Many of those hotels at BWI have been watched for a long time. LE just got lucky. Seems like they have to use a lot of man hours to make a bust.
Word to the wise drive around the area before going to incall. Consider driving around a few nights before making runs. Might surprise you see how many hotels are getting 15 minute checks by LE, etc. They are trying to nabbed guys leaving the rooms for questioning so they can get a warrant.

While there may or may not be a sting going on, don't expect the AA co website to inform you of when it's safe to monger.
