My meetings wrapped up early, and since Milan's number went to voicemail, I thought I'd just drop in. Her under-construction situation has been well reviewed, but I'll add my flare. Had an appt with Delilah recently, comms were good and she was direct with pricing so it's always a plus to get that out of the way. She's downtown in the same multi floor, mixed use building as Lola, so I texted her when I arrived and was waiting for her floor / suite number and it took a few texts to get a reply. That building has horrific reception inside, so its a cell issue, not a provider problem. Delilah was pretty cool, asked me to pay first as it was my first visit and then we both got comfortable and she got started. She's african american, has bigger soft lips and a taunt, thin body with big, full tits.
Pros: Decent massage with ok pressure, no time shortage and on the flip, lots of roaming is allowed. She encourages touching, uses body to body contact a lot and gave a quality HE. Others have shared that additional offerings may be available and I definitely got that vibe, but chose not to partake. There was a large mirror leaned against the wall across from the table, so I would venture to guess that can be in play depending on how interactive you take things.
Cons: It was pretty dim in the room and while her body is reflective of her STG pics, I doubt its actually her especially based on skin tone and the long hair (unless that's a wig in the photos). Smoke, you could smell it in the room from clothes and masked by mints on her breath. That's a personal turn off for me. Lastly, she talks. A LOT. I'm all for conversation to connect and develop rapport, but this was intense, opinionated views and she kept stopping the massage for 60 seconds + at a time to step back and reinforce her points, even after the flip. It made it very hard for me to actually relax and enjoy the experience.

Since it's been quite some time, I thought it would be nice to pay a visit to the one and only Milan. I set up an appointment for the same day. Communication was good and to the point. Another great visit with Julia. For me it's the best of both worlds with a solid, near CMT massage and then a slow, rhythmic release. It's around my birthday and had some trouble with phone service this past week but was able to connect with Milan on relatively short notice for an hour. I haven't been to the new place *under construction* but she gave good directions via text. When I got there it was pretty quiet, I think someone else was in the back, but she gave me a beer and a tour of most of the area. First time visit to JD. Had a small vetting process before the session. Princess was my masseuse. She's small (4-10,90#'s) with an in-shape body. TOFTT Zoey yesterday. It is hard to book an appointment Monday morning. None of my regulars were responding. I seen Zoey's ad and took a chance.
Experience was 4 out of 10.
Pro's: good comms, Serenity is a clean professional office, I think she is the woman in the photos although they make her appear hotter than she is in person, she's not ugly though.
Con's: not much of a massage, shorted my time, I opted for the hour and she had me flip about 25 minutes in, she isn't that friendly in person, maybe its a YMMV thing. Covered services offered ranging up to 400 on the high end. I didn't partake, handshake only.

Went here this Sunday at about 5 pm and was not busy. Place is usually by appointment because there is only 1 therapist at the moment. Parking is in the back so kinda private but facing an apartment building next door. The Chinese girl I would say looked in 40's but hard to tell with asian girls. She has an above average face. I've been talking about it for a long time, and I finally did it. I booked a session with Erin.

There's not much to add that I feel like the other reviews didn't already include so I'll keep this one pretty short.
The location is pretty nice, still in the works as it's not fully complete (still wrapping up paint and stuff in some rooms) though I was told it should be done by end of the month.
The massage was really in depth and covered more than what I'd usually get so I'd probably give that an 8 or so. I will mention she does use a lot of lotion but she wipes it down near the end. In the case having more time affects this score I do want to note I did a 90 rather than my usual hour.
Finish was probably one of the best I've had, so likely a 9 in that regard.
