FEMA: Ige, Miyagi Wrong About 38 Minute Delay.

Governor Ige and HIEMA administrator Vern Miyagi say they had to obtain permission from FEMA. FEMA says that's not true.

http://hawaiifreepress.com/ArticlesMain/tabid/56/ID/20931/FEMA-Ige-Miyagi-Wrong-About-38-Minute-Delay.aspxIge also lied about notifying all TV stations within 20 minutes.

Everyone is pointing fingers, everyone is placing blame for 1/13 Missile Alert message on television and mobile devices. There are lessons to be learned about. Are people aware of what to do if there is a nuclear attack. Do people know about nukemap, the severity of the impact area and surrounding areas also consideration of wind. As for HIEMA is there information that can be broadcast on what to do as an event like this happens.

Just because "experts" say NK has the capacity of reaching hawaii, does it really mean it's a target for Kim Jong-un. Personally I fear the USA with weapons of mass distruction they have including the amount of nuclear arsonal at Pearl Harbor than North Korea.

What did I do when my phone got the message and the message came up on my tv monitor? I closed all the windows in my condo, went to the bathroom, started to put water in my bathtub and used my computer to search for an all clear. In my area the sirens didn't go off and my thought of NK aiming a bomb to Hawaii that this was not a true message. I found the answer at about 8:16,9 minutes after the message came out. After look at why, my attention grew to what to do if a hydrogen bomb it's the island of Oahu, what would the impact be for the direct hit then the radius beyond the impact zone. I asked myself why the fear and anger then realized I did not know what to do and started research about everything possible.

What did you do moments after the message came out.

Hanabusa used to be the mouth piece for that corrupt $10 billion and counting Rail, getting compensated more than $100,000 from Rail, who knows maybe she got some sweetheart deal in purchasing land next to the more than two dozen Rail stations that will benefit herself? She is just as corrupt and incompetent as Ige, another Japanese counter part who knows how to massage the political system! She plays the self-pity game of being victim of racist polices, yet screwed over the Hawaiians in Waiane when she was a senator.

Time to get a white person for governor, the locals are too ingrained in a corrupt system of back scratching and coverups. As for me, I don't care what color they are as long as its not Hanbusa or Ige or any other politicians. They are all corrupt over time. Need somebody new, someone out of no where to help take this State out of the hole. Need someone who has no ties to anybody an unknown would be nice. LBut that is only wishful thinking.

Need someone to DRAIN the swamp. And make the parlors and relaxation places legal for us mongers.

In the words of the late senator who gave it all and made pork barrel work for Hawaii, "what a liar".

Inouye wasn't perfect, but he did bring in hundreds of millions to Hawaii. Even governor Abercrombie said it best, calling out the incompetent liar we have in office.

Agree, we need an outsider to flush the shit out of the good ol boy set up.

Ige also lied about notifying all TV stations within 20 minutes.

Yeah, if you were at the AMP and some missile is about to hit, better to go out with a bang and die happy! As for that person who pushed that button twice and caused so much panic, I won't go easy on him / her because one father who had to choose between two of his daughters on the mainland, not knowing if he'll ever see them again, decided to talk to his 10 year old daughter for the "final" time before suffering a massive heart attack! Such panic is unnecessary and someone should be sued big time!If their in house investigation proves negligence, does anyone think that those in public who was affected negatively by the False Alarm can have a chance at some form of restitution? Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) should hopefully allow access to the final investigation report sans any classified information. Lataz. O.

What did you do moments after the message came out.I finished my breakfast and scoffed. Muttered some curse words, went AMP after. Left happily firing off my missile. During the deed, (38 minutes) even more so I started swearing because I knew that text was false.

What I did feel bad for, was the high school girls I seen running from Ala Moana beach park into the mall. They were terrified and crying. I have no remorse for the button pusher either. Fired should be the minimum that happens to him. Children old enough to understand what was going on suffered the most. I hope all your guy's keiki was ok. Truly a tramatic experience.

Because no threats and more lies.FEMA said we don't give instruction out, your State can function without our help

What did you do moments after the message came out.I slept through the whole thing. But, had I been awake, I don't think I would have been worried for four reasons: 1) There were no warning sirens; 2) It's unlikely that N. Korea has yet developed a capability to accurately strike a target with a ballistic missile; 3) I don't think the political/military climate between the USA and N. Korea has reached such a volatile state that would prompt Kim Jong Un to launch an attack; 4) I don't think Kim Jong Un would be that stupid.

What did you do moments after the message came out. What sucked was my s / o and I were just starting to get it on. I ate her out, she came and then it was my turn. She started a sloppy BJ for a few minutes, then the alert went off. I thought it was a flash flood warning or an earthquake somewhere. She had to stop and look at her phone. Said a missile was coming. I jokingly said, yes, a BIG missile is cumming soon. She didn't think it was funny and started freaking out. I was still thinking about sex and not the possibility of losing my life. I guess I know where my priorities are.

Absolute power, anything he wants (including women), and an ability to make the world pay attention to him. So the thinking is that he is not stupid enough to give all of that up. So South Koreans just go on with everyday life without a second thought. It's people in the US that are far more panicked.

If there was a nuclear missile attack, I don't think anyone would survive a direct blast (shockwave, extreme heat, air so hot that lungs would be seared, radiation) unless in a specially built shelter. More than likely blast survivability would depend on which side of the island. I think the more likely challenge is surviving the radiation fallout for those surviving the blast. Doesn't make sense trying to survive a blast if not prepared for the fallout. Which would include having NBR gas masks for everyone in the household, NBR filters, potassium iodide tablets, radiation exposure detectors and geiger counter. All available on Amazon but I haven't gone survivalist mode myself. Yet. LOL.

Just a thought though, If we were to be hit by a nuke and it does miss the island and hit off shore. Do you think that the blast would be enough to cause a tsunami? Most people think that a nuclear device will be detonated on the ground. If you research it, an airburst detonation causes maximum blast damage. The latest North Korean missile test broke up around an altitude of 1 km. And something known as a double shockwave also happens when the blast reflects off the ground. Most homes here are of lighter construction (compared to mainland) and don't have a basement. Even a concrete condo is full of windows. Found this website that shows damage radius. https://nuclearsecrecy.com/nukemap/.

With all of the talk related to our recent icbm warning mishap, I have to ask, what makes everyone so confident that if it had been real, it would have been from NK? After all, theres still a bunch of nukes unaccounted for from the collapse of USSR. Who knows whose hands those ended up in. I agree that Kim has little to gain by attacking, but he's not the only nut in the dish.

Obviously easy to get illegal people on island, so something as small as a crude tactical nuke is no problem. Really not a rogue nation to posses ICBM capability. I'm not concerned of North Korean capabilities either.

Roni.I don't know if you guys use imgur but they literally had pictures up on the Hawaii alert system. The design is very very very basic HTML and if I'm remembering correctly it does not come with a "ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO DO THIS?" if you click something. That's right. An alert system to send out a nuclear attack alert message does not have a confirmation sequence after you click the alert. Now I'm not saying that firing the guy who clicked it is extreme in any means but basically some dude fat fingered with his mouse and sent out an alert. Is it really his fault if the program was designed like it was supposed to run on WINDOWS 95? We've come a long way in how websites are developed and especially web security. Some people are saying the pictures are fake but I believe that's just locals trying to save face. We all know somethings are done ass backwards here.

Submarines with nuclear weapons.Pearl Harbor has nuclear powered submarines but none with nuclear weapons. Fast Attacks (SSNs) which is all Pearl has, currently have no nuclear options. TLAM-Ns (nuclear Tomahawks) were all destroyed as a part of the start Treaty 8 years ago. Even then TLAM-and had been out of the fleet in storage for a long time. Hawaii in general has no nuclear options, tactical or strategic, on hand. There are no nuclear capable magazine activities currently any where in Hawaii. The closest is Guam, where NAVMAG Guam and Andersen AFB both have nuclear storage.

Don't you agree. Legalize and there will be more competition and better prices. Regarding the issue of prices, I think it would depend upon how prostitution were to be "legalized" in Hawaii (which I don't think will happen anyway).

Even if prostitution were "legalized" in Big-Government Hawaii, the most likely form of "legalization" would strictly limit prostitution to government-selected and government-approved businesses that are subject to all sorts of meddling government rules, regulations and inspections, government-mandated fees, and probably higher taxation than "respectable" businesses. Pursuant to that very restrictive big-government model of legalization, prices for "legalized" prostitution would likely rise.

By contrast, what's really needed is libertarian-style legalization that simply repeals the laws that currently make buying and selling of sexual services between consenting adults illegal. Keep government interference and government bureaucrats out of it, in favor of free-market economics and freedom of choice by consenting adults. Then average prices would almost certainly decrease.

Miyagi and the entire staff should already been fired, but governor Ige has no balls and will pay the price of his incompetence and be replaced most likely with another political crony, Hanabusa, so business as usual while Miyagi stays on collecting his big military pension and of course at least another 6 figure State job in that same unit that pushed the button causing panic throughout Hawaii.

The double whammy on Ige, is that this is an election year and the first big shots were fired today by Tupola.Tupola had been making a lot of noise, even before this whole missile warning thing. Maybe that's what this city needs, someone who isn't afraid to speak her mind and call bullshit when it needs to be called out. I'm not sure agree with equal funding for charter schools though. Don't they receive private money? On that note, I think they are focusing on the wrong thing regarding charter schools. If your numbers at public schools are declining and the numbers at charter and private schools rising, isn't that telling you that their is a serious problem with you public education system? When parents, who are supposed to be already strapped for cash are willing to spend money to send their kids to these school, something is likely wrong with the public schools. But instead, people want for funding for charter schools because their numbers are increasing and running out of space.

This is a good example about talking about the issues not the people. Obviously these are some left leaning opinions but he's not saying "Republitards are evil because they want to send their kids to private schools and fuck poor people." He's talking about the issue. If some right leaning brother countered with his argument for charter schools without calling the OP some "leftist libertard who wants to steal my money to educate his kids because all he wants is a handout" but instead made his argument about charter schools based on the merit of charter schools then THEY would be talking about the ISSUES and that's the difference.

Pursuant to that very restrictive big-government model of legalization, prices for "legalized" prostitution would likely rise.Right. People who talk about legalization should take a close look at Nevada. You will not be getting BB-anything at a state-sanctioned brothel.

Keep in mind the state gov't decided that it would grant two licenses, that encompass production and retailing of MMJ, per island. The state decides who the winners and losers in this industry are going to be. I'd say it's a license to print money, but my friends who smoke tell me that the price in dispensaries are about 2 x what the price is on the street, so in the end it's another example of how the state snatches defeat from the jaws of what could be a profitable new industry.

By contrast, what's really needed is libertarian-style legalization that simply repeals the laws that currently make buying and selling of sexual services between consenting adults illegal. Keep government interference and government bureaucrats out of it, in favor of free-market economics and freedom of choice by consenting adults. Then average prices would almost certainly decrease.Yep. Decriminalization, not legalization.

Regarding the issue of prices, I think it would depend upon how prostitution were to be "legalized" in Hawaii (which I don't think will happen anyway).

Red, it will be great to legalize it here, Reiden can be the commissioner and I'll be the bag man LOL, E 1 can head the licensing

department, and Redneck you handle the Greek department.

But it won't happen like Red stated government interference, bureaucrats, churches, unions, schools, etc. Etc. Etc.

Legalizing gambling and lottery be good too, awhile back I asked the boys in Vegas if Hawaii legalize gaming and I have the license how soon could you set up and running, 48 hours and full financing.

Be providing funds for education, state improvement, property taxes, etc. Etc.

Guess we got to do it the hard way like the craps.

Just by chance its a go, Red you guys ready.

Tupola had been making a lot of noise, even before this whole missile warning thing.
Charter schools are part of the DOE, and as such they cannot charge tuition. They are semi-autonomous but must meet certain DOE criteria (access, curriculum, levels of achievement, accounting, for example). They receive less funding than standard DOE schools and yet outperform on a regular basis. Why? Pretty simple, Community / Parent involvement. Charter schools are open to everyone. If too many apply, there is a lottery system in place.
Tupola looks hot. She's got my vote and I don't even care what her politics may be.

I'm currently reading the book "Sunny Skies, Shady Characters: Cops, Killers, and Corruption in the Aloha State" by investigative reporter James Dooley. Very immersive and compelling look into the Honolulu underworld from the 1970's on. A lot of what I read reminded me of the Casino movie that came out in the mid-90's but with Yakuza, Chinese and Hawaiian gangsters. I especially like the sections about the various local hitmen and how they "took care" of business.

There is a short section in the book where the author covers the Volcano Girls expose. In fact, HE was the dude who went undercover with the hidden video camera and the one who caught Bill Boyd outside the Ohua condo and interviewed him (as shown on the news). Nothing new from what we already know but the investigative reporter did say something about how Boyd was so nervous during the interview, he was squeezing his dog's face. Also that Lorraine AKA Tash (VG madame) was actually renting a room in Boyd's and his wife's condo. She didn't own it. I always thought that Tash was Boyd's wife! Though Boyd also did say he had no idea there was a brothel operation at his home on the news LOL.

Can anyone confirm any of this? I'm obviously a little confused here.

Really miss that VG era. Those were some fun, steamy nights in Waikiki, that will forever live in the HNL monger archives. Though I think I miss the Empire AMP reign a little more.

Aside from Volcano Girls, Dooley also has an interesting section in the book about a brothel the Yakuza used to run near the Waikiki Zoo during the 70's. Though for Japanese tourists only, filled with scantily clad sno-bunnies everywhere. He even paid a Japanese speaking UH student's fuck ticket into the brothel for the story. You have to read the book to find out what happens next LOL. Though I'm sure cartel run clubs like that still function (here) to this day.

Yesterday a former Navy commander who participated in a corruption/bribery scandal in Asia was sentenced in Honolulu to eighteen months of federal imprisonment. Notably, part of the bribery scheme was "tens of thousands of dollars" spent on prostitutes to service the officer, including multiple providers flown from Indonesia to Singapore. Indeed, he received "the services of prostitutes on more occasions than any other U.S. Navy officer" involved in the widespread scandal. Well, at least he'll have many pleasant memories to recall while he's serving his time. Go Navy!Yet another former United States Navy commander has now pleaded guilty in the Fat Leonard scandal, which is the "largest corruption scandal in Navy history". (So far, twenty of the twenty-nine charged defendants have pleaded guilty.) Among the bribery enticements this Navy commander received were "the services of several prostitutes from Mongolia". Amusingly, he called himself "a small dog just trying to get a bone". Now, "he faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine" when he's sentenced.

So does the true hawaiian custom of Honi, greeting eacother nose to nose to share the breath of life could now be sexual harassment?

Universities seem to be exerting more and more control and punishment over behavior that some people consider offensive, even when it's not illegal. Note that in the news report below, there's no allegation of illegal involuntary sex during this sex game. So where's the sense of humor? Once a provider called me "Buddha Belly". Instead of finding it funny, should I have sued her for infliction of emotional distress? LOL.

Cornell fraternity on probation after a "pig roast" contest to have sex with overweight women.

The contestants, all pledges of Cornell's Zeta Beta Tau fraternity, called their secret, fat-shaming sex game the "pig roast".

The rules were simple. Would-be fraternity brothers allegedly earned points for having sex with overweight women. If there was a tie at the end, the victory went to whoever had slept with the heaviest woman. New members were told not to inform the women about the contest, according to a university report.

In 2017, the university's Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life, which regulates fraternities and sororities, received reports about the alleged game, sparking an investigation by the university's fraternity and sorority board that recently concluded.

The fraternity chapter has been put on a two-year probation, and the Ivy League university and the fraternity's national office denounced the game, the latest example of a Greek organization behaving badly.

The board said the chapter violated university rules about Greek organizations that prohibit "sexually abusive behavior on the part of its members".

It was unclear how long the contest had been going on or how many people participated.

In a lengthy statement on Facebook announcing the probation, the Cornell chapter of the fraternity said interactions connected to the game "were neither chapter sanctioned activities nor ones that brothers were aware of".

"We, too, are in disbelief and even more so that these alleged actions may have been taken by those whom we called brothers," the statement said.

Ryan Lombardi, Cornell's vice president for student and campus life, called the game "abhorrent," according to the Daily Sun, Cornell's student newspaper.

"Behavior that degrades and dehumanizes women contributes to a climate and culture of tolerance for sexual violence," he said.

The statement outlined corrective measures. The chapter will conduct a "full membership review," expelling members as necessary. Fraternity brothers will also have to attend "multiple educational programs on the topics of healthy relationships". Those programs will also be offered to the campus community at large. The fraternity is also getting a live-in adviser.

Average American male about 200 lbs. Average female 170.

Waist size average 40 inches male, 38 female.

5'2" 170 lbs and 38" waist could be a running back, LOL.

Those women must be better than average just like me, LOL.

IMHO, the problem is not with Cornell's Zeta Beta Tau fraternity, but is instead with Cornell University's sexually discriminatory policy! What we have here is these perceptive young energetic future world leaders, these fraternity pledges, from this Ivy League school, courageously challenging the unfair sexual bias of our unenlightened era. These young men were attempting to assist ugly fat pig girls by creating and stimulating a cultural atmosphere of attraction for these poor lonely slob girls! Sexual equality for ugly fat pigs chicks! How in the world is this "sexually abusive behavior", or "behavior that degrades and dehumanizes women", and how does it "contribute to a climate and culture of tolerance for sexual violence" for gods sake? Those are allegations which quite simply do not in any way shape or form comprehend the compassionate intent of these fine upstanding young students. Instead of penalizing Zeta Beta Tau fraternity, those young dudes should be awarded a medal for their brave stand for freedom and equality for ALL women in the sexual arena of life, regardless even if they ARE fat fucking ugly pigs!

Has anyone seen this movie titled "Anti-Porno" released in 2017? Soon to be put on Blu-Ray. I watched the trailer previews and don't quite understand what the movie is about. You KNOW it's like Inception, or Vanilla Sky. It's one of those movies might need to watch twice to make sense of it. Or watch twice to see what you missed the first time around. The movie looks very Artsy Fartsy and probably the type of movie youd can watch with a classy artsy girl.

I think his lawyer or himself are trying to disassociate himself from over a dozen possible felony charges against ex-Chief and his wife and the reason for a separate trial. He's part of the hui, so maybe he'll start "singing" to the feds against the Kealohas to save his own ass or reduce charges? Like rats on a sinking ship, its each man for himself. He never reported for patrol duty. Instead he has been taking vacation since he was reassigned 3 months ago. That's one benefit of being a Union boss, "massaging" the system, taking 3 months paid vacation and probably selling back all unused sick days too. I used to be an executive board Union member getting only $10 (gas) per meeting, while the Union boss got over $100 k. Don't know how much Maafala was getting but surely much more than a HPD Sgt pay, while not doing his duties as a cop.

Can you imagine a job where you don't really report to anyone, and don't even file reports? No real accountability for your hours, and that is why Chief Ballard put that office back under the volunteers. 3 months of vacation so far, and is planning to retire. I guess he didn't want to patrol Waikiki because it is dangerous with all the stabbings, muggings. Too bad, because that is where we need the experienced cops, especially a big mofo like Maafala. I think union police and firefighters can still actually pad their retirement calculations by racking up OT, but may be wrong? In any case the Union I worked for now has the FBI investigating the same business manager for embezzling union funds for his mother's mortgage. He used a certain law firm to represent union members, but also on the side take care of his own legal issues. I bet Maafala also did the same, because SHOPO members each pay monthly union dues which amounts to $millions that can be hidden from investigators, if you know how to hide it in the form of "business" related events, like paid air fares and hotel, mileage to attend conference in Las Vegas (Chicken Ranch). HPD Chief should look into his dealings before he retires.

Today I saw that the University of Montana women's soccer coach lost his job after it was discovered that from 2015 to 2017, he texted 491 times with 10 Las Vegas-based "escorts" on his university-issued work cellphone. He had periodically been taking "recruiting trips" to Las Vegas. He said: "I acknowledge that I should not have used my university cell phone for personal messages. I apologize for this situation and understand I have to live with the consequences of my actions. My personal life did not impact the student athletes or my performance as a coach. I understand that people's perceptions will vary".

(Life can be rough for a streetwalker who goes with unknown men. The news report below is from Atlanta, but I remember years ago advising a downtown Honolulu streetwalker that she should leave the streets because she was too nice and naive. Unfortunately, she didn't follow that advice. Subsequently she was killed and left in a garbage dumpster. The case was investigated by the police but never solved).

Construction worker convicted of killing woman who refused to accept $8 for sex.

Felix XXXXXXX was convicted of murdering Misha XXXXX.

He offered Misha XXXXX $8 in exchange for sex.

When XXXXX said it wasn't enough, he beat and killed her.

On Friday, a jury convicted XXXXXXX of murder in the 2017 killing.

XXXXXXX had just ended his shift working on the Mercedes-Benz Stadium when 27-year-old XXXXX approached him and offered him sex in exchange for money, Fulton County district attorney spokeswoman Nakell Williams said in a news release.

The two walked toward Underground Atlanta mall, where XXXXXXX handed XXXXX $8.

When she told him it was "not enough," XXXXXXX grabbed XXXXX and threw her against a wall. She fell to the ground and XXXXXXX kicked and stomped her. Authorities say he then pulled out a revolver and shot XXXXX in her face and neck.

The murder was captured on surveillance video. XXXXX's body was eventually found lying at the bottom of a stairwell by two security officers.

XXXXXXX was sentenced to life in prison, plus five years.

I know. She looked hot. I was like, why the hell she banging a XXX for? She could have called me and I'd let her "rape" me. Perhaps she was not seeking consensual sexual activity (which would be easy to find for a mid-thirties, reasonably attractive Asian woman), or even a fantasy where a consenting adult man would pretend to be sexually assaulted, but rather was psychologically and physically turned on by exerting her sexual power and authority over a disabled male who could not effectively resist for several reasons. Similar to how some male rapists could obtain a consenting woman, but are turned on by the thrill (in their criminal minds) of forced sexual activity.

If I was a XX year old banging a hot older woman, I wouldn't complain. LOL.Normally, I would agree. However, according to news reports this isn't a normal case. During at least some of the alleged sexual assaults (and maybe during all of them) the male was "bedridden due to a head injury" and "unable to go to the bathroom alone, prepare meals or change clothes". So it's understandable how in that disabled condition, he may not have enjoyed involuntary sexual activity. Plus, at this point we don't know exactly what she was sexually doing to him. It might have included activity that was sadistic or at least unpleasant for him (such as being penetrated anally or being forced to eat a smelly pussy or anus).

Hello fellow mongers. Anyone been following the "progress" of the FOSTA-SESTA bill? I'm worried about the continued existence of valuable online forums such as this could be in jeopardy. Basically the bill eliminates protections from 1996 communications decency act so prosecutors can hold platforms responsible for content. Backpage, craigslist, etc.

"The practical result of this legal risk for intermediaries will be broad-based censorship. This bill jeopardizes not only classified ads sites but also dating apps, discussion forums, social media sites, and any other service that hosts user-generated content".

A senior director at a NASDAQ-traded company is suing his teenage ex-girlfriend after she allegedly lied about her age, exploited him for financial gain, and then threatened to ruin his life after he broke off their seven-month relationship.

Court documents obtained by Daily Mail reveal the Chicago business consultant, 45, who filed as John Doe, is seeking at least $1,500,000 in damages from 19-year-old Jessica Jiahui Lee.

In addition, he has requested an emergency order of protection in Illinois and in Texas, where Lee is from.

Daily Mail is aware of the man's identity but has chosen not to name him here.

Counsel for the plaintiff, Ryan Jacobson of the SmithAmundsen Law Firm, said: "My client and the offender dated just seven months before the truth about her life began to surface. When he decided to part ways, she became vindictive and sought to destroy his reputation amongst family members, friends and business associates. Fortunately, the law provides civil recourse and stiff criminal penalties against those, like Ms. Lee, who think they can hide behind the Internet to terrorize another from hundreds of miles away. Ms. Lee has been served with the Complaint, yet she continues to defame and harass my client to no end. I can assure you, there will be consequences".

The pair began dating after Doe met the then 18-year-old while he had been traveling to Las Vegas for business in early 2017.

Doe claims Lee's "mental instability was not nearly as apparent" during the course of their relationship as it was after their break-up.

He had provided emotional and financial support for the teen, paying for her "car insurance, groceries, and treatments," court papers reveal.

Doe, who is described as a "technology professional with over 20 years of consulting experience," claims he met Lee while he was going through a divorce from his wife of 10 years, "was in an emotionally vulnerable state," and found solace in the girl.

The teen had told Doe she was 25 and worked in consulting, but it was later revealed she is 19 and works as a "professional sugar baby," the suit states.

However, months into the relationship, he says he grew suspicious after he realized Lee's story was "not adding up".

"He discovered Lee had considerably misrepresented her age (she stated she was 25 but was only 19), and she lied about her profession (she stated she was employed by Boston Consulting Group but was actually an exotic dancer and professional sugar baby)," court papers state.

Doe also claimed that Lee, who is originally from Plano, Texas, had allegedly used aliases and engaged in multiple "for-profit relationships" offering sexual favors to men in exchange for jewelry, clothes, and expensive trips around the world.

After her lies were exposed, the documents claim, the teen manipulated him into taking pity on her by claiming she was a victim of child abuse, struggled with drug addiction, and was suicidal.

Doe eventually ended the "toxic" relationship in September 2017, but what followed were months of retaliation and threats from Lee, including a time when she vandalized his car, the suit states.

"Lee enlisted the help of others to barrage plaintiff with phone calls and texts demanding financial support, which he flatly refused. The more often plaintiff rejected or ignored Lee's demands, the more pervasive her threats were toward him," the lawsuit read. "Lee blamed plaintiff for her likely suicide or need to resort to prostitution after his heartless decision to abandon her".

After their breakup, Lee allegedly resorted to retaliation by harassing Doe, creating phony dating profiles under his name, and threatening him. In November, Doe's building management office notified him that his Lexus had been vandalized in the garage.

Security footage showed Lee allegedly punctured tires, scratched the car, and spray-painted swastikas on the vehicle.

Weeks after their break-up, Doe alleges he began receiving phone calls and texts from Lee demanding money at "all hours of the evening," which he ignored.

The teen then allegedly resorted to threats by warning she would expose him as a cheater and a rapist, according to the documents.

A text message sent to Doe from Lee on October 15 stated: "You're the same guy who ducking (sic) raped me and is cheating on your wife. I'll make sure everyone knows. And I'll take care of my own car insurance, groceries and treatments. But I'll make sure everyone you know and everyone in your whole friend group knows what kind of person you really are. You can go fuck yourself. You are nothing but a piece of shit, same as every other guy. I wouldn't have done all those things if I were you".

According to the suit, Lee proceeded to contact Doe's estranged wife by using a bogus Facebook account and disclosing private information that Lee had learned during their relationship.

She also told her that Doe had sexually assaulted her so that his wife "would have leverage in their division of marital assets" in their divorce, the suit states.

Doe's wife filed a complaint against Lee with the San Francisco Police Department.

However, Lee reportedly continued with her retaliation and turned to her social media accounts to publicly shame Doe.

A second message from Lee to Doe read: "You ruined your own life. I gave you fair warning what would happen if you disrespected me and threw me away".

On October 16, the teen uploaded a lengthy and now-deleted post detailing her "abusive relationship" to her 30,000 followers on Instagram.

"Hey followers! Just want to make a quick announcement to every girl (and guy) that follows me. For the past couple of months I was in an abusive relationship and NOBODY knew about it. The people that were close to me could always see that something was bothering me and that I would cry constantly but nobody knew what was truly wrong," she wrote.

"For example, the second date I ever went on with this guy, I explicitly told him that sex was out of the question and simply not on the table (because he was married at the time but going through a divorce) and also because I wanted genuine respect before committing sexually to a guy I barely knew. Yet, after telling him all of this and all the trauma I'd already went through with other guys, he selfishly took my body that night".

Lee added that her boyfriend would allegedly lash out on her physically and verbally, and called her a "wh*ore" after sleeping with him.

Days later, Lee, or a person believed to be acting for her, created a fake Instagram account using an abbreviation of Doe's name and followed his friends and family.

"Lee then posted private, naked photos of the plaintiff on the account's feed, including some depicting him undressed and exposing his genitalia. These photos were unknowingly taken during an intimate FaceTime session while the two were dating. In fact, the plaintiff had not learned of the existence of these photos until she used them to harass and humiliate him," court papers state.

Doe claims that Lee continued with her rampage by creating phony online dating profiles of him and posting a solicitation of him on Craigslist titled: "FIND THE MAN WHO RAPED MY DAUGHTER," with his phone number.

Lee also took to LinkedIn to create an account in Doe's likeness using Doe's genitalia as the profile photo in an alleged attempt to humiliate him in the workplace.

She identified his employer on his profile and wrote: "I hate working for (employer omitted)! I also hate my clients! I am also very drunk," court papers read. "The profile goes on to identify specific clients by name, and it included a personal note to a professional colleague disparaging her capabilities".

The documents claim that Lee created fake profiles on Tinder and OK-Cupid using Doe's likeness, real name, cell phone number and other personal information. Lee identified him as "a male seeking other males," and it is believed she solicited risque pictures as a precursor to any in-person encounter.

Then Doe received two LifeLock alerts concerning an inquiry into his credit information. It is believed Lee attempted to apply for a loan or credit card using Doe's name and personal information.

In late November, after learning that Doe had filed for an order of protection, Lee allegedly contacted him begging him to withdraw the petition.

"We live literally states apart. We'll never see each other again. So please just drop it and save yourself some money and time. I'm truly sorry for every embarrassment I've caused you. It was all my fault, everything was my fault, I'll take the blame, all I want is for you to drop this," a text message read.

But that same morning, Doe's building management office informed him his car had been vandalized.

Security footage showed Lee entered the building with an "unsuspecting resident" who allowed her to get into the garage.

"Lee then punctured three of his four tires, used a sharp item to scratch all four quarter panels of the vehicle, inserted super glue into the locks and spray-painted swastikas in black on several panels of his car," documents state.

Shortly after, Doe hired a legal team and sent a formal notice to Lee.

According to court papers, Lee has contacted Doe from "untraceable" phone numbers as recently as February 1.

"The plaintiff harbors a reasonable fear for his own personal safety, and the safety of those around him, in light of Lee's escalating, unpredictable, and unexplainably vindictive behavior following a mere seven-month dating relationship that simply did not work out," his attorneys state.

They are also demanding a trial by jury and damages for emotional distress.

A clear case of thinking with ones dick.

Thanks Red. That news story is a good reminder: always be careful what you wish for. There are a lot of smoke and mirrors in the sex trade. A 1 hour paid "girlfriend" experience tells you next to nothing about what this person is really like on a day to day basis. Tread lightly.

I don't know what to believe anymore! / sarcasm.I do think that this consultant likely knew exactly what kind of woman he was going after. Then when the arrangement went sour and she started trying to claw for more, his story has conveniently changed so that he looks like 100% the victim. It's much easier to tell all of your sexually repressed protestant colleagues at work that you "didn't know she was an escort / sugar baby" and that you were taken advantage of. Much easier than admitting you went on a sugar daddy site and then went too deep with a sociopath.

What I'd give to have a Libertarian government. As a libertarian myself, of course I agree! Indeed, most Americans claim that they support "freedom" when it's presented as a purely abstract concept.

In reality, however, too many Americans (both conservatives and liberals) only support freedom for people and activities they like, and are willing or even eager to use government to suppress freedom for people and activities they dislike. For example, a conservative may strongly support the freedom to bear arms, but adamantly oppose the freedom of marriage for "G" people. A liberal may fully support freedom of speech for civil rights protestors, but favor restrictions on freedom of speech for anti-abortion protestors. Relatively few people are so genuinely principled that they equally support freedom even for people and activities they dislike. So in my opinion, unfortunately there's no realistic chance of ever electing a libertarian-majority Congress or a truly libertarian President in this country.

most Americans claim that they support "freedom" when it's presented as a purely abstract concept. But freedom is an abstract concept. Left and right differ mainly in whether their definition is "freedom to do something" or "freedom from being prevented from doing something". Every society on earth is an attempt to balance those two as well as maintain the good of the society as a whole. That last part is something Libertarians rarely talk about, but it's the basic membership fee for any society.

Melania Trump, 47, is not happy about the accusations that Donald Trump, 71, was careless and didn't use protection when he allegedly had sex with porn star Stormy Daniels and former Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal.LOL, ya, I'm sure that its the lack of protection that's got her pissed.

America still dominates the world's market and other nations who at first think they got a good deal from China's "investments" are beginning to question such gestures. Take for instance China's so called "investments" in Sri Lanka's resources or Pacific Island's "hotels" in which China hired exclusively Chinese to build, which in turn sent most of the money back to China. The islands were stripped of its resources and left pretty much a waste pit since China does not respect labor laws or environment guidelines.

I don't think so.China 'exports' 4 X as much products to America than the USA sends to them. If they slap tariffs on us and escalate the trade war, in the long run, they will suffer greater harm than we will. The US is the largest market in the world, even if all the stuff China makes is mostly crap. The reality is, both sides are playing the (liberal) media and of course the msm will do / say anything to make Trump look bad. China has to tread lightly. At a time when their people and economy could take a turn for the worse, their gov't can't afford any hiccups even more the the US. The US, as a buyer, can easily be served by other low ball producers in the world. And there are many of them who would happily have our business.

Getting her on the world's map of cigar "enhancement" flavoring beyond the reputation of Cuban cigars. She got a huge potential market of Billy's cigar special. And then, you kind of wondered if Yassir Arafat took a few puffs from the same cigar and he never was the same again, as a matter of fact he kicked the bucket soon afterwards.

So in my opinion, unfortunately there's no realistic chance of ever electing a libertarian-majority Congress or a truly libertarian President in this country.Social liberal, fiscal conservative is the unicorn that will never happen. You want more freedoms, then you got to put up with the spending of the progressive agenda. You want fiscal responsibility then you got to put up with the moralistic theocrats that think you're the devil because you're a monger, smoke pot or like to gamble (I'm all 3 LOL). But as we see with trump and the gop now even tho they say they will reduce spending and be fiscally conservative, they serve up an enormous budget and spending package that only rand Paul, the closest thing to a libertarian we have tried to opposes. At least they cut the taxes.

Without the money they get from us from the trade imbalance, their economy and military would suffer and possibly lead towards political instability. Their internal consumption cannot sustain their economy. They still do have a lot of poor people. They have to posture with their own tariffs to save face and not appear weak in front of the world but mostly in front of their own citizens, again to avoid political instability. They walk a fine line between capitalism and communism. There are other countries with cheap labor that can replace China to manufacture goods for US consumption. Trump is playing poker with China except he has more chips to play with (the US consumer economy).

My research and gut feeling tell me the market still good.

Just some corrections now, I expected it earlier.

I think trump's a good business person.

Back in the aol, yahoo, cmgi, days make a ton playing the puts and calls.

Got a guy in our group made $8 million then lost back $5 million and died.

Remembered yahoo went 180 Pt's and all went 15 Pt's in one day.

I had 2000 sh Yahoo, 5000 sh aol, all from spilts.

Was sometimes in the mid 90th.

Well just got the look for the future, real estate has been great in the pass couple years.

IMHO, disclaimer, best of my recollections.

We should also seize properties they bought which amounts to $billions more that is owned by corrupt Chinese Communists Party members so that they are pressured to bring the necessary trade imbalance back in line. Chinese hotel tour anchor babies should have their US citizen papers frozen and deported immediately. Other nations that try to fill in the void should also be punished and see how fast these back-stabbing Chinese start talking sense instead of posturing to save face, when the masses start rioting for lack of food and higher prices.

Now for the time being its best to invest in long term conservative markets and not the stocks that fluctuate with fears of a trade war, America still dominates the world's economy. It is fools who let bullies like China get away with black mail, theft, threats and no respect for international or labor laws the reason why this paper dragon has established military bases in the South Seas.

Thanks guys for your post.Looks like Trump is raising the stakes like in Texas Hold'em. China is going to have to call, raise or fold. It's a game that can hurt them badly in the long run if they keep increasing the stakes. Sure, the US market would be volatile and there will be short term pain but manufacturers will be driven by capitalism to relocate factories to other cheap labor countries over time (i.e Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Phillipines, Mexico) to supply US consumer demand. Then China will experience closed factories and lost jobs that cannot be recovered. Just like what they did to our manufacturing industries. There are 1.4 billion people in China that need their mouths fed to remain happy and not challenge the communist government. China does own a lot of US debt (Treasuries) but if they begin a selloff to disrupt the US economy, it may tank the value of the notes held by China. Be interesting to see what develops.

Companies went for the cheap labor along with the hopes and promises of selling to 3 billion new customers. Cheap labor could have been had in the same hemisphere as the US, but the sales market wasn't there. Drumpf can try a trade war, but the US will be on the losing end. Our farmers and manufacturers will hurt long before Chinas will.

What's the rest of the story? Always follow the money.Recently congress changed the laws about internet sites. Used to be that if you just hosted content, the court ruled that the site host shouldn't be responsible for keeping track of every single thing that users post and making sure it was all legal. Backpage and other sites were just hosts of all content providing a platform for users to post whatever they want. With the recent work by congress, sites are no longer legally immune from illegal activity on their sites posted by users. Sites are responsible for all activity on their sites. This is why craigslist removed the massage ads section.

When Ford recently appeared on Dr. Phil's talk show, he told men how they can be as virile as Indiana Jones. Their pill is Vrdhhigra, and they claim it's better than anything out there for erectile disfunction. Harrison says it's a blend of horny goat, Korean ginseng, potency wood (that sounds like they're kidding!) and other Chinese herbs, but it's their patented TRTT technology that makes these ingredients 185 times greater, and even GQ recommends it. ".Not so sure. Fake news / Ad. If you search Harrison Ford, sex pills there are articles from 2016, Fox, Dr. Oz, about supposed pills he takes for ED with his young wife, Calista Lockhart. It got the blend of horny goat weed, MACA, etc. These look like ads masquerading as news articles.

This is from the "HOLLYWOOD" column, page 2, Midweek, April 11,2018:

"Harrison Ford and Dr. Phil McGraw say they've come up with a pill they claim is better than Viagra for putting lead in a man's pencil. ".Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find this "news" item on journalistically respected news sites, and there's no mention of Vrdhhigra on Dr. Phil's website and the GQ website. My best guess is that the names of Dr. Phil, Harrison Ford and GQ are being used without their permission to publicize this product.

From my understanding ICE going in to check being most places but now the establishments are now aware of the work force law and now have girls filling out form I-9's. What I was told is the recent inspections had to do with IRS issues. Being the girls are of legal age and have working permits they are now checking to see if these workers are paying taxes. These inspections are not only at AMP's, they are aggressively looking at restaurants, bars, hotels, construction sites, farms amongst other working environments that has iffy working population where workers main income is tips has the possibility of ignoring the tax law.

I was also told that law enforcement is monitoring this site, especially now that it's back online to see who is popular and making a lot of money then will go to their place of work to check to see if indeed that are paying taxes.

There are several states nationwide that has tax laws for escort service, yes we can signup with the department of taxation in these states and fall under the escort tax category.

As for therapeutic massage establishments where the property owner has a license to do massage, they are inspecting to see if the masseurs, female or male has the paperwork and training to do massage.

Bottom line is they are going to places to do inspections and not "raids".

That when LE attacked AMP, they brought bunch of evidence like voice recording (no matter how reliable those sources are) forcing (or asking) girls to wake up at 4 am then have sex with a man hesitating her to get awake? Or asking girls to go out and get answer that mamasan would not let her out.

(It will be used as evidence of forcing sexual activity or confining human freedom of sleeping and going out).

Nothing in the HPD arrest logs for Ward Ave for the last 2 days. If there were arrests, should have shown by now, either for trafficking or the mongers. This sounds like a ICE "raid" and not an police raid. I'm sure the girls are spooked and that's why no one is answering the phones.

The next phase is to harass these establishments from carrying on business as usual. The sex industry is resilient, but may be heading underground (making it less safe for both providers and patrons).

I've read a few comments where mongers have complained about being treated rudely by mamas. Maybe police harassment has something to do with it (just speculation on my part). Be courteous and understanding Brothers. These women are under stress. Just because we have our forum back, doesn't mean everything is hunky dorey now. Sounds there are some informer helping authority.LE can try to get a witness or informer by finding some criminal charge against an AMP worker (ie. immigration, prostitution, tax violation, etc) and arrive at some sort of deal or plea bargain to drop or reduce the charges for assistance as a witness or informer to get the bigger fish. The squeeze play. I wouldn't doubt if the feds might even grant something like a green card for assistance in a federal case. The carrot and stick approach. Or it might even be just a very disgruntled AMP worker breaking the code of silence to get even and maybe get something out of it at the same time.

She was at first not caught of prostitution but drug trafficking investigation. All starts her mistake. Dealing with more than half million dollars, she didn't pay tax (rather get welfare) while buying luxury car and house in east coast with no downpayment or loan.

I know some girls just put cash into account.

Some put money into her foreign account. (Now s korean government share inidividual wealth info if he / she has american green card).

Trust me. One popular top girl was kicked out from american airport owing to that matter.

Or spending credit card a lot for luxurious life but too little tax report.

Many ridicule how lazy USA government is. But actually no.

As foreigner more and more I can understand why america with bunch of bs people and insanity has been world's number one king (or dictator whatever).

Your government is not lazy but just patient to catch bigget fish. They know they had better wait till they get evidence to drag even one penny from peoples wallets.

Also seems the more recent LE actions and/or convictions of AMP owners/workers have been by the Feds. An example is the conviction of the Mayflower owner for bribery of a federal agent. I'm sure the Feds were curious in that she must have also done the same with local LE but nothing was ever reported or followed up on. The Feds could have squeezed her but I suppose they left it alone or she just accepted the charge. And on the other hand, if I were a vice HPD officer considering a working relationship with an AMP, I'd be afraid that an AMP owner or worker might report and testify against me as part of a deal if they get charged with a crime by the Feds.

"Disrobing in public" and having sex "beneath a statue of the Virgin Mary" in a "sacred area" of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, which "is next door to police headquarters"?

The following news report from New Jersey is hilarious, even though the charged fornicators may ultimately be punished with Eternal Damnation in Hell.

A homeless woman accused of having sex with a man beneath a statue of the Virgin Mary at a Roman Catholic church in New Jersey has pleaded not guilty to lewdness and other charges.

Noelle SXXXX entered the pleas Tuesday in Seaside Heights Municipal Court.

Authorities say the 48-year-old SXXXX and 43-year-old Anthony GXXXXXX were found May 22 in "a sacred area" on the grounds of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, which is next door to police headquarters.

SXXXX told the Asbury Park Press that she and GXXXXXX were homeless and staying behind the church. She said "the act of lewdness wasn't happening."

A public defender was appointed Tuesday to represent SXXXX.

GXXXXXX was charged with lewdness, disrobing in public and other offenses. It was unknown whether he has an attorney.

By the way, fellow mongers, what are some of the most unusual locations in which you have had sexual activity with a provider?

Four of mine are: (1) on the ground among the gravestones in a cemetery late at night; (2) inside a restroom stall in a building where I was employed at the time; (3) on a platform above the water and under the side of a bridge on Nimitz Highway; and (4) at the bottom of a subterranean outdoor stairway near Bishop Street.

Those all occurred during my younger years, when I wasn't as dignified and respectable as I am now (LOL).

I see how it was a natural segue for you to move from the article you quoted to listing some of your own unusual locations for sex. However, since you are also requesting other mongers describe their unusual sex location experiences, perhaps this topic should more logically be presented in the "General" thread instead of "News and Media Reports"? Heck, if there was enough interest and forthcoming contributions, "Unusual Locations" could almost be the topic for a new thread!

Effective March 5, 2012, anyone applying for an original or renewal of their Hawaii driver's license or permit must show proof of legal presence in the USA Legal presence means that a person is either a USA Citizen or is legally authorized to be in the United States.I need to confirm with my attorney, but I think if they get convicted of a crime of moral turpitude a green card holder (LPR) can still be deported. What I'd be more interested in knowing is what his potential successor, the first deputy prosecuting attorney, position is on things that Keith has focused on like gambling and prostitution.

I believe HNN was also saying KK was giving money to the firefighter.

To be fair, I'd have to be paid to bang KK to. She looks like the kind of person who's always asking to speak to the manager. No shit. Fucking gross! I would need a large sum of $$ in a brown paper bag! The bag would help. But, you would still have to deal with that body. Yikes! LOL.

Michael Green commented on the Kealoha's "closeness" in public. He said it was textbook instructions for defendants to hold hands while in public. Then once in a while, look at each other and smile. Not sure how the fireman and KK hooked up. Unless he was her boy toy.I suspect that now the affair between KK and that firefighter has gone public, Louis Kealoha may turn on his wife and seek a plea deal. Who really cares? All involved are corrupt and reflect what is bad about our state. Public corruption runs deep around here.
