Sometimes I love to get a nice L1 ending with a 1 hr massage for significantly cheaper. I feel it's money well spend that way. This hobby is fuking expensive now. It wasn't this crazy before.

Any info is appreciated.

TIA.Hottest girls. That is an interesting way to put it in this town as far as the massage parlor scene. I have seen quite a few ladies that I thought were attractive enough, but graded on an AMP curve. Playful, sure, experienced that. Lyla at Wellness in her prime was decently attractive and could certainly be playful but even at her best would not belong on a list that said hottest. The combo platter of the super bowl and then covid really knocked this town down a couple rungs. Used to be fairly easy to find a pretty decent looking lady that was playful enough, so the hunt itself was enjoyable. Now it's like we are passing each other notes under the desk in 5th grade math, hoping for whispers or even rumors of something half-ways decent. Sorry for the semi-rant, I am grateful for even the notes under the table. Good people trying to do good work here. Just wish it weren't like it currently is, especially on the west side.

My experience here is that typically they do a decent massage and are not very enthusiastic about the ending which means it can feel rushed. Sometimes they are cool with touching. The worst part of this last visit though is they had made some food and the garlic fish sauce smell was overwhelming. Hoping that's a rare thing. I like their location being a quiet office type area, but they are still my 4th or 5th option.

There has been much discussion about this group. They are legit. Some have reported teasing with minimal draping, but that was not my experience. A good massage, but don't expect to leave happy (at least not by this website's definition).

I have gotten plenty of massages at Massage Envy or other strictly legit places where I got a professional massage and nothing else and I paid and tipped accordingly. If I want a good message where that is all I get, then that is fine, I don't need to also pull my horn at the end, especially if the lady thinks I am going to tip more after. What is that? I can pull my horn at home for free.

I went to Sun valley in Lakeville the other day, did not leave happy. She was very nice and gave a good massage. She kept me covered the whole time and didn't seem like it was a possibility at all.

Stopped in at Massage Eden in WBL a while back. I think I was the only one there at that time a day. The rooms have curtains instead of doors and they don't go all the way to the floor. The girl didn't say anything that I had laid down undraped and carried on as normal, but on the flip she put a towel over my front. I thought she was getting pretty friendly with the covered areas pulled the towel off. She told me to DIY, though she did rub around the area. The weirded part was how confused she was when I tried to tip her.
As a legit massage, I was pretty impressed. I'm not sure if repeat customers might get more liberties, it was my first time in.

I find the entire concept of DIY in this context bizarre. I have gotten plenty of massages at Massage Envy or other strictly legit places where I got a professional massage and nothing else and I paid and tipped accordingly. If I want a good message where that is all I get, then that is fine, I don't need to also pull my horn at the end, especially if the lady thinks I am going to tip more after. What is that? I can pull my horn at home for free.I agree. I've traveled and visited AMP in about 10 different states and I can't remember getting DIY anywhere else besides MN. In other places, it's either L1 or above or nothing at all. And a lot of places here that offer DIY expect you to tip as if they provided L1 and get mad if you don't tip that much.
The reason nobody posts is because there are a few senior members that have people convinced that posting in this forum will get whatever place you post about busted.
It's bullshit, in 20 years it's never happened. There are rules of evidence and posts on an anonymous forum don't qualify. No judge is signing a warrant because of anything you wrote here. If cops could use the information on this forum to do that do you really think they would wait for you guys to write it? Cops know where pussy is being sold LONG before any of you guys write. MP's get busted for two reasons
1. Complaints from neighbors
2. When there is an election

Big Lake Massage: Did a drive by as in area, and it was closed. OH well, not a great place but it was good in a pinch.
Ventured over to Lily's in Monticello. Knew there wasn't going to be anything other than a massage. Received a better than expected massage. Lady was a little butch, thicker short black hair, with the power of Mike Ditka on the massage. Personally I need hard deep tissue, I mean hard as they can do is great but not from these places typically. Walked out of there feeling good physically. SO if you want a linebacker giving you a great massage, there you go!
I did also make a venture over to Maple, Joanna only been there a couple weeks, and got one of the best / most sensual massages I have received. Strokes were long and flowing, never felt like a hand left the body. I love when they come up the leg, in between the cheeks and rub a little sack before gliding away, and that was in copious amounts. (The ones that stop short, well lets just say that stays on my mind with gentle mind thoughts of get there! The turn was as expected, the very nice headlights shown nicely, the carpet was a light shag, the backside was smooth and taught. Wanted c-note of that and I looked at her like she was crazy. Gave a little less, ask if boom boom, and the L2 was available. She said no to quickly, so me thinks something may be there after a couple visits. The pricing for here needs to come down.

Had a chance to do a bit of roaming this weekend. I found a new place on Larpenteur that is located in a newly renovated strip mall. Oriental kungfu massage. Their google listing is brand new and active, so I went to take a look. They seem to not be open yet, as there was no sign and their spot in the strip mall looked vacant. There was a paper sign, but I didn't read it since I was just driving by in the lot.
I wanted to do some adventuring tho, so I hopped over to Columbia Heights to check out the change in management for what used to be Miss Li. New name is Elm massage, and I got an hr there. Surprisingly, their hr rate is only 70. That's kinda cheap nowadays. Mist places have bumped to 80 for an hr.
I can't remember if I posted a review of Miss Li here or not already. I also don't feel like retreading water, so I'll keep it short. Nothing has really changed about this place. I'm fairly certain there is a new lady, looks like late 30's. She was at the front desk, but I didn't get her. I was a bit sad. Instead, I got what was a 40's okay lookin Chinese lady. Nothing to write home about.
Leaving the details of the joint itself as IYKYK, but all in all I tipped 50 and it was actually pretty dang good ending. Good to know that the change is just in name.

Big Lake Massage: Did a drive by as in area, and it was closed. OH well, not a great place but it was good in a pinch.
Ventured over to Lily's in Monticello. Knew there wasn't going to be anything other than a massage. Received a better than expected massage. Lady was a little butch, thicker short black hair, with the power of Mike Ditka on the massage. Personally I need hard deep tissue, I mean hard as they can do is great but not from these places typically. Walked out of there feeling good physically. I did also make a venture over to Maple, Joanna only been there a couple weeks, and got one of the best / most sensual massages I have received. Their new place I went to, 100 for 60 is too steep, and she tried to get me to DIY. Come on now, I am not a newbie and you also work at the other location. They rotate. All in all, great looping shop, plenty of tease, disappointed on the turn. I will not be back. BTW: parking in Wazata location not easy if busy.So I gather the Shoreview location is pretty reliable for mongers. I have been to the Wayzata location twice. I swung by Massage Healthy earlier in the week and can echo what Green Rider says about the massage part, it was way better than average for an AMP, possibly the best I have had. Better than 80% of the massages I have gotten at Massage Envy, tbh. On the flip she went to drape with a question on her face, I just smiled and said we don't need that. At the end she saw what needed attention, asked if I was a cop, when I said no she said, "then I take care of you". Whatever others have eventually gotten to with this lady didn't remove the need for me to read the room, she was clearly a little hesitant, so no pushing from me, let her make the move. I got a nice finish and tipped above average because the massage was just so good. I might be back just for the massage, but I personally don't think I find her attractive enough to want to go past HE with her even if there is more. Others who have been there more, is it just the one lady, KC (or casey or whatever) or is there a second lady? That was not clear to me, it is a big enough space for two providers.

This forum has been an interesting discovery for me -- even though the comments are weirdly cryptic at times, I was able to find Rose Massage a few months ago and have visited a few times. I didn't read the posts by the two senior posters who recently got banned for discouraging sharing of info, but I would bet money it wasn't to avoid cops reading stuff. What has harmed the scene in this town, especially on the west side mostly hasn't been LE, it has been fellow mongers acting like idiots and scaring the AMP ladies to go legit or move shop. Lyla and Mimi had to close Wellness in EP and move down to Burnsville because some asshole started screaming at one of the ladies when he didn't get an HE, screaming enough that another business in the building called the cops. I would have liked to have wrung that guy's neck because his dumb ass meant I went from a 10 minute drive to a 35 minute drive to see Lyla. Please just be chill, people.

Also a newbie, I'll share my approach. I have only ever paid / tipped at the end. Not sure how one would handle tipping ahead of time or how successful that is. I think I usually tip around 30% (but really I'm just rounding up to use 20's). I always make sure they see the wad of cash to encourage their efforts to get more of it in the future (it's never above 20% for a conventional massage)! Otherwise, aside from being clean, wearing clean clothes and always acting polite, I try to respond in "encouraging" ways during the massage when they get to sensitive areas (either by obvious intention or not). Nothing vocal, just movements. Sometimes I'll gently touch their leg or thigh if they appear to be brushing up against my hand and then gauge the response. It's all rather subtle. I never act upset or unhappy if it doesn't end the way I hoped. If it doesn't I chalk it up to either it just isn't going to happen on the first time (or two), or it just isn't that kind of place. The only way to know is it come back a few times (and make sure they know you're a repeat customer). Otherwise, I have been a little surprised at how "common" messing around below the belt is at AMPs. Curious to hear other strategies.Personally, I don't bother with the thigh groping game anymore. I find that it just annoys them more than anything. My 3 most effective moves are:
1. Start massage uncovered, face down bare ass.
2. When the oil part comes, raise the hips to give access and soft moans and little comments when the stroke gets near the thighs and crack.
3. If they ask if you've been before, you say yes. If they ask when or who, say a while ago or you can't remember.
There's also just the confidence aspect to it too. Once you've done this long enough, you know exactly what to do and when. If you walk in all confused and sheepish, it looks more obvious than it seems that you're a noob. Practice makes perfect LOL.

On my first visit, I walked in and a guy was working and said they were busy, so I just turned around and left. On my second visit, I called ahead and a woman answered and said to come in, but when I got there, it was the same guy saying they were busy so I left. I tried one more time and I called ahead, and when I got there I got a massage from a halfway decent looking provider. Halfway through the massage, I was wondering if the place was legit or not, then I heard a female customer come in to get a foot massage, so I'm thinking no HE for sure. But on the flip, she offered HJ, but it was hard to focus with the female customer and the other masseuse chatting on the other side of the curtain.

Had a chance to do a bit of roaming this weekend. I found a new place on Larpenteur that is located in a newly renovated strip mall. Oriental kungfu massage. Their google listing is brand new and active, so I went to take a look. They seem to not be open yet, as there was no sign and their spot in the strip mall looked vacant. There was a paper sign, but I didn't read it since I was just driving by in the lot.
I wanted to do some adventuring tho, so I hopped over to Columbia Heights to check out the change in management for what used to be Miss Li. New name is Elm massage, and I got an hr there. Surprisingly, their hr rate is only 70. That's kinda cheap nowadays. Mist places have bumped to 80 for an hr.
I can't remember if I posted a review of Miss Li here or not already. I also don't feel like retreading water, so I'll keep it short. Nothing has really changed about this place. I'm fairly certain there is a new lady, looks like late 30's. She was at the front desk, but I didn't get her. I was a bit sad. Instead, I got what was a 40's okay lookin Chinese lady. Nothing to write home about.
Leaving the details of the joint itself as IYKYK, but all in all I tipped 50 and it was actually pretty dang good ending. Good to know that the change is just in name.
I'll be curious to follow-up on that Larpenteur location once they open though. Thought I'd check out Massage Moon in SLP to see what all the fuss is about. I'm very happy with the results. I ended up with a young girl had to be early 20's petite and pretty. She said she is new from Flushings NY. Good sign when they come from there. She asked me how I wanted it, I said soft and sensual and I like the lower area focused in. Worst massage and ball play before the flip ever had. It was just not pleasurable. Got tired of it after the first 15 minutes, so I flipped after paying for the hr. She wanted 200 Marios for a linguistic release, I said nope. 100 Marios for an Origami Release. Nope! Got down to a little more than Fitty Cent, and nothing but a hard elbow to ribs, while block of area leaning on me, I adjust her, raised and ben leg to help out with the pain I was getting. She took my heal lowered, the leg back down, more pressure on ribs. I then bent back leg and say please that hurts LOL. Then the moaning and hand switching from fatigue after 10 minutes was unreal. Junior was not close to getting to mast, just a little bendy from the lack of talent and pain. Then through shear focus, clenched eyes, lower torso flexing, and my own gyrating I forced one out. Literally, I walked out with jello legs from a leg day at the gym! Little guy needed more oil at tend but didn't get, so I had to deal with the friction once a semi happened as didn't want to lose it. So I walked out with some lower pain like two sticks rubbed together to start fire! Welcome to Alex!
On my worst say, and I am not much of a complainer I would not be back. Even. If it was raging and a hard look at it would cause it to blow like a volcano. I would stay in the parking lot! .

Took a visit to Oriental Kungfu in Larpenteur. Newly face lifted strip mall plaza. Walked in and saw some contractors working on a shelf or something. Should have taken that as a sign to pass, but I was determined to get the intel for ya'll. The place is really bright, standard strip mall AMP layout. Hall with closing doors. There were 2 ladies, both 40 ish standard. Nothing exciting, but not bad either. Very standard builds.
I opted for an hour on a "futon" which us basically just a wider massage table. I got the older of the two. Massage was fine, nothing fancy. The fuckin door was open an inch the whole time, and I would hear the contractors working. Really annoying.

I checked out Moon the other day. Strangely, as I approached the building there was a woman (Asian or part Asian) outside taking pictures of the doorway. The first thing that came to mind was that she was possibly going to report the place. But who knows? Anyway I continued inside and met Amy (I think) who said they only had time for a half hour. I reluctantly took it. After I was ready she came in and ran her hand up and down my backside and started with the dry massage, which I don't think does much but okay She was extremely friendly and chatty and continued with the oil massage, which was pretty decent. Teasing was very slight, if at all. She took 1-2 calls during my massage and a couple mongers came in looking for a massage. Then it was over before I knew it. No flip or anything. She gave me the impression there might be more next time with a longer massage, so I may try again. TBD.

I jumped up from the table and confronted her and she made some dumb excuse about seeing if I was recording video of her, which I wasn't and couldn't have been because my phone was in my pocket 100%. I explained this to her and she admitted she was just "looking at my stuff" which is obviously not fine. She offered to give me head as if I hadn't just busted, I guess as a way to try and make me cool down or not be upset about the situation. I told her to clean me up, I grabbed all my stuff and left without leaving a tip. I was pretty upset to be honest. This is probably my last time going to Maple Leaf, at least for a while.

Would you say it'd be worth it if you'd haggled her down? If 200 was the first figure she offered you, she likely pegged ya as a sucker and overcharged. For CBJ with an oldie, you shouldn't have to go that high. Haggling does mean you have to acknowledge you may walk away with blue balls tho.
For reference, L2 shouldn't ever go higher than 100 tip. FS shouldn't go higher than 200 tip. That's Minnesota rates AFAIK. Don't ask me where, that's for ya'll to investigate LOL.

Yeah, I said I would be wary to return to Maple. That didn't stop my monger brain from taking over. That and it's just too convenient for me when I get a spare hour to spend.
I can thankfully say that (at least on this visit) I didn't see the ol flat ass granny who I don't like seeing there. My visit was only a 30 minute, but service is just as usual.
I'm not sure if the 30's, pretty 6/10 I had is the ratchet one that tried to steal from the bad report. I still did keep a close eye on my stuff though. Kept all my stuff on the door hooks that are in clean line of sight.
Can also now confirm that Maple and Summer Spa have to be run by the same peeps. I took stock of the candy bowl and drink fridges at both locations. Same exact stuff. And same level of service available too, down to the same rate.
I wanted to be a bit mad at Maple for that whole stealing debacle, but I can't really give them up either because of the convenience and service I get.

I was more wary of going back because Mia isn't there then the story about the pockets. Nothing out of the ordinary happened. But Maple just hits different now that Mia is gone. Dang, that's literally next to a Coldstone and in a busy area. My hopes aren't exactly high with this one folks. I may still make it out there, but maybe not soon. I'm still irked by my visit to Oriental Kungfu on Larpenteur. Shitty time there because of their recent opening.I thought the same thing but there have been some positive reviews of the place next to Jimmy's in Vadnais Heights, which is also a busy area.

So I took the dive. My curiosity was killing me. The joint is indeed in a busy area, but it's tucked away behind the really busy fronts. I didn't necessarily feel too many eyes on me.
I didn't have a number to call, so I just walked in. Their door was locked, which is always a good sign IMO. Knocked and a petite 40's lady answered the door. Flat as a board on both ends. Pretty face though. She gave me the rates and I put down for an hour. The joint itself is just as plain and sterile as any joint ya'll have been to. Doors on the rooms that are closed during massage.
The mamasan (older, similar appearance) grilled me a bit and asked how I found them before leading me into the room. I just said I saw the front and wanted a massage. She was luckily not the one to help me.
Massage itself was okay. Medium pressure requested, felt like light pressure. I just kinda said screw it and asked for a 2 pop, one now and one near the end. She spoke verrry little English and it was tough to negotiate. Ultimately though, it was negotiated for 80 and we were set. I tried to negotiate just rolling up her top, but she wanted 20 more bucks just for that. I may be a cheap bastard, but that kinda killed it for me. I settled for OTC, but because of the aforementioned flatness, it didn't help. This place is no different than the other Hudson AMP just like 8 ish minutes away. Lotta upsell for robotic service.
And robotic it was. Both times were jackhammer with no technique. I requested slower, but no help there. I feel like I'm too jaded at this point LOL. Even if I was getting exactly what I wanted, the quality was just not there. During the second, after a really shitty half hearted tease, I had the stamina to just hold out for a while to see if she would change it up to help me along. She was getting visibly frustrated and just kept going harder. Ouch. I just said fuck it and let go.
I cleaned up, shorted her 10 on the tip, and left. My impression is that it's the same people that own the other Hudson AMP. Upselling because they're the only ones in the area. I was lucky to get what I got at a decent rate, but I can get so much more mileage here in the Twin Cities.
The game is changing tbh. A few years ago I used to think Hudson was great because they were so far from other more important Wisconsin cities. Looking back though, the options there are mid compared to the current state of our AMP's.
TL; DR Robotic service, heinous upsell for more than just OTC. I guess you get what you pay for, since I negotiated a decent rate for a 2 pop. Treat yourself better kings, there's better stuff closer to home.

I have only received L1 at Rose. Maybe some have received more. It always YMMV.
I went about a year or so ago and haven't been back since due to the distance. Got Helen and it was a good time. Not entirely enthusiastic though but the massage was therapeutic. This was before she got the extra team there to help out and she was in her own office studio without her renovations and extra rooms. It was cheaper than it was now too but rates have gone up everywhere. YMMV as stated. I am tempted to go back at some point to try out some of the others. Sounds like it may not be worth it though!

The fact that she was also wearing jeans with you just confirms what I think about the joint. I wouldn't hold out hope that more is in the books tbh. Basic L1 with egregious upsell just for her to lift her shirt and more egregious upsell to touch kitty is likely all you'll get on future visits.
I do want to be wrong though. L2 for a benji would be the only way to get me to come back. When I asked during my visit, it was going to be a that tip just for L1 with shirt lifted. No thanks.
And yes, I acknowledge I'm being cheap. Hold the line boys.
