I recently was passing through Belvidere. I stopped at both the places here just to see what the girls were like. Was not planning to stay and never have, although looked a couple times in the past when I was in town. Note: if you are coming from the Chicago area and wanting to avoid the last toll to get to Rockford and take 20 back to Rockford the rest of the way, they have installed a toll booth at the Belvidere exit.
My understaning is that the girls at either of these places do not offer full service and reading over the more recent posts here confirms that belief.

Well, I ended up with some unexpected days off (non-paid) from work this week. Had the opportunity to get out to ERS so I called to make an appointment. Nina was first choice but not available. But Danielle was so made an appointment. Got there and she took me back to the room. Paid the door fee and hoped in the shower. At some point in the past year ERS remodeled the showers and they are really nice. I also like the soap dispenser vs. Bar of soap. No worrying about where that bar was.

Planning on making the drive to ERS, but a a little confused about the tipping even after reading the forum. Some seem to say you tip up front, while others seem to imply they do it at the end. Is there a standard procedure, or does it not matter? A lot of people seem to mention $45. Was thinking of doing a 2 hour session just since it is such a drive, and I don't like to feel rushed. I would assume I would just double the tip amount. Perhaps if that were the case I should tip up front to insure good service, and let her know I wouldn't be stiffing her on tip for a 2 hour appointment. Late report, this is from about 2 weeks ago. Hit up Tui-na on a week night, walked in and was greeted by a very petite woman but didn't catch her name. Ventured to Royal over the Holidays and continued going. I have taken three trips there, and have enjoyed two.
First visit in December with Susan: Not a bad looker cute personality, and a nice rack! Massage was decent with a little teasing. On the flip was allowed to roam and play during typical finish. Very enjoyable hour 60/40 would definitely repeat. No mention of tip and was happy with what I gave, very flirty and playful.

Made a visit to both ERS and CLV recently.
ERS: had a session with Kayla. Nice lady but all professional. Last time I went with another girl she was more playful. Still fun times might repeat with someone else next time.

I tried Tina the other day since my top 4 choices were not in that day or were busy. It was average. Not the best. Awkward forced conversation. OK. So I went to Royal on a Sunday afternoon. One girl came to the door after a little wait and said they were busy and to wait 20 minutes in a room. Greeted by Sophia, she took my. 6 and led me to the TS. As I entered the room, it all came back to me when I was hear last, 2 years ago. The Radiant Heated Table Shower isn't really heated at all. It's more like a dissection table used by pre-med students on freshly dead people. You lay on or in a very shallow bath that is impossible to get comfortable on, at least face down it isn't. It's all hard plastic and there is no pillow, just a raised section for you to lay your head on. Shower was typical. The "Heated" was simply the warm water from the shower head. So now Sophia is trying to rinse the soap suds off me, but the soapy water just pools around you. I have to get off the table and let her show the soap off. And my neck hurts from being on the dissection table.
Back in the room, at least the massage tables are very nice. Extra wide with a memory foam. Very comfortable. Massage was good. Finish was typical. Sophia was accommodating to a degree.

Here is my post form last year. You new guys need to do more work on your own.
I have been away from the hobby and this board for a long time. So, I thought I'the earn my way back in by providing some basic information to the new guys who want to do the Belvidere massage places or the Rockford lingerie shops. Some of my information may be dated, since I don't know if standard tip amounts have changed or if new places have opened. However, if you read this material, you'll be better equipped to manage situations that you find yourself in.
In Rockford, there are two lingerie shops (1. Exclusive Lingerie Boutique, and 2. Chantilly Lace). In Belvidere there are two massage places (1. Executive Relaxation Station, and 2. Cest La Vi). Google the names of the places and you will find the addresses.
In Belvidere, the standard appointment duration is 50 minutes. The basic program is: you walk in, look at a selection of women, pick your preference, go to a private room, clean up in the shower and get a lame massage with 'happy ending'. In the middle of your session, she'll offer you the opportunity to massage her, then after a while, you'll switch back to her massaging you for the ending. The happy ending will be by hand, or her breasts. Performing oral, receiving oral, intercourse, digital penetration are all against the rules and 99.999% of the women follow the rules. Don't expect more and you won't be disappointed. Door fee is around $100, standard tip for acceptable service is $20.
In Rockford, you can get an appointment for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes (or something similar). The basic program is: you walk in, look at a selection of women, pick your preference, go to a private room, and "play" with the model you have chosen. Play can mean watch her try on and model lingerie, touching, oral, or full service. I like to think of it as a really long lap dance with a happy ending. Door fee depends on the amount of time you select. I don't remember exact numbers, but it's something like this: $40 for 15 minutes; $60 for 30 minutes; $75 for 60 minutes (probably actually 50 minutes). I always go for 60 minutes. $15 for an extra 30 minutes is the best value you will ever find in this hobby!!
At all places, you will be expected to pay the door fee as soon as you pick your lady. Some aggressive employees (owners?) will try to get you to pay the fee before you have seen the lineup (in cases where you don't have an appointment). Ha! Be smart, only pay after you know for sure that you're staying.
You tip in advance at these places (before your session). You can tip more afterwards, if you like, but the amount of the advance tip either 1) sets the tone for the session (Belvidere), or 2) is code for the service you want (Rockford). In Belvidere, $20 is standard. If you tip $20 at the beginning don't expect her to be as enthusiastic as if you start with $30. I sometimes put out $30 and let her know I have more money to tip based on how much fun we have. The more you duke her in the beginning, the better the tone of your session.
In Rockford, a $60 tip means you want oral, a $100 tip means full service. Simple.
As stated above, you're expected to pay the door fee before you head to your private room. Sometimes, you don't have the exact bills needed and she'll need to bring you some change. Sometimes the change is conveniently "forgotten" and disappears into someone's G-string. So, if I have $20 change coming from the door fee and I am in Rockford looking for oral, I will leave $40 in the tip location and when she returns just motion to where I put the $40 and ask her to add the change to that. In Belvidere, after you're done with your shower and sitting on the table waiting for her, the tip should be clearly visible lying on a chair or on a towel rack so she can easily see it and grab it with no fanfare. In Rockford, I usually put the tip on the sink, arm of the couch, or the towel rack.
DO NOT bring bill denominations with you that will create difficult change making situations for the girls. 1) we're not dealing with magna cum laude here, 2) I once paid with a $100 bill for a $75 session and I waited 20 minutes for her to return to the room. I think I was the first customer of the day and they did not have cash on hand to make change. Bring $20's, and $5's.
DO NOT bring excess money with you. Bring the door fee and what you expect to tip. Leave everything else in the trunk of your car. In Belvidere, I usually bring door + $60. If I feel like being generous with my tip, I have extra money on hand. If I don't feel like being generous and my additional money is stolen, it's only $40, not the end of the world. In Rockford, I bring door + $100.
In Belvidere, there are massage tables which is where you will wait for your lady after you have showered. Make sure you wash your ass and balls. I am ashamed that this needs to be said, but apparently (according to the ladies) not all guys know that they leak and create weird smells during the day. In Rockford, you'll be waiting in your room as she takes your money to the cashier. Use this alone time to wash up. There will be soap by the sink, a supply of wash cloths and hand towels. She'll be happier to be with you if you smell good and are clean (see above). The Rockford rooms have a couch. She will cover the cushions with a bed sheet and that's where you'll be waiting for her when she returns.
In Belvidere, when the session starts, she will come to you (as you're sitting on the table, naked as a jaybird) and hug you. If you start to unhook her bra, she'll oblige and remove it for you. If you don't make that move, she'll not take it off. In Rockford, when she returns, she'll cover the door and start whatever her program is. You'll be sitting on the couch, naked, before she starts.
Useful Points:
1) For any of the locations, read the forum in advance and figure out which girl you want to meet with. Call the place and make an appointment with her. The problem with first meetings is that she doesn't know if you are LE or not and it's uneasy for her. Making an appointment helps put her at ease and you'll have a better session. She may claim to remember seeing you before. If she does not go with 'remembering you from before', if she asks, tell her your friend Scott referred you.
After your first visit, to show that you have been there before, it is useful to mention that you'the like to use the bathroom and start walking in that direction. So, as you're walking to your private room, let her know you have to make a quick pit stop and head to the bathroom. This will help you when you have an appointment with a new girl or when you just go in cold and pick from the line up. How will you know where the bathroom is? You will know because the first time you were there you needed to use it and you asked for directions to it.
2) NEVER and I mean NEVER pick the hottest girl in the lineup. In situations where you do not have the advance appointment, NEVER pick the hottest girl in the lineup. The hottest girl in the lineup expects to have money thrown at her just for being hot. All she has to do is look at you and smile and the world is hers. My memories of best sessions are with the girl next door types who were happy to have been picked. The worst session was with the hottie who expected me to be ready in 30 seconds and wanted to get the job done while sitting 10' away.

However my biggest fear is the "LEO" as everyone calls them, the last thing I am looking for is a problem. Is there anything I need to be concerned with? Has there been any issues here before? Reading the reviews I am thinking of going with Nina for my first visit, is she a good choice? Do they kinda take charge once you get in or do I ask?? Thanks.

Just experienced a session with Leia at CLV. She is an African American MILF type and has been at CLV for about a month. She is attractive with a great body. Officials did not say how many arrests were made, only that they are still in the process of sorting out information and figuring out who to charge and what to charge them with.
The Boone County Sheriff's Office and Illinois State Police helped with the raids of the businesses.
Another news outlet said they detained men as well. A similar event happened in Schaumburg last week. LEO came in the door and started going into rooms. It sounded like they went to more than one place there too.

BELVIDERE — Multiple arrests were made after four massage parlors were raided today, according to Register Star media partner WREX.
C'est La Vie, The Executive Relaxation Station, Royal Oriental Massage and Spa Tui-Na, all located along State Street in Belvidere, were raided with assistance from the Boone County Sheriff's Office and Illinois State Police.
It was not immediately known how many arrests were made or what charges those arrested will face.
Looks like Belvidere is going down!Do not panic this is not the first time this has happened. I think with the new spas opening in the last few years they though they had to do something.

Even though I haven't gone there much this is lousy news.What is amazing is it took 4 police agencies 14 months to figure this out. Too bad there is not more effort into stopping the drug trade and gang issues that both drive shootings and murders in our community. For the charges they have I would think that they could have spent about 14 days to get the information they needed for search warrants. It also amazes me that the other store owners they interviewed were not sure what was going on. One guy has been there for 10 years. He did not want to know, just as the police have ignored CLV and ERS for years. Too bad, but it is possible they will reopen. I have heard that loves park spas have reopened after only a couple of days. The last time they raided CLV was in 2004 according to the news, so it is possible they will open again soon. However I am sure they will give nothing but legit massages for awhile.
I always feel sorry for the people with their names and pictures in the paper. Not sure how that is legal in this country? If we are all innocent until proven guilty seems like names and pictures could not be in the news until after a trial or guilty plea?

I can't speak to what goes on in places other than ERS, but as far as what I have observed over the past several years, I believe that the cops are going to have to lie to make a case. First, there are charges about violation of the Massage Licensing Act. To my knowledge, they have always been careful not to use the word massage, either in person or on their website. Second, they are pretty smart never to ask for money for anything. They do not remove their clothing. There is a protocol followed that I have always felt is pretty smart that avoids the typical quid pro quo required to prove prostitution. And if a massage ended with a handy (I said if because I don't know if that happens, everything I have ever written about this place has been made up and I assume everything I read was a lie to) that should not be considered in the same category as prostitution. It is unbelievable that in this country we can fine a constitutional right for two men to engage in anal sex, that homosexuals can marry, that men can call themselves women by putting on a dress and demand the right to use women's locker rooms and bath rooms, that women have the right to kill babies, but a man cannot have a biological need serviced in a manner that is safe, is ridiculous. These woman, with the help of the papers, now have their lives possible ruined, regardless of the outcome of what happens in court. Many of these woman are supporting minor children. I don't know how it is done but I would love to set up a go fund me page for the women for their legal fees. They need a good lawyer, not the typical hack who will just try to plead them out. Only if this is vigorously defended will the harassment stop. I know that they went through problems in 1999 and seemed to come out unscathed.
This was obviously a big operation. They say that they took computers, hard drives video. Let's hope the rumors about recording sessions was false. I can't believe that they would be that stupid. But who knows what phone numbers and names that have in their data base. This is another reason you should never use your real name or phone number. If you are contacted by LEO, of course you should say nothing. Do not deny being there, just do not talk to them. If they have something to arrest you on, they won't need to talk to you. The fact that they went in early in the day means that they already had their evidence. So presumably, they have had informants go in and they have been collecting data for awhile.
I became concerned when other establishments opened up in town. Just too much for a little town; gets the tongues wagging and puts pressure on officials.
Well this socks. On the good side they didn't get my girl Dawn. I've been going there for 10 years, and the last 4 or 5 only seeing her. I hope they reopen soon, Because I need more Dawn now damn it.
What a surprise! These two places have been in business for over 30 years and I have to admit I have been going to them for over 20 years. Always had a lot of fun stopping and visiting with the girls. It's a shame that two professional places like this are picked on by the law. Have never been to the two Asian places, but can't believe the prostitution charges for some of the girls at CLV and ERS. I recognized three of the girls in the mug shots. All three are sweethearts and should not have there lives ruined by this. They have small children and need to make a living. To reiterate. Had a recent dream of having a close shave. It goes like this. My source I am citing is an attorney I conversed with recently. If contacted by 'people of some importance', "Don't talk to them!" hehe. They are not your friend. He stated after my burbling, "It is not an obstruction of justice to be quiet. You really do have a right to remain silent. " Do not have a nice conversation. Be blunt. "Don't talk to them!" State your correct name. If they can arrest you, they will with the evidence they already have. Bond out and than call your attorney. Don't make a statement, don't confess anything, and certainly do not admit guilt. I burbled some more. He finished our conversation kind of like my Dad when he used to be a little angry and frustrated with me, "I would bet 50/50 you'll talk to them. Prove me wrong. So what do you do? Don't! Talk! To Them!" Hanging up, I thought strangely of Bill the Cat, as he would say, "Achthppt!" Otherwords, be safe. Dream ends.
So I called yesterday to make an appointment for this weekend and the phone kept ringing. Oh this can't be happening they need to come back. If anyone gets any update please share. I'll also share if I hear something.

All of the TV station shave the mugshot pictures and names in their reports. Doesn't tell you which shop they are from, but you will get the idea.

I. e. , the choice of who to go after.I might agree with you and not just the post you talked about either, there are others.
They are here, they watch, they read and in many cases (myself included) we help them along. I think I am going to be a little more "cryptic" in what I write from now on.

Thanks.I think this is the thing you watch for the retired guy is talking about. You do a back search and read all his posts and it all comes together and hits you like a brick. Trying to find out what girls will break the rules, nothing but questions, questions, questions and never a report. Don't know for sure but sure could be. Now I lay under the radar and don't report much for a reason, I don't want to expose the girls to a lot of scrutiny. After all they know they are under a lot of microscopes. But LEO is here, watch what you say cause they are reading it. Rubbing a body is kinda like giving a massage, and if it's "kinda like" that and if you hired someone that didn't go for the 500 hours of school required for the licence and didn't have a licence, that's a Massage License violation. See this is what they can pile on with. I owned a bar in Milwaukee once, got busted for an undercover underage sting ordering a drink. And I as the owner as well as the bartender got fined too. I'm sure they want to go after the owners as well.
Now to be fair, they also have a lot to prove. Do they have video tape or a recording of it all. I would think they better if they want to prove their case. Not just "she touched me there" that ain't enough. Did the Asian places popping up as they do all over the country throw up the red flags to LEO? I think that was the final straw. I think the two places were fine and they never bothered anybody but when people saw the more places popping up that's where they drew a line in the sand.

First, the news anchor has never had to speak a word of French in his life. Second, he quotes the police as saying they are sorting out Who to charge with What. Meaning what? That no one was caught in the act of doing anything. And at least as Executive, you can be sure that no money exchanged hands. And that it in a nutshell. They will make arrests without knowing what to charge you with. Getting a massage? The news anchor also mentions it was a long term investigation. What struck me was they did the raid around 8 am at ERS and ERS don't open till 10 am. So how did they caught the girls at ERS. If I'm working there and I see police cars parked outside is I wouldn't go in. Unless they waited till they opened and then went inside to arrest the girls. Either way I hope this all clear up soon and things get back to normal.

I have been a customer of CLV and ERS. Its an hour drive for me to get to Belvidere. Sometimes I was just passing through but other times it was my intended destination just to visit these places. Always had a great experience at both. An experience you can't find many other places. I was worried when the Asian places started moving in. I thought they might attract unwanted attention to the other places. I've seen reports about Royal pushing the envelope of their services. That may have been the straw that broke the camels back. At first I thought this bust might be an attack on the Asian parlors and CLV and ERS were just collateral damage and would be open for business again soon. But, there seems to be a real backlash from the community aimed at these businesses. It's a shame this might be the downfall of business's that have been around for 30+ years. I guess times are changing. I can't help but think if these places had men working there giving other men a massage and a finish there would be news reports about how beautiful it is. Without CLV and ERS there is no reason for me to stop in Belvidere. No reason to stop in some of the shops on State street. No reason to grab a bite to eat at the restaurants. I'll be spending my money elsewhere. Having said all that I think it's really unnecessary to put the mugshots on public display. Some of these girls have little kids in school. Kids they are trying to support. They don't deserve that kind of public shaming. But I'm sure LE thinks it's all part of the punishment.

1/15) I am a private investigator, contracted by Government to check massage shops to see if they're soliciting. I usually get sent to shops which have had multiple complaints and an investigation is in its final stages and they need evidence to support their case.
So, I go to one place, everything seems normal except for being asked to strip bare for an oil massage. Eventually I am asked to flip over, therapist without asking just starts rubbing some "gel" on my 'parts'. At this point, I am obligated to refuse and finish the session. I ask her to stop but halfway through the sentence I am hit with the most intense pain. Turns out, she was new and was unaware that alcohol gel is not the same as massage oil.
Long story short, manager was convicted of coercing staff on the basis of their visas being revoked if they didn't comply. And I had to stand in court and tell the events of that day.

Thanks for providing credible information. I'm continually baffled by why guys think writing in the forum can get a place shut down and why anyone would care if a place did get shut down. There are 100's of MP's in Chicago area so there are plenty to choose from.

I read the article. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad. Again, the cops are taking the angle that they are stopping sex trafficking is slaves. Anyone meet any slaves while you were there? I didn't, but I am guilty all the same. The the police chief is actually bragging about the amount of manpower used. My favorite line in the article, "solicitation of a sex addict". I don't even know how that is done.Many years ago I was there and foolishly used a credit card to pay. Not long after they were shut down by the city for a couple of weeks. I was worried that they could look at their records and see I was there and question me but nothing ever happened. I suppose if they got credit card records they could make life miserable for someone if they questioned the husband abut it in front of his wife but they really can't do more than that.

When ERS re-opens for business, what if any changes do you foresee. Do you think ERS will re-open at the same location or a new location? How many massage attendants do you think will return? Do you think ERS will have to hire many new massage attendants if several do not return? Do you think there will be any increase (perhaps to account for less business) or decrease (perhaps to entice a new or leary cusomer base) in the prices? Finally, Do you think the service will be affected at all?

If the city, county, and state really want these places to go away, they have a host of ways they could do it. All depends on how much time and resources they want to put to the task. Then again, they may re-open this week. But how many mongers are going to stick their neck out and walk in an ERS or CLV when they reopen? Take the risk of having your mugshot and name posted all over the internet? I know there is a lot of tough talk on this board, but really, do you want to be in that position?
Too bad too. The women there were just trying to make a living just like everyone else.
ERS has the message on their home page that they'll be opening soon! It'll be interesting when they post more details.
