I haven't been in the building in a while, but, yes, they do a lot of repairs. When someone has to do plumbing repairs (valves) the building has to shut down water to that stack. I remember my plumbers coordinating with the bldg to change out some faucets, and leaky valves.

Like Beanlover says, go before 10 and you can bypass Century Center's Security at the front desk and just go on up to the room like everybody else.
