Earlier tonight I saw news reports on an interesting case in Florida. Prostitute (photo below) has an advertisement on Backpage, and Monger contacts her. Prostitute goes to Monger's hotel room late at night, with a male companion whom the police think was her "boyfriend" (maybe that's a polite way of saying pimp). Prostitute enters Monger's hotel room with a knife, and then robs Monger at knifepoint inside the hotel room. However, Monger then disarms Prostitute by wrestling the knife away from her, and Prostitute flees the hotel room. Yet then Boyfriend enters Monger's hotel room and attacks Monger. Monger ironically uses Prostitute's knife in self-defense to stab the attacking Boyfriend. Boyfriend flees, bleeding from the stab wound in his chest, but collapses near the hotel elevator and dies. Prostitute is located by the police and arrested for armed robbery, second-degree murder (on the basis that the death occurred because of her commission of the robbery), and a warrant for prostitution. She's jailed without bail. Monger is questioned by police and then released. What a twisted hobby, literally the thrill of the hunt the ajrenalin rush of the unknown, does it sound familiar?

According to Star-advertiser report on Saturday 10/22/16:
An Ewa beach man has been indicted for allegedly taking nude photos of underage girls. An expert on internet safety is quoted as saying-.
"Photos can be uploaded without awareness of the people in them, them not knowing with whom its shared with, or who & what the intentions were".
This brings to mind-this certain "escort" who's boyfriend recently got caught filming a session. I was provided a photo of this "boyfriend". Why this guy would be "taking cracks" from me only, (while not be told why) -is because Nobody is sure yet where the copies of the "film sessions" are right now or went.
(Here's an interesting news report about a young woman (photo attached below) who wants to sell her virginity, a controversial proposition. I agree with brothel owner Dennis Hof, quoted in the article: "It is her choice. I don't think it is a good idea for a girl to drink six tequilas and lose her virginity on the bathroom floor in a frat house. If she wants to sell it, I think that's great". Many impoverished women give up their virginity to some guy because "I wuv him and he said he wuvs me". Yet, a few months or a year down the road, the guy is no longer with her and she has nothing to show for it. My opinion: low-income women should consider going for the cash, if they're comfortable doing so and they aren't saving their virginity for marriage.)
Why she put a price on her virginity.
At one of Nevada's infamous legal brothels, a 20-year-old woman recently signed up for work -- but not to have sex.
Instead, Katherine Stone, who dreams of one day becoming a lawyer, planned to sell something other women working at the bordello couldn't offer: Her virginity.
Like the brothels themselves, Stone's choice has been controversial, particularly for those who believe a woman's virginity should only be shared for love.
But in Stone's eyes, that's exactly what she's doing.
"I love my family".
In 2014, Stone's family home in Seattle, Washington, was destroyed by a fire. Without insurance, Stone and her family found themselves forced to remain in the scorched property.
Then came the day when she noticed an ad on Facebook, and "I found out all about the brothels and the money," Stone says. "It made me think, 'Wow, it's a chance at fixing all that I need to fix.'"
Brothel tycoon Dennis Hof owns seven of Nevada's legal bordellos, and that's who Stone turned to last year for help.
Hof -- who says he receives two to three similar requests a week -- agreed to sell Stone's one-time service with the understanding that he'll take a 50% cut from the profits of the final bid.
In an effort to salvage her family's damaged home, Stone packed her bags and left home for the first time to live at one of Hof's brothels.
"People say you are supposed to do it for love," Stone says of the cultural ideals around losing one's virginity. "But if you think about it, I am doing it because I love my family".
Stone's decision has been controversial. "I read an article about myself online that made me cry," Stone recalls. "It was a Christian lady; she said I had no self-respect, which I disagree with completely. I mean, I obviously value myself".
At the moment, Stone says, her virginity bid is a little over $400,000 -- and she's still waiting to accept an offer.
"I'm waiting for a man who I feel a connection with so that the experience can be special for both of us," she says. "It's really not just about the money".
While she waits, Stone is still "contracted by Dennis Hof to legally provide services to gentlemen who are seeking experiences" other than intercourse, she says. "I have done small simple parties. Massage parties, stuff that has been very PG-13. My first experience I had here was the scariest one. It was all really new".
Even after her virginity is auctioned, Stone says she has no intentions of leaving the ranch. "I anticipate to continue working at the ranch for the next five years," she says. "I plan to go to law school in the future".
Hof himself has been heavily criticized, with some lambasting him for exploiting women in need. The businessman and reality TV personality employs over 500 women at his ranches in Nevada, with roughly 30 working every weeknight at the famous Moonlite Bunny Ranch.
As for Stone's contract, "it's controversial; there is not any question about that," Hof says. But, he continues, "It is her choice. I don't think it is a good idea for a girl to drink six tequilas and lose her virginity on the bathroom floor in a frat house. If she wants to sell it, I think that's great".
If that sounds like something a pimp would say, Hof wouldn't disagree. "In the strictest sense, I am a pimp," he says. "I am a guy that brings customers to a girl. The difference is I have a license to do this".
Stone would argue she has the same.
"I have the right to choose what I do with my body," she says. "And in this troubling economy, do you blame me?"

He's had more than a few passing through.
I've never understood the logic of wanting to be with a virgin. How would you know for sure? Some women break their hymen through things other than sex. And really, do you want to spend that much time explaining different positions? I like woman who's been around and can take a pounding when I feel like it.
That being said, I completely agree with you. The first time for most women is pretty unremarkable. I'm sure for this woman it will be as well, they hype surrounding her selling her virginity aside. And good for her for selling it so she can help her family out.
I've always found the real problem with stories like these is the fact that sex work is the only industry where women consistently make more money than men. Tells you what society thinks about women, ultimately. The other problem I have: people who judge others who are making money the best way they know how and they aren't hurting anyone (bruised self-righteousness aside). If they're that worried about her soul, they should put together the $400 k for her family, and the income she'll get for working.

Okay technical she's got to have had a male human dick up her pus to stop being a virgin correct? But do you mean to tell me that girl, just because she is "still a virgin", has never been horny in her entire life and if she was horny she probably was driven to cram a fucking dildo or carrot or banana in her hole, so IMHO it's a very high probability she's had SOMETHING big and long and fat in there already. So the freaking carrot has to pay however many grand for having deflowered her skanky nan? What if her pet german shepherd dog jumped her? Not a human dick, doesn't count. What if a fucking alien from the Arcturus star system abducted and fuck her? The alien got to pay? Don't get me started! If I dress in a carrot costume (Halloween!) I can fuck her virgin pus for free?

I also understand that among the religious types, butt stuff and mouth stuff doesn't count as sex. So go figure how that might enter into a transaction like this: BJ $50, Greek $200 and FS $400 k. Go figure.

Hope this is not a new trend.Seriously, I've been trying to take day trips because of things like this. Nearly ducked out on going to happiness for the first time last week. It was late, new place, and I park a few streeets away. When I get there. About 4 guys standing off to the stairs in that little lot. Immediately thought of Smile. I don't look like an easy mark but it was just shady. Said F it and went anyway tho.
14 felonies
They must have charged him for the gun and a charge for each bullet inside it.There's a serious crime in Hawaii called "carrying or use of a firearm in the commission of a separate felony," which could have been applied for each of the three robbery charges and three kidnapping charges. That would make a total of twelve felony charges. Possibly the remaining two felony charges could have been "place to keep" for the firearm, and firearm possession by a person prohibited from doing so. (To avoid any potential problems, everyone who owns or possesses a firearm should familiarize themselves with Hawaii's firearms laws, which are available on the state legislature website.)

Would hate to be around during a heist.I think it might be a good idea to leave the wallet and cell phone in the car and just bring cash. If you do get caught up in a heist all they will get from you is 200 and maybe your keys. Good luck finding my car MF. I never park close to where I'm going. There's always a lot of cash floating around and the mamas really don't pay attention to who they let in. In the future they may have to hire security and ban walkins if this continues to happen.

I don't about the site itself as it's basically the flipside of adultworks or punternet (I. E. UK equiv of this site) but more annoyed at the bias against mongers as always, I. E. We are all a bunch of evil rapists even though I think all of us known damn well that for every bad apple here there are hundreds more bad providers. You know damn well if any media ran the same story about this site it would be cast in a negative light about how evil we all are.
As for Tokyo, I'm not crying if that was the place on Ward above Hibiscus. What a good idea. In this country, the police spend time and money to catch people wanting to have sex. Both sides fear and avoid the police so even worse crimes are committed and go unreported. The media always tick me off. They always frame it as human trafficking to sell the story.
I think a site for the girls is a good idea. A counterbalance would help to weed out both bad providers and bad mongers. A good referral never hurts.
(Here's an interesting news report from the mainland about a potential danger of online dating.)
A 25-year-old woman extorted men she met online for thousands of dollars, by fabricating abortion and mental health care and threatening to disclose her relationships with married men, King County prosecutors say.
XXXXXXXXX is charged with four counts of second-degree extortion for regular, calculated blackmailing of men she met through various dating websites for several years.
A joint investigation between the Seattle Police Department and the FBI indicates that XXXXXXXXX extorted at least seven men by either lying to them about needing abortion money, vowing to expose their extramarital relationships to their family and co-workers and other means of drawing cash from them, hundreds to thousands of dollars at a time.
She managed to reel in well-heeled men, including business executives and attorneys who lost thousands of dollars in exchange for her silence.
Victim One.
XXXXXXXXX reportedly met a man in July 2010 through OK Cupid, but their relationship fizzled out after a month. Two years later, she reached out to the man again for a meeting and they dated for another month.
The man told authorities he ended the relationship after learning that XXXXXXXXX lied to him about her work and friends, and he suspected she was dating other men. He obtained a one-year no-contact order in August 2012 to prevent her from reaching him, reports say.
After the expiration of the court order, she reportedly texted the man on Nov. 11, "Hi, you owe me money". She claimed that she became pregnant with the man's child and wanted him to pay $400 for half her abortion costs. The man paid the money, but the next day, she wrote him, "I had to get the abortion and then recover while dealing with your court order because you thought I was obsessed with you," and asked for an additional $400, investigative reports say.
The man did not pay the extra $400, so XXXXXXXXX allegedly continued to harass him through text messages, and threatened to show up at his work for the money and call and e-mail all his co-workers. It's unclear in the reports whether the man paid the additional $400, but he resisted a demand for another $600 months later and filed a police report, court records say.
Victim Two.
A man completing a surgical residency at a local hospital met XXXXXXXXX through OK Cupid in March 2013, reports indicate.
They saw each other about six or seven times before she allegedly disclosed that she would date other people, prompting the man to say that he, too, would see other women. She reportedly grew angry at the man's statement, and her reaction was so "irrational" that he decided to stop seeing her, reports say. The man met his future wife soon thereafter.
A few weeks after they stopped dating, XXXXXXXXX allegedly told the man that she was pregnant with their child and that either she would have the child and sue him for child support or he could date her again and she would consider an abortion.
The man reportedly pretended to date her again to see whether she was pregnant. She told the man she had an abortion, court documents say. But when he declined to keep seeing her, she allegedly said that she did not have an abortion and was still pregnant. Weeks later, she told the man she had the abortion and demanded $750, then $1,050. The man answered both of her demands.
In September 2013, XXXXXXXXX then allegedly told the man that if he did not pay her $15,000, she would disclose their relationship to his current partner and would-be wife, and tell her that he was dating both women at the same time. She also threatened to disclose their relationship to his co-workers, reports say. The man reportedly made a series of payments adding up to $15,000 over time for her silence.
Once all the $15,000 had been paid, she demanded another $3,000, which he ultimately paid after she threatened to publicize their relationship and post nude pictures of the man online.
In 2014, she demanded that the man sell a ring he purchased for his partner and give her the money, reports indicate. He told her that he notified authorities, to which she reportedly responded by threatening to send screen captures of their texting conversations to his partner, her family and co-workers.
The man estimated that he had paid XXXXXXXXX at least $24,000 in extortion payments. After he refused to sell the ring and give her more money, she allegedly posted nude pictures of the man to his partner's Instagram page.
Victim Three.
In mid-April 2014, XXXXXXXXX met a man who worked at his family-owned wealth management business, through Tinder, and dated him for two weeks.
Reports say she ended the relationship after the man failed to immediately respond to her texts and e-mails, and then texted him: "by the way, I lied about being on birth control". In June 2014, she reportedly demanded money for an abortion because she was pregnant with their child. As with the previous victim, she claimed she would have the child and sue him for child support payments if he did not give her abortion money.
A week later, she texted him continuing to demand that he wire her money, writing messages such as, "I guess you want me to keep it. Is it cool if I start telling your family and friends as well as the staff at your Dad's work and Mom's school?"
The man finally sent her $1,000. However, XXXXXXXXX allegedly continued to harass him and his family, claiming she was considering not having the abortion and filing sexual harassment complaints against the man. The man's family ultimately filed for an anti-harassment order against XXXXXXXXX.
Victim Four.
In August, Seattle police came across this victim, a high-end wine retailer in Berkeley, California, when the FBI was investigating him for running a Ponzi scheme in which he allegedly sold millions of dollars in non-existent wine futures.
The man was federally indicted and, as part of the investigation, agents learned that he transferred nearly $240,000 to XXXXXXXXX. He told investigators that she had been blackmailing him for money since mid-2014, after meeting her on an internet dating site and having sex in California.
After their meeting, she allegedly began a campaign to demand money from him to prevent her from spilling their sexual encounter to his wife and family. The man told authorities he has paid her about $10,000 a month for about two years.
Because XXXXXXXXX reportedly continued to demand payments from him, the FBI recorded a phone call between the two in which she repeatedly blackmailed him and told him he was behind on his payments to her.
Victim Five.
Investigators looking into XXXXXXXXX's case contacted an attorney who made two deposits to her banking account totaling $7,700 in 2013.
The man admitted to detectives that he is married, but met XXXXXXXXX through the dating website Seeking Arrangements and met her for coffee on one occasion. The two never had sex, he maintained.
After their single date, she reportedly told him that her roommate knew his wife and might tell her about their meeting. She then mentioned that her roommate was having financial issues, so the man sent $6,700 for "tuition," reports indicate. After that payment was made, XXXXXXXXX allegedly extorted him for another $1,000 after she claimed she needed a new laptop.
The same day he paid the $1,000, XXXXXXXXX reportedly told the man that her roommate was "not satisfied" and that the roommate needed a high-end purse worth thousands of dollars to maintain her silence.
To cut XXXXXXXXX's leverage, the man told his wife and his law partners about his situation, court records say. An attorney at the man's law firm notified XXXXXXXXX that she could face legal consequences should she continue to extort him.
Victim Six.
Detectives found another married man during the course of their investigation who also deposited money to XXXXXXXXX totaling about $3,000 to $4,000.
The man had no sexual encounter with her, but met her once for coffee in 2014 after meeting her through Seeking Arrangements. Two weeks after the date, she threatened to tell his wife and family about his online dating. The man at one time wrote her a $1,000 check from a corporate account and gave her thousands more on other occasions, reports say.
Weeks later, she allegedly claimed that she was pregnant by the man's son and demanded $800 for an abortion. The son denied any involvement with her and did not know her, court records indicate.
Victim Seven.
A chief executive officer at a legal services firm reportedly met XXXXXXXXX through Seeking Arrangements in September, despite being married with children.
They reportedly had sex, after which she demanded money from him because she needed money for an apartment and had no income, court papers say. XXXXXXXXX allegedly threatened to expose him as a "cheater" and threatened to come to his home and office if he did not pay her. When the man threatened to call police and seek a restraining order, she countered that she would report to the police that he raped her, according to investigative reports.
The man paid her $1,000, but she allegedly demanded another $9,000.
He took his case to Seattle police, who equipped him with an audio recorder to use during a meeting in which he would appear to give $5,000 to XXXXXXXXX. This meeting took place on Oct. 17. Police arrested her after the arranged meeting.
In an interview with detectives, XXXXXXXXX then reportedly admitted to extorting men.

In an interview with detectives, XXXXXXXXX then reportedly admitted to extorting men.Did a Korean Bar Girl discover the online dating community?

There are parts of south king street next to the AMP Mega Plex, by the park that is lined with homeless people, that make that area sleazy too.

JoBeth Devera is one sexy pinay. Damn she must have a killer bod. Wish Had some bikini shots of her!Jobeth has a very sultry voice and from the waist up is a 9. Her bottom half at least when I saw her a few months ago is huge! She was wearing yoga pants with granny panties and her ass looked kinda like cottage cheese. With proper diet and exercise she can definitely firm it up. I believe she is mid 20's.

Hawaii News Now got some decent lookers IMO. Chelsea Davis is not bad IMO, and her sexy feet, and can imagine her with out her clothes on, probably nice bush too. They also have Jennifer Robbins, pretty hapa IMO, and hmm, Grace Lee is okay, I'd put her in the cute category and you can imagine her as a naughty Korean amp girl and her eyes looking straight at you with your dick in her mouth when she's bobbing her head up and down as you can imagine her giving you a blowjob, she has that look, sort of, Jobeth is pretty voluptuous, got some bikini pics of her too. Lacy Deniz is okay, oh and Rachel Pacarro , whatever happened to her I wonder. I know she left though. I think she had a baby too. O yeah, forgot to add Mileka Lincoln too. She can be a bit overactive at times when reporting. She's pretty too IMO. But then again, could be the make up.

They only take away machines, money inside machines and probably cash from cashier. Never anybody. They run a warrant check on everyone there, your cleared and you can go. So the same people open another room elsewhere, same "customers" and they start all over again. His "we can charge" comment was only to make him look good when pressed by reporter about how they can stop these illegal rooms from operating.

HPD Chief Louis Kealoha is done.A news report says: "Although he's the target of an ongoing federal corruption investigation, Honolulu Police Chief Louis Kealoha is expected to receive a substantial cash payout as part of a retirement agreement being negotiated with the city," and "that lump sum payment will be in addition to his regular six-figure pension and other retirement benefits". Plus: "Depending on the variables used to calculate his public pension benefits he could earn around $150,000 a year once retired". A lawyer is then quoted: "Here's a man facing possible indictment for corruption in his position as chief of police, so what are you doing paying him off?" Government as usual in Honolulu.

Government as usual in Honolulu.Remember when HPD special corruption investigative unit was getting close to then mayor Jeremy Harris on his "Pay for Play" contracts scheme? They were shut down by HPD chief of another era before Kealoha, when Harris threaten to "Spill the BEans" on all known politicians and cronies in Hawaii's corrupt political system. That being the case, then I would not be surprised Kealoha, being the chief of police still has access to this same files, but kept for HPD chiefs in case of something like this to fall back on.
Yeah his own "golden parachute" to bail out before the FBI gets in his pant and grab his balls. The FBI should go after him and the Harris files and go to town on the entire Hawaii corruption system. Drain the pig pen swamp including Rail!

Damn. All the BP ads for the AMPs are. Now. Censored. F#cK. What to do. What other sites can be used to see the girls were interested in? If any.

Two men who entered a unit at 1340 Young St. At about 1:15 am Tuesday January 10, 2017 and demanded money, according to a police affidavit filed Thursday in Honolulu District Court.
Police said Hufanga accessed the "poker game room" by hopping a wall to the back patio and walking through the open back door. He wore a mask and wielded an airsoft gun, and the man with Hufanga carried a crowbar and baseball bat while the handle of a black handgun stuck out of his waistband.
Hufanga said he heard there was "plenty money" in the game room and asked where it was located.
He grabbed the money on the table and a key to one man's Lexus SUV, fired four shots from the pellet gun at the people in the room and searched the other rooms in the unit, the document said. He escaped in one victim's SUV after taking $1,100 in cash from one man and an iPhone 7 from another man. The other suspect fled in the car he came in.
The owner of the iPhone was able to use a tracking app to locate his cellphone and told police his phone was pinging near Ahonui Street in Kalihi.
At about 1:30 am Patrol officers went to the area and found Hufanga sitting inside the stolen Lexus on Ahonui Street.

Remember the highly publicized case of alleged sexual assault by the Uber driver in April of 2016? The posts of many forum members presumed that he was guilty, and were saying all sorts of bad stuff about him. Some seemed to even be gloating about how he could be brutally abused by other prisoners.
However, the following post recognized an important point:
Sucks to be found guilty in the public before his trial. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out in cases like this once all the facts is sorted.Well today it was reported in the news that the three charges against him have been dropped and he's been released. DNA testing apparently showed that the Uber driver didn't have the female's DNA on him or his clothing, and the female didn't have the Uber driver's DNA on her or her clothing, but the female did have some other guy's DNA on her. So once again, let's remember that a claim of sexual assault doesn't necessarily mean that it's true, and an arrest doesn't necessarily mean that the person arrested is guilty.

What about those women on fb, bashing him on fb, while he sat incarcerated and bullied. Uber, lift those in that industry took a hit as well, all around whoever connected to this, lose. My amends to this guy is, whenever a situation as this arises, I will wholeheartedly try to remember (the Uber case) what happens as a result of my contempt for the accused. Shit, no dna of her on him and vice versa, alright what about her now? She shouldn't be shocked with the results, what's her deal than?

This story is fishy. In the Star-Advertiser article yesterday, it said that he "told the police that whatever he did with the girl was consensual". (Underlining added.) It didn't say that he specifically admitted to having sex with her. However, there may be other news reports with different versions (I don't know).

http://www.staradvertiser.com/2017/02/03/breaking-news/hawaii-bill-would-legalize-prostitution-industry/Unfortunately, legalized prostitution in Hawaii won't be happening, at least not during this legislative session. First, the Speaker of the House introduced the bill merely as "a favor" for transgender activist Tracy Ryan, and the Speaker himself "takes no position on the bill". In other words, he's not going to use his power and influence to help pass the bill. Second, the House Majority Leader says that "any decriminalization bills are unlikely to pass before the Legislature gets a report from a working group that has been meeting on the topic, and that report isn't expected before the session ends". Third, the unholy alliance of anti-prostitution liberals (who consider prostitution to inherently objectify, exploit and victimize providers) and anti-prostitution conservatives (who consider prostitution to be morally evil, against family values and against religious principles) will make sure the bill doesn't pass.

Fellow Mongers,
Always be weary of TGTBT ads online. When you see an ad online with a gorgeous girl at unbelievably low prices, do more research before you pull the trigger. I'm not sure if this guy responded to an online ad, but odds are he did. If it was a street prostitute, pulling up to say hey is even more risky. This is why I stick to trusted AMPs or already vetted escorts.

Be safe and trust your instincts. If it's TGTBT, it probably is. Searching out that hidden gem isn't worth it IMHO.
Baylor Strength Coach fired after Prostitution StingYup, just like the Pledge of Allegiance says, we live in a country that provides "liberty for all," and like the National Anthem says, we live in "the land of the free".
Oops, wait a minute, not if you're new in town, don't yet know many people, and seek to pay a consenting adult for sexual services.
Then you're arrested; charged with a crime that carries a potential maximum sentence of six months of incarceration and a $2,000 fine; immediately fired from your job (even with no conviction, when you're supposedly presumed innocent); and your name and mug shot are posted on news sites all over the nation. Good luck finding another job with all of that negative publicity.
This guy passed his criminal record check before he was hired, and was a defensive lineman on LSU's 2003 national championship team. Now he's been disgraced simply because he wanted to pay for sexual services. In my opinion, that's disgusting.
Met her recently, she's super cute and friendly. Way young, like 25.Nope, younger than that: 23.
Hawaii bill would legalize prostitution industry.Yesterday, the Star-Advertiser's poll question was "What do you think about a proposal to decriminalize prostitution in Hawaii?" There were more than 1,700 responses. The last time I looked, "Oppose" was leading with a 54 percent majority, "Support" received only 31 percent, and "Need to hear more" was at 15 percent. The poll isn't scientific, but the results are interesting and I think some politicians take them into consideration.
So far, the bill to legalize prostitution has only one sponsor, and even he says that he takes no position on it. I haven't seen any news reports of any state legislators who support the bill. I can imagine a politician having a nightmare about his opponent charging in a pre-election debate, "and Representative Jones even supported a bill to legalize prostitution!!," as the audience of soccer moms and church members gasp in horror.

You know which I would vote for if I knew about the poll. Anyhow, more of us should be sponsors and support politicians who has same interest as us.It probably would be difficult to identify those politicians because they most likely don't want to make their views known publicly. Anyway, I think the bill has a chance of passing when hell freezes over.
I would think getting arrested during an AMP raid would be just as serious. Or, am I wrong?Remember awhile back we had that rather long discussion of how serious getting busted really is now after they passed the new law. If they really wanted to pin you to something you could also be considered an accessory to human trafficking. Probably a long shot but its a possibility. With the new law in place its not the same. The girls and mamas don't really know how serious that shit is. Its only a matter of time before one is made an example of and will serve some time. There is no way around human trafficking because they bring in girls from the US. So my answer along with yours is an AMP raid would be just as serious if not more.

Also you can expect service to go way down as each session becomes an even worse crap-shoot because of all the new unskilled talent. You can expect house fees to go up as well because now all that money is 100% taxable since the profession is legal. I mean you think Happiness is crowded now? It's already illegal and you have guys flying here every week just to get a taste of the AMP Hawaii lifestyle. The possibility of being busted scares many from not even coming though. Of course, you do have to factor in the 50 to the house.
I think there should be a tiered system where the hotter girls charge more. Like a real free market of supply and demand. That is the American way after all. If a girl like Dallas is booked solid so that mongers are turned away in droves, the smart thing to do would be to raise rates.
I'm not sure though that prices would change all that much. You'd have a lot more demand but you'd also have a ton of new supply as you said it yourself with all the fresh younger girls entering the market to make some quick cash.

I have seen Dallas 6 times and each time tipped 2 bills. I have no problem giving her what she's worth. I do the same at Dream. My reply got edited by the system. It was supposed to be 6 dollar signs per hour.
If everyone is able to pay all providers $200.00 and $50.00 house fee that's great. However, the house and providers know that if they were to raise the fee to $200.00 per hour, the frequency of visits will likely go down and the demanding mongers will expect more from the ladies. You'll also be paying more for providers who do less or lack the ability to perform at a high level. At $150.00 per hour, if you feel that a provider has done more than the average, tip her as you see fit. Providers like Dallas are not the norm. Of course she should be compensated if she's gone beyond all others, but she may not provide the same level of service for all. I guess all I'm trying to say is why raise the fee for everyone, when only a handful provide superior service.

I would think getting arrested during an AMP raid would be just as serious. Or, am I wrong?Prostitution is illegal here so anything we do has risks. But I'd prefer to take my chances being caught up in a raid (be intimidated but most likely let go) versus being arrested for solicitation to an undercover LE posing as a prostitute on an online ad.

The prosecutor has the burden of proof to show that you had knowledge of the human trafficking of that business. They would also have to prove that sexual services were exchanged for money in conjunction with a trafficking charge. I think one thing you do not want to ever mention if caught in a raid is any mention of an exchange of money. Of course, mongerers that fraternize with the owners could be at a higher risk if a witness testified you sat down and talked to the owner regularly.

I guess all I'm trying to say is why raise the fee for everyone, when only a handful provide superior service.I kind of think if Dallas went indie as an escort that she could command $300 per incall session. I imagine she has enough clientele that would pay that. Then she would only have to do half as many guys to make the same money.

I would think getting arrested during an AMP raid would be just as serious. Or, am I wrong?Well, according to my friend who's more familiar with this issue, he's says johns usually just get I'd'ed and warned. Most times when HPD does a sting, its usually in-conjunction with a federally recognized alphabet dept. , which usually means they're raiding for a specific purpose. Catching johns and janes with their pants down are a bonus, and its evidence usually used against the establishment to pressure them to rat out the ring leaders. From how he explained it to me, the "johns" are the equivalent to paying customers, and besides from buying a product (legally or illegally), are usually not involved in the daily business. The masseuses are the equivalent of products for sale. In some cases, the mamas & papas are the middle-men. And whoever is above them are the ones that the gov't & HPD want to catch. How I came about asking my friend this is because I've nearly been caught going / leaving AMP's about three (3) times. Knock on wood.

Then she would only have to do half as many guys to make the same money. She definitely could, but, the down side would be she would not have any protection. If she did hire protection, she would have to charge more than $300. There's the cost for upkeep and laundry among others. Rejuve is a safe haven. The good thing is she could determine how many guys she'll see and when to take a break.
All this discussion and speculation over the recent bill to decriminalize prostitution. Does anyone actually think this bill would ever have a chance of getting passed? Seriously?
Maybe when hell freezes over...
All this discussion and speculation over the recent bill to decriminalize prostitution. Does anyone actually think this bill would ever have a chance of getting passed? Seriously?Of course the bill won't pass. Americans usually agree with "freedom" as an abstract concept. However, only a very small percentage of Americans are genuinely libertarian. Most people, regardless of whether they're Democrat or Republican, or liberal or conservative, want to use the power of government to restrict behavior that they personally dislike or consider improper, even if such behavior is among consenting adults.
If this is legalized expect the prices to go way up.Respectfully, I disagree. Legalization of all types of consenting adult prostitution would increase both supply and demand, and I think that the average price would not rise. Free market economics and vigorous competition usually produce favorable results.
Most of your "older" regulars won't be able to keep due to the flood of fresh young girls charging 300-500 dollars per hour.Providers who are considered less desirable because of age or other factors could compete on price. Many customers wouldn't be willing or able to pay "300-500 dollars per hour". Remember, Walmart is the largest retailer in America, and they compete primarily on price, not quality.
Also you can expect service to go way down as each session becomes an even worse crap-shoot because of all the new unskilled talent. Many guys like fresh new providers, who often aren't as jaded and have good attitudes. Also, frequently they are sexually experienced, but just not as prostitutes. Over the years, many of my best experiences downtown have been with new providers.
You can expect house fees to go up as well because now all that money is 100% taxable since the profession is legal. The money was always taxable under law, regardless of whether the income was illegally derived. Many cash-only individuals and businesses, even if selling lawful goods or services, aren't honest on tax payments.
I mean you think Happiness is crowded now?If consenting adult prostitution were to be completely legalized, new businesses and new independent providers would meet the increased demand.
It's already illegal and you have guys flying here every week just to get a taste of the AMP Hawaii lifestyle. The possibility of being busted scares many from not even coming though. Imagine how many would flock here if they could pursue their "hobby" 100% risk free.Yes, if consenting adult prostitution were to be legalized in Hawaii, there would be more customers, both residents and visitors. However, there would concurrently be more providers, both residents and visitors, so there would be an equilibrium of supply and demand.
Prostitution is illegal here so anything we do has risks. But I'd prefer to take my chances being caught up in a raid (be intimidated but most likely let go) versus being arrested for solicitation to an undercover LE posing as a prostitute on an online ad.
I think it'd be a stretch. The burden under section (2) (b) of HRS 712-1200 is "reckless disregard" of the fact that the other person is a victim of sex trafficking. In other words it is somewhat ambiguous. Conviction under this section warrants up to 5 years in jail.
She definitely could, but, the down side would be she would not have any protection. If she did hire protection, she would have to charge more than $300. There's the cost for upkeep and laundry among others. Rejuve is a safe haven. The good thing is she could determine how many guys she'll see and when to take a break.Anyone hired by her as protection could be charged under section 712-1203 for "promoting prostitution" and could face up to ten years in jail. Eliminating this provision of the law is one of the things aimed at by HB 1533.
All this discussion and speculation over the recent bill to decriminalize prostitution. Does anyone actually think this bill would ever have a chance of getting passed? Seriously? The Global Alliance Against Trafficking in Women, the largest anti-trafficking organization in the world, supports the same approach as this bill as fundamental in dealing with sex trafficking issues. Amnesty International, and numerous other groups are on board. US anti-trafficking efforts have been sabotaged by moral crusaders who want to use fears to abolish prostitution. They are slowly being exposed. Only if adult consensual acts are legal can anyone be sure that evidence of harms will be brought forward. The amount of abuse from law enforcement itself could be directly dealt with when legal.

It may not come overnight. But without a struggle for human rights it will never come.
I want to thank everyone who has posted an opinion about HB 1533. This discussion is a healthy and useful one regardless of any individuals disagreements with another. Sex worker rights organizations and pro-decriminalization anti-trafficking groups are being brought on board. Getting any real traction on this in the 2017 session may still be a long shot. If the public is able to hear more stories that contradict the current narrative of "all sex work is slavery" things will begin to loosen up.

The closer the rail development gets to reality the more attractive the area becomes for high end development of all sorts. Expect that much of the area mauka of Ala Moana between Piikoi and Kalakaua will undergo reconstruction over the next 10 - 20 years. All of our favorite haunts are going to have to adapt or die.

Hopefully, the effort is realistically in line with what is really important and focused on catching pimps and child sex-trafficking perverts.

On the actually heinous, underbelly of political blackmail system that uses pedophilia to control the Dennis Hastert types on both ends of the political spectrum. People who hurt children should receive no mercy and swift justice.
Consenting adults should have unlimited liberty to conduct themselves consensually provided nobody's property or body is harmed.

The group that is supported indicates it wants tougher enforcement on men who hire girls under age 18. There is a clear bait and switch involved with the show. It portrays people under age 16 who are coerced. Most of the actual workers are 16 to 18 and only a tiny fraction are under someone's control.
On a TED talk the founder of this new savior group equates everything, including activities of adults, with slavery. Since no offsetting program with more nuanced information is expected, the effect will likely be negative.
Anyone listen to second date up date on 102.7 on the radio. Some guy caught his gf for 1 year for being an escort. His friends saw his gf with different guys and decided to let the radio guys investsgste. The radio guys got a quote from her. 1 grand for a 24 hour date. LOL wonder who she was.

I don't want to see innocents like underage boys and girls caught up in the trade, and those who prey on them should be stoned as it were. But for the legal age women and adults, what they agree to do with each other shouldn't be made to seem like it is a problem. If one wants to turn to that life to make money, I may not like it but their choice. Do some of these women get manipulated, yes they do and those who do that should face the law, the same as a company that will exploit workers. As far as women coming from other countries, that is an issue that those countries need to address. Women leaving places like the PI or Thailand, then the question is why are the governments of those countries making it so that women have to find work on their back in other countries rather than having options in their own countries.
Two recent incidents in Massachusetts show the potential risk for mongers in using Backpage.
In one of the incidents, a customer contacted a 19-year-old woman advertising on Backpage, agreed to a $150 "massage" (wink wink), and went to a respectable hotel (a Marriott) to meet her. However, "things went bad and there was a disagreement and he asked for his money back". In response, the woman reportedly lunged at the customer with a knife. Then "an unknown man" appeared, and he and the woman fled from the hotel. The police were able to find the woman (but not her male companion), and now she's charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, armed assault with intent to rob, and misleading police (by telling a false story).
In another incident, a Backpage customer showed up for a meeting at a shopping mall parking lot. A girlfriend/boyfriend duo entered the customer's car and demanded the "donation". The customer declined, so the girlfriend (in the back seat of the car) then held a knife to the customer's throat. The boyfriend (in the front seat of the car) then "began slashing" at the customer with another knife to try "to get the wallet out of his pants". The customer was stabbed in his hand, leg and neck. The girlfriend grabbed the customer's wallet, removed credit cards, and tossed the wallet back to the customer. The duo then fled. Fortunately, the police were able to catch them from video surveillance footage at the mall and the phone number in the advertisement. They're currently being held without bail on charges of armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and criminal conspiracy.
Personally, I think incidents like this occur more often than reported, because many victims aren't willing to incriminate themselves to the police as prostitution customers, and/or don't want wives, girlfriends, family members, etc., to learn of their secret hobby.

I. , Thailand, China, Vietnam, Korea place a different set of "values" on women and what they do. The USA Is mega hung up on being anti the sex trade business. Perhaps we are #1 in the world when it comes to these "values", don't know for sure. Other countries? Not so much. Add to that the impoverished condition of some of these countries and you soon see why the governments can do little if anything even if they wanted to.

Some drama posted very publicly on Instagram lately. I would love to smash a few but the jealous boyfriend lurking around makes it too risky and not worth the possible drama.
Instagram is funny as you can kind of tell what's happening as some of these girls are traveling an awful lot all over the world and staying in suites. Why are there never pics of who they are with LOL? Some dude is paying for that and it's not their boyfriend believe me.

A jury has found a woman guilty of bribing federal agents in exchange for protecting her Hawaii massage parlor from prostitution raids and help with the USA Citizenship test.
Biyu Situ was found guilty today of two counts of bribery.
She was arrested after Homeland Security investigators said she offered money for raid protection, citizenship help and recruitment of prostitutes.
According to court documents she made the offer after two Chinese women at her massage parlor were arrested for prostitution.
Assistant USA Attorney Larry Butrick says jurors heard recordings of Situ saying she wanted the same arrangement her friend had with police.
She faces deportation to China and up to five years in prison when she's sentenced in July.
Situ's attorney Thomas Otake declined to comment on the verdict.

Does "HPD" mean "Horrible Police Department" ?
Yup an off duty officer shot the bartender by accident. What the fucking fuck?Lawsuit: Police Officers, Union Tried To Cover Up Bar Shooting
At least 10 Honolulu police officers were disciplined for their failure to properly investigate a high-profile shooting that involved a colleague.
Hyun Ju Park was shot in the stomach by an off-duty Honolulu police officer on April 3, 2015.
Officials described the incident as an accident.
Park was a bartender at Kings Sports Bar, and Anson Kimura, a sergeant with 25 years on the force, was drinking there with two of his buddies when his gun went off.
At least 10 police officers were disciplined in relation to the Anson Kimura case.
Kimura was eventually charged with assault and sentenced to 60 days in jail. He retired from the Honolulu Police Department before he could be terminated, although HPD lists him as being discharged.
But the case is far from over.
Park filed a lawsuit in the US District Court of Hawaii last week against HPD alleging the department should have known Kimura had a drinking problem and a history of depression. The lawsuit states it was "entirely foreseeable" that Kimura presented a danger to the public, and that he should not have been carrying a weapon.
Even more troubling are the allegations of a concerted effort by HPD officials to cover up the shooting, along with the help of the police union.
Park's attorney, Eric Seitz, said Kimura was drinking with two other police officers, Sterling Naki and Joshua Omoso, the night his client was shot.
After the shooting, Seitz said, several members of HPD and the State of Hawaii Organization of Police Officers showed up on the scene, while Naki and Omoso were allowed to leave. Seitz said it appeared that the sole purpose was to protect Kimura.
Seitz also alleged that none of the officers at the scene called 911 or sent for an ambulance.
"They did nothing to help the woman who was shot," Seitz said in an interview. "They were more concerned about protecting their friend".
Neither SHOPO nor HPD responded to a request for comment about Park's lawsuit.
An annual misconduct report filed with the Hawaii Legislature shows that HPD disciplined 10 officers in relation to the cover-up. None of the officers were named, however, because HPD refuses to release such details about officer misconduct to the public.
Two officers were recommended for discharge for failing to report the shooting and providing false statements to investigators. Eight other officers, who were suspended for three to 10 days, were disciplined for failing to properly investigate the shooting.
All 10 officers have appealed HPD's recommended punishment through a union-approved grievance process.
According to HPD records, most of those cases have gone to arbitration, which means an independent third party will have the final say on whether the officers keep their jobs or serve their suspensions. They could also receive back pay.
The only defendants named in the lawsuit are the city of Honolulu, Kimura, Naki and Omoso. But Seitz said he might include SHOPO as a defendant should the evidence related to the alleged cover-up point in the union's direction.
"I'm looking at the union's role in all this, and you can quote me on that," Seitz said. "I want them to know that I'm looking at the union's culpability".
He said this is a particularly egregious case of officer misconduct in that it resulted in severe injury to an innocent bystander. He said the bullet tore up Park's insides and indicated that she might be permanently disabled as a result.
"SHOPO's job is to protect those officers as a union, and I understand that, I'm a union guy," Seitz said. "But there are times when something like this happens where there is a distinct victim and if SHOPO steps over the line to assist somebody in a way that may be detrimental to the victim or to the public that concerns me".
"I don't want them to be any less vigilant or any less protective of their members. But I want them to do it with integrity".

A Secret Service agent on Vice President Pence's detail has reportedly been suspended after meeting with a prostitute at a Maryland hotel.
The incident, which occurred late last week, was initially reported by CNN and confirmed by the Associated Press, both citing unnamed sources.
A spokesman from the Secret Service confirmed in a statement that it "is aware of an alleged incident involving an off-duty Secret Service employee".
The employee was required to surrender all equipment and was placed on administrative leave, the spokesman said. The employee's security clearance and access to all Secret Service facilities has also been suspended.
"We are exploring the full range of disciplinary actions," the spokesman said.
Police responded to a call from the Maryland hotel manager who became suspicious of activity in one of the rooms, CNN reported, citing multiple law enforcement sources. One source told CNN the agent was caught after police saw him exiting the hotel. This was not a sting, the source said.
The agent was arrested and charged with solicitation, and later self-reported his arrest to the Secret Service, CNN reported.
"The Secret Service takes allegations of criminal activity very seriously," the spokesman said in the statement. The incident is being investigated by the Office of Professional Responsibility, he said.
"The Secret Service is committed to ensuring that all employees are held to the highest level of professional and ethical standards of conduct," the statement said.
The incident echoed aspects of a scandal years ago that marred the agency's reputation and prompted congressional hearings, investigations and vows from senior officials to curb a male-dominated culture of sexism and hard partying. The damaging scandal stemmed from a night of heavy drinking in April 2012 in which male agents brought prostitutes back to their rooms in Cartagena, Colombia, during a presidential trip to the country. About a dozen agents were sent home from the trip for misconduct. Though prostitution was semi-legal where it occurred, it was still banned for Secret Service agents.
Then-Director Mark Sullivan apologized for the scandal but called it an anomaly. In the wake of that incident, the agency adopted new policies banning the consumption of alcohol 10 hours before employees report to work and limiting consumption to "moderate amounts" during off-duty hours. Agents and officers cannot drink alcohol when stationed at the hotel of the public official they are assigned to protect.
In May 2013, a senior supervisor in President Barack Obama's security detail was accused of attempting to re-enter a woman's room in the Hay-Adams Hotel in Washington after accidentally leaving behind a bullet from his service weapon. It later emerged that he and another officer also both sent sexually suggestive messages to a female subordinate. Officials removed one of the supervisors from his position and moved the other off the detail to a separate part of the division.

Wei Li, also known as Xin Li, pleaded no contest to racketeering-related charges, the Honolulu prosecuting attorney's office said Thursday.
"This is the first time that a foreign national was prosecuted and convicted of trafficking foreign women into Hawaii for prostitution," Prosecuting Attorney Keith Kaneshiro said in a news release.
Li also brought women from China to work in New York massage parlors, Kaneshiro said.
Confidential informants helped prove the women he brought worked in the Mayflower and Empire Relax massage parlors in Honolulu, Kaneshiro said.
All I gotta say is, THANK YOU SIR!. Those Chinese beauties from Empire and Mayflower are to be attributed to you. We mongers wish you plenny mahalos and a golden salute. I got an honors medal from a gumball machine I'd like to present to you; it was even made in your mother country.
I wonder if Yoyo's "friend" who got the special deal from the popo was the infamous Ivy. Hmmm.
My favorite is Kelly Simek, but McKenna Maduli has a BANGIN body. Even Kristine Uyeno is a sight to wake up to. I'd like to thank the stylist who puts all of them in those body tight dresses. McKenna had a form fitting dress this morning that left nothing to the imagination. If we're going to talk KHON women, Kelly and McKenna are hot, but my fave is Alex Cerball.

Getting seconds was standard service. And the girls were amazing. Never had a bad one. I remember the girls had New York area codes on there phones. I always took my clothes to the shower there. I didn't trust them for a second.

The guy who killed his mother in Waikiki, and stuffed her body parts in freezer. Reports have it that she had her own massage business before, but quit when license expired a few years back.
The one that (allegedly) got hacked up by her kid and put in a freezer?
Apparently, the woman owned a massage parlor in CC, according to HNN. Had a legit license tho.

Her ad was still going 2-3 weeks ago, maybe someone else in same room using it, and her "employer" said something about not seeing her awhile? She was a very nice lady. HS8.

More reasons to stick with the AMP's. I only tried an independent once. I was so nervous, couldn't function, wasted money. Here's another recent Backpage experience, this time from Joliet, Illinois. A monger contacts a Backpage advertiser, arranges an afternoon date, and arrives at the designated house. However, the woman then pulls a handgun to rob the monger. The monger grabs for the gun, the woman screams for help, and her 25-year-old male companion Reginald suddenly appears. The monger and Reginald struggle over the gun and Reginald is shot in the hand. The monger then flees and reports the incident to the police. When the police arrive at the house, Reginald and the woman are gone. However, a few hours later Reginald shows up at a hospital with a bullet wound to his hand, and is arrested by the police for armed robbery. As of the time of the news report, the police had not located the woman.

I hope that prick rots and he'll hangs and kills himself. You hope that he rots and then kills himself? Um, isn't that a bit premature? He was arrested just yesterday, has had no trial, and there's been no conviction. For example, remember the Uber driver last year who was arrested on sexual assault charges and some guys were posting that he should be raped or beaten in prison, etc. Subsequently the charges were dismissed and he was released.
We should wait for more info in the murder case. Henderson himself called 911, but why? Murderers usually won't call 911 on themselves. Maybe some kinky role playing/Autoerotic asphyxiation gone awry? No one knows until more facts come out.

People just need to treat people with dignity and respect, that goes both ways. Providers are people too, no one deserves to get murdered over sex. We never seem to get any good news about this hobby. Not sure if the guy is guilty or not, what the circumstances are, but no one should be getting murdered over sex either way.
In a recent news report, Kathryn Xian of the Pacific Alliance to Stop Slavery, who's the Hawaii media's favorite "expert" on prostitution, claimed about prostitution customers:
"While some are psychotic and can kill, all johns share the belief that it's OK to purchase a human being for their body, thereby dehumanizing a human being for the purpose of sex".
This spotlights the root of the problem with Xian. She doesn't just oppose "slavery" and other coerced prostitution, she's offended by all prostitution. She considers compensated sex, even if completely voluntary and between consenting adults, to be inherently and automatically "dehumanizing" for all providers (regardless of whether it's the provider's personal choice and the provider is well paid). To the contrary, I think Xian is "dehumanizing" consenting adult providers by her arrogant belief that she knows what's best for them.

I am not "purchasing" a human being; I am compensating her for her time that she has willingly agreed to spend with me in order to create her livelihood, to make things better for herself and her family. I treat her with care and respect so that we may continue to arrange sessions of mutual pleasure and emotional comfort.

https://www.google.com/amp/khon2.com/2016/08/19/lyft-drivers-arrested-for-operating-at-honolulu-airport-without-permit/amp/The way I heard it, Xian got into a relationship with a woman who claimed to have once been trafficked into sex work. Since there were no organizations, outside of law enforcement, fighting sex trafficking or prostitution, Xian set one up herself.
Unlike the now-defunct Sisters Offering Support, which differentiated between forced and voluntary prostitution, Xian's PASS lumps all sex work together. So, she considers strip clubs and porn to be just as wrong as pimps forcing girls to walk the track.
I have no idea how many girls PASS has "rescued", since all we have are Xian's unverifiable claims. However, she is well-known for antagonizing other anti-trafficking advocates because they don't do what she thinks they should or that other groups don't go far enough. She's found her little niche and she's using it to build a fan base.

Freaky. I texted her about two months ago. She wanted to meet in public first (no problem with that) but I remember reading a post here that she wouldn't do BBBJ for less than a grand (big problem with that).
I liked her look, for the most part, but something was off about it. I don't know, I'm just weird and I tend to obsess about things if I notice them.

Her so-called flaky fiancé, the TV station (the first day), posted only a worded interview from him on their website, the second day they showed the interview on TV. They probably were skeptical about something regarding him.

She has not been charged.I think the only way they can get charges to stick is to find workers that don't have proper papers. Anyways, be safe out there fellas!

VIP? Wow!
I always thought of them as so mainstream it would never happen there. But maybe it is just for show. Because if you are going to hit a place that caters so heavily to tourists and visitors it at least won't mess up the local scene.

And girls there can not get info about customers so much as local friendly place girls can do. Local mongers may see girls even in walmart or ala moana shopping mall. So girls can detect this one is a bastard but not a cop.
Cap drivers may bring many mainland, australian white black guys, who may be actually undercover cops.
Some place just got very cautious wheb they deal with totally strange one. But VIP doesn't do so welcome any non-locals.
They may scrub more dollars from one guy and less physical stress to please one customers cause they don't need to care about picky local guys' blah blah.
But that means they can be caught by le much more easily.
Anyway it is unusual such high bail for simple prostitution cases.
Be safe all.
And let's understand when girls and mamas just want you to leave and never welcome you if they can not recognize you.
They don't suspect you are a runaway bastard but they may worry you are on duty for government.
