Yunji is a total hottie. Saw her at a fundraiser one night and couldn't stop thinking that some lucky dude gets to screw her every night. Lucky dude. She was wearing a cinnamon girl type dress that was tight up on top. I was surprised at how much of a nice rack she has when presented in the right way.Yunji is engaged to an Alaskan / Mormon / Hapa. She can thaw out his popsicle.

That's an abuse of their bodies for profits by adults. And that's free labor. Those groups can't pick and choose which kids are being exploited. This has been a Dan Lebatard's influence of taking the devil's advocate point of view.

Farmers are notorious for using slave labor. Maybe our fearless leaders could ban farms.Great idea, but never going to happen. Do you know how much $ these slave masters pay to local politicians or political parties to keep LEO off their backs? Just go read thru the donor lists and you'll know why. And that's not even taking into consideration the amount of free vegetables and other assorted farm products that they donate to make all the food for the fund raisers. You or me get caught employing an illegal (not even in the sex trade, just domestic help), and we go to jail. But the slave farmers employ many people and only get the slap on the wrist and then right back to the farm to keep the donation stream flowing. But then again, who going to start an political action campaign for mongers? Just life, go figure.
Kathryn Xian of PASS running for Congress (Remainder of long message omitted from quote).
In the recent Star-Advertiser / Hawaii News Now political poll, anti-prostitution activist Kathryn Xian is last among the congressional candidates with only 2 percent support.
Among females polled, Xian's support is only 1 percent.
Can't sink much lower than that, LOL.
Glad to see Hawaii folk can spot a fake agenda in Xian.
Now, if Hawaii can only have the balls to vote career useless politicians out-dream on, LOL.
All this political talk got me thinking of Kalihi Lisa (now in Iwilei) was saying when she massaged me last that she was wants to run for Gov. And was dead set serious too.
Man she can suck, fuck and stroke her way to the top. Only thing the prositution charge might get in the way hehehe...

Here's an interesting case from Fort Hood in Texas. A Sergeant First Class "is accused of setting up a prostitution ring at Fort Hood and recruiting young, cash-strapped female privates to have sex with older soldiers." One of the soldier-provider women allegedly earned about $400 to $500 at parties.
Personally, I've never had an active-duty female soldier as a provider (at least to my knowledge). However, when I was frequently dating former Army soldier Little Kim (when she was a downtown provider), I sometimes used to fantasize that she was still in the Army.
Fort Hood sex assault prevention officer charged in prostitution ring
Army officials on Friday charged a former Fort Hood sexual assault prevention officer with 21 counts of abusive sexual contact, pandering, conspiracy and adultery, among others, in a case that had focused national attention on the issue of military sexual assault.
Sgt. 1st Class XXXXXXX XXXXXXX is accused of setting up a prostitution ring at Fort Hood and recruiting young, cash-strapped female privates to have sex with older soldiers. At the time he served as the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention officer for a battalion within Fort Hood's III Corps headquarters. He has since been suspended from that post.
According to investigative documents, the alleged ring was revealed when a young private told authorities XXXXXXX tried to recruit her and then sexually assaulted her during what she termed an "interview." The soldier said another female soldier told her she made "like $400-$500" at Fort Hood parties, according to the documents.
The private later told a staff sergeant that XXXXXXX "preys on young females who are in bad financial situations and that he keeps their pictures on his cell phone," according to a sworn statement.
In December, Master Sgt. XXXX XXXXXX, who was accused of taking part in the ring, was found guilty of conspiring to patronize a prostitute and solicit adultery. He was ordered reprimanded and reduced in rank one pay grade.
A pretrial evidentiary hearing is scheduled to begin March 20, which will determine whether XXXXXXX faces a court-martial on the charges.

I don't think there was any extras involving them. There is definitely some unintended double entendre in that quote with the rank. "Cash-strapped privates" indeed.

Still Rest-In-Peace Sharie Shima. On the Star-Advertiser forum, someone mentioned, liver, alcohol. Nothing wrong with that, good people can be taken by any of these causes. Too bad females cannot monger like us, look for GFE in places like Keeaumoku St and Young St, I will partake in her pleasant memory.
Duke University is among the best universities in America, attracts highly intelligent and exceptionally qualified students, and is quite expensive. Here's a recent interview with an eighteen-year-old female student at Duke who is a women's studies and sociology major, and earns money for her tuition by performing in pornographic videos.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lzWDPOKdq40
The interview is interesting. She's smart, articulate, composed, and has a very positive perspective on pornography. She says that being a porn actress brings her "unimaginable joy" and "empowerment," and reports that "a lot of women in the pornography industry really love their jobs".

Too bad females cannot monger like us, look for GFE in places like Keeaumoku St and Young St, I will partake in her pleasant memory.Actually, from about 5 years ago, I remember watching her on the news and noticing something DEFINITELY wrong with her. She would stutter, slur, and move funny.
While she was never hot in my opinion, 52 is most def way too young. Too bad. She never had a bubbly, young, immature personality, brought up to be stoic, professional, traditionally raised Japanese woman. Her reputation precedes herself, and when you google her (only now, after her passing) I see the words "cancer", "alcohol", "dementia", there are too many rumors to truly know, but even back in the day when I asked my friends about seeing her on TV, nobody knew what was going on.
She will truly be missed. A consummate professional. Something these youngins' can learn from, and take some notes.

I noticed that too and felt sorry for her because she seemed to be so nice and genuine.
I remember the last time I saw her, and it wasn't on the newscast. It was shortly after the KGMB / KHNL merge in 2009, and she was among the unfortunate ones given the pink slip. I was at the Ala Moana Apple store buying an iPhone, and Shari was there in the crowd of numerous customers. I recognized her right away. She kept looking my way for whatever reason. I just smiled at her and she smiled back. Just a nice moment for me. RIP, Shari.

Came upon this crazy write up.
http://en.rocketnews24.com/2013/12/19/dont-call-them-fat-call-them-marshmallow-girls/
I will be calling them Marshmallows from now on.
As a former fatty I would much rather have been called "Fat-ass" over "Marshmallow" any day. Maybe its a cultural thing or it comes accross different in Japanese. Like calling a girl Cupcake or Honey.
Edit: Wow ok... I cant figure out if this is just a tabloid article or a real thing. Seems like its just some guy saying "Lets call them marshmallow girls and hope it catches on."
When Sharie first came on the air back in the early 90's, I remember thinking how beautiful she was. Saw her around town in a few restaurants here and there and she was even more gorgeous in person. Around '97 or so she came to do a story about me and my business partner. I won't go into any more than that, but I was surprised when I saw her very up close at how much make up she had caked on. It actually was kind of scary looking. But I understand that's what you have to do for the cameras.
She seem like a sweet girl, but I have to say I think her reporting skills, and ability to read the news was pretty poor. Even before she got sick she couldn't really get her words out very easily. But it was her easy-going personality that kept me watching, even though I cringed a lot.
Even though she's been out of the public eye for 5+ years now, it's very sad to think of her not being alive and kicking anymore. It really makes you think about your own mortality.
It would be interesting to see what she tells recruiters when she is close to graduation or thereafter and is looking for a job, as a question along the lines of how school was paid for and what are they doing now is not uncommon even for a community college graduate's interview. Normally one might not mention it, but it seems like this girl would proudly discuss the subject.Personally, I think that being so publicly open about performing in pornographic videos (and enjoying it) may impair her ability to obtain "conformist" employment after graduation. However, maybe she doesn't want to be in a conformist environment and work as some corporate robot, LOL. After her career in pornography is over, hopefully she will be able to continue to do some other type of work that she genuinely likes, with nonconformist people who are independent thinkers like her. As she perceptively states in the interview: "We are in a society where we are so repressed." Then the interviewer recognizes the societal hypocrisy involved: "There are lots of people watching this who will be feigning outrage, yet secretly looking at porn quite regularly themselves".

Wow just saw they got busted and fine 500 k.Which means Vegas is cracking down on the casino girls.
Sweet, never thought I would see the day. I knew Sharie since frosh year in High School, met her after our football game, and yes we're GFBF. Always been the best of friends after we parted ways. She is very sweet, local girl and did well for herself. She did have some missteps and grave health issues but through the grace of the Almighty, has always kept a positive attitude and awesome smile. Miss her a lot, she is in a more peaceful place, always have those memories and one of the sweetest pictures we took in High School. Prayers to her Ohana and friends. God Bless your soul.
I met Sharie when she was working at Queens in the late 80's. Unfortunately I didn't have a good impression of her, she was nice to people who could do something for her but not for others like me. I tried to say Hi but guess I didn't have anything to offer her. She was real nice to my friends who helped her out, fixing her pc, etc but seemed aloof to everyone else, IMHO.
Even then it was too bad that she had health issues and passed away.

There definitely are some issues. If you can find her video on the MassageGirls18 site, check her out when she is standing naked in front of the massage table. You can clearly see scars on her left thigh from cutting. Other video websites did a pretty good job of showing her from the right side or in shots where her left thigh isn't visible. There is definitely some depression going on.

I wonder if they were able to half-joke about it after it first came up in the discussion (sounds like she can bring tons to the table!) and subsequently some lucky guys get to play with this hottie on the side; Friday night parties, etc.
I knew someone who worked in data processing and there was a lady in there who would regularly service men from around the office, at her place if needed. I don't know the figures but it was quite lucrative.
Kinda makes me want to strangle my high school guidance counselor :).

From tonight's newspaper:
Honolulu police officers have urged lawmakers to keep an exemption in state law that allows undercover officers to have sex with prostitutes during investigations, touching off a heated debate.
Who knew? I think most mongers and hookers assume that if the guy takes off his clothes and is an active participant, that he isn't a cop. That is certainly the way things work in other places.
Maybe this has been a recruiting tool for HPD? Not much hard data in the newspaper or testimony to the legislature about how often the cops have used this option. Typical of most news reports in our sad rag of a paper.
Hey, if the guys can have sex while undercover, does that mean that female vice cops can seduce a John?

But, the opposition would say that the names of the LE would have to be made public since it's taxpayer's money. It can pay for itself if it becomes something like a fantasy league. You can draft the law officer who has the most potential to boink the most sex providers using sabermetrics.

Who knew? I think most mongers and hookers assume that if the guy takes off his clothes and is an active participant, that he isn't a cop. That is certainly the way things work in other places. One thing that providers take for granted is that if a guy touches them in an overtly sexual way (e.g. Tit grab, FIV, etc) then it's safe to assume that he's a legit customer and they can have sex with him without getting arrested. This legislation appears to have as its sole purpose to remove this assumption and make all providers paranoid about getting busted, even after doing the deed.
Can you imagine how surprised they'd be when that happened? Of course, they'd do all that work and still lose the money, since HPD would seize it as evidence. So, it would amount to giving-away free sex, which is something they hate almost as much as getting arrested.
But, HPD would be creating problems for its officers doing this sort of thing. Cops already have a high divorce rate, so I can imagine how the cops' wives would feel knowing or just suspecting that their husband is banging hookers as "part of the job". Does anyone in HPD seriously think that this will not cause problems for the cops with wives or girlfriends?
Seems to me that whoever's idea this is must not have thought it all the way through.

There is definitely some depression going on.Although I didn't see that particular video, I'll presume the alleged scarring did exist. However, simply from seeing some scarring on a video, I wouldn't immediately jump to the conclusion that it must have been caused by her cutting herself and thus that there "is definitely some depression going on." In reality, we don't know for sure what may have caused the scarring, how long ago it originated, and whether or not it's proof of any current psychological problem.
In yesterday's Honolulu Star-Advertiser article on the controversy about allowing police officers to have sexual contact with prostitutes, what I found particularly ironic was the statement: "Police haven't said how often — or even if — they use the provision. But when they asked legislators to preserve it, they made assurances that internal policies and procedures are in place to prevent officers from taking advantage of it." The police then claim that "strict internal controls prohibit misconduct," even though such policies and procedures must, according to the police, remain "confidential." As the Star-Advertiser points out: "It's not clear, however, what the punishment would be. The disclosure laws for police misconduct in Hawaii make it impossible to know if an on-duty officer had faced discipline or accusations of having sex with a prostitute".
So should the police be trusted to refrain from violating their "confidential" policies and procedures? HPD's own reports to the Hawaii Legislature from 2000 through 2012 show a total of 527 suspensions and firings of HPD officers for misconduct, with 125 even involving criminal behavior. On average, an HPD officer is suspended or fired for misconduct about once every nine days.

It's not like we have an organized lobby. Any monger going down to testify? Somehow we need to get the word to the legislators that we vote.
I saw the report last night and was floored and stil cannot believe HPD does this as NO OTHER STATE does this as it is highly frowned upon everywhere else.
I guess screening will be tighter so have your references ready and make sure they are current.
As for female vice, as a consumer, pay AFTER and don't agree or discuss services, just go at it. I doubt female vice will allow penetration for an arrest. Male vice, you bet they will.
Be safe everyone.

This issue was on the KHNL newscast today. Bottom line: It's an excessive abuse of power. It is against the law for any LE even in Hawaii to commit a crime to make an arrest. The ends do not justify the means. It is a HPD Blue code that they do not arrest their own no matter what. And the courts have let this slide for years, since they feel LE is above the law. About time someone stood up for we the people. Let the mongering continue in peace, no one is getting hurt, just serviced.

Minnesota police chief busted for prostitution, waits over a month to quit
The former top cop of Robbinsdale, ****** *****, was arrested in February for allegedly soliciting a prostitute in another town.
A suburban Minneapolis police chief was arrested for allegedly soliciting a prostitute last month — but stayed on the job until Saturday.
Robbinsdale’s former top cop, ****** *****, was one of 11 people who allegedly responded to a Backpage escorts advertisement, police in nearby Coon Rapids said in a release.
*****, 45, kept working until Saturday — four days after a Coon Rapids cop happened to recognize him from his mugshot, Capt. Cary Parks confirmed.
"He had no identification on him indicating he was a police officer at the time of his arrest," Parks said, explaining why no one realized they'd cuffed the high-profile suspect.
He was to enter a plea Monday on misdemeanor prostitution charges but his attorney was granted a continuance.
Cops said ***** had offered to pay $150 in cash for sex and $50 more not to use a condom, MyFox9 in Minneapolis reported. Cops said he used the name "*****" as an alias.
Robbinsdale's mayor, Regan Murphy, said he was shocked to learn of the reason for Smith's abrupt resignation.
"All I ask is moving forward, we've got someone in place that's going to do a fantastic job, and to judge the department and city on actual interaction during work in Robbinsdale rather than one individual, off duty, in another town," Murphy told CBS Minnesota.
Coon Rapids cops says the department is not obligated to notify an employer if one of its employees is arrested.
State policy requires cops notify their department within days of an arrest.
"Anyone answering a Backpage or other similar ad that says to meet in Coon Rapids, don't do it. You will be arrested no matter who you are," Coon Rapids Police Chief Brad Wise said.
No more doughnuts for this police chief? Thanks for sharing this article with us brah.
LE took a bad beating in the news. I do not care about the alleged perks of individuals. Important thing is how HPD over years has walked the thin line between stopping any cases involving trafficking and coercion, and allowing for live and let live among consenting adults. The media and Xian really stuck it to HPD. Hopefully, HPD has gotten a wake up call about the ideological fanatics and their prohibition, uncompromising agenda.

I just find it so hilarious that HPD thinks of all kinds of excuses to be one of the few law enforcement departments in the US, that allows their undercover police officers to have sexual penetration with prostitutes. I am guessing that this "perk" is going out the door, now that election year is here, and clayton hee wants to look like a "good boy" to his constituents.
SHOPO president tenari ma'afala must be crying, now that this HPD benefit is going to be goners. I guess there will also be no workman's compensation for uncle LEO who gets herpes and gono on the job. LOOOL!!

So funny how HPD has to cover their okole with this loophole in capturing prostitutes, by allowing undercover officers "free sex" with prostitutes.
Check this article out from KHON.

Don't you guys remember that Moroccan HPD loser who sexually assaulted a prostitute, literally got free sex from her, because he threatened to arrest her? Filthy prick. I think he ended up getting arrested for sexual assault and harassment, got his HPD badge revoked and went to a preliminary court hearing. He was released and was supposed to show up for a later hearing with his defense attorney. Rather than showing up to a subsequent court hearing, this POS cop escaped to his 10th-world country, Morocco, where he cannot be extradited because there is no agreement with that country and the US. Prime example of hypocritical 7-11 slurpee or coffee gulping / L&L. Zippy's plate lunch munching cops in Hawaii nei.

On another note, I wonder, is the cash that these undercover cops use to buy sex from prostitutes, money from taxpayers' monies?I think the cash might be from all the dealers they rolled. Just a thought but, cause they would have to account where the cash went if its from the city & county BUT, if its from the guys they rolled then the money is not really accounted for. Just a thought.

This whole situation really pisses me off. First of all, I wonder how this suddenly surfaced. Second, a guy I used to work with long ago used to be a base PO on Pearl Harbor. I asked him what manuals were the end all be all for everything that they did and he told me that that information is classified just like it is for the regular police department. And that is total BS! That's how s**t like this goes under the radar for years and years. I would have never thought in a million years that something so outrageous as this would ever be allowed and legal. What else is there hidden with the pages of the classified documents that govern how they operate? God, I can express how upset this makes me!
Has nothing to do with LE getting laid and hypocrisy and corruption related to perks or immunity. The real issue is how this bad publicity for HPD would affect the political dynamics that has allowed safe mongering to happen in Honolulu at the massage parlors with consenting adults. After HPD has been crucified in the press by media friends of Xian and the prohibition ideologues, would HPD make changes? Would HPD continue business as usual, accept donations to Athletic fund, and look the other way if no trafficking or coercion is involved? Would HPD turn hard ass and try to ingratiate with the uncompromising and fanatical activists, led by the congressional candidate, and harass the AMPs that HPD otherwise would not? Would HPD see the folly of being in bed with Xian and followers who have gloated in their victory over HPD, and become more live and let live in their stings and enforcement? This is the real issue of concern.

Just thinking about it.
If I was a HPD boss with limited manpower and resources I'd tell my undercover guys, just go every AMP once in a while to check if things are legit. You smell coercion, we move in. If all consenting, then we have other more critical things to work on.
Would make sense to me right? Why go after a "problem" where no one is complaining rather than stuff that cause all kinds of social issues like drug dealing. Probably same thing with small time 6-5. If a big house then they got to move in before it turns into big time organized crime.
The small stuff, just let it go. Focus on the bigger problems. I get the feeling the AMP scene may take a hit because of this new rule. That would suck for everyone on this board huh? Then it's not so funny.

Barely separated from occupying the same spot on the political circle. Only the motives are different. The far-right wants to inflict their holy beliefs on everyone by banning a sinful profession when they should be worrying about their own "sinful" transgressions, while the far left wants to protect the lowest common denominator individual at all costs by denying the rights to the majority in the business who "provide" out of free will.
Believe me, the fringes on both sides want to shut down the industry.

Marine accused of prostitute murder goes on trial.
A Marine charged with the murder of a prostitute visiting Hawaii is scheduled to go on trial this week.
A court martial will be held for Master Sgt. * * at Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kaneohe Bay on Monday.
A Honolulu police detective testified at a hearing last year that surveillance footage showed * and Ivanice "Ivy" Harris meeting outside a Waikiki bar and kissing in the elevator of his hotel.
Footage later showed * alone in the elevator pulling a large duffel bag and loading the bag in the back of a vehicle, the detective said at the Article 32 hearing, which is the military justice system's equivalent of a preliminary hearing in civilian court.
* told detectives he met Harris in Waikiki but she was gone when he woke up.
Harris was originally from Oregon. She was visiting Hawaii to celebrate her 29th birthday with her boyfriend, who was also her pimp, and two other women.
Harris' disappearance started out as a missing person case, after one of the women who traveled to Hawaii with her reported her missing.
She was found on May 20 after a boy and his family called police to report they found a body in a remote area near Yokohama Beach Park, about 40 miles west of Waikiki.
* is an explosive ordnance disposal technician with Marine Wing Support Squadron-171 in the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing based in Iwakuni, Japan. He was on temporary duty assignment in Hawaii last May.
* has also been charged with obstructing justice and attempting to patronize a prostitute.
He has been held at a military detention facility in Pearl Harbor while awaiting trial.
Honolulu police began the investigation into Harris' disappearance and death, but the Naval Criminal Investigative Service took over the case.

It seems that "revenge porn" is the latest purported crisis to attract the attention of our legislators. Personally, I think the best way to avoid becoming a "victim" of "revenge porn" is to refuse to provide people (and refuse to allow people to make) that explicit type of image of yourself. Realistically, most relationships aren't going to last permanently. A person who supposedly "loves" you today may despise you at some point in the future, LOL.
Hawaii Lawmakers Work On 'Revenge Porn' Bill.
Consider the following scenarios:
One partner in a couple ends a relationship and later finds that nude pictures taken by his or her ex-partner are posted on the Internet without permission.
Explicit photos or audio or video recordings of sex acts are taken without consent and later used to harass, stalk or shame people.
A person loses their job and suffers emotionally and physically after they become a subject of non-consensual pornography.
It's called "revenge porn," and in a socially networked world that is increasingly shared online, it's a fast-growing problem.
"One in 10 ex-partners have threatened that they would expose risqué photos of their ex online," according to a campaign organized by a national support and advocacy group formed by a victim of revenge porn. "Sixty percent of those who threatened to expose intimate photos followed through on their threats".
Hawaii is no exception to the national trend, say local law enforcement and advocacy groups. That's why legislation designed to protect victims and punish perpetrators is making its way through the Hawaii Legislature.
House Bill 1750 has advanced in the state Senate and House of Representatives with little opposition. The bill would make it a first-degree violation of privacy to post an image or video of another person either nude or engaging in sexual contact without their consent and with the intent to "substantially harm" that person.
Should the bill become law, Hawaii would join eight other states, including California, Utah and Wisconsin, that already have revenge porn laws. Seventeen other states are currently considering similar legislation, according to Holly Jacobs, executive director of the Cyber Civil Rights Initiative.
"It's a new form of sexual abuse," Jacobs said via phone from Florida. "It's not just a means of embarrassing somebody, it affects every aspect of their lives. It can put them in a position of being physically harmed and stalked, and it can ruin a professional life or vocation. It can shatter somebody's personal relationships with friends and family".
Jacobs knows all too well what she's talking about. She was in a long-distance relationship in the mid-2000's and shared nude pictures of herself with her boyfriend. In 2009, several months after she broke up with him, some of those photographs and a video of Jacobs began appearing on the Internet.
"They were posted everywhere," she said. "He started with Facebook, changing my profiles to nude photos of me. Then he went to post on porn sites and under my full name. And then he started posting on revenge-porn sites. My friends actually thought I was doing it".
Jacobs went to the police and sought legal advice, but she found out there was no law against what was being done to her — even though she took the photos and could claim copyright infringement. Some websites she contacted took the images down but others did not.
Jacobs formed the Cyber Civil Rights Initiative, which relies on donations and receives 501 (c)(3) non-profit fiscal sponsorship from The Hub for Direct Community Action.
According to Jacobs' group, 90 percent of revenge porn victims are women, 93 percent say they have suffered significant emotional distress from it and 49 percent say they have been harassed or stalked online by users who saw their material.
HB 1750 was introduced by House Vice Speaker John Mizuno with the backing of a dozen representatives, including Speaker Joe Souki and Majority Leader Scott Saiki. The current draft of the bill would make revenge porn a class see felony, with a minimum one-year prison sentence and as many as five years behind bars.
The bill has attracted the support of local law enforcement. "For better or worse, rapidly accelerating cellular and Internet technology has made it easy to disseminate and access intimate images, videos, and recordings," testified Maui Chief of Police Gary Yabuta. "Unfortunately, after a friendship or romantic relationship ends, individuals will sometimes 'get back' at their ex-lovers by publishing intimate or embarrassing items online or transmitting such items to friends, colleagues, employers, or the general public".
The Honolulu prosecutor's office said in written testimony, "Typically, these postings are created by angry boyfriends or ex-husbands, and the comments posted by viewers thereafter are overwhelmingly degrading to the victim. Some websites such as UGotPosted even include a link to the victim's Facebook or Twitter page, along with the victim's full name, age, and location".
It's unclear exactly how frequently revenge porn occurs locally. Honolulu prosecutor spokesman Dave Koga said the department receives as many as four reports each month "of harassment types of things that could be, but may not necessarily be, revenge porn." The hope, said Koga, is that a revenge porn law would encourage victims to come forward.
Another revenge porn bill pushed by the Honolulu prosecuting attorney did not receive a hearing this session.
Differences in the House and Senate drafts of the active revenge porn bill are preventing HB 1750 from heading to the governor's desk. Legislators are trying to craft a compromise during conference committee.
As currently written, HB 1750 would not apply to images or video used in public or commercial settings, and cellphone and computing service companies would not be subject to liability. Courts also would be authorized to order destruction of the material used in violating the law.
The next public meeting on HB 1750 is Monday afternoon, and the deadline for all bills to remain alive is Friday.
Revenge porn is not just about revenge; it's often also about making money at someone else's expense.
Last December, a 27-year-old man was arrested in San Diego for allegedly running a "revenge porn" racket through the UGotPosted website he created in December 2012.
"According to court documents, XXXXX XXXXXXXX also set up a second site, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, from which he would contact the victims, alerting them to the images and offering to take them down for a fee of between $300 and $350," according to the British newspaper, The Independent. "Photos of more than 10,000 people, most of them women, were reportedly posted to UGotPosted between December 2012 and September 2013, with each individual categorized by location".
In October, California enacted legislation to make posting of explicit images without permission an offense worthy of a six-month jail term.
Holly Jacobs of the Cyber Civil Rights Initiative said there are sites similar to UGotPosted still in operation on the Internet. Rather than try to ignore the Internet, Jacobs encourages victims to be proactive in trying to stop the abuse and to protect themselves. If necessary, they may have to change their names legally, as she did.
The best thing is to enact new laws, Jacobs and collaborators like Mary Anne Franks and Danielle Citron argue. Already, California Congresswoman Jackie Spears is working on a federal revenge porn bill.
"It's simple: criminalize revenge porn, or let men punish women they don't like," Franks and Citron wrote in an article in The Guardian last week. "No one should have to fear that the price of intimacy will be a ruined life. And the law can help".

The updated story about the marine soldier who killed the prostitute last year, is in the above link from the Honolulu StarAdvertiser.
So the defense has rolled out the ball, and is claiming that the marine soldier was acting in self defense, by grabbing a small "lip-stick" looking knife from the prostitute, and then stabbing her for self defense.
I don't know about you guys, but I hard it find to buy into this story.
The marine sergeant is a bigger burly person than the prostitute. He could have easily grabbed the knife away from her if she was threatening him. But let's say, yes, he was defending himself after waking up, when she demanded that he pay for the service.
If he was innocent defending himself, then why did he have to dump the prostitute's body out in Waianae?
Why didn't he just call police and tell them honestly about defending himself?
If the defense attorney claims that the marine solider was slashed, where is his slash mark?
I will wait until all information is released during this court martial.

For some reason Redneck's post did not get quoted so that I could quote the relevant portion, but regarding posting identifying photos, that is the reason I have never provided face pics when responding to Craigslist ads, even if they insisted they would not communicate further if I did not send a face pic.
For all I know, they could have posted a "Warning" ad with my face pic, accusing me of being any number of things including a sex offender or being "infected".
It seems that only two people witnessed what really happened that night in that Waikiki hotel room. One of them is now dead, and the other is a self-admitted liar.
Marine says chokehold killed prostitute, admits dumping body.
A Marine admitted at his court martial Wednesday at Kaneohe Bay that he killed a prostitute in his Waikiki hotel room last year and then dumped her naked body near Yokohama Bay.
Master Sgt. XXXXXXXXX XXXXX claimed that Ivanice "Ivy" Harris woke him up after 10 hours of drinking on May 16, demanded money, cut him with a knife as he tried to get her out of his room, and she died after he put her in a chokehold.
"Were you trying to squeeze her neck?" asked defense attorney Lt. Col. Clay A. Plummer.
"I was trying to submit her," answered XXXXX, who weighs 180 pounds to 190 pounds and who holds a brown belt in martial arts. XXXXX insisted he was trying to get Harris out of his hotel room when the fight ensued and the pair ended up on the floor. Harris was described as 5-foot 3-inches and 125 pounds.
"Did you murder Miss Harris?, " Plummer asked.
"No sir, I did not," XXXXX said.
But under questioning from government prosecutor Major Douglas Hatch, XXXXX admitted that he had lied to authorities and everyone else about what happened.
XXXXX, 39, is charged with unpremeditated murder, murder while engaging in an inherently dangerous act, obstructing justice and attempting to patronize a prostitute.
The Marine faces the possibility of life without parole in connection with the death of Harris, 29, whose body was found May 20 in kiawe brush near Yokohama Bay on the Waianae Coast.
The self-defense claim, which surfaced on Monday during the trial at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, may have come as a surprise for the prosecution, which built its opening arguments on a detailed series of security videos, bank statements and cellphone calls trying to show XXXXX met up with Harris, took her to his hotel room, killed her and later dumped her body.
The Medical Examiner's Office had said the cause of death was injury to the neck and that the manner of death was homicide.
Videotape showed a man who appeared to be XXXXX meeting Harris outside Kelley O'Neil's pub at about 3:30 am on May 16, and holding hands and kissing her in an Aston Waikiki elevator on the last day she was seen alive.
The prosecution's theory is that XXXXX, an explosive-ordnance disposal specialist in town from Iwakuni, Japan, for a mission with the Joint POW / MIA Accounting Command to China, dumped Harris' body after checking in and working part of the day with JPAC at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
Harris was originally from Oregon. She was visiting Hawaii to celebrate her 29th birthday with her boyfriend, who was also her pimp, and two other women.
Harris' disappearance started out as a missing person case, after one of the women who traveled to Hawaii with her reported her missing.
Over the years, I've usually found that cheaper and sleazier strip clubs are more fun, but that's just my personal opinion. Anyway, this mainland cardiologist apparently visited a luxurious Manhattan "gentlemen's club" four times in ten days, and now is being sued by the club for an alleged $135,000 in unpaid bills. The cardiologist's heart probably skipped a few beats when the lawsuit was locally and nationally publicized by various newspapers. The doc claims he was "drugged or otherwise impaired." However, he also apparently claims that "he was not at the club on some of the days in question," but the club says that it "has him on surveillance tape." Oops, gotcha!
It will be interesting to see how it all works out in court. A moral of the story: be especially careful about the bill you may be racking up in expensive mainland "gentlemen's" clubs.
The doctor is definitely not in.
Dr. XXXX XXXXXX — part of a prominent local family of physicians — is being sued by a Manhattan gentlemen's club for some $135,000 in unpaid bills — and ever since the New York tabloids broke the story, XXXXXX has been a hard man to reach.
"No comment, he's not available," a receptionist at XXXXXX's Parlin office said in response to a request to speak to the physician in the wake of the story about the disputed bill from Scores going viral on the internet. The telephone at XXXXXX's Holmdel office also repeatedly rang busy Thursday.
Over the past 24 hours, XXXXXX has found himself a target of the New York tabloids, which are peppering their accounts with titillating references, including photographs of scantily clad women, presumably from the Scores website.
XXXXXX, 41, a bachelor, is alleged to have visited Scores four times over a 10-day period in November, providing an American Express corporate card in advance, as is the club's requirement, said Stephen Hyman, a Scores spokesman. He then enjoyed the club's à la carte menu, ordering alcohol, private rooms and private dancers, Hyman said.
According to the lawsuit described in the New York papers, XXXXXX contests the charges, alleging he was drugged or otherwise impaired and therefore could not authorize the charges for Nov. 17,23, 26 and 28, according to court papers.
"It is rare someone doesn't pay their bill," said Hyman, noting their "very elite clientele" in Manhattan and Atlantic City can easily rack up six-figure bills and then seem content to pay them.
If he was taken advantage of by Scores employees, "why did he come back three more times? Hyman asked. "If he didn't have a good time the first time, he should have stayed home the next three times.".
Hyman said XXXXXX's position that he was not at the club on some of the days in question rings hollow because Scores has him on surveillance tape. "Apparently he didn't know we videotape everyone" while they are approving their charges.
"It is absurd," Hyman said. "We are very careful and are a law-abiding facility. We don't serve anybody if they are intoxicated".
Ann Willets from Utopia Consulting, an expert in crisis public relations, pointed out that in this 24/7 news cycle, XXXXXX and his family are likely going to have a rough 48 hours.
"It will flash and it will die," she predicted. "While this may be tough on him as an individual and on his family, it will pass. Will there be any ramifications? Probably a few snickers here and there. In the end, he is very good at what he does. And I think he can weather the storm".
XXXXXX, who specializes in clinical cardiac electrophysiology at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, also practices at Bayshore Community Hospital with his twin brother and his father.
To update the prior reports, the jury found Master Sgt. XXXXXXXXX XXXXX guilty of three crimes: "murder while engaging in an inherently dangerous act," "obstructing justice" and "attempting to patronize a prostitute." The jury recommended that he be sentenced to life imprisonment, but that's subject to review within the next four months by the commander of Marine Forces Pacific. As the commander said: "This is obviously an unfortunate and very sad occasion for all concerned — the loss of a young life and the career of a USA Marine".
It would be interesting to know the complete truth of what really happened between the defendant and the provider, Ivy Harris. A pathologist testified that her death was caused by strangulation, resulting in a fatal lack of oxygen to her brain, and at trial the defendant testified that he put her in a chokehold from behind. He claimed that she had cut him on his arm and face with a small knife, but none of the news reports about the case said that the alleged knife had ever been found. Also, considering the difference in size between the defendant and the relatively small provider, and the fact that he had advanced martial arts training, it's questionable whether a chokehold of such force and / or duration would be necessary. He had been drinking for about ten hours, so it's possible that something just set him off and he choked her for no rational reason whatsoever. On the other hand, maybe she did engage in some misbehavior that provoked him (although insufficient to justify her death). We may never know.

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -.
An undercover sting at a Keeaumoku massage parlor could wind up backfiring on Honolulu Police.
Police arrested a 41-year-old woman at the VIP Lounge for prostitution back in February but only after the vice officer said he engaged in sexual activity with the woman.
Officer Paul Goo said in a written statement that the woman, Siriporn Nilsawit, "wiped his genital area" with a wash cloth and that she "began to kiss his chest and neck area while fondling his genitals.".
But her attorney Myles Breiner said the officer did more than he admitted in his report.
"She came back in and he was already lying on a massage bed masturbating," said Breiner, whose client denies that she engaged in prostitution.
"It takes a lot of talent to be that stupid.".
This comes after an embarrassing few months for the HPD, which asked lawmakers for a legal exemption to allow undercover officers to have sex with prostitutes.
"It's as though it's one of the perquisites of the office, one of the benefits of being a police officer on morals details is that you get to have sex with a (suspected) prostitute before you arrest her," Breiner said.
An assistant chief claimed that doesn't happen but that the exemption was needed as a tool for investigations.
"They never have sex with prostitutes. We have never authorized that. They never will," HPD Assistant Chief Susan Dowsett told Hawaii News Now in March.
"Anyone who has alleged that has occurred is absolutely encouraged to come forward.".
In a statement issued to Hawaii News Now, HPD said that in reviewing Goo's report "no violation was committed.".
Under Hawaii law, prostitution arrests only require that an agreement be made on a price. Any physical contact is unnecessary to make an arrest.
According to his arrest report, Officer Goo said the prostitution solicitation came in the following exchange with the suspect:
Suspect: Are you ready to # at %k?
Officer: Is it going to cost me extra?
Suspect: It is one hundred fifty dollars to # at %k.
Officer: Is that all, one hundred and fifty?
But Breiner said his client -- who has no criminal record -- never offered to have sex for money, even though the officer attempted several times get his client to name a price for sex.
"It would seem that police were looking to generate an arrest where one was not necessary or based upon facts," he said.
Activist Kathryn Xian said the HPD has several internal misconduct cases involving prostitution stings. And she said that the officer didn't have to engage in sexual activity in making the arrest.
"We're aware of case where police have been disciplined for sexually assaulting prostituted victims or violating them in other ways," she said.
"We can't afford to have our law enforcement officers that represent justice step over boundaries sexually in order to establish a misdemeanor prostitution offense.".
Officer Goo is expected to be in District Court tomorrow morning to testify about what's in his arrest report. If he doesn't, the case against the woman could be dismissed.

I hope the womens' advocacy groups jump all over the exemption and stike it down. Hey HPD is not above the law. They want illicit sex they need to have the same risks going to AMP's as anyone else and subject to the same laws. Same goes for female cops at AMP's whether they choose to engage or not, their info gathered should be inadmissible.
Just my 2 cents.

When the public demands a response, groups like PASS and Ho'ola Na Pua seize on the opportunity to reap donations. It'll pass, hopefully without anyone getting busted. Be safe out there, fellas.

http://www.hawaiinewsnow.com/story/25419015/honolulu-vice-sex-scandalDoesn't HPD have zero tolerance when an officer breaks the law or their code of conduct? They should be held to a higher standard than the average joe. I guess "to serve and protect" means closing rank and file when one of their own is involved.
Personally, I applaud the courageous "Officer Goo" of the morally upstanding "Morals Detail," an officer who bravely investigates and arrests ladies who allegedly offer sexual services to consenting adult men. Officer Goo is providing the taxpayers with such good value for their tax dollars, rather than wasting his time and energy trying to catch violent thugs, rapists, robbers, burglars, car thieves, etc.
Seriously, though, if Officer Goo likes to "masturbate," he should do it on his own time, LOL. Same with having his genitals "fondled" or having "extensive physical contact" with women.
Of course, HPD says that they "currently have zero pending investigations involving officer misconduct relating to prostitution arrests," and even "declined comment" when "asked about what's considered inappropriate." Just pretend the problem doesn't exist, and maybe it will magically go away. Maintain tight secrecy over "Morals Detail" policies and regulations, so the public can't determine how they're deficient.
Hey, here's a bright idea! Let's assign the dedicated "Officer Goo" to perform undercover investigations of compensated homosexual services by gay men. Then maybe he'll become more circumspect, LOL.

Then maybe he'll become more circumspect, LOL.I was wondering about that; if they use their power to bust prostitutes, they can't only have sex with the young hot AMP and BP chicks. They also gotta get busy with the downtown trannies and Mary Jane Rottencrotches too. There will be a spike in Workman's Comp cases.
Two words: Police union. The union should only step in and mediate with management / employer when there is a dispute or mistreatment of the worker / employee. That was the sole purpose of why unions were created, not when someone knowingly breaks the law. There is too much of that in the news in recent years. It's wrong for the union to cover up or defend someone who has made the front page. I know it's a very small minority that gives the entire force a black eye but it seems it's come down to who you know (or are related to) in order for them to keep their job. So sad HPD doesn't set a higher standard for themselves.

Police: Women robbed man in his Waikiki hotel room.
Police are looking for a woman who allegedly robbed a 30-year-old man in Waikiki.
Shortly after midnight Monday, police said the victim met two women in front of his hotel.
They escorted him to his room, when one of the two women allegedly brandished a dangerous instrument and demanded cash and personal belongings.
The suspects fled before police arrived.

Last week in the news... They reported that two (2) prostitutes were filing complaints about the same officer having intercourse with them and then being arrested for the act. This same officer is listed in approximately 30% of All arrests made for prostitution as listed in the Arrests Records... Can you imagine if other women step-up and file a complaint against him too.

Isn't their motto to serve and protect mongers? The mongers at AMPs have buffer zones of the mamasans, security, owner of the AMP, and the reputation of the AMP to prevent being robbed by a provider. I'm sure that a street working girl would like to get fuck for free and then get arrested.

http://elitedaily.com/news/politics/hawaii-cops-legislators-reach-middle-ground-allowing-cops-get-handjobs-blowjobs-prostitutes/
Last week, Hawaii police appealed to maintain a law that allows undercover officers to have sex with prostitutes, an exemption that was challenged due to the room it leaves for abuse.
Leading the effort to have the exemption removed is Senator Clayton Hee, who met with representatives from the Honolulu Police Department last Tuesday.
The two sides were able to reach a compromise, KHON-2 reports, one that will change the language of the law to forbid only sexual intercourse during investigations.
"HPD agrees that the sexual penetration language in the law that they are exempt from should no longer be an exemption for police officers," Sen. Hee told KHON-2.
So penetration is out of the question, but what about foreplay and other types of sexual activity?
"There are other parts of the exemption that will remain and that includes sexual contact," Sen. Hee said.
We can only assume that this means, while sexual intercourse won't be tolerated, anything else (touching, oral) is just fine.
"Some people might think sexual contact might include touching some areas of the body that shouldn't be touched. What would you say to that?" KHON-2 asked Honolulu Police Major Jerry Inouye.
"We have strict policy," Maj. Inouye replied.
"Although we can't go into what it does and does not allow, the goal is for us to conduct an efficient investigation where we can get a successful prosecution without unduly violating anybody's personal privacy.".
A big reason the police wanted the decades-old exemption maintained is the idea that the act of sex is the only way to make this type of worker think they aren't cops but paying customers.
The compromise appears to say that they don't have to go that far to seem legit but it does not eliminate the possibility of abuse, one of the key arguments against the case.
Consider this a huge victory for Hawaii police, who can still get handjobs and blowjobs from professionals and not lose their jobs.
Now I'm not saying go out and break the law or anything but...you need a girl brave enough to want to get caught sue the crap out of HPD, the state and anyone else you might want to add to that list stating that the law is unconstitutionally vague and over burdensome to determine what types of activity are protected by the law and not allowed, then when you lose...appeal that crap out of the case all the way to the US Supreme Court...and then watch how fast the Feds step in and strike down that law as unconstitutional.
The problem I see is that no one wants to challenge the law, they simply pay the fine and move on.

Seattle attorney admits to raping masseuses.
Facing trial, former city prosecutor turned serial rapist pleads guilty.
Having attacked his accusers as vengeful prostitutes and attempted to hide evidence of his crimes, a Seattle attorney accused in a string of rapes has pleaded guilty on the eve of trial.
Slated to face a King County jury later this month, XXXXXXX XXXXX pleaded guilty Wednesday as a jury was being selected to hear the allegations against him. XXXXX, a former city prosecutor in private practice when he was arrested, previously claimed the five women who have accused him of sex crimes were actually prostitutes he had paid to have sex with.
Police were already investigating reports of a client raping Asian masseuses in Seattle and on the Eastside when XXXXX was apprehended in Seattle's Greenwood neighborhood attempting to flee a massage parlor there on Sept. 24,2012. XXXXX was described by police as a serial rapist, "obsessed with Asian women," who preyed on immigrant masseuses.
XXXXX, a founding partner in a Seattle law firm and onetime assistant city attorney in Seattle, raped five women in a series of assaults in the summer and fall of 2012.
Initially facing nine rape-related charges, prosecutors withdrew several after the defense discovered witnesses hadn't been forthcoming with police.
XXXXX has pleaded guilty to five counts of third-degree rape, King County Prosecutor's Office spokesman Dan Donohoe said. XXXXX and prosecutors have agreed to jointly request a 25-year prison term when he is sentenced later in May.
XXXXX admitted to five rapes occurring during a string of attacks beginning in 2011 and continuing through his arrest.
In June 2012, XXXXX was said to have gone to a Roosevelt Way massage parlor, where he received a massage before following his masseuse to her car and forced her to drive him to a secluded area, prosecutors claimed previously. Having identified himself as a police officer, XXXXX raped the woman in the back seat of her car.
The following month, XXXXX attempted to rape a woman at the Greenwood parlor where he was later arrested, according to prosecutors. XXXXX ripped the woman's clothes off before abruptly stopping himself, throwing $160 down and leaving.
In August 2012, XXXXX went to one masseuse's home after making an appointment under a fake name; the woman had previously refused to massage XXXXX because of his sexual advances. At the Shoreline home, XXXXX forced his way inside, pulled off the woman's clothes and raped her as she pleaded with him to stop.
Nine days later, XXXXX arrived at a Bellevue spa to sexually assault a woman he had tried to rape a year before.
Once inside the spa, XXXXX grabbed the woman, told her he wanted to marry her and recited her home address from memory during the rape. The woman told police XXXXX recalled her husband's name as well. Searches of XXXXX's computers show he searched online for details about the woman.
During the attack, XXXXX drew a folding knife and threatened to cut the woman's face if she fought with him. XXXXX forced her to the floor and raped her.
The woman told police that XXXXX was sexually aggressive with her during a massage a year before, but she did not contact the police because he was impotent at the time. She was able to identify him from a montage, and provided police with his year of birth.
Investigators contended XXXXX returned to the parlor in September 2012 and he raped a masseuse at knifepoint. Prosecutors had alleged he did so again on Sept. 24, the day he was arrested.
That time, though, the parlor owner and others arrived as XXXXX was leaving. A struggle followed, and police arrived to find XXXXX two blocks from the parlor, located in the 600 block of Northwest 85th Street.
XXXXX's car – a Honda Pilot – had been parked nearby when he was arrested but was later moved by his wife, a former prosecutor with the city of Seattle. When police finally searched the SUV, detectives claim to have seized a replica pistol, a bag of Viagra and various electronics.
During the searches, investigators found that a user of tablet computers found in XXXXX's home – presumably XXXXX himself – had searched the internet for "rape scenes" and visited a website called XXXXXXXXXX.
"The content of this website is disturbingly consistent with the name," Senior Deputy Prosecutors Val Richey and Corinn Bohn said in court papers. "The defendant also conducted extensive review of hundreds if not thousands of advertisements for Asian massage and escort services on Craigslist and Backpage.
"Such material is part and parcel of the series of crimes alleged here – where XXXXX is accused of raping multiple Asian massage therapists – and is evidence of his preparation and identification of victims, as well as his modus operandi".
Through his attorneys, XXXXX previously claimed he was simply frequenting massage parlor-based prostitutes who then turned against him. As the theory goes, the fact that one massage parlor owner hid surveillance videos of the incidents proves the sex was consensual.
For his part, XXXXX previously denied the allegations and described himself as a dutiful husband and father.
"My wife and three children are the most important part of my life," XXXXX said in a statement to the court.
Lawyers for XXXXX had asked that the charges be thrown out because video taken at the Greenwood massage parlor wasn't obtained by police. The massage parlor operator has since admitted she had installed hidden cameras in the massage rooms; she told investigators she didn't inform police because she thought the cameras might be illegal.
XXXXX pleaded guilty to five counts of third-degree rape, and one count of burglary. He is scheduled to be sentenced May 19 at King County Superior Court in Seattle.

Several men gave their full names, work phone numbers and work email addresses to XXXXXXX, which she noted.Holy smokes, that wasn't a very good idea. In my opinion, don't trust a provider or mama with that type of sensitive personal information. Your "friend" today may not really be your friend at some point in the future, especially if she gets into trouble. It's happened before and it can happen again. Plus, even if the woman doesn't disclose the information, it may be found during a search.
Several clients had odd fetishes, which she made a notation of, such as "Butt sniffer-sniffs butts", "armpit sucker" and "spit worshiper".Those guys were obviously not USA Sex Guide members (wink). Maybe they were strange perverts from some other forum, LOL.
She also lists reminders next to clients, such as "weirdo", "scary", "cheap but easy", "big tipper", "nice and fat", "asshole that I hit", "smokes weed", "2 excited", "blind dude", "loves smiles and toes", "wanted to get kinky" and "tweaker".It might be interesting to know what other women really think about their various customers. Although I wouldn't be described as a "tweaker," perhaps I could fit into the "nice and fat" category, LOL.
I got many text messages from "providers" who were not really them. It was someone else trying to get me to cum to the AMP then bait and switch. Happened It ichiban, sevens, nirvana, pink, MF, couple more places I can't recall. Reputable pros too, like Apple at sevens, Vivian, Michelle, Anna, Kelly. It's like they simply passed their contact list to someone else, or it w as borrowed.
They all not bad, but be warned, that even the so called top tier ones get mixed up in stuff and end up giving their contacts to somebody either willingly or not.
Unless you dating the pro, it's all about the dollah. They will fuck you every way possible.

Holy shizzznitz been staring at some pics of sum pair o sweet malasadas that crazy chick has. To think that she thought she could get a BMW by running over the owner, totally lost it.I see her in the water all over the island so far except for the east shore, this chick is as crazy as they make her out to be, a week before this incident she assulted a guy out at Bowl's, seen her jump this guy at Kaiser's a few months ago, saw her just dropping in on everybody at Tracks, same thing at Pipe, worse of all is she really can't surf, mos def not a pro surfer never was, I kinda have my doubts about her modeling as well. This is my prediction on what's going to happen, if this chick hasn't been prescibed and ordered to take some form of medication, then we have a gaping hole in our health care system, cause she has some serious disorder, my guess is that she has been prescribed and ordered to take these medications, so the only question for the court to decide is if a person who has a serious mental disorder and has been ordered to take these meds decides she feels better without them but commites a violent act while not taking her meds then pleads insanity (which I can tell you she is), does her choice to not take her meds disqualify her from the insanity plea, which I think is the route she will take, in the end I think she goes away for ten because of her choices on top of a new escape charge in which she tried fleeing the court yesterday, here is a prime example of beauty has to be more than skin deep, she looks hot if you don't know her but once you do, her beauty fades real fast!
Recently in Honolulu there's been controversy about police misconduct in prostitution investigations, but here's a case from the mainland that takes the cake. In this case, Klyzek v. City of Chicago, luckily the police misconduct was audio / video recorded by the raided business's surveillance system, without the knowledge of the police at the time of the recording. Even better, the audio / video recording was automatically preserved offsite, so the police couldn't just erase it, destroy it, or "lose" it after seizing it.
During a police raid on a Chicago spa / tanning salon business where an agreement to perform an act of prostitution had allegedly occurred, a cop roughly manhandled a small 5' 2" Chinese-American woman who was working at the reception desk. The woman was a naturalized United States citizen, had no prior arrest record, and was not the person alleged to have agreed to perform prostitution. The male cop yanked this small woman by her arm; allegedly put his hand over her mouth and nose, interfering with her ability to breathe; and struck her on the head even after she was handcuffed and on the floor, hitting her hard enough to cause swelling and an abrasion. She also had other injuries, such as scratches and bruising, and was subsequently taken to a hospital for medical treatment. Predictably, the "tough" cop claimed that the little woman had assaulted him, but the charge of "aggravated battery on a police officer" was dismissed after the audio / video recording of the incident was viewed by the prosecutor.
Although it could be argued that the physical mistreatment of the woman had resulted from her resistance, the cop's audio-recorded racist verbal abuse of this Asian-American woman was inexcusable. He tells her: "You're not fucking American!" and "I'll put you in a UPS box and send you back to wherever the fuck you came from!" Even after the woman informs the cop that she is indeed an American citizen, he falsely insists: "No you're not. No you're not a citizen." Remarkably, the cop then says: "You're here on our borrowed time. So mind your fucking business before I shut down this whole fucking place. And I'll take this place and whoever owns it will fucking kill you because they don't care about you. I'll take this building. You'll be dead and your family will be dead! Shut up already. Just shut up".
Usually, sleazy cops in prostitution investigations can just brazenly lie about their misconduct. Fortunately, in this case the bigot cop's own repulsive statements were preserved on the audio / video recording.

Holy smokes, that wasn't a very good idea. In my opinion, don't trust a provider or mama with that type of sensitive personal information. Your "friend" today may not really be your friend at some point in the future, especially if she gets into trouble. It's happened before and it can happen again. Plus, even if the woman doesn't disclose the information, it may be found during a search.

Although I wouldn't be described as a "tweaker," perhaps I could fit into the "nice and fat" category, LOL.I sat down and had lunch with a AMP owner and her sister and she had a book with comments about each customer and most importantly how well they paid. They are mostly interested in the money.

Perhaps lots of politicians, on the books. Would be damaging if the story went national.Nothing personal to Mr. Vern Howell, or everyone else, but: Isn't this all hearsay? Anybody can fill out a "black book" and fill it with names and phone numbers of public figures.
Maybe it's true; maybe she's making it up. Is this hard evidence? Why is only her story "creditable", but no one else's is?
Are all people that work in LE and the courts corrupt? If so, the next time anyone is a victim of a crime, you're not going to call the police?
You're just going to let the criminal walk away?

You're just going to let the criminal walk away?Yes, it is all hearsay! And yes, anybody can fill out a "black book". But no it's not hard evidence, but it does give LEO a place to start an investigation if they so desire. The real problem comes from the shit bags in the media who will destroy a person's name on a hunch in the name of "the people's right to know"!
No, not all people who work in LEO or the courts are corrupt; but enough are to muddy the waters for the rest. (Although there are a significant number that are incompetent; this causes its own problems).
Lawyers, politicians, and journalists; they're all scum! Okay, maybe not all; but again, enough to muddy the waters for the rest.

You're just going to let the criminal walk away?Maybe she has some proof, such as cell phone records show number and time called, who knows, maybe the LE got those records from the cellphone provider of everyone involved, GPS on her girls cells phones can recall date, time, location of cell phone. Those GPS coordinates could match her black book story of such meetings with high profile people took place, specially if the girls went to such persons residence. Who knows maybe her girls even had the voice recorders on their phones active when the met up with high profile.
Customers. Those recordings could have uploaded on cloud servers to recall at a latter date in case something went down. Their is always a digital trail in the digital world. IMO this madam has the you take me down. I take you down with me mentality.
Notice as of now it's only her in the story, not any mention of her working girls. Why is that?
Power corrupts, if such encounters are true. Her case can bring down people in power in seconds. A few years ago the ex NYC Governor got busted with his call girl. Their was a phone trail, bank withdraw statements, and email records of such meetings. The other NYC who got caught sending nude pics of himself to his intern. When the intern released the pics to the media. "Their is no honor among thieves.".

(In late April, I posted a news report about a mainland cardiologist who was disputing $135,000 in charges that he allegedly incurred at an expensive New York strip club. Well now the plot thickens and there's much more to the story).
Five Accused of Luring Men to Strip Clubs for a Night They Wouldn't Remember.
It seemed, at the time, to be an unlikely story.
A cardiologist from New Jersey had run up a six-figure tab at Scores, an expensive strip club in Manhattan, but was balking at paying the debt, even though he had built up his tab over three separate visits in November.
The doctor, XXXX XXXXXX, claimed he could not remember visiting the club, despite photographic evidence that he was there. He offered what he thought was a plausible explanation: He must have been drugged.
Months later, prosecutors said he was right.
An indictment unsealed in State Supreme Court in Manhattan this week describes a criminal ring whose members drugged well-off men, took them to strip clubs and then ran up tens of thousands of dollars on their credit cards while they were incapacitated.
The group is accused of stealing at least $200,000 from September to December, including $135,000 from Dr. XXXXXX and a total of $65,000 from three other victims, a banker, a hedge fund executive and a real estate lawyer.
Investigators from the Drug Enforcement Administration and the New York police arrested four women, Samantha XXXXXXX, 40, Roselyn XXX, 29, Karina XXXXXXXX, 26, and Marsi XXXXX, 28, on Monday and Tuesday. They were arraigned in State Supreme Court in Manhattan on multiple counts of conspiracy, grand larceny, forgery and assault. All pleaded not guilty and were released on bail.
XXXXXXX XXXXXX, 43, a manager at the RoadHouse Gentlemen's Club in Queens, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with grand larceny and conspiracy. He was released without bail after pleading not guilty.
The scheme alleged in an indictment filed by the city's special narcotics prosecutor was as simple as it was effective.
It would start with a "fishing" expedition. Dressed to seduce, the women would troll high-priced restaurants and bars, looking for men with expensive suits and wallets full of credit cards, investigators and prosecutors said.
Once a mark was found, one of the women would flirt with him and exchange telephone numbers. A few days later, they would arrange a date at another upscale restaurant or lounge, often with other members of the ring.
In a boozy, warm haze of low lights and close bodies, they would slip drugs, including the tranquilizers ketamine and methylone, into the men's drinks. The victims were so impaired that the women sometimes also gave the men cocaine to enable them to walk, prosecutors said.
The victims would then be taken to the RoadHouse club or to Scores, at 536 West 28th Street.
Once inside the clubs, the women would steal the victim's credit cards, charge thousands of dollars in drinks and dances, and then either forge a signature or convince the impaired man that the charge was far less than it was.
Prosecutors said the women had received payments from the clubs for bringing the men in, a fixed percentage of the bills the men accrued. The owners of the clubs were not charged in the indictment, though Mr. XXXXXX was accused of colluding with the ring.
Some of the victims, including Dr. XXXXXX, woke up with no memory of going to the club the night before, investigators and prosecutors said. Dr. XXXXXX went out with Ms. XXXXXXXX, 26, who works at a boutique in SoHo, on three dates over two weeks before he learned of the charges on his corporate American Express card, investigators said.
"He wakes up in a hotel room in Manhattan, and he's thinking he must have had a good time," said an official at the Drug Enforcement Administration, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the investigation was continuing.
Though no victim was identified in court papers, Dr. XXXXXX's lawyer, Michael Weinstein, confirmed that his client was "Victim 3" in the indictment.
Scores had sued Dr. XXXXXX in April for refusing to pay the $135,000 tab on his American Express card. "We were always confident that law enforcement's efforts would expose that my client was preyed upon by this ring and not responsible for charges to his credit card," Mr. Weinstein said.
Alison Blaine, a lawyer for Scores, said the club would press ahead with the suit. "It's still incredulous to us that he was there three times and all three times he was drugged," Ms. Blaine said.
Investigators said that the ring was suspected of having drugged dozens of other men, and that evidence was still being gathered in those cases. The inquiry started eight months ago when one of the victims approached the Drug Enforcement Administration, a spokeswoman for the agency, Erin Mulvey, said.
All four victims tried to reverse some or all of the charges on their credit cards, prosecutors said. The women charged in the indictment took photographs of the men at the strip clubs and threatened to send them to their families and employers if they went to the authorities, investigators said.
Lawyers for the defendants said they would fight the charges. Ms. XXXXXXX's lawyer, Stephen Murphy, said his client, who is married, has a 20-year-old son and works at the RoadHouse club, denied the charges.
"She said she never gave anybody any drugs," he said. "She never stole anybody's money".

A convent of nuns in suburban Chicago has filed a lawsuit against a neighbor, a strip club they say plays throbbing music while the nuns try to pray.
The Sisters of St. Charles named Club Allure Chicago and the village of Stone Park in their lawsuit filed Friday in Cook County Circuit Court. They claim the club violates Illinois zoning laws, which require a 1,000-foot buffer between adult entertainment facilities and places of worship.
The sisters' property in Melrose Park includes three chapels. The strip club opened in the neighboring village of Stone Park in September.
The sisters have seen "public violence, drunkenness and litter, including empty whiskey and beer bottles, discarded contraceptive packages and products, and even used condoms," according to the lawsuit, which also mentions the "pulsating and rhythmic staccato-beat noise and flashing neon and / or strobe lights" that disturb the nuns.
"Our sisters' sacred space has been invaded," Sister XXXXXX XXXXX told the Chicago Sun-Times. "At night now they hear the music when they're praying. That's uncalled for".
The nuns have a right to pray and work peacefully without interference, said attorney Peter Breen of the Thomas More Society, a Chicago-based public interest law firm representing the convent.
Stone Park Village Attorney Dean Krone said the village has acted legally and reasonably. Club representatives said they aren't a nuisance to the nuns and the lawsuit's claims aren't backed up by police reports.
While the Bible says, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself," the manager of the club said the nuns are not being very neighborly.
"We spent an awful lot of money to make sure that this kind of thing would not occur," Club Allure manager Robert Itzkow told WMAQ-TV. "The whole thing is just a question of 'we don't like you, you don't conform to our religious beliefs' ".
Itzkow said the club's dancers "aren't monsters. They're daughters, they're mothers, and some of them are Catholics too".
The village of Melrose Park and three of its residents joined the nuns in the lawsuit.
"We are violated," neighbor Patricia Zito told WMAQ-TV. "We have a new generation of young families who should not put up with this".

HPD vice - exemption from prosecution for solicitation
Did that stupidity pass? One of my buddies in Hawaii County PD is trying to confirm and I'm getting different answers. That's an interesting topic. Until a few days ago, Hawaii's basic prostitution law (HRS 712-1200) said: "This section shall not apply to any member of a police department, a sheriff, or a law enforcement officer acting in the course and scope of duties".
However, the governor recently approved a revised version of HRS 712-1200 that was passed by the legislature this year. It now says: "This section shall not apply to any member of a police department, a sheriff, or a law enforcement officer acting in the course and scope of duties, unless engaged in sexual penetration or sadomasochistic abuse". So under that revised version, it seems that an officer could still lawfully have sexual contact with a prostitute if he was "acting in the course and scope of duties," but that sexual contact couldn't include "sexual penetration or sadomasochistic abuse". Thus, the new version of HRS 712-1200 significantly narrows the so-called "law-enforcement officer exemption," but doesn't eliminate it.
HPD claims that it has some sort of internal policy regulating the conduct of police officers during interactions with alleged prostitutes, but it refuses to disclose the policy for public review. Yet surely the public can just blindly "trust" HPD (smirk), especially with upstanding officers like Officer Goo on the force (LOL).
Hawaii Lawmakers Work On 'Revenge Porn' Bill. Two months ago, a news report titled "Hawaii Lawmakers Work On 'Revenge Porn' Bill" was posted. Well that bill was recently signed into law. So be aware that it's now a felony in Hawaii if a person "knowingly discloses an image or video of another identifiable person either in the nude, as defined in (HRS) section 712-1210, or engaging in sexual conduct, as defined in (HRS) section 712-1210, without the consent of the depicted person, with intent to harm substantially the depicted person with respect to that person's health, safety, business, calling, career, financial condition, reputation, or personal relationships". Of course, the victim of such a crime could be either male or female. However, that law doesn't apply "to images or videos of the depicted person made: (A) When the person was voluntarily nude in public or voluntarily engaging in sexual conduct in public; or (B) Pursuant to a voluntary commercial transaction".

Website Shut-down my Feds.
JT.Sad to see it taken down. Honestly though, if the feds want to target human trafficking and pimps. Just legalize prostitution. It would give safety to providers and benefits to providers, plus if they were forced to have annual check ups, it would end up like Amsterdam where for the most part, you know the girl is clean.

What is interesting is that the reaction is mixed. Taking down a site like that only makes it harder for providers to screen clients, raising safety concerns from both sides. It's nice to see some mention of that in the articles linked. The view that all workers are forced into it against their will is popular in media, but not necessarily true.

(Here's an interesting case from California. Personally, I think strip clubs and other businesses should have the freedom to exclude anyone the business wants to exclude. A few times I was excluded from bars in Thailand because they were "Japanese only." I had no problem with that, even though it was discrimination, because I would rather spend my money at places where I'm wanted as a customer).
Woman Sues Strip Club for Sex Discrimination.
A woman is suing the operators of a Southern California strip club, claiming she wasn't allowed to enter the premises without a man.
XXXXXX XXXXXX of El Segundo filed the lawsuit on Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court against Paradise Showgirls in Industry, accusing the strip club of discrimination based on sex and sexual orientation. XXXXXX is a lesbian.
XXXXXX is seeking unspecified damages and an injunction against the club to try to force it to change what she claims are its discriminatory policies.
According to the suit, XXXXXX, 54, went to Paradise Showgirls in June 2013 on a recommendation from a longtime customer.
She asked the doorman about the club's cover charge and whether it accepted other clubs' discount passes. The man told her the price and asked if she was alone, and when XXXXXX said "yes," she was told she needed to be with a man to enter the club, the suit alleges.
XXXXXX asked the man if he was joking, and he responded, "it is policy," the suit alleges. The man, who told XXXXXX he was the manager, said the club had past issues of "women entering the club and causing problems".
Though XXXXXX "reassured the man that she was not a problem, that she was a lesbian who wanted to spend money and have a good time," she was still not allowed in, the suit states.
She then tried to contact the club for two weeks about the policy but club management "could not be bothered".
XXXXXX filed discrimination complaints with the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing before suing the club.
The manager of Paradise Showgirls declined to comment for this story. An attorney for XXXXXX could not be reached for comment.

H.Seriously you can't beat Denby Dung. What makes her hotter, is that if you ever get the pleasure of meeting her, she gives this distinct impression that you have a shot at nailing her, or maybe that is YMMV or just me haha. She has this smell underneath the perfume. I call it the stripper smell. Kinda general but whatever. Some chicks can wear all the perfume they want and they still don't get 'that' smell. Pro Strippers who are really on top of their game they have it. Denby has it. You can smell her pussy from 6 to 8 feet away. Give me 5 minutes of eating that sweetness and I can die a happy man!

Bad news for DATY lovers.
Also, I swear I saw Diane Ako on the KGMB morning news this morning (Tuesday). First I've seen her since that TV station merger a couple years ago..Diane Ako returned to tv after the shapely Olena Rubin left for a business opportunity.

Seriously you can't beat Denby Dung. Thanks, what station is she on?
I was hoping for Steph Lum but had some M- Lincoln: no deals. Pass.
No deals on Sterling. Pass too.

An admitted high-priced escort is facing murder charges after a man she was with on a yacht died.
Alix XXXXXXXXX, 26, of Folsom, Calif. , was arrested by undercover officers in Santa Cruz on Friday in connection with the death of 51-year-old Forest XXXXX.
Santa Cruz police said XXXXXXXXX met XXXXX at a docked yacht the night of Nov. 23,2013. XXXXXXXXX is suspected of injecting XXXXX with heroin and leaving after he passed out and died. She was identified as a suspect when police learned she had an ongoing prostitution relationship with the victim.
Detectives said XXXXXXXXX met many of her clients on the website SeekingArrangement, where "sugar babies" can find their "sugar daddies" and vice versa.
During interviews with investigators, XXXXXXXXX boasted about having more than 200 client relationships.
Police obtained surveillance video from the yacht that shows the suspect leaving the scene the night of the crime.
"She was so callous in gathering her things, she was literally stepping over the body and at one point, stepped over the body to grab a glass of wine and finish the glass of wine in the process of this, all the while the victim is dying at her feet," Santa Cruz Police Deputy Chief Steve Clark said.
"She showed no regard for the victim, she showed no attempt to even try to render aid or get aid there to assist him".
Detectives tracked down XXXXXXXXX online, but they feared she was going to leave the state. So they lured her back to Santa Cruz by posing as a potential client. Undercover officers met her at an upscale location in Santa Cruz and arrested her.
XXXXXXXXX faces second-degree murder charges, but she is also being investigated for a similar homicide that happened out of state.

Although the above-quoted news article said that the escort was facing a charge of murder for the death of her client, after posting it I noticed more recent news articles reporting that she's been charged with manslaughter. It appears that the charged manslaughter offense was completely captured on a surveillance video:
Santa Cruz Deputy Police Chief Steve Clark gives the following account from the video:
XXXXXXXXX (the prostitute) prepares the heroin to a liquid and injects it into XXXXX's (the client's) arm. Shortly after, XXXXX clutches his chest, near his heart. XXXXXXXXX tries to prop him up, but he then loses consciousness.
XXXXXXXXX then starts picking up her belongings, including the needle, and cleans up a counter while stepping over XXXXX several times. During that time, XXXXXXXXX calmly drinks a glass of wine and surveys the scene.
XXXXXXXXX then goes outside the cabin of the boat on the dock, looks back inside, then pulls down a window blind, closes a door and leaves.
"Never does she call 911 or call out to others in nearby boats for help. She never tries to administer any aid to him," Clark said. "She is more concerned about getting herself out and concealing evidence than helping Mr. XXXXX".
Clark said that investigators learned that XXXXXXXXX later did online searches "on how to defend herself after giving a lethal dose of heroin".This case made me think about what downtown street providers might do if I had a heart attack or some other medical crisis and became unconscious during a date. Although I think that some of them would be responsible and try to obtain help, I bet there are others who would just take all the money out of my wallet and leave.

On page A12 of yesterday's Star-Advertiser (July 16), under the big headline "Rethinking RIMPAC in Hawaii" at the top of the page, there's an article that attempts to link RIMPAC to "a lingering back issue that needs attention: human trafficking and sexual slavery". The article claims that "events such as RIMPAC" are connected to "the worst of those who exploit vulnerable XXXXXXXX (word deleted) through sexual slavery and human trafficking". Yet, when that article is carefully examined, it fails to present even a shred of real evidence that RIMPAC is causing "sexual slavery and human trafficking" in Hawaii, especially the kind that involves XXXXXXXX (word deleted). Of course, reliance on vague generalities and unsupported assumptions is typical of articles on that emotional and dramatic topic. Probably helps to sell newspapers, though.

Amen brother. Most of these human trafficking sex slave stories are made up including the UN reports on human trafficking. The devil is in the details if you read either the way they define it or the way they measure it. The latest big one I heard about in Hawaii other than RIMPAC was a crazy story on Fusion (http://fusion.net/pimpcity) which claims Hawaii is the 6th largest destination for slaves. I'm sorry but given how small this state is and a population on par with it's size, doesn't even pass the sniff test enough to get to the metrics.

(After the police returned to the police station, they probably passed around the "nearly nude" photos of the dancers while the officers were giggling like naughty little schoolboys. In my opinion, merely because women are lawfully employed in a strip club shouldn't enable the police to take involuntary risque photos of the women for free and when the women are being detained against their will.)
Strip Club Dancers File Lawsuit Against City, SDPD Chief.
Nearly 30 dancers who work at two San Diego-based strip clubs are filing a lawsuit against the city and the chief of the San Diego Police Department, claiming officers held them against their will and took inappropriate photos of them.
Exotic dancers at "Cheetahs Gentlemen's Club" and "Expose" claim their Fourth Amendment rights were violated when officers visited the clubs on March 6 for a routine inspection.
During the inspection, officers checked the dancers' licenses, but after that, the women claim the visit went too far.
Attorney Dan Gilleon, who is representing the women and Cheetahs, said the dancers were held against their will by SDPD officers without a warrant and without probable cause. They were then forced to take nearly nude photos so officers could document the women's tattoos.
Gilleon said the inspection was legal, the checking of IDs was legal, but the holding of the dancers and the revealing photographs violated the women's Fourth Amendment rights as well as an anti-paparazzi law.
He said photos are not normally part of a routine police inspection at a strip club and are only allowed to be taken if officers are investigating a crime scene.
"They crossed the line, and that was the Fourth Amendment line. They crossed it, went in there and held them against their will and forced them to pose for photographs," said Gilleon.
Cheetahs dancer Brittany XXXXX said she felt "uncomfortable" during the unexpected police photo session.
"I was wearing a sheer one-piece type thing and yeah, the flashes were going and they could definitely see stuff, so that's kind of uncomfortable. I mean, I am a stripper but," said XXXXX. "I don't understand why we were taking naked photos when the pictures are our faces on our license. I don't really get that".
XXXXX said she and fellow dancers were left shocked by the incident.
"A lot of the girls, well not like a lot, but some of the girls have emotional disorders and stuff and I was like very weird about coming back here because I felt very violated," she added.
The lawsuit specifically holds SDPD Chief Shelley Zimmerman accountable for how the officers allegedly acted during the inspections.
Gilleon said the City of San Diego has sent Cheetahs a letter to revoke its license on the basis that it allegedly violated the rules for an adult entertainment business.
However, Gilleon argues he has not seen any evidence of this and believes it's "retaliation" for the women filing a civil rights claim against the police department back in March.
The attorney claims this is just another example of wrongdoing by the police department, which has been plagued with scandals this year despite the appointment of a new chief.
"This is more of the same here with the San Diego Police Department," he added.
Through the lawsuit, Gilleon is hoping to bring change to the municipal code tied to these types of inspections, as he believes it's been abused by officers because they are interpreting and enforcing it however they want.
Back in late March and early April, SDPD officials said the department didn't do anything inappropriate.
Officers are mandated to conduct inspections and check permits at adult entertainment businesses and officials said documenting tattoos is a critical way to verify a person's identity. They said dancers often change their appearances, so tattoos are an important identifying characteristic.
NBC 7 reached out to the SDPD and San Diego City Attorney's Office for comment on the lawsuit Wednesday.
An SDPD spokesperson released the following statement Wednesday afternoon:
"The San Diego Police Department is required by the San Diego Municipal Code to inspect police regulated businesses. Nude establishments are one of many police regulated industries for which SDPD regularly conducts inspections. These inspections occur on a consistent basis throughout the year to ensure that all clubs and dancers are following the law.
The SDPD is currently conducting an internal investigation into allegations related to recent enforcement at Cheetahs Adult Nightclub. As is standard protocol, we will not comment on this ongoing internal investigation.
The SDPD is aware of a civil lawsuit being filed against the police department related to enforcement actions at Cheetahs. The City Attorney's Office is defending the actions of the SDPD against these allegations and would be the appropriate entity to consider comments related to their investigation".
The city attorney's office said it would not comment on the cases.

We are suffering from a terrible drought. I remember when Eros had 20 to 30 providers of quality. Now about 6 to 8 is a lot! What happened? This forum happened. There's also BP and Redbook, before it closed.
Escorts have weighed the cost versus benefit and decided that BP is cheaper and easier to use than Eros. They can edit their ads more easily and don't have the chronic delays I've heard so many escorts complain about.
This forum also provides a place where escorts can interact with their clients in real time and they don't have to deal with erotic review's nonsense.
(Although he quit the force a few months ago, he was a police officer during the hostess bar extortion conspiracy and the stolen motor vehicle fraud. Thank goodness for the federal anti-corruption prosecutors, who are at least trying to throw out some of the rotten apples.)
Former Honolulu officer pleads guilty to extorting hostess bar.
A former Honolulu Police Department officer pleaded guilty Wednesday to trying to extort the owners of a Honolulu hostess bar.
Roddy XXXXXXXXX, 38, pleaded guilty in federal court in Honolulu to one count of conspiracy to interfere with commerce by threats and violence.
XXXXXXXXX admitted to trying to extort $15,000 from the business owners from June to October of last year in exchange for protection from a kidnapping and robbery plot.
He said the hostess bar owners approached him about a threat, and he told them they could hire Jeremy XXXXXXX, who could provide security.
"I encouraged them to hire Jeremy rather than go to police," he told United States District Judge Derrick Watson.
Assistant United States Attorney Kenneth Sorenson said XXXXXXXXX tried to profit from a legitimate threat and fanned the flames by telling the bar owners that the criminals "want all your stuff, from what I heard".
He told the owners that the police would be ineffective and could only assist after something bad had occurred.
Sorenson said XXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXX's accomplice, bought a disposable phone to send threatening text messages to one of the bar owners to further intimidate them in the hopes of getting paid.
A court document filed in June also charged XXXXXXXXX with replacing the vehicle identification numbers on stolen vehicles with identification numbers from junked or salvaged vehicles to sell the stolen vehicles from August 2011 to October.
Under the plea agreement, government attorneys agreed to dismiss the vehicle fraud charge against XXXXXXXXX.
XXXXXXXXX faces up to 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and three years of supervised release when he is sentenced Nov. 5. He was released on $50,000 bond.
His attorney declined to comment after the hearing, but XXXXXXXXX told the judge that he was taking Lorazepam for anxiety and seeing a psychiatrist for depression and anxiety.
XXXXXXXXX resigned from the police department on April 9. HPD said he was an officer with the department's Traffic Division and had nine years of service.
The police department had no comment Wednesday.
XXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXX's co-defendant, is scheduled to plead guilty Thursday.

Company CEO arrested on prostitution charge
Careful out there everyone. An update on page B2 of yesterday's Star-Advertiser reports that he's now "stepped down" from his position as Chairman and CEO. Yet, the alleged offense is merely "a petty misdemeanor". Another example of the stigma that can irrationally result from simply trying to pay a consenting adult for sexual services.
Anybody know what happened to Kanoe Gibson? I thought she was out on maturnaty but looks like khon replaced her with Kelly Semrek?

And give himself bonuses and perks. Maybe him "stepping down" would open a better career for him.
Sure looks like she been replaced. I would add for all who swear their AMP pro is 22 years old, take a good look at Kelly and Rachel, and then decide if your pro looks as young. Very few will past that comparison today. The Honey with that pimp bf was 20 something, and so was Yuri. None of the Empire pros were in their 20's.

In the relatively recent Time magazine dated July 31, there's a long and informative article that might be of interest to some older mongers: "Manopause?! Aging, Insecurity and the $2 Billion Testosterone Industry". Personally, I don't use supplemental testosterone, and after reading that article and other materials, I don't think that I will.
With his administrative and executive experience, maybe he could start his own escort service and website.
And give himself bonuses and perks. Maybe him "stepping down" would open a better career for him.Although that might seem like a potentially good idea, doing that could expose him to prosecution for a felony crime of promoting prostitution. So in my opinion, it would probably be better for him to just resolve his current "petty misdemeanor" case, keep a low profile, and let all of this fade into the past.

He could have gotten laid at an AMP, with little chance of getting busted. But no he had to try an escort that turns out to be a cop. No sympathy for him.

This big shot did not exercise discretion. He could have gotten laid at an AMP, with little chance of getting busted. But no he had to try an escort that turns out to be a cop. No sympathy for him.Well, I have a different perspective on sympathy. First, in my opinion the government shouldn't be criminalizing the purchase or sale of sexual services between consenting adults. So I do have sympathy that a fellow monger was arrested, and may be criminally convicted, for allegedly offering to engage in a commercial transaction that shouldn't even be a crime. Second, a claim that this monger doesn't deserve any sympathy because he could have visited an AMP could be applied to the many members of this forum who sometimes seek consenting adult escorts or consenting adult streetwalkers. In my view, as long as a man wants sexual activity with a consenting adult, whether he uses an AMP provider, an advertising escort or a streetwalker shouldn't make a difference.
Three women are accused of stealing two Rolex watches from a pair of male tourists by hiding the timepieces in two of the suspects' sex organs.
The alleged robberies took place Aug. 17 at the Encore Hotel in Las Vegas. Two of the suspects, Charmella XXXXXX and Bryanna XXXXXX met one of the victims at a hotel bar.
After some conversation, the group returned to a hotel room that the man was sharing with his friend. The group was soon joined by another suspect, Trinity XXXXXXX. The man's friend arrived a short time later.
The victims and suspects then started to have sex, according to the police report. Sometime during the sex, the victims were persuaded to remove their Rolex watches, one valued at $12,000 and the other worth around $4,000.
A short time later, the victims realized their watches were missing.
One of the men chased the suspects down the hall, but backed off when XXXXXX activated a stun gun near the elevator.
According to the police report, surveillance video shows two of the women hiking up their dresses inside the elevator and inserting foreign objects into their vaginal areas.
Meanwhile, the victims notified security and the women were arrested by Las Vegas Police at the taxi pick-up area of the Encore.
While the women were detained at the hotel, officers recovered a stun gun and one of the watches. XXXXXXX later produced a watch from her sex organ during a strip search at Clark County Detention Center.
The three women were booked on counts of burglary, conspiracy to commit grand larceny and conspiracy to commit robbery. They are due in court Sept. 3.
Trinity XXXXXXX seemed surprised to be behind bars, according to a jailhouse interview she gave to KNTV.
"I thought when stuff like this happens it's just like a personal thing. I didn't think police would get involved and I could go to jail," she said.
This is actually the second vagina smuggling case reported in Las Vegas this year.
In January, Las Vegas masseuse Christina XXXXXX was accused of snatching a customer's $35,000 Rolex at the Wynn Las Vegas and concealing it in her vagina.

Not sure if I would want my watch back. Don't know if I could ever get the smell out! Rofl.

Shitbag Cop Abuses Chinese-American Woman During Prostitution Investigation
Fortunately, in this case the bigot cop's own repulsive statements were preserved on the audio / video recording.Recently saw a news update on this lawsuit. The City of Chicago will be settling the case for $150,000. Here's the key to the settlement, in my opinion: "The video shows officers searching for the surveillance tape. They were unable to retrieve it, because it was recorded offsite". If the trashy vice cops had been able to erase, destroy or "lose" the audio-visual recording, they could have just blatantly lied in court. However, the offsite audio-visual recording made by the business was irrefutable evidence of the truth.

If their brothers in arms do not discipline those rogue cops, then they have no one else to blame but themselves when victims have enough abuse and start to target ALL men in blue as dirty.
When the stink garbage is not taken out, all those in the room eventually start smelling like the same. I got friends who are cops and I know they are not dirty, but the general public may not know any cops and will think all are dirty.
Below is a long article on "sugar daddy" relationships. Although it tends to soft-pedal the frequency of explicit sex-for-cash exchanges that are similar to prostitution, my intuition tells me that those quite often exist, LOL.
Serena XXXXXXXXX has been struggling to earn her bachelor's degree for seven years.
With tuition for two courses at her California university demanding $2,300, it's not the workload that has her putting off the final class she needs to graduate in May.
Money is tight.
The 25-year-old has worked as a maid and retail clerk to make ends meet, but she says that dating the men she encounters on Sugardaddie.com has proved to be a more lucrative endeavor.
"I've had a hard time finding jobs and keeping jobs," she said. "I thought this would be a good way for me to have a relationship with someone and also make it, as these sites all say, mutually beneficial".
XXXXXXXXX is just one of many students who've sought out sugar daddies online in a time of need. Dating site SeekingArrangement.com, which connects wealthy men with women looking for financial support, reports that female college students made up 44% of the site's total users in 2012. With tuition on the rise, that number will likely continue to climb.
While some may compare the practice to prostitution or question the morality of trading money and gifts for affection, the people who use these sites contend that they're merely a conduit for both parties getting what they want.
What's the draw?
Men who engage in such relationships, many of whom are older and married, enjoy taking care of young women and assuming a mentor role in their lives, said Steven Pasternack, who launched Sugardaddie.com in 2002.
"You have some guys who like to spoil and pamper their women by taking them out to nice dinners, buying them gifts. Some maybe help with the utility bills or take them on trips," Pasternack added. "And there are other guys that will have an ongoing relationship in which they'll say, 'OK, I'll give you an allowance and you can put this toward whatever your needs are' ".
The average monthly "allowance" sugar daddies on the site said they shell out is $3,000, according to SeekingArrangement.com.
So what do these "sugar daddies" get in return for all their generosity? Surprisingly, sex isn't a given. It's obviously on the table, says XXXXXXXXX, but there are other motivations.
"Some of them just wanted to go out to eat," she said. "Some of them just wanted someone to talk to. Some of them just said outright, 'Can we (have sex) for this amount of money?' And I've said no".
But she admits that sex ups the ante. If a sugar baby consents to an intimate relationship, she's likely to get more gifts out of her benefactor.
"If you look at the language of various state statutes, the terms of many of the relationships fall under the definition of prostitution," said New Jersey attorney Alex Miller, who has studied "sugar dating".
Authorities shy away from prosecuting sugar websites and their users because the relationships can mirror a typical romance, Miller said. Plus, users are savvy enough not to broadcast online whether they're trading sex for cash.
Sex isn't the only motivator for sugar daddies, according to Brandon Wade, the founder and CEO of SeekingArrangement.com. Some also want to help a struggling young woman.
Wade, 42 (who met his wife, 27, on the site) said most of the men on the site begin communication with potential sugar babies by asking them why they're looking for a sugar daddy.
He's found that women who say they need money to pay for school get asked out more often than those who admit they want cash for breast implants, for instance.
While most of the sugar daddies XXXXXXXXX has met through the website prefer to arrange a per-date per diem, one married man wrote her a check for $1,600 to go toward her tuition and rent after their month-long courtship.
She said she prefers dating married men because they tend to be more paternal and offer a steadier source of income than single men.
Is it prostitution by another name?
SeekingArrangement.com's Wade said the men who subscribe to his site are discouraged from offering money on a per-date basis to avoid operating like an escort service.
By crosschecking users' photos with those on Craigslist.com and Backpage.com, as well as monitoring conversations between members, Wade says he is able to weed out the escorts posting on his site.
Atlanta-based criminal defense attorney Bernard Brody said there's no crime in paying someone solely for his or her companionship.
"The crime is when you pay someone to engage in sexual conduct," he added.
Kimberly XXXXXX, who attends college in the South, says she had one suitor pay her $500 to have lunch with him. She said she doesn't consider herself a prostitute because she doesn't have sex with most of the men she meets through the site.
The 23-year-old started engaging in relationships with older, wealthy men after moving away from home at 18. An older colleague saw she was having trouble supporting herself, so he started inviting her on golf trips with his friends and buying her gifts.
The man told her, "You're only going to be young and hot for so long. Take advantage of it while you can".
XXXXXX got used to the perks. She said sugar daddies have offered her cars, vacations and apartments, but she prefers cash.
Why go the sugar route?
Atlanta-based licensed mental health therapist Harrison Davis said sugar relationships are all about power and youth.
On one hand, he said, these relationships remind the men of a more carefree time in their own lives. On the other hand, there's a great sense of control.
"They can take things away and limit the amount of money they're going to spend on the young lady. They can steer (the relationship) into any direction they want to".
Though XXXXXX says she's not ashamed of her unconventional part-time job, she doesn't make a habit of telling everyone about it.
When her mother asks how she can afford to not work, she says her ex-boyfriend helps her pay her credit card bills, which some people might consider a sugar relationship in its own right.
XXXXXXXXX, on the other hand, said her relationship with a family member suffered after she opened up about her experience dating sugar daddies: "He said, 'You're selling your body online' ".
Despite XXXXXXXXX's qualms about accepting money in exchange for her companionship, she has no plans to deactivate her account anytime soon.
She said she doesn't have parents who can help her pay for school, so she relies on the kindness of wealthy men out of desperation.
Without the extra income, XXXXXXXXX said she'd be back at the homeless shelter she lived in for three months in 2009.
"In my heart of hearts, I don't really like the situation," XXXXXXXXX said. "Right now it's a survival mechanism".
Pasternack said the relationship between a sugar baby and sugar daddy is all about perspective.
"I helped my wife get through school, I pay for the bills, take her on trips, buy her nice gifts," he said. "I guess you could say a lot of married guys are sugar daddies without them realizing it. I think you can say basically any guy who wants to impress a woman is a sugar daddy".

Anybody catch her on the debate last night? Her Korean blood kicked in, and she did her best bar girl impersonation. She had her war paint on, and her dress was way too short to be professional. I guess she's happy that she lost a lot of weight after her 2nd kid. She looks better without the heavy bongo, and I'd tap her any day.

She looks better without the heavy bongo, and I'd tap her any day.Actually, IMHO the loss of weight doesn't make her more attractive. More accurately, she doesn't fill out clothes for feminine curves. Recently I was having breakfast at New Eagle Cafe and on the way back from the restroom I noticed that she was sitting in a booth along the aisle of my booth and was wearing a similar red, low cut top that was loose, so I surreptitiously glanced down as I passed. The top was loose enough that I could see that she is so flat that her bra creates no cleavage and I could practically see straight down to her waist! Flat as a pancake. You spinner lovers are getting pre-cum already, but I like my women with stuff to play with. LOL.

Fortunately, I have a cheap old Timex that doesn't attract attention. Like me, it takes a licking and just keeps on ticking, LOL.)
Woman steals tourist's $25 K Rolex, hides it inside her vagina.
A 25-year-old woman snatched an Australian tourist's $25,000 Rolex and hid it in her vagina after an early morning hookup in a Manhattan hotel room, officials said.
On Oct. 19, Brenton XXXXX was getting a massage from Shacarye XXXX in his room at the Holiday Inn in Chelsea about 5:30 am, after meeting her at a bar, police said.
"I just innocently picked up a girl at a bar and got robbed," XXXXX said when reached in California. "I was a tourist. I met someone and got robbed. I helped catch the criminal".
A source said Shacarye XXXX also had priors in other states, including a prostitution arrest in Las Vegas.
XXXXX put his Yacht-Master II Rolex on the nightstand at the hotel after XXXX complained it was scratching her, police sources said.
When he noticed the Rolex was missing about 10 minutes later, XXXX suggested that it might have fallen behind the nightstand, cops said.
As XXXXX searched, XXXX tried to hightail it out of the hotel, but the Aussie caught up with her in the lobby.
She smacked him repeatedly in the face, "causing him to suffer swelling and bruising," according to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.
A female cop told prosecutors she saw XXXX take the Rolex "out of her vaginal cavity and hand it to me," the criminal complaint states.
XXXX, of Georgia, is charged with robbery and grand larceny. She was held on a $10,000 bond at Rikers Island, records show. Her next court appearance is set for Oct. 24.
Her lawyer, David Epstein, said cops "bullied" her to hand over the pricey timepiece.
"It should shock the conscience of any right-thinking New Yorker to learn that a young lady visiting from out of town was bullied by authorities to retrieve an object from the most intimate part of her body," he said.
A source said cops took her to the hospital and threatened to have it removed.
XXXX was also charged this week in a Sept. 23 incident during which she went into a Midtown hotel room with a 25-year-old man from Switzerland at about 2 am, then allegedly stole his credit cards while he was sleeping, prosecutors said. She took $400 from the man's bank account using his PIN, according to court records.
Even though her legs are top tier level gams, she's always had a spare tire around her waist. Maybe it's simply expanding? ...or, maybe she is hapai.Couple days ago Grace was showing off that she actually has boobs. Low cut dress with a little bit of cleavage. Can't say it's more than a handful though. Speaking of which, I met Rachel Pacarro at an event that I won't identify so as not to reveal my identity (HEHE), and she has got the perfect portagee ass. Big and firm. Boobs aren't so bad either. And cute cute cute. Just rambling.

She looks like she wouldn't put up with any shit from any of us. LOL.If they opened up a MP with the females on the KITV news, I'd go. They would have the MILF talent with Ann Sterling and Lara Yamada, the young local talent with Moani Nabarro, Brandy Higa and the one who anchors weekend mornings, and Yunji, with the big natural rack. Top to bottom, it's the best lineup on any of the channels.

KGMB has a good lineup, too. Jen Robbins, Steph Lum, Mileka Lincoln, Lynn Kawano, Tannya and Grace Lee.
As in Sweden, Canada puts the own-is on the John vs the provider. It is the purchaser of sex who is breaking the law and not the provider. Be aware if traveling to Canada.
Canada's controversial prostitution bill, see-36, also known as the Protection of Community and Endangered Persons Act, was signed into law last week. The law legalizes the sale of sex, but many other aspects of the prostitution trade, including "communicating for the sale of sexual services"—that is, interactions between prostitutes, johns, and pimps—remain illegal.
The purchase of sex also continues to be illegal. Canada's new law is fashioned after the so-called "Nordic model" of prostitution first adopted by Sweden in 1999, in which prostitution itself is not illegal, but paying for sex is. The model is meant to eliminate prostitution without subjecting prostitutes—whom the law's authors say are often victims of sex trafficking—to legal penalty.
Lucky you live Hawaii.

Recently I was reading a news report about the frumpy ex-wife (photo below) of a rich oilman in Oklahoma. The divorce court ordered him to pay her $995,000,000. That's over $38,000,000 per year for each and every year he was married to her, which is millions of dollars more than the annual salary of any superstar in the NBA, NFL and MLB.
Yet, the ex-wife's lawyer says that the ex-wife is "disappointed" with that award of almost one billion dollars, and that the ex-wife will be appealing to a higher court to try to get even more money.
A key to the case is that the guy didn't use any "prenup" (prenuptial agreement) before getting married. As the lyrics of the famous song "Gold Digger" warn: "If you ain't no punk, holla we want prenup. WE WANT PRENUP! Yeah, it's something that you need to have".
Jenn Boneza & Merlinda Garma.
Wouldn't mind tapping those two.
Here's the adorable Melissa (expandable photos below), who's a "Hottie of the Week" for Honolulu Street Pulse.
In her bio, she says: "I prefer old, overweight men. They're so sexy".
So maybe I have a chance with her!
Okay, okay, she didn't really say that, LOL.
Anyway, guys, enjoy the "eye candy".
That kid looks malnourished.
