So I was in the neighborhood and decided to ride up Emmett St which was a really good idea. Parked up a little after making eye contact with a BSW. She hopped in and did a cop check right away. I checked her out just to check her out and she looked back, when I kept driving she did a sort of exasperated arm raise like "what the fuck, you aren't stopping? Now, I have never heard of action in that area. I will also say police tend to stop in the park right next to 787 on the river. There is also usually one camped out by the gun range. I saw none of those regular parking spots today.

Need a ride? Mostly ONLY a SW will say yeah and actually jump into a stranger's car. Then drive off and ask where she wants to go? If pause, say to Paradise? She should react by then. Say she needs money or something. Then go for it. A LEO will not get into car and let you drive away. Do cop check and then and only then negotiate the quid pro quo. Also, due to LEO harassment stories even if nothing implicating anything untoward, the may still stop and lookie around your car. Car should be clean of anything "wrong".
ALternatively, she may have given you the arm raise to say 'WTF you lookin at azzwipe, I no friggin workin girl'.
