in space-it probably just floats straight up!
I'm down for snowboarding anytime, and it's a very long drive to Colorado. Hell, bring along another lady friend if you want. If she is my size, I have an extra board, boots, and plenty of cold-weather gear.

Was on a CVG to Rome overnight back when CVG was a real international airport. Guy I was traveling with claimed that he enjoyed some company with a hottie from coach during the night. He points her out when we're waiting for luggage and yes, she was a hottie. I was skeptical. Story goes around the meeting for a couple days and everyone is giving him chit about it. Third night, we're all heading out for dinner and he's sitting in the lobby bar with the hottie from the overnight getting ready to head out for their own dinner. Maybe coincidence but WTF, it sure looked fun. LOL.
So when I think about the fantasy of a mile high adventure, it includes civilian and anonymous. Scheduling a trip like this, I don't know. Might be fun but it won't stop me from sitting up in business class on every flight watching the coach folks board and picking out the potential candidates. I know nothing will ever come from it but chance favors the prepared mind.
Have a great day.

True, spontaneity and the idea of 'getting away with it' plays a big part of the MHC. Using an airline service specifically for such is kinda like shooting fish in a barrel. Ya can check it off your bucket list, but there would always be an asterisk by it in the back of your mind. I recall my flight back from Desert Storm long ago. We had government leased 747s to bring back the bulk of troops that... either were staffed with VERY hot & patriotic flight attendants, or very high-dollar escort types provided by the airlines or private concerns that were there to 'boost soldiers morale'. ;) I know there was an amazing redhead that made that an extremely memorable trip for this old vet. ;)

Is it a new reality show?I knew I shouldn't have signed that release form!! They said I was going to be the next Kim Kardashian!! Just on a smaller scale... What scale?
Is it a new reality show?I think LE should spend their time going after the drug dealers whom a lot are responsible for the girls on the street trying to support their habit. Leave the mongers alone and go to the root of the problem. Curious what the report will reveal. Will see tomorrow night.

While watching Arizona State playing UCLA just now, Fox 19 ran a promo for a story called "Hometown Hookers' to air Monday Nov. 25 on their 10 pm news...perhaps worth a look?Yes I saw the promo also...,probably some asshole in the hobby (or reporter in the hobby) wanting attention, thinking he's breaking new ground here, exposing a dark underworld that has been around since the beginning of time. Makes my butthole pucker a bit knowing that the wife may catch a glimpse of this "report" batten down the hatches...,time to weather another mini-storm. Thanks asshole.

Leave the mongers alone and go to the root of the problem.Agreed. Drugs and the lives they destroy are an issue they should spend a lot of time on. But drugs are dirty and scary. Not nearly as much fun as a story where woman are getting naked of course.

They mentioned sharonville, blue ash, and west chester so obviously be careful and those areas. Once again, uncle LEO is wasting his time!! The providers / johns will get out of jail hours later and think of different ways to commit the same act. For the providers, the money is WAY too good to pass up / chance missing. The oldest profession is paying a lot more than mcdonalds or family dollar now days.

We can only hope that uncle LEO removed a lot of the scammers and trash off of BP. Because a lot of the true providers know how to screen and avoid these bust!
Stay safe,

$10. 12. 15 : more?
Wonder what the min wage would have to be to prove this point accurate?
$10. 12. 15 : more?I'm sure $15 would get a few of them out of the market. That's actually now the minimum wage at SeaTac, Washington (airport workers). But the resolution to establish that wage just barely passed (and you have to make the commute to work at the airport to get it).

But the resolution to establish that wage just barely passed (and you have to make the commute to work at the airport to get it).Even if the Minimum Wage was enough for some Girls to quit the Business, there will always be Girls that would rather make in one hour what others would make in one week. So raising the Minimum Wage would have little effect if any of Girls leaving the Business.
Raising the minimum wage is just more government interference with the free market. First, when the minimum wage goes up, unemployment goes up. Second, when the minimum wage goes up, so does the price of everything else. Basic economics. Any minimum wage is a bad idea, and it should be abolished.
Cheech1.
First of the girls in this business make their money tax free. They don't to get up at any particular time. They don't have to fight the traffic. And putting up with an asshole client for an hour is much better than putting up with an asshole boss for 40 hours. Their biggest down fall is that it does not provide anything for the future in terms of retirement years.

She gets a monthly check from her V.A. Office of about 1000 a month. In her Prime Escorting years she was making over 4000 a month. I still keep in contact with her and visit her when I can. I help her out every now and then by sending her Money when she gets in a bind. I think this will be the fate of my current Provider. Even now she is not getting the Business she used to in the past. Guess the Bad Economy is hitting Providers too.

Goodness! If you think it is bad now, wait until Jan 1st when the "anointed one's" health care law goes in effect. For myself, insurance will almost double as my employer has dropped all coverage benefits, replacement coverage is fucked, almost unaffordable and all home owners have an estimated water service is going up by 22%, sewage by 6% (thanks again to the imposter-in-chief's EPA mandates). Cost of everything continues to increase. NOT to make any political statement here folks, but mark my words, for the middle class and lower, extra "play-time" funds will be quite a bit tighter for mongers and will affect providers as well. A great example. My best friend tonight considered seeing an escort. But then he weighed in seeing an escort or after seeing Black Friday ads and the savings for needed work items, he stayed home a watched a movie! Welcome to the United Socialist States of.

Natalie Cole, age 36, is a former SW er near the mcm area. She's the woman that got hit by the police cruiser several weeks ago and somehow the police cruiser's camera 'stopped working.
' well she's still in very bad shape, and is suing CPD. I wish her well on that outcome.

And then someone from the opposite lane hits her too. Wow.Yes I saw that on the news judge Dinkelacker is an appellate judge he was a municipal court judge and a common pleas judge in Hamilton county. He has always been seen as a liberal judge I was in front of him in 1984 on a misdemeanor he basically let me off the hook I had no previous history and he took it off my record. They had the cameras on him at the scene and he was crying. I felt bad for everybody involved.

Not sure what this story has to do with the purpose of this forum.
Not sure what this story has to do with the purpose of this forum.I guess that when the accident happens on the ho stroll and the victim has priors for soliciting and drugs that somehow makes it relevant?
That will allow their cameras to "malfunction" retroactively whenever it's convenient for them.Adjust the date and time on the unit so that it's slightly slow (like 15 minutes or so).
Something happens, go back in the file to a few minutes before the incident, set the time forward and unplug the video lead and then wait a few and barely reconnect it.
Camera is good, then records nothing and then comes back with a bad pic.
I guess that when the accident happens on the ho stroll and the victim has priors for soliciting and drugs that somehow makes it relevant? Not to mention that the accident occurred within a stone's throw of the stroll; could the Judge have been checking out the hobby? Calloused me to suggest such a thing. Additionally the research dept is looking to see if the decedant ever appeared before the Judge in any of her 43 past and present cases? Nothing seems obvious and of course even if there was such a coincidence this is not to suggest that there is any nefarous activity there, just merely a conicidence. Further reporting on that will be forthcoming, if and only if there are details to report.
One additional piece of minutia is that the decedant was due to make an appearance on 12/20 on Main St for a pending case involving a glass pipe. Bless her soul, she should no longer be dealing with those struggles in her current place; at least if you believe that such an after-place exists. RIP!

Uh if you read the title of the Tab it reads NEWS and Media Reports it's still news, maybe she was a working class woman, and now isn't.Here is more news.
I certainly hope that the threshold for being posted here is more than just the possibility that a woman might be a working class woman. Otherwise we might as well just have a news feed because that generalization can be made about any woman.

Anyone else see this series? They play up the human trafficking angle a lot. Last night they did stings on BP down in Florida at a hotel. At one point they showed the holding room (a hotel room) with all the busted SP and johns. One of the busted johns was actually on his honeymoon. Felt sorry for these guys as most were married and looked very distraught. Makes you think twice.

Felt sorry for these guys as most were married and looked very distraught. Makes you think twice.I think we are all of the same opinion that legalization and regulation is what is ultimately needed. In the meantime, I think the only option is to take steps to minimize the risks:
1). See only vetted, trusted providers. I pass up a lot of interesting ads on BP. Not worth the risks.
2). Avoid agencies that employ foreign women. These are always targets, because foreign women are often "assumed" to be victims of human trafficking.
3). See independents whenever possible. LE seems to favor stings on "prostitution rings" rather than on individual providers. Even in the Maine Zuma case (Google Alexis Wright) a man was in the background, helping to launder the money.
4). Especially avoid interstate agencies. These agencies often have great selections, but they are also big targets.
5). When you find a provider or two (or three) who works for you, stick with them. You have much less chance of getting busted then. And if you *do* get mixed up in a bust, you can claim that you had an ongoing "sugar daddy" relationship, which is technically not prostitution.
6). I've said this before, but nothing is dumber than the arrangement in which meetings take place in motel rooms, one guy after another, all day. Escort services should be outcall only. If you're married, then rent a motel room. That is much less risky than when a provider rents a motel room and conducts repeated business there.
7). Avoid AMPs. I love AMPs. But every AMP goes down, sooner or later.
8). No SWs: Not only are most of these women toothless crack addicts, but SW customers are the top targets of LE. For LE, they're like shooting fish in a barrel. That $30 car date isn't such a bargain, after all.
A lot of these rules (except #8) run counter to my preferences. I would much rather deal with an agency than an independent, because agencies are far more convenient for scheduling, and offer greater variety. Scheduling with indies is often a pain in the keister.
I still think that the long term trend is toward legalization, but in the meantime, they are going to ruin a lot of innocent lives. Better to stay safe than be sorry.

[QUOTE=Re#6 what have you seen happen as far as motel/hotel incalls? I know many well known SP operate out of these incalls.[/QUOTE]
I have no problems myself going to motel/hotel incalls, but there is a risk. Especially if the provider is a high volume girl, then the repeated in/out of people in the room can draw attention that may not be wanted for anyone. I know I don't like to go past the front desk if I don't have to but that is just my preference. Just try to choose providers that you trust and not high volume.

Reading and Listening to these zealots talks about the subject is much like listening to a political speech when they repeatedly use previously circulated "talking points". How many times do they use the term "human trafficking" or "sex trade trafficking"? If they say these words enough they will garner more attention, oh, and more MONEY too. With money comes power and influence.

I still think that the long term trend is toward legalization, but in the meantime, they are going to ruin a lot of innocent lives. Better to stay safe than be sorry.I've known for a while now that they've been scraping BP and CL for the special kind of ads.
I've had a dream that an enterprising young lad has done the same, to generally follow up on some shady chicks that he got really weird vibes from. Anything from how they've acted on the phone to anything else -- primarily, it was to validate that they weren't who they said they were, or, to ensure that he is avoiding areas where he knows there at. If you want some really good data, you should look at how prices trend before they visit uncle LEO and after they come back from his house. This young lad might have mentioned it to someone during a night of drinking -- only to find out that his buddy of Uncle LEO's has been doing the same thing.
Back to reality, there's a few interesting things going on here:
1). I've noticed a lot of enforcement looking at SW's recently. I drive through MCM on my way to grab lunch from Thai Express every now and again, and you can tell when Uncle's out, and where he's hanging out at.
2). I've heard through the grapevine that the tri county area's getting additional $$ from the feds for not just LE's time, but, for prosecuting them as well. Human Trafficking sounds horrible, and it's story fodder for the media outlets. They love stories like this because it gets them eyeballs and the "good christian, church going women who would never, ever consider such a thing" *rolls eyes* donate money to the causes. White.
3). I've noticed (via this board and my BP / CL perusings) that there's a lot more short-term providers here -- I had one woman tell me that she took calls for 3 days before she was visited by her uncle.
We can talk about where it's going to head with all of this (I don't think Cincinnati will ever legalize it), who they're going to pop (they've popped both Johns and girls at this point in time), where they're going to strike next (major enforcement of BP / CL girls first), and if they're on the boards (they are, even the vetted boards). They like going after pimps and agencies and when they run out of them, they'll start going after the indies.
I'm...trying to be really positive about most of this, but, when everything's all said and done, it really limits what we're doing from a hobbyist perspective and making life difficult for everyone involved: both the girls and us.
MM.

MM.Good post. First, I used to go to Thai Express a lot (no thai downtown) but parking is a pain. Second, I just wonder if it is inevitable LE infiltrates sites like this to track down members (maybe not arrest but make their life difficult), get a well-known reputable SP to lure a few of us into getting busted. Then it will be like, who can we trust?
As far as LE contacting us, I know the site uses an offshore server, but if something serious occurred don't you think LE would subpoena the site to find out where we are? The murdered SW this week made me think of this. If there was some pertinent information about her discussed on here, don't you think LE would be investigating this site?

This sounds just like what went on right before the super bowl in Indy a few years ago. They started screaming "human trafficking" and worked to change some laws so they could control it. After it was all over they had very few arrests to show for it but it has changed the hobby climate in Indy significantly. I don't believe a lot of these girls are doing this against their will. There may be some but everyone suffers because of it. I think they should work it from a different angle. Legalize it, clean it up and tax it and once they regulate it the trafficking part will go away if it was there to begin with.
Good info Golden3, thanks for posting. Best for all to be aware of where this hobby is heading.
Well, I'm putting my 2 cents in from up north again. You guys down in the Queen city have some really great babes around, and I don't want to see them or you having problems. The best and most important thing you can do to combat this LE problem is to know your rights. Its hard to get stung if you see only well known and trusted girls, and if you know your rights if you get stopped. Never admit anything to any cop. Make sure the girl you might be with KNOWS you will not put her on front street if you are getting popped. Do not be afraid.

As far as LE contacting us, I know the site uses an offshore server, but if something serious occurred don't you think LE would subpoena the site to find out where we are? The murdered SW this week made me think of this. If there was some pertinent information about her discussed on here, don't you think LE would be investigating this site?I know LE would be investigating this site if they thought that it had any details about that crime. If they couldn't get it out of the site specifically, the site doesn't use https: so it's rather easy to 'steal' the login cookies of anyone who's currently logged in (honestly, even if it was using https: it would still be easy to crack with the tech that's out there). Thanks to Snowden, we know that the NSA has this power, and that the NSA and FBI are rather buddy-buddy in all things criminal, so, yeah...I basically consider it owned at this point in time, regardless of where it's physically located. If anyone's noticed, I've stopped posting about the hobby and which hotels I know about or stay in just to help me keep my 6 clean.

Why? Because absolutely no one cares about the right of middle-aged men to purchase sexual variety. It is far too easy for the media to portray us as bad guys. But if you take the side of the providers, then you have something.
Recently they tried to pass a more restrictive anti-prostitution law in Canada. The proposed law was shot down, largely because a handful of providers organized a legal campaign against it.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-25468587
Look at it this way: What if LE succeeded in eliminating all activity tomorrow? For us, this would be inconvenient. I might actually have to think about joining Match or EHarmony. Some of you would have to return to the novel concept of having sex with your wives.
The ladies, however, would suffer an immediate financial disruption. The law, therefore, is attempting to eliminate their ability to practice their chosen profession (even though most of them would say that they're only doing it temporarily). This is economic warfare carried out by the state.
The argument against prostitution is framed in terms of human trafficking because no counterargument is ever presented. Aside from the occasional oddball Libertarian, no one ever advocates in favor of legalization.
But you see what happened when Canadian providers stood up for their rights. The focus of the arguement shifted.
We need the same sort of action here.
I don't think it would be as difficult as it might sound. This is not pie in the sky.
For example, a few of the ladies could volunteer to talk to the local media with their voices and identities altered. They could say that the "human trafficking" bit is nonsense. (Does anyone really believe for a moment that Dawn, Molly, or Silky Wetness are being controlled by sadistic gangster pimps?
That is the angle that must be pursued, IMHO. There have to be a few ladies out there who could and would do this.
I would personally nominate Dawn. I've talked to her numerous times. She's mature, intelligent, and could hold her own against the lies of Jesse Bach and his friends.
I'm sure there are other providers who could do this as well (though I really like Dawn for this role) But to win the war of public opinion, one must first show up.

I even heard the report mentioned on NPR on the way home tonight.
I agree with you from an academic standpoint. However, in practice, I don't see it happening. What you are proposing is that one or more of our local providers shoulder a fair amount of risk and come under personal scrutiny if not public recognition for what they do BCDs. Any women who speak up for the community at large which includes not only our city's finest, but traveling providers, BP druggies, and toothless SWs, put themselves in a public spotlight. I don't care if their faces are blurred and their voices are changed, someone in their family or our favorite uncle is going to start paying more attention to them. Most of these women have families and some hide what they do on here from the rest of the personal lives. I think the risk to an individual is greater than the good they will serve a community that may or may not thank them for TOFFT.
What I think is going to happen is that the business will contract with ladies seeing only a trusted stable of gentlemen, and the most intelligent and risk averse mongers are going to only see vetted, well known, and safe providers. I believe this will pass in time, but not before the pickings get a lot leaner.
We need the same sort of action here.

My first observation when I read the "study" on the backpage ads was that it was just the attempt to use weak data to support a political agenda. Todd Cincy, however is right about the mis-application of anti-trafficking laws to adult women who chose to make a living as providers potentially destroys their livelihood. The first chapter of Superfreakonomics addresses this subject, and the conclussion of the authors of that book was that without pay for play, the lives of a great many women and their families would actually be far worse off. Not that we really needan economist to tell us that. It's common sense. These ladies wouldn't be entertaining us if it were not to their advantage.

I can understand the human trafficking but for us who choose this (like myself) need to be left alone. I am a grown ass adult and absolutely love doing this. And I am able to provide myself and my kids a great dam life for doing what I love. The whole dam world has sex even nons and pasters (that's hidden of course) but they want every one to be church people too. And think that church people don't do this either. Come on, Really? Everyone does this. Lawyers docs judges dirty ass LE. It's the oldest profession and it's never going to leave. I can almost bet people that are trying to stop this are secretly doing this. Everyone needs sex and not everyone wants the drama that comes with the one night hook ups and flings at the office. I am an adult and don't need to be told I can't have sex for fun. I choose this and I love this.

Maybe in time, this will go the way of legalized pot. Just as the War on Drugs is beginning to surrender, maybe the War on Women's rights to choose their profession will also be brought down. Look, even the provincial town of Cincinnati has a casino now! Even 10 years ago, I didn't think it would happen. If politicians realized they could raise BIG tax $ for their pet projects through legalization of prostitution, well.

Very well said!
I have seen almost no evidence of it around here. And for anyone to suggest that 90% of the SPs are victims of human trafficking is ridiculous. Now, if you're talking about larger metropolitan areas and agencies sending out Asian and Eastern European and Latin American providers who speak little if any English, then, yes, I can believe there's some human trafficking going on. I haven't ever been to an AMP, but suspect there may be some of that going on there. I've never seen anything remotely like a 13 year old girl in this business, and if it's going on, it's so far underground that it sure isn't going to be in a BP ad. I do believe it happens, but it's more along the lines of moms sending their kids out as SWs or selling or bartering them for drugs in the trailer park or hood.
Unfortunately, no one wants to be the face of prostitution, either the buy or sell side, in news reports. So getting the real story out is impossible. To do a truly accurate portrayal of what the business is about takes real work that journalists are reluctant to do and their news organizations aren't willing to pay for, because, hell, you can get just as many eyeballs by publishing worthless agenda-fueled crap like the Enquirer just shoveled out for almost nothing. And I'm not even sure it's possible to truly understand unless you get involved in the life. So it's a really easy thing for do-gooder groups to spread false information to promote their agendas, possibly even out of good motives and based on ignorance. The human trafficking concept works so much better for politicians and fundraisers than the idea of preventing consenting adults from having sex in exchange for money.

First of all, I would be willing to bet that Jesse Bach is a former hobbyist who one day woke up with a self-induced guilt trip. (Phil Burris, Cincinnati's erstwhile anti-porn crusader, was a former porn addict). There is no zealot like a convert.
This situation is overwhelmingly negative, of course. However: At least Bach did admit that he has no *no clue* what percentage of BP ads are the "victims of human trafficking" The whole human trafficking angle (as it applies to Bach's "investigation") is pure speculation at this point.
Reading the comments threads on these stories, I'm not seeing a lot of public outcry to end the horror of paid sex between consenting adults. This seems to be mostly the project of a few small advocacy groups, led by some self-promoters (like Jesse Bach) and their cheerleaders in the media.
I would guess that this will blow over in time. In the meantime, however, I think we can assume that LE will be focused on the low-hanging fruit, as identified in all these stories:
- BP ads.
- hotel incalls.
- incalls in certain known "hot spots" throughout the area.
To me, this says that it would be disproportionately risky to use any provider who advertises in BP, and works out of a motel in areas like Covington, Tri-County, or anywhere within the city limits.
I've long said that I refuse (with rare exceptions) to patronize hotel incalls. This is why. When you're in a hotel, you are conspicuous, and because it is a public place, it is relatively easy for LE to conduct stings. That is much harder to do when each appointment takes place in a private residence.
I started out in the hobby in Columbus 20 years ago. The upper end escorts *never* worked out of motels. For first-time customers, they only visited private residences.
Maybe that is too strict for the current market. (I'm not trying to leave out the married guys). But the business model of a lady spending an entire day in a motel room in Covington and seeing guys all day has got to go, IMO.
I don't claim to be the expert here. But we need to throw out ideas. Twenty years ago, the hobbyist community couldn't pool its creative resources. Now it can.
At the very least, I vote that we let BP dry up and wither. Most of us are unhappy with that venue anyway, because it has long attracted so many scammers.
BP also attracts a lot of attention, because everyone knows about it, and many citizens visit it for unrelated purposes.

I think we have to remember that there will always be lots of opposition to legal prostitution in the USA because of the nature of the people here. Blue noses. The women want to control the men, and the only way they can do that is by withholding sex to get what they want. This is a generalization, by the way. They know they can get fat and lazy and get away with it because guys can't legally get what they need. Also, the churches use sex to control people. If you're not a member of our church, you can't get married, therefore can't have sex. All the same old bullshit. That's why you get all the crap about using sex to make a living. The human trafficking stuff is 99.99% bullshit. So, us guys should take the lead while the heat is on, if you want to get a girl, get a room, pick her up, and bring her there. That way, no sting, no wired rooms, no undercover cops cause they won't get into your car and do a LE test, right? OK, so it costs us a little more money, but I do it that way whenever I can, even if the girl has a room. I'm safer, she's safer, no worries. Plus, any cop that wants to come into my rented motel room has to have a warrant. No exceptions, no bullshit. Use women we know and trust, treat them well, take care of them if they take care of us. I know I'm in Cleveland, not as much action here, but you guys have some great providers down there, take care of the good ones and work together, and things will be OK.

BTW, his claim of special interest in non linear math is grandstanding. This is a field of mathematics that carries a badge of honor due to its unbelievable complexity. One example is the weather. Another, chaos theory. For this reason he picked it as his interest. But his ability to force the political funding of politicians that need to be on the same train is troublesome. Not sure if people have seen this, but a good and interesting story about Jessica from her father, who said she was threatened by drug dealers she owed money to, had turned herself in on her open warrants in hopes that they would keep her, and they turned her loose anyway in two days.
It's ironic as hell, of course, that LEO, given the chance to prevent a real crime or possibly get this poor girl into the rehab she so badly needed, chose to do absolutely nothing. Now, they'll use her murder as evidence of the evils of prostitution and to justify a crackdown. This crackdown will result in more SWs processed through the revolving door of the JC and change absolutely not one damn thing. But if someone in the system actually had given a damn, maybe they could have saved this girl's life.
That said, if anyone here has any information about who killed this girl, which seems possible because there are some pretty knowledgeable SW mongers, most of whom are pretty silent on here these days, I hope they will anonymously give that information to the police in hopes that they catch the scum who did this.

I know LEO won't allow me to touch her giner let alone let me daty, as a matter of fact I'm sure as soon as I'm in the door I'm going to get asked for the cash whether it is a subtle request or direct because they know they have nothing if the money doesn't change hands or an agreement of pay for pay isn't agreed upon. Be safe guys I'm out.
I've heard that male cops have gone through with the whole session, then busted providers. This was from a provider here, who said she heard it from other providers.
I am certain it wouldn't work the other way, as I can't see a female cop taking advantage of the client or wanting to have him touch her, etc... So for the guys, it's definitely a pretty good bet that a intimate cop check would work.
But for providers, I can see male cops taking advantage of the girl, and then just acting like he didn't, and bust her. Some departments only allow the undercover to partially undress, while others leave it to the undercover's discretion.
Case in point was a county in VA a few years back where the bust usually didn't occur until the lady asked for her donation, so if it was at the end of the appointment so be it. After a local TV station did a story on the practice the department changed the policy to only allow unmarried officers to work a sting (seems the issue was that married guys were being "required" to be unfaithful to their wives).
I don't think you'll find a female undercover providing FS, but it wouldn't surprise me if I heard of one that stripped down to her thong depending on the value of the target.

We all have to watch one another out there. Miss you guys!

Are you saying that cops aren't likely to do this? Or are you saying that if they did, there'd be trouble?
Was this poorly written sarcasm?
1) A cops word, is almost always taken with more weight than a suspect.
2) The provider probably has other concerns. If they have drugs. Even weed. They are in trouble, regardless.
3) Even though it's a shitty thing to do, it isn't rape or sexual assault morally... If he were just a john, she'd have done it. Him pulling out his badge AFTER didn't make it forced. While it might earn him some trouble.
4) I am not a provider, and I am not a cop. I've been told by a provider that this has supposedly happened. I don't doubt it, because cops are just people, and a lot of people are assholes.Maybe you're right but I just don't see the cops going to these lengths to make a prostitution bust. I mean what would happen if the SP claimed the LEO raped her? You think an LE agency would want that hitting the news. That their officer did have sex with a suspected prostitute?
I am not sure about this, you are getting very close to claims of sexual assault or rape by a male police office on a female. No it was consensual, therefore there was no assault.
If the officer denies it happened when it did it's perjury...
And when did someone become an innocent angel just by pinning on a badge?
Channel 5 Had a report that the city is setting up a task force to cut down on SWs in the McMicken area. I can understand the problem in a residential area. Most of these girls need help to get off the street. They also reported a bill in Columbus that is increasing penalties on johns.
Honey there is NO such thing as a "cop check." I know for a fact I have read where cops have gone through the whole thing, and then arrested them. Sooooo how do they check that??In the end it's your word against a cop's and we know how that is going to end. Really my cop check just give me another minute to decide weather or not to bail. I used to leave the donation in the bathroom on top of the toilet and then tell the person. I figured then the would not have me on camera leaving the donation anywhere or handing it to anyone. But nothing is full proof. Like Sinful said, some cops will do the deed and then arrest. I knew one that was dirty like that. He would actually rob the girls to and then arrest them.
Maybe you're right but I just don't see the cops going to these lengths to make a prostitution bust. I mean what would happen if the SP claimed the LEO raped her? You think an LE agency would want that hitting the news. That their officer did have sex with a suspected prostitute? The only way it would maybe get a 10 second blip would be if she filed a complaint, the cop was arrested and it went to trial.
And all the while the girl would be getting so much attention from LE it would put her out of business, and if she happened to be a guest of Uncle Si at the time her stay would be extremely unpleasant.
To get any media attention, you'd need multiple girls making the claim to the reporter, a bit of video and just to add a bit of spice something like one of the girls claiming the cop got her pregnant and then drove her to planned parenthood.
My son you need to take your blinders off when it comes to LE. Harassing a teacher that failed their kid, pulling people over for fun so that they can show off to other cops, over enthusiastic use of a flashlight during an arrest, planting evidence when an arrest goes bad, it all happens. It isn't every cop in a department, but every department seems to have at least one that believes he's entitled to do it all because he wears a badge.

http://salonlofts.com/lisa_esserEvery year at the Super Bowl they bring up the human Trafficking angle.
Every year at the Super Bowl they bring up the human Trafficking angle.I remember reading the Indy board back following SB 2012 and local LEO had rec'd fedl funding to knab the big, bad trafficking folks. I read that they made less than a handful of arrests for soliciting, and ZERO HT arrests. Why? Because it doesn't really exist as they say that it does. Again, more wasted taxpayer dollars, but the HT story sure gets folks attention about like yelling "FIRE" in a movie theatre.
Couple weeks ago I heard the new police chief is going to crack down on drugs and prostitution to help reduce murders. I understand the drug part but prostitution causing murders in Cincy?

It's cheap (if not outright free) publicity for local LE that looks great in the media.
Every year at the Super Bowl they bring up the human Trafficking angle.I did see this report that indicates sex trafficking at the Super Bowl is just a myth that surfaces every year. In the report, I find the blue table that looked at some of the world's biggest sporting events somewhat interesting. It shows predictions versus what really happened.

Anyone know her?I'm a little bit late to the thread, but, these are the two that I had the crap-tastic experience with the overnight about a year+ ago.
They had apologized and I was cordial with them, but, to see an arrest like this with the circumstances is bad for all of us -- a few bad actors can tarnish the complete reputation of a group (ladies) and nothing screams like bringing fear to the mongers like knowing that a bunch of LEO's have your burner number (while that isn't in the report, you pretty much assume that they have their cell phone and have cloned it if they gave it back to them) -- not including the crazyness of smoking H in the same household as a child that's less than 60 days old.
Here's hoping that the fallout from this is minimal, but, I'm going to almost guarantee that there will be some fallout. I doubt it will be on the provider side -- I didn't think that they were friends with any providers -- but I don't want to think about the chaos that would come from a shit-ton of arrests of the mongers around here.

LEO is more interested the dealer, I mean they left the baby there knowing what was going on from the hospital. I had helped them reach out here but when I found out how bad they were, I left them alone. Midnight was one of the tightest I've ever felt and guys, I'm small. Ivy was one of the best overall but I guess we know why now. Ivy also had my pussy fetish so that was a plus for me. If they get out before 2018 I'd stay clear. Be safe guys and gals.

In terms of paranoia, you've got a better chance of getting caught on video buying minutes from your burner phone than voice fingerprinting.

Cell phone = criminal tool. Condom = criminal tool. Car (how'd he get there?) = criminal tool. Shoes (he had to walk in) = criminal tool. Wallet (carried the cash) = criminal tool. Zipper concealed his criminal tool... What a load of crap. I can't stand "add on" charges like that. Our system is so messed up.Our system of laws is so fucked up right now because the politicians we elect, by and large, are primarily attorneys -- and since they do NOT know how to do anything except lawyer, what they mostly do all-day, every day is dream-up, write, and introduce new laws.
If you're really interested in knowing just how fucked up the law really is, get yourself a copy of the book to read entitled, THREE FELONIES A DAY: How The Feds Target The Innocent, by Harvey Silvergate (2011). Forget whether you like Mr. Silvergate, I believe he is about 95% correct in his research, views, and opinions on this topic (that's my opinion). I also think it's an easy, interesting read.
THE GIST or OVERVIEW of his Book:
The average professional in this country wakes up in the morning, goes to work, comes home, eats dinner, and then goes to sleep, unaware that he or she has likely committed several federal crimes that day. Why? The answer lies in the very nature of modern federal criminal laws, which have exploded in number but also become impossibly broad and vague. In Three Felonies a Day, Harvey A. Silverglate reveals how federal criminal laws have become dangerously disconnected from the English common law tradition and how prosecutors can pin arguable federal crimes on any one of us, for even the most seemingly innocuous behavior. The volume of federal crimes in recent decades has increased well beyond the statute books and into the morass of the Code of Federal Regulations, handing federal prosecutors an additional trove of vague and exceedingly complex and technical prohibitions to stick on their hapless targets. The dangers spelled out in Three Felonies a Day do not apply solely to "white collar criminals," state and local politicians, and professionals. NO SOCIAL CLASS OR PROFESSION IS SAFE from this troubling form of social control by the executive branch, and nothing less than the integrity of our constitutional democracy hangs in the balance.
AND I'll GIVE YOU ANOTHER EXAMPLE of just how fucked up things truly are, CRIME has been coming down and down and down for the past 20-25 years, yet politicians are always promising more and more cops and, since it's always very popular to deliver on putting more and more cops on the streets, they always seem to find the funding to make good on those specific promises. So here we are now, crime is at a 25-year low (you may check the FBI's stats for yourself if you doubt it) but there are more cops employed today than there has ever been in the history of policing -- and "they" are constantly yelling and screaming for more and more cops to be added to the force. In any case, what do you think all those cops do? That's right, they keep arresting more and more and more people because that's what they're paid to do. There are very few breaks given to anyone anymore at the street level. The SOP is, if you encounter the police for any reason, they are typically going to arrest someone because they have to keep the numbers up or they won't get any more cops added to their budgets (and, it goes without saying, the more cops you have, the more powerful you are). It is, for example, why Ohio and many other states write seat belt tickets like there's no tomorrow -- just follow the money -- "they" get HUGE grants every year from the FEDS, but only if the number of citations issued keeps going up and up and up (which is all being driven behind the scenes by the big insurance companies so that they can justify premium hikes -- it's all an elaborate fucking hoax). And the really HONEST answer is that wearing seat belts has never been proven to substantially reduce deaths. I know it's been drilled into your heads to the contrary but, in actuality, it's just another myth. But I do wear my seatbelt so as to not give them a stupid reason to pull me over and fuck with me.
Our jails are now so overcrowded with mostly bullshit crimes that an entire mega-billion dollar industry has been born and is growing rapidly, which is the private prison system. Just like the USA Post Office does NOT own most of its branch locations, that is, they lease them from private owners, many local, county, and state governments are now sending its prisoners to private jails and prisons to serve their sentences, and the Feds are now doing the same thing too. It's utter madness.
IMHO, the law is all fucked up and will only get worse and worse until the lawyer-politicians are greatly reduced in number or thrown out of office altogether. We need to put some regular people back in office to straighten all this bullshit out. --SA007.

Can't help but notice that while CPD and others have their usual success rate going after bogus victimless crimes that they still don't appear to have made any arrests in the murder of Jessica Revelee.
It's kind of hard to believe they can't find anyone, given that you don't do a message murder like that (leaving her body in the middle of McMicken) without the expectation that plenty of people will know who sent the message. Apparently, the message was enough to intimidate anyone from talking. But there have to be enough people who know what's going on to give them what they need.
But what they'll do is arrest some hapless dufus in an SUV from the suburbs who pulls over and propositions one of their obvious decoys, then call that a response that makes the streets safer from the likes of drug dealers killing prostitutes. Or they'll do their usual roundup of SWs on outstanding warrants and kick them back out on the streets in 24 hours, just like they did Jessica when she went to them for help before she was murdered.I'm in no way close to this case but I do have several friends in law enforcement, and I'm telling you this, very seldom do they not know who did a crime like murder, murder is so heinous that somebody will tell the police something. In this case I'm willing to bet they know who did it or have a very good idea, but they don't have proof. And if you don't have proof you don't have a case.
Our system is so messed up.The add on bullshit is to create more charges, which in turn allows the local attorneys to charge more money, many of them charge per felony, or per misdemeanor. They are all working together. Then, due to the added cost, it causes more people to take a plea when some of the charges are dropped, which means the state doesn't have to make their case. Wonderful system.

I mean closets, behind the shower curtain, look out the window, and then put my ear to the door. The girls are always pretty cool and say "make sure you are comfortable and look anywhere you want." Which I appreciate. I then look at the lady and say "I am good, are you?" I then get naked. I put my pant on a flat surface so I can fold them in half. I bring out the rose and lay in on my pants and then fold my pants over the rose. We do the deed. As I put my pants back on the rose falls out. I ignore this and dress and leave. Give her a hug and a kiss and thank her. I'm gone. If they mention the rose at any time I sternly ask "why would you do that?" If they insist on the rose I leave and call another florist. The class acts never have a problem with this. So tell me where the holes are. If there is surveillance, they will never hear me talk about the rose, I am also very verbal and direct in letting my business partner know that I do not want to leave with any juices in my lower extremities to could possibly be released during an accidental nocturnal emission. Somebody break down my statement above and tell me how it's not bulletproof.SUCKIE, FUCKIE. . . FIVE DOLLAR! Go to Jail, Go Directly to Jail, Do NOT Pass Go, Do NOT Collect $200!
I'm going to share something with you that a very, very close friend of mine once told me a long, long time ago concerning this very specific topic. Now this very, very close friend of mine was in the LE field for more than 34 years before he/she retired, so I have to assume that he/she knows exactly what he/she was talking about, and you would be wise, IMHO, to assume so too.
In order for a Suspect to be arrested AND convicted, the Suspect MUST say what they want, that is, some type of Sex Act AND also offer Money. BOTH ELEMENTS of the alleged crime have to come from the Suspect in order for the Suspect to be arrested AND convicted for solicitation or whatever the local jurisdiction has codified it as terminology-wise.
So to help new, young LEOs remember the RULE, my friend explained to me that every Police Academy in the country, to the best of his/her knowledge and belief, used to teach a short, memorable saying -- SUCKIE, FUCKIE. . . FIVE DOLLAR! (it's meant to be said with an Asian accent, lol) -- the SUCKIE, FUCKIE part of the saying was to help LEOs remember that a statement relating to a SEX ACT was REQUIRED to be uttered from a Suspect's lips, AND the FIVE DOLLAR part of the saying was to help LEOs remember that a statement relating to offering a Payment of any type or kind for the requested SEX ACT was also REQUIRED to be uttered from the same Suspect's lips.
Accordingly, the bottom line is that a LEO canNOT offer to perform any SEX ACT and/or state the PRICE for the Sex Act. If they do either one of those things, then it's legally entrapment (pursuant to US Supreme Court case law) and, theoretically, the criminal case is supposed to fail, that is, either be dismissed or the Suspect should be acquitted. And that's why, if you watch COPS, Police Women of Cincinnati, etc., etc., etc., on TV and they show any "STING" operation relating to this SPECIFIC TOPIC, the undercover LEO always asks the Suspect, "What do you want?" or "What are you looking for?" or something to that effect HOPING TO GET the Suspect to NAME THE SEX ACT they want, AND then the undercover LEO will promptly NEXT ASK the Suspect something very generic akin to, "How much you got?" or "What's it worth to you?" HOPING TO GET the Suspect to talk about money. Once the TWO REQUIREMENTS of SUCKIE, FUCKIE. . . FIVE DOLLAR! -- have been met, you then always see the take down occur and the Suspect is hauled away to jail for booking and incarceration or citation and release.
SUCKIE, FUCKIE. . . FIVE DOLLAR! -- works in reverse, too, meaning that any provider who offers any SEX ACT for any type of Payment, is usually arrested and charged with solicitation as well.
And that's why the so-called LEO check is nothing more than an excuse for two people to grope one another, LOL! By the time any so-called LEO check is typically performed, it is usually much too late, meaning the SUCKIE, FUCKIE. . . FIVE DOLLAR! Rule has already been realized and the provider or monger have already been placed under arrest! And the same thing goes for those stupid so-called legal disclaimers that some providers post -- they're laughable and fucking worthless. The only real purpose those idiotic disclaimers serve is to antagonize and challenge LEOs. Think about it, if you or your friend was a LEO, wouldn't you attempt to catch the dumbasses who were challenging your authority with their stupid Philadelphia shithouse lawyer antics? It's why I NEVER visit a provider who is that stupid to post those silly disclaimers, that is, I figure they will be the first targets of a LE sting.
Lastly, my friend also told me whether an undercover LEO is permitted to get into your car is usually a matter of department policy ONLY, meaning there are no laws that govern it, which further means that it varies from LE department to LE department. The good news, though, is that the vast majority of LE departments expressly forbid an undercover LEO to get into your car in "prostitution" stings for officer safety reasons. Even though my friend does NOT know of any particular LE departments in the Greater Cincinnati area that allows an undercover LEO to get into your car, he/she definitely knows and said that Cincinnati PD expressly forbids it.

PS -- My friend also said that he/she has no idea about Hawaii law and why/how LEOs get away with engaging in sex with providers before arresting them. He/she added that the providers are apparently getting fucked at least twice each time they get arrested in Hawaii.
Don't want to give the newbies false hope. As you said, your friends advice was long, long ago. Let's get a little more current, like within the last three or four years. My extremely close friend had quite a different encounter. His uncle gave him a nice pair of bracelets then gave him a tour of his big house. My friend shared video and cd of the encounter and all phone calls prior to the meet with the provider...that's right...a sting! I made a transcript for my friends attorney. Let me be clear here. Not one word mentioning of any sex act or money in exchange for it by my friend or by uncles niece. My friends name and pic was put in the newspaper with his uncles reasoning for it. Damage done, my friend, his family totally embarrassed, among other things, by the whole deal. I won't divulge any other details pertaining to it. So my take on it is this... If your uncle wants you...he'll get you.even if he has to fabricate reason. Stay safe and utr...

There was a recent case in Dayton where a poor guy has been smeared all over TV and in the newspapers ruining his marriage and life, only for the charges to be dropped. Damage already done and there is nothing the guy can do since all they reported on was an ALLEGED crime.

If your uncle wants you...he'll get you.even if he has to fabricate reason. That's pretty much the bottom line. Uncle operates exactly the same as organized crime. The only difference is your uncle is a lot more organized with a lot more paperwork.

Gentlemen,
Many of you mention that I will reach out to lawyer or I will call the lawyer if in trouble so I assume that you all know some lawyers. But I have never dealt with any lawyers so far in my life (except real estate) so anyone care to share some names so I can store in my phone so I can reach out if I ever get into trouble.
I also wondered that whom will I call if I am given this " I have the right to One call" courtesy. Any info related to this appreciated.

KT.NO, MY FRIENDS, TIMES HAVE NOT CHANGED ONE IOTA INSOFAR AS...the applicability of the SUCKIE, FUCKIE. . .FIVE DOLLAR! Rule is concerned regarding "SOLICITATION". There is NO FALSE HOPE being offered here.
The SUCKIE, FUCKIE. . .FIVE DOLLAR! Rule is as applicable TODAY as it ever was, PERIOD. As I already said, there is NO FALSE HOPE being offered here. Without all the details of Ktom13's friend's case, there is no way to analyze what happened, and since we do NOT even know where it happened (as in what jurisdiction), the alleged offense canNOT be properly compared to the element requirements of any applicable statutes.
I would venture to guess that Ktom13's friend did NOT understand how he was violating one or more statutes by what he allegedly did, and Ktom13's friend probably still does NOT fully understand it. And so this is exactly how misinformation gets spread as Gospel, IMHO.
For example, if what happened to Ktom13's friend occurred in Ohio, and if his friend thought he was being clever and could outsmart his Uncle by not talking about SEXUAL ACTIVITY FOR HIRE by alternatively just showing or pointing to Pics or Movies of SEXUAL ACTIVITY, then Ktom13's friend made a significant mistake by severely misinterpreting Ohio's statute prohibiting "Solicitation." And if NO MONEY (OR OTHER CONSIDERATION) was offered by Ktom13's friend for SEXUAL ACTIVITY, then Ktom13's friend was most likely charged with something other than simple "Solicitation".
To know whether the SUCKIE, FUCKIE. . .FIVE DOLLAR! Rule is applicable to a violation of any particular statute (law), a careful word-for-word, line-by-line reading of the statute is absolutely REQUIRED, and if the person doing the word-for-word, line-by-line reading of a statute has a READING COMPREHENSION Problem, or does NOT fully understand legalese, then it would be so much better for that person to get someone else who does NOT have a READING COMPREHENSION Problem, and who fully understands legalese, to carefully explain to them what the statute means -- and whether the conduct the person is contemplating would violate the statute.
The relevant part of the SOLICITATION statute in Ohio for purposes of this discussion can be found in the Ohio Revised Code at "2907.24 Soliciting" which expressly states: "(A) No person shall solicit another to engage with such other person in sexual activity for hire." The statute has TWO elements or requirements that must be met in order for the crime of "Solicitation" to be committed in violation of the law. The SUCKIE, FUCKIE. . .FIVE DOLLAR! Rule is entirely, 100-percent applicable to Ohio's statute prohibiting "Solicitation." The "SUCKIE, FUCKIE" part directly relates to the "sexual activity" wording aka element, and the "FIVE DOLLAR" part directly relates to the "hire" wording aka element.
Therefore, if Ktom13's friend was showing Pics or Movies of Sexual Activity (without actually talking about it), that would still very likely meet part-1 of the solicitation element requirement because it would be pretty clear what Ktom's friend wanted, but some kind of an offer of compensation also has to be made in order to meet part-2 of the solicitation element requirement. In other words, you could technically ask others to engage in sex with you all day, every day and as long as you never intended to "hire" them to perform the "sexual activity" that you were soliciting, then it does NOT violate the Ohio "Solicitation" statute -- otherwise every husband and boyfriend in Ohio would be in violation (even though, in reality, there is no such thing as free pussy -- it all costs us in some way, shape, or form, LOL).
However, depending on the precise circumstances of who, what, when, where, why and how you ask another to engage in sexual activity (not for hire) with you, there could be laws other than "Solicitation" violated so you have to be very careful. As a hypothetical example, asking someone under 18-yrs-old for sex in Ohio under any circumstances is very likely going to get you into very serious trouble (this is NOT necessarily technically and legally correct insofar as the age of consent is concerned but I will NOT cloud the issue by giving a more technically and legally correct example since I do NOT want to see a bunch of guys get into trouble when they misinterpret what I could have written that would have been technically and legally correct).
To be VERY CLEAR, the SUCKIE, FUCKIE. . .FIVE DOLLAR! Rule applies to "SOLICITATION" and NOT necessarily to any or all of the other potential SEX OFFENSE statutes (e.g., it does NOT apply when an adult person streams images of himself / herself masturbating to a minor person since that is a totally different type of sex offense, and a federal crime, as well).
About the ONLY thing I agree with in Ktom13's post is, "if your Uncle wants you...he'll get you, even if he has to fabricate!" It's very sad, but in some cases, it's very true -- and in a majority of cases the alleged facts are usually spun, that is, twisted, distorted, and exaggerated, to various degrees, against the accused because that is a large part of what LE has evolved into today (and it's the end result of the government dumbing-down standards across the board for all kinds of various occupations so that people who were once NOT qualified could suddenly and magically become qualified for various jobs).
AND YES, I fully agree, the Uncle will sometimes retaliate and expose you and your activities to embarrass you and your family, even though you have NOT technically committed any crimes, simply for technically outsmarting your Uncle. If/when that were to ever happen to me, I would immediately seek legal counsel to explore the possibilities of promptly filing what is referred to as a "Section 1983" action in Federal court for the Uncle's violations of your civil rights, false light, defamation, etc., etc., etc.! Since the cat would already be out of the bag, so to speak, I would have to take my turn at retaliation by suing the fuck out of those stupid bastards!

Any info related to this appreciated. In almost every jurisdiction, you should be able to find an ex-prosecutor or ex-assistant prosecutor who is in private practice. That is who I would seriously consider interviewing and potentially hiring if I needed an attorney in a criminal matter for several reasons including, but not limited to: (1) he / she would already know how the local Prosecutor's Office operates; (2) he / she should already know the prosecutor and assistant prosecutors in that office, as well as all or nearly all of the local judges (so they already have established credibility in most instances); and (3) who they know (as well as who they blow) is very important in these types of situations, IMHO.
And I also think it is very prudent to already have an attorney "on-board" and in your corner before any actual need arises!

I more or less understand that if I say to someone, "How about $100 for x" I can be arrested. But what about situations which only *imply* exchanging $$ for goodies?
For example:
- LE arrests a provider / agency and they discover my information in the agency's database.
- A provider has keyed my address into her GPS.
- LE observes me entering a hotel room where a provider is working.
- A burner number with appointment-setting calls to various providers is traced to me.
Now, all of these scenarios reasonably prove that I have contacted providers, invited them to my home, visited them in motel rooms. Are these sufficient for arrest? Or would I be able to remain silent and rely on the "burden of proof" concept. (I.e.: It isn't illegal for me to visit a woman in a hotel room--but if the woman is working as a provider, is guilt "assumable" even if not specifically proven?) In other words, at what point does reasonable assumption override a strict need for proof?
Anyone?

Anyone? Is the threshold in a criminal case. The testimony of a provider against your own word would not, IMHO be sufficient for a finding of guilty or to even bring a case against someone. You could say you were there and got cold feet and didn't follow through and whose to say otherwise. The burden of proof falls squarely on the State to make their case. A civil case on the other hand only needs a preponderance of evidence. I.e. 51%.
Yes SA007 you'd make someone a good lawyer, maybe my friend should've had you in his corner. Yes it was in Ohio; no not here in Hamilton County; no my friend did not point at anything he responded to an ad on BP; no not one word about sex or act, specifically asked for a massage (LOL of course he hoped for HE, but it also was never mentioned or implied)! We (and his legal team) encouraged him to fight it, but the damage was done and his decision was to not make it more specular than it already was... Sad, I know. Anyway keep up the good work. Stay safe and utr..

I wrote out a long post about a number of points in the recent discussion, but it got lost when I timed out and I'm not going to retype it. My best advice, as a 56 year old who's been playing for a long time, 1, have a lawyer that will answer his phone 24/7. Very hard to find. 2. Pick up a girl, take her to your own room. No bugs we hope, no electronic bugs, clean, plenty of hot water, and no gestapo plant is going to get into your car and go who knows where with you. Just don't discuss activities or fees before she gets into the car and you're rolling. And, some of you might be wondering why I refer to them as the gestapo, well, I've unfortunately been in their clutches more than once, and believe me that if you think the american police are nice, kind peace officers you are out of your minds. And very, very wrong.

Anyone? All the above scenarios would be enough to burden you with questioning in suspicion of committing a crime or more likely merely as an investigation to see if you might incriminate yourself. That does happen ya know, mongers get nervous and start talking too much and next thing you know they have spilled the beans on themselves.
Of all the scenarios above, visual evidence by LEO of you entering a hotel room where there is suspicion of criminal activity, aka solicitation and / or prostitution would be enough for you to be questioned and arrested. This type of arrest rarely culminates in convictions, but keep in mind they could give a shit about conviction they are merely interested in the prosecution or the rendering the chgs. After all that is the biggest penalty to most anyone of us, being chg'd, booked, photographed, photo circulated by these scumbag websites for months and years to come. The charges could have long since been bargained or dropped, but guess what, the photos and online evidence goes on forever; unless maybe you buy your way off of each website. (sort of like buying a blackmailed photo, there is always another negative somewhere).
I know of several who have been chg'd and runined by this process, but they were not convicted. Chg's were loose but they were made to be believers in the process. LEO can and does run a rouge operation (for the greater good, in their opinion). As Cheech says, they are scum and are the gustapo, plain and simple. They will fuck over anyone who they perceive as engaging in the hobby whether they have air tight probable cause or not. They will let the chips fall where they may and do so with the support of those who are elected or appointed to UPHOLD the LAW. Barf!

Guys please watch out. I was on a date with a SB at the Erlanger Econolodge because I had dreamed there before and it was convenient for us to meet there. LE arrived in the parking lot after a while. PM me for details. I won't go back there. This is the same place recently flagged by Dman I believe as a hot spot under surveillance for our favorite activity. Our esteemed and much adored Remmy stayed there and recently moved due to all this turmoil. Some were doubtful of the veracity of the Dman's report. Perhaps this helps support his earlier statements.
They might try something like that with those scenarios. Even more likely, though is that they would try to use the info and maybe the girl or another girl to entrap you into a situation where they could create some serious problems. That's what you really have to be worried about. Even going into a room with a provider, if they tried to arrest me for that I would immediately have my lawyers file a lawsuit alleging violation of my constitutional right of free assembly. I would make myself such a pain in the ass they would drop everything just to try to make me go away.

--SA007.My experience has been that a 24/7/365 atty on retainer starts at 12,000 year. That gives you so much leverage against the quasi-legal machinations of the unfortunate misguided popo who otherwise are doing a great job.

Cheech.I hope you never have to defend those words or act on that intention Cheech. I would suppose that you aren't married or have a S / O either; or a job that you could be released from over some presumed morals clause.? After all, for those that do have one or the other, the biggest downside of an arrest is not the conviction but the arrest and the publicity and fallout that goes along with such an act. Potential job and family implications that begin immediately following such an event. What good would it do the guy who loses his job and / or family over such an arrest to later file a suit to get the action dropped? I guess we are looking at this differently.
Again, the popo doesn't have to be right, they rely on the legal system to protect them, and it does it well. Either they have evidence or they don't. If they do and it is a slam dunk case maybe they prosecute toward a conviction. If evidence is messy or even a stretch the system relies on the Def (or their legal Counsel) to be motivated to cut a deal. Does your lawyer give two shits about the evidence or lack thereof, not really. The more evidence the more fee that they chg you. The less evidence then they tell you that you can do x, why, z (puffed representation) to the county or popo offc; again more fees. What do most people want when they get mixed up in something like that; they want it dropped and over with. BUT, if you happen to be the poor slob with the s / o or job that is affected, then what? Most cases like this either get reduced, dropped or expunged; rarely a conviction. What the popo and system relies on is that word gets around that x number of johns or ladies got busted. That publicity (word travels fast) does more for them than a 100 man stake out. Enuf said on it for me. Good luck.
Gents, I do have to admit that I don't have a S.O. at the moment, haven't had one for a long time for various reasons. So I don't have to worry about that. Also, I work in the family business, no one is going to fire me for bad publicity. In fact, I have done time, I'm what they call "hardened." I'm not afraid of jail or prison. So I can take the positions I take. I feel for those of you who have those problems, I was at one time, in your shoes, married, kids, house, mortgage, worked for a family fraternal, all kinds of state licenses. It would have been a problem then. So now if I run into trouble I'm the point of the sword.
Cheech.
Even going into a room with a provider, if they tried to arrest me for that I would immediately have my lawyers file a lawsuit alleging violation of my constitutional right of free assembly. I would make myself such a pain in the ass they would drop everything just to try to make me go away. Cheech. It doesn't work that way.
I give a shout out to all the seasoned posters on here lending their opinion, personal beliefs on this subject. Any time I start seeing usernames with larger post counts it's certainly a topic that's gained the attention of those who enjoy the fringe.
I'm just new to the 'times' today whereby I'm dealing with cells, cameras, digital age not experienced before. My cell phone back then was a radioactive brick that stayed attached in the vehicle. 2 years and learning the values but they are certainly appreciated, responses to my statements.
Flying leaps and dares have their place in the hobby. I'm going to say I've done it after getting restless in an endless search trying to find intel before satisfying the craving.
Those statements are definitely true about Econolodge. A certain provider is always trying to get me to meet her there and it's not going to happen.
Here's a statement I hope this sinks to everyone in producing a thought process into print:
I'm sure a good percentage that never manage to voice an opinion can be a very big part of the traffic that makes it to a provider. RemmyLynn, someone I've wanted to dream of has almost a cult following with the great reviews, very descript reviews at that.
As much as I wanted to dream that dream, I'm no fool to know that the activity swell 'here' can magnify even larger outside these walls to those UTR. Traffic. That in my opinion builds a fear that I'm not willing to get into because it's like a good looking woman broke down on the side of the road waving her bra wanting help. It simply draws too much attention.
Just my opinion. I just think activity spawns danger ten fold and as much as I like the rose garden, you'll find me hanging out in the tulips, even dandelion patches just to keep all bee stings to a minimum.

I never got stung running past the rose bushes. Just sayin.
