I've been lurking a few weeks but finally had something to contribute (sort of). I don't mean to add redundant information but thought I'd confirm what has been posted here already: Kulbelle is strictly legit. I couldn't resist the photo and had to give it a try but no chance for play. She even used a sheet over me. One of the reasons I started the age category was for this bickering about service. When one goes to a AMP he should make it clear what he wants, a massage with a HE or FS. Isn't that what the GUIDE is about? There are several places and independent providers that offer a 60 min massage with a HE. One has two choices, spend time reading this forum or spend money in the AMPs doing your own research.
What I like about girls such as Yuki and Mimi at Kison, Yumi and Bobbi at Ichiban, and Hana and Sugar at Nirvana is that they smoothly downshift from FS to lo-impact things like rimming, letting their tongue do the walking, etc.
For MTs I like when they are flexible about giving HJ rather than hardwired about it; sometimes I just want a massage, or their HJ technique is actually irritating. Mika at Rejuv is the only one who got irked when I said I didn't need an HJ.

I think the problem here is that Monica is known to provide BBBJ and BBFS. She assumed your one of those looking for that to. In the old days at a FS AMP you would get a massage that leads up to the FS which was nice. OR the provider would get to the FS right away and follow up with a massage. Now it seems you get the bums rush at the AMPs and little or no massage. At the massage therapy places that provide extras the ladies are either really old or want the equivilent of FS at an AMP for HE. Thanks again for helping a rookie out. As far as I know these three items are an uncommonly available combination, and somewhat contradictory with respect to what girls expect to do. Most likely you will have to make some sort of compromise.
If you are willing to sacrifice the first item, some AMP girls might give a half-decent massage but it will not be as comprehensive such as at a Thai place. The massage will also be more 'generic' so depending what style you want, you may not be satisfied. For this option, you might try Nirvana, Ichiban, Kison or Qi Gong (the last two places have massage tables rather than beds and only have self-shower stalls). If you decide to proceed, only place to get TS is at an AMP. There only a handful of providers that do a good B2B with Kelly being the defacto Queen of B2B. You might be able to get her to do a massage and HJ but you'll have to ask her upfront and probably be willing to pay close to FS rates.
Others may disagree but to me it's their time. Why would they choose to spend 50 minutes working hard to give you a good massage and HJ when she can make more in the same amount of time or less with a guy like me that shoots his load in 2 minutes.

I was in the west side of town recently and decided to try Kay's Massage in Salt Lake. I should have read the reports! Anyway, I needed to kill some time so I made an appointment. It always has and will always have massage therapists because of the massage school in the building. After the gambling thing in the penthouse, the building wanted to clean things up, added cameras, etc, drove out the AMP's. Most of the Thai massage were bonafide therapeutic, until about 2008/09/10, when business was slow, more competition, and girls discovered HE for extra tips. LE is now pressuring the activity, maybe from information on this forum, and Thai Hawaiian is now mostly straight, unless you are grandfathered or a grandpa (not likely to be LE).
