Ok, I just got a response from Sienna. She is very upset that this rumor could be started so easily and has tried contacting the mods here about it but had no success.

They all have their base price but with time / situation / circumstances or luck we individually try to move them from the base price to something we'd rather pay or work for add-ons at base price.

Now when I will be in an area for a while, I find an AMP I like, set up a relationship withe the provider (s), so both sides know what to expect, and make that my go to place. Makes it much easier and relaxed.
