VIP? Wow!

I always thought of them as so mainstream it would never happen there. But maybe it is just for show. Because if you are going to hit a place that caters so heavily to tourists and visitors it at least won't mess up the local scene.I remember the vice sweeps that hit the AMPs 2 years ago. I guess uncle LEO is at it again. I wonder if vice UC can still have sex with providers and then arrest them when they ask for money? Or did HPD do away with that policy? I remember they fought to keep it awhile back (sexual contact initiated prior to arrest).

Don't let HPD try to scare you. Stick with trusted providers. If you're there when the cops come, just say you came to say hello. It's nice to know that HPD is keeping the community safe from these "dangerous" AMPs.

I remember the vice sweeps that hit the AMPs 2 years ago. I guess uncle LEO is at it again. The multi-AMP sweeps in 2015 appeared to be random. The VIP case (I wouldn't characterize it as a sweep) appears to be of a different nature since it was a result of an Oahu grand jury indictment of the owner.

(Hmm, maybe HPD should spend more time on investigating its own problems,

rather than targeting compensated voluntary sexual activity between consenting adults?)

Police Commissioner Cites Another 'Failed Investigation' Of Possible Abuse.

Loretta Sheehan says she's worried that a former officer involved in another reported domestic dispute violence is going to get his job back.

Darren Cachola is once again at the center of controversy at the Honolulu Police Department.

Cachola was fired from HPD after grainy surveillance video was leaked to the press in 2014, showing him pummeling his then-girlfriend inside a Waipahu restaurant.

There were serious concerns about how HPD officers responded to the incident, particularly because Cachola was never arrested or charged.

His case resulted in widespread calls for police reform.

On Wednesday, Honolulu Police Commissioner Loretta Sheehan pressed acting HPD Police Chief Cary Okimoto for answers after a media report that Cachola had another run-in with the law in an incident involving his wife. He was not arrested.

Sheehan, who is a former prosecutor, said the latest incident again raises concerns about how HPD responds to reports of domestic violence.

Although Okimoto refused to discuss the matter publicly during a Wednesday Police Commission meeting, Sheehan said on Thursday she is hopeful the public will get answers soon.

"Here we have more evidence of violence against women and yet another instance of tepid response from the Honolulu Police Department," Sheehan said. "And I want to know why that keeps happening. I want to know why".

Department officials have refused to divulge much information about Cachola's most recent encounter with HPD officers.

In a statement, the department acknowledged that it responded to a domestic argument in Ewa involving a former officer and that no arrests were made.

The department also refused to release any reports related to the incident, saying that the investigation was pending.

Hawaii News Now reported that it obtained a copy of one officer's police report that stated Cachola was told to leave his home for 48 hours. That officer's report also noted that Cachola's wife had "redness around her neck".

Sheehan said she's particularly concerned about Cachola getting his job back.

Cachola has appealed his discharge to a third-party arbitrator, as provided for in the police union contract. That arbitrator's decision will be binding.

"The chief of police found that he should be fired due to his previous actions," Sheehan said. "I don't see why an arbitrator would reverse that decision. I just don't see it".

Equally as concerning, she said, is the department's own investigation of Cachola.

"If there was new evidence of potential wrongdoing I'm disturbed that the police department wouldn't develop that evidence," Sheehan said. "This is another example of a failed investigation".

You don't give him his job back and he ends up on the streets or killing his wife or the 3rd party arbitrator. I don't give a fuck!!

Been thinking about her, especially when I go into a "01" unit in CC. I really wish she didn't do that (bribery). She should have gone through her friend who succeeded in getting the deal.

I was hoping Yoyo would have another place somewhere; I would have partaken. I wish her well. She was such a nice mama.

Did things carelessly as though she was still in China. Too bad. She treated me well but talked stink behind my back. LOL. Had many a great session in Mayflower. Miss that place. [Arrest/Conviction/Incarceration/Release Report deleted by Admin]

EDITOR'S NOTE: This report was deleted because it was a report regarding an individual who was arrested / charged / awaiting trial / convicted / awaiting sentencing / incarcerated / released / on probation for engaging in commercial sex activities or any other non-violent crime.

I want to say this carefully so no one gets the wrong idea: Posting the names, mugshots, case status, incarceration status and/or the release dates of people who have been arrested for engaging in commercial sex activities is really just helping the police in their efforts to embarrass these people.

Since this website is all about assisting people in obtaining commercial sex services, we don't want to add to the problems of the unfortunate people who have been arrested by publishing their names, mugshots, case status, incarceration status, or release dates.

Thanks!

Insatiable808.The poor dude got the boot, while on vacay to Japan no less. I also miss that psychopathic stare of his. He blinks once every 5 minutes. His primary role was to make Trini K. look good, being the airhead she is. Khon must be on a search for a new 2nd banana, they're only using guest co-hosts now.

As for KITV, from what I heard they're struggling. That's why their news is an hour long and they do a morning show seven days a week. They have to make the studio pay for itself somehow.

Insatiable808.Taizo Braden seemed like he was on track to eventually be news anchor. His career was good expanded from weather guy then added traffic, than cohosted lifestyle show Living 808. He was climbing the ladder even though he had creepy bug eyes, over expressive face expressions and too much body & hand gestures. He was the opposite of subtle. It was like Andy Bumatai doing goofy stand up comedy or acting in his High School Daze except Taizo want acting, he was for real. He was must see TV for all the wrong reasons, but that's our Trump Kardashian culture.

He wasn't fired, his contract expired and wasn't renewed. Same thing, but why? Was it domestic violence? Is he married, girlfriend or boyfriend? I think he has a kid too. What's the scoops with Taizo?

What's the scoops with Taizo?Don't know, but in the online studio photos he looks like the nice kid from next door whereas in other casual shots he has this crazy punkass facial expression, like he's picking a fight with a massive sole'. In yet other pics, he looks like he has a blunted affect.

What's the scoops with Taizo? Now that I'm occasionally in KHON to meet with salespeople, I get to ask about things like this. How much total money have guys wasted on bad dates over the years? Millions? I thought this news report on Inside Edition was both funny and gratifying. A man in Texas met a woman on a dating app, and for their first date he took her to see the movie Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 -- paying $17.31 for her ticket. According to him, she was distracting him by excessively texting on her cellphone during the movie. When he complained, she told him that she would be right back, left the movie theater, and never returned. So what did he do? He sued her in small claims court for the price of her movie ticket. She eventually settled the case, reimbursing him in cash for the cost of her ticket. While I don't know how this might affect his ability to obtain dates from other women (his name and image were nationally publicized), at least he stood on principle and made a useful point.

Guardians Of The Galaxy vol 2 is a great movie! Currently playing in theaters. Just saw it. On the same topic, I probably spent on drinks about a $100 total and it got nowhere with the girl. Total equates to a life time of buying drinks. I have never bought drinks for girls again. IMHO Rather just get straight to the point by dating an AMP girl rather than buying a freeloading girls drinks.

Just read that former Police officer Alan Ahn was to serve just 60 days behind bars for selling illegal drugs in 2015 at his home near McCully. Judge Trader said he has changed his life around and taking college courses so he teach others not to follow in his footsteps. He will also be on probation in the HOPE program for 4 years. Now you know why HPD is so crooked that the badge shows it power to beat the law.

This taxpayer's parasite HPD drug dealer should get double the punishment for being a police law enforcement officer, betraying the public trust. I remember he was really shot, really smarmy and came off as a used car salesman (which, I suppose, would be a step up from a gym salesman, I guess).

That would be a perfect duo. Two Jerks working together. I met Tiny personally, he's not nice, he's short, but thinks he's all that. Taizo, on the other hand, I don't know him personally, but it seems like he's a jerk.

I have a no real "rating" about his show for better or worse. I can say though he still is the same as back then characteristically. Like how he jokingly orders his partner (Johnny) around / doubletalk the topic or questions to him etc. Kind of make you think, can he do a solo show by himself or not. By the way I believe he was a UPS driver before him and his high school buddy was at 24 hour fitness, and what he got(supposedly) let go for at UPS would make him the ultimate partner for Taizo.

The new synthetic opioid is the new drug that will kill you when it gets on your skin. You may not even be a dealer or user but just the dust itself will knock you out. There is an antidote Narcan but how many actually have that available? Maybe this is the new weapon of choice as long as you don't kill yourself first.

Is this a troll job? Have you read the news on this police force? HPD got to be one of the more corrupt outfits out there. They recently got busted for having a stipulation that they could have sex with providers if it was for the greater good of a sting op. Total horse shit. There was a massage place right up the road from headquarters that was secretly being used by HPD from what I hear.Is that the one that use to be in that house around the corner of CS Wo? Magazine Girl? 501? What's that? Tried to look it up but no info on it.Think of the skankiest strip bar you know of, like Misty II. MG and 501 were wilder and crazier. They were located in the complex with the newer Starbucks on Ala Moana, across the Gold Bond Building.

Magazine Girl? 501? What's that? Tried to look it up but no info on it.Try looking in the Mongering With Old Guys thread, might be in there. This was in the good ol days when high-quality takeout was plentiful and easy (meaning willing and straightforward young women with no BS).

501 was a G-string bar, all the hostesses wore just g-strings, so awesome. Not buy me drinkee types, but a mixture of caucasian, asian mixes (eg Korean German - yes, she was ultra-hot in face and figure), and Thai. It was where JR describes, across the street from the Gold Bond building. They later expanded to a joint around the mauka corner, Magazine Girl. By then 501 lost girls and Magazine Girl was slow too. Later it became Bon Soire but same thing, kinda dead.

When 501 was pumping, its Kapiolani counterpart, 777 (what is now Twilight in reduced area), had gorgeous g-string girls as well, but they were not as horny.

501 was the best IMHO, with the hottest bodies one just does not find even in AMPs today. The only con was they didn't have enough back tables for how many hostesses wanted to go play with their customers.

Being homeless is not a crime. But if you can't survive on Oahu maybe try moving to a much cheaper place due to the high cost of living in paradise. I know the weather here makes it one of the best places to be homeless. Any suggestions for the City or State to do more than just moving them around? I know drugs and alcohol and mental illness is a problem but what can you suggest to rid this problem?

One solution in reducing homelessness, is for our stupid politicians to demand that States who benefited from nuclear testing (have nuclear power plants) to foot the bills of medical / section 8 housing for all the Mirconesians, saving the State more than a $billion each year which could be used to help resolve this issue.

Besides the great weather here that likely draws some homeless from the mainland, I'm wondering if the state/city has been offering some type of benefits that are unwittingly attracting even more homeless from the mainland.

As I walked along Kalakaua near the beach today, there was this one rather young Haole guy standing on the street and holding a small sign seeking donations. He did not look like the typical homeless person, based on his clothes. He was also there last week and the week before. Today, I was tempted to ask him how much he makes on a good day.

But in reality they are not even veterans! There used to be one at Nimitz / Sand Island intersection. My co-worker, an active duty Marine, once followed him back to Kailua, after he finished pan handling his case and jumped into a brand new SUV back to his home!

There are a couple of these imposters in Kapolei with similar signs. US Veteran counselors asked for his SS # and could not find him in the system. They offered him assistance, but he declined and wanted cash instead. They never gave him any. Allot of them look well fed and in shape, so shouldn't be a problem finding work, but too damn lazy to do so.

Being homeless is not a crime, but urinating and defecating on sidewalks and public places is. Blocking sidewalks and using public parks without a permit is a crime.

Being homeless is not a crime? What about affecting public health and safety? These young, abled bodied parasites all know where to get their 3 free meals a day.

And free medical and dental care. Encouraging these parasites to stay "homeless" cannot "rid" this problem.

Rid this problem? Too bad we can't give these young, abled bodied parasites a choice: Go to work, or get eliminated. Nothing personal.

They have to keep the place clean and lights out at 11 pm. Also they have to get job training or schooling. Most refused to come because as they said it's like a prison and they don't want to give up their way of life. Most want to drink, smoke and gamble. Sleep until noon and beg or steal until dark. Don't waste your time.

I'm sure human trafficking does happen, but the Kauai transplant was not charged with human trafficking, just promoting prostitution (most likely between consenting adults). Whatever happened to going after violent pimps (where human trafficking most likely is to occur). Or is that too difficult for LEO? Soft targets like AMPs are easy statistics.

We'll never see a news report in the conformist mainstream media that says: "To enforce stodgy old puritanical laws against compensated sexual services, today police raided a successful business that was providing consenting adult women with financially rewarding employment; that was providing consenting adult men with sexual satisfaction; and that was purchasing goods and services from other businesses in the community". Hence the reason why the term is being thrown around despite no substantial evidence being presented to affirm the hints and allegations. Just smoke and mirrors so they can justify the grant and probably any "asset forfeiture" (without, of course, due process).

Every time I see Kathryn Xian in the news talking about human trafficking and how "prostitutes are victims" who need our help, I can't help but think about Bus Stop Girl. BSG clearly needs some help because she seems to be trapped in The Life with no other options available to her. Whether through her own mistakes and / or the machinations of others, she's out there with no end in sight.

I wonder why Xian and her friends, who certainly read this forum, don't take the initiative to go find BSG and offer to help her get off the streets. It's not like people haven't posted where BSG could be found and there are even pictures of her in the forum. I think the likely reason is that helping BSG wouldn't help Xian or PASS. It doesn't take that much effort to make a speech for the television cameras, but it certainly would take time, effort and money to track down BSG to help her get clean and off the streets. There's no glory to be won by saving BSG from her situation, only the fact that getting her off the street would probably save her life.

Rant concluded.

Some don't really want "help" in changing to a conformist lifestyle. Many don't actually want a regular job, where day after day they will need to reliably show up at a particular place at a particular time, follow the rules, and take on responsibilities (plus have to wait up to two weeks for their paychecks, which will be reduced by taxes and other deductions). Many aren't interested in advancing their education, or only like the theoretical idea of doing so but not the real effort that would be required. Many don't want to stop using drugs and/or alcohol, and will only do so if under the hammer of incarceration or strict court-ordered supervision. Some have longstanding mental illnesses or other psychological problems that can make them intractable. So it could be much more difficult than sometimes assumed, or even impossible in some cases, for do-gooders to convince downtown providers to voluntarily achieve fundamental changes in their mentality and behavior.

Met Jennifer Robbins in person recently. She is a tiny in person, maybe 5'1" or 5'2," and also looks a lot thinner, too. I guess it's true that being on TV adds 10 lbs. But I agree. I'd like to be her regular!

Here's the link to the current news report:

http://khon2.com/2017/07/12/former-police-officer-accused-of-having-sex-with-alleged-prostitute-pleads-guilty

Excerpt:

LaBarre admitted that he secretly used his position at the Honolulu Police Department to enrich himself by soliciting and agreeing to accept sex from an individual who had a pending criminal case involving prostitution charges.

In exchange, he would arrange to have her arresting officer not appear in court in the case.

The investigation was conducted by the FBI, Department of the Attorney General for the State of Hawaii, and Homeland Security Investigations.

LaBarre faces a maximum penalty of 20 years imprisonment when he is sentenced on Oct. 23.

Rant concluded.I would imagine Xian gets grants for her "work". So long as there are women to be "saved", there's money in it but if she's too successful, she's just succeeded in ending her job.

Look st IHS. They're the biggest homeless shelter on the island. They have contracts with the city to provide services. So long as there's a homeless problem, they have cash coming in. So they have an interest, like Xian, in not ending homelessness.

In the end, it's all about money.

In the end, it's all about money.Yes it is about the money now. IHS Director Connie Mitchell pulls down a six figure salary. I do not know what their staff budget is but it is sizable. Not like the original "Peanut Butter Ministry" that was started by.

Claude Duteil which has now morphed into IHS. It is now a big business and the sky is the limit. Not hard for these kind of organizations that purport to help the downtrodden to lose their way.

Non profits to "help" the homeless is the soup du jour of our times. Because homelessness is a nation wide problem, the better you make things for the homeless, the more they will come.

What I was trying to say was that if the social justice warriors who judge all of us so harshly, as if the girls wouldn't be out there working at all if we weren't paying for pussy, cared about these girls as much as they say they do then they'd be out there "rescuing them" on their own. Since BSG seems to be an extreme example of someone apparently trapped in the Life, I used her to illustrate my point.

Another house got taken down Friday night. It is just like the homeless raids, you clear them out and they come back the next day. The state should look at it like medical marijuana. When something illegal becomes legal, tax it and use the money towards gov't programs. They should legalize some form of gambling like card rooms, or at the least, a lottery. Use the lottery proceeds to improve our DOE infrastructure and help the homeless.

DangerBoy

I believe there's two states that prohibit gambling of any kind, including a lottery — Utah and Hawaii.

One of the reasons why Hawaii doesn't have gambling that I've been hearing since I was a kid is that the Vegas casinos lobby to shut gambling out is because it'll cut into their business. Doesn't make much sense to me, as people from Hawaii favor the cheaper casinos downtown and not the more expensive mega casinos (with the higher minimum tables) on the strip. Seems to me Steve Wynn and Sheldon Adelstein wouldn't spend their money on lobbying if the customers are just going to go downmarket and downtown.

I think the real reason is that Hawaii is a very socially conservative place. That being said, I'm with you. Set up a lottery. Open casinos. Legalize pot. Decriminalize prostitution. Tax it, and lower the income tax and get rid of the idiotic GET. Fund the public schools. Take care of the affordable housing problem. Hell, they can probably finally pay for rail.

But no. For whatever reason people here would rather fly to another state and make them rich when want to (legally) gamble, let the state of Hawaii decide who's going to make money on "medical" pot and pretend to act surprised when a massage parlor gets busted, rather than seeing them as potential ways to get the people here good paying jobs and reducing their tax burden.

The politicians here are idiots anyway, so a lot of the things they do don't make any sense anyway. As far as reelection goes, it's pretty much like the war on drugs, right. Things get more and more ridiculous to the point where we throw a user in jail for years instead of getting them help. No politician gets reelected for being easy on crime. Throwing a user into jail only treats a symptom of a problem but doesn't help anyone at all since we need to help people. Gambling and all that is more of the same. In the case of a lottery, I personally don't care for it, since I believe it is a tax on the poor, but I'm such a libertarian in political views that I think people should be free to do what they please. There are much bigger problems than things like prostitution. We see them spending all these resources on stuff like prostitution and game rooms when they can't even help the homeless people here, and we see that on the news here all the time.

I'd never call it a tax on the the poor. When the poor are forced to pay, it's a tax. When it's more inelastic in demand, call it a tax. There is no need to get a lotto ticket like gas or Healthcare, etc, just a desire.

A lottery ticket isn't a necessity of life (such as food, for example), and the personal decision to buy a lottery ticket is an exercise in individual freedom of choice, which is a guiding principle of libertarianism.

Likewise, I wouldn't categorically claim that lottery ticket buyers are "dumb people". Yes, the odds of winning are low, but some individuals value the psychological enjoyment of gambling, and a lottery ticket is a convenient and relatively inexpensive form of it. That's their freedom of choice, just like it should be the freedom of choice of mongers to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars a year on prostitutes.

Granted, I did say a lottery was a "tax on dumb people", but that's my opinion. "Tax" is the wrong word to describe this. And as a friend of mine points out, someone has to win.

So if she plays, and I didn't, and she wins, who's the dumb one? (Though for 99.9999 percent of the time, I can be a smug, "I told you so," asshole.)

John Oliver had a good segment on the lottery. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9PK-netuhHA.

I don't think it should be banned, people do what they want. I totally agree part of paying for a ticket is the glimmer of hope. But why I say it is a tax on the poor because people who are poor (those who could benefit the most from winning) spend a disproportionate amount of their income on lottery tickets. It is more complicated than that, of course, but yeah. Good segment worth watching.

Got there, called = phone down. Waited on a dime, tried again = phone down. Waited on another dime, walked up, only front door light was on, with a stool outside, inner door locked. I did observe a slim brunette walking on the opposite side of the street, we both get to the fire station intersection, she heads towards Safeway direction, not sure if she's UC or working. I'm more curious as to the why. Gaming rooms that I'm sure the HPD knew were there are getting raided (20 of them yesterday). Is this a crackdown on the massage parlors as well? Is it a smokescreen because Kaneshiro is under scrutiny by the Feds?

EDIT: Watching HNN now. They're saying it's a crackdown on gaming rooms and *massage parlors* (emphasis mine). Probably the official word they got from the HPD PIO or prosecutor's press office.Look at the report again, it states 5 warrants was issued which means there was complaints about this establishment. Then look at the ads posted online about this establishment, no name nor location. One is to assume heat was coming from building management about the ads. Also, look at was next to this establishment, a church and right across the street another church and less than a block away, a school.

Think About It.

True.

This site gives a lot of wonderful information.

Where the hidden door and bell is. What AMP don't mind and just welcome totally starange ones while the other give all the excuse to kick stangers (who seem to be cops) out. What place seem to have undocumented workers. What place girls ask upfront "payment for sex"(yeah it is illegal by law). What place girls, who seem to be difficult to be caught by police trick, what girls may be easily caught.
Even the fact some place that is supposed to be closed is still open..high quality infoWhen I lived in LA, I got to know a provider who was *very* popular on one of the national review sites. This was back when the "erotic services" section on CL was still a thing. She was operating out of an apartment complex in the valley with a couple of other girls. One day she stopped posting.

I caught up to her a few months later. Turns out, of course, she and her girls got picked up. She said the cops had been following her profile on the site and they had printed out all her reviews. They knew exactly who she was and the girls she worked with were. She was kind of a rockstar among the detectives. Also salient to this conversation: they tried to find drugs on them, even though none of them had anything on them, much like the "immigration" and "tax" allegations, in addition to the prostitution charges, that are being leveled on the Dream bust.

So long as there's a demand for forums like these, you can bet big brother has an eye on it. What's the solution? I don't know. The girls in LA were reviewed on a site that required paid membership, so that doesn't seem to be a red line to online surveillance. Move these sites to the deepest part of the dark web with crazy authentication requirements? Maybe, but you'd get very little information shared because not a lot of people would go through the trouble.

Unlike other places that get raided but you can still go later to see your girl, or wait while things to cool down before girls come back from taking a break, this place got slammed and shut down fast. Her AMP was gone not long after she opened it. Raids happen all over the place but not many parlors disappear like that. Just my 2 pebbles. Be careful, all.

Confirmed as Dream. Two women arrested, one on the Kukui Plaza property, and one at home.

2 women arrested in downtown massage parlor raid.

By Star-Advertiser staff.

August 11,2017.

CRAIG T. KOJIMA / CKOJIMA@STARADVERTISER.COM.

Two women were arrested Thursday in connection to promoting prostitution at the Dream Theraphy massage parlor at Kukui Plaza Mall. Keith Kaneshiro, Honolulu prosecutor, far right, looked over the premises after the morning raid.

Two women were arrested in the aftermath of a law enforcement raid of a massage parlor in the Kukui Plaza Mall on Thursday.

Both women were arrested at about 10:30 am On suspicion of promoting prostitution and illegal ownership of a prohibited business, both of which are Class C felonies, authorities said.

Law enforcement raided a massage parlor called Dream Theraphy on the second floor of the building at 50 S. Beretania St.

Law enforcement apprehended the two women at two different locations, away from the massage parlor. One woman was arrested on the Kukui Plaza Mall property, and the other woman was arrested at her residence.

Investigators of the Honolulu prosecutor's office, the Department of Homeland Security and the Honolulu Police Department were involved in the raid.

Honolulu Prosecutor Keith Kaneshiro arrived at the establishment Thursday during the raid. Chuck Parker, spokesman for the prosecutor's office, declined to comment on the investigation. "We cannot comment on ongoing cases," he said.

Earlier this year, a forum member posted that one day after he left Dream, he was approached by two undercover police officers and asked to cooperate in an investigation of Dream. However, he said that he invoked his Fifth Amendment privilege and declined to cooperate with the police. Some other forum members expressed disbelief at his report, even bordering on ridicule. By contrast, I remained silent and took a wait-and-see approach. Seems more believable now, doesn't it?

Just wondering if there has been a typical time of day that these types of raids have been conducted. This one appears to have taken place in the morning. The other high profile raid I recall was when Gogo got raided. Does anyone know what time of day that raid took place? I'm just wondering if law enforcement chooses to conduct these raids earlier in the day so that they have more time to do the paperwork etc that day, without having to put in overtime. I'm just thinking about it from the perspective of trying to figure out if, for example, there is less risk to visiting an AMP at the end of the work day or in the evening.

Unrelated but watching the news this morning they were talking about the Manafort raid. They said it took place at 6 am and vanilla federal warrants must be executed between 6-10 am.

The Feds were involved in this raid.

I'm no lawyer and have no idea is this information is accurate.

Once the court approves the warrants the process can begin. It could be morning it could be early evening.

In Gogo case the complaint for the warrants came from the activities in the apartment complex behind the AY Wong building. Providers had couple apartments in the building where they would take guys there not only to service but also do drugs. Apartment residents filed the complaint. Hence, the main establishment went down too.

This is purely speculation but it may depend on the intent of the raid. Do you you want to roll up mongers or do you want to roll up owners? Even if girls are the target. To catch the biggest pool of them, one would have to choose a time when they might all be working.

Mongers, imo, tend to be more active at night. The majority at least. If I wanted to catch the biggest pool of mongers I'd definitely raid at night. If I wanted to catch owners or at the very least managers without a large pool of mongers / girls I'd raid early in the morning. Alot of publicity, inconveniencing other business owners and making a huge scene in the morning time though. Raids are never fun. Met with a provider recently (hours recently) that's been in the game for awhile and to make things short she told me she's pretty scared and alot of folks are worried because there are several other places currently in crosshairs; I'm not the smartest man but I'd say the bigger more popular spots make pretty appetizing fish. Just my 2 cents. Anyway, laying low and sticking to my lineup of indys until this blows over. Stay safe fellas, check your corners and watch your asses.

(But all here be safe).Historically raids occurred in the evenings, rarely if never in the mornings or afternoons since the houses are generally fully stacked later than earlier. This sends a warning that day mongering is no longer safe. And unless Uncle LEO's strategies have changed they're still targeting owners and illegals, maybe providers to hopefully pressure them to turn against the house, but normally not schlongs / customers. Remember, if caught with your pants down in there remain cool, compliant, and courteous. I know. I speak from experience.

The law was changed making promoting and / or benefiting from prostitution a felony several years ago. My guess is that the objective of the Legislature was to target Waikiki pimps and this as far as I know, this is the first application of the new law to massage parlors since the change. This is exactly why I once advised a friend to not purchase an establishment. The effect could be major. Unlike the girls who can take the misdemeanor convictions and either go back to work or move back to other states, convictions in these cases will have a real negative impact on the value of the investment that most owners have made in buying these businesses from others who are retiring. Eventually, if felony conviction is a realistic outcome, why would anyone want to buy and run a massage parlor? Objectively, if the government really wants to close down massage parlors, arresting owners makes a lot more sense than arresting girls or patrons.

What people have to realize is to upkeep and maintain the Rail probably going to cost more than how much it took to build it. At rate of progression, who knows when that is? Look at it this way, do we have an honest politician around? I say NO. Anyway, have a nice weekend guys, I'll go look for a some pussy action tonight. Bye.

This rail fiasco is a big joke. Cost over runs. Somebody is getting rich through all of this. I say they should derail the rail. Rip and tear it out might be cheaper than continuing to plug in more cash at the taxpayers expense. Ironically, except for some staged "photo op" rides for the news media, Rail Rat Caldwell most likely won't be riding the rail himself. His annual income is in the $373,000 to $473,000 range (the specific figure is unknown because he doesn't need to report the exact amount he receives from his lucrative part-time bank gig), and the Star-Advertiser has estimated that he owns about $1,260,000 in bank stock.

The way I see it is our Mayor is just building up his pre retirement funds for himself and his close friends. He doesn't give a fuck if the rail ever is completed or not. He'll either be dead or someone might get rid of him during his next speech to the press. Who knows?

You guys should have voted for Cayetano.Brothers, time to get grass roots to remove the weighed down sand bag called Mayor Caldwell and any of the Other Politicians that have proven themselves wasteful and doing more about nothing. At this point, we the public are who they represent and work for and are only kept on by popular votes. Tally all that increase tax policies and expenditures that Mayor Caldwell and City Council have impacted the public at large and spread the information to every one to inform them and empower them to vote. It begins with educating the masses and encourage them to register to vote next round. We as a unified people can make changes and remove these dead weight sand bag politicians. At the State and City level, we can effect change with the combined votes. It's possible and probable. We just have to rally the people and make it happen. Light the fire of change and watch it burn. If we don't do anything or move for change, these people will burden all taxpayers, especially the retiree's and young people entering the job market. The roof the roof is on fire, we don't need no water let the mother fucker burn!!

Well said. Adding the lesser of two evil choice governor to the list of weak self centered career politicians that have to retire.

At least the people were smart enough to vote out the worse choice last election.

Time to do the same agin. One term governor sounds pretty good to me.

News report: Rail Rat Caldwell makes new friends (lol).

SHOUTING MATCH ERUPTS

During the previous night the already tense rail debate reportedly erupted into a shouting match when lawmakers gathered with Caldwell in the office of Senate President Ron Kouchi.

Luke asked Caldwell to accept the terms of the proposed rail bailout package, and Caldwell said he took that to mean lawmakers were offering a "take-it-or-leave-it" proposition.

Tempers flared, and Caldwell said he and his chief of staff, Gary Kurokawa, walked out of the room abruptly.

The exchange ended "with one of the members, I think who had maybe drank a little too much, was getting belligerent. And I listened for a while, and then I said, 'I don't need to take this,'" Caldwell said.

Caldwell declined to identify the lawmaker.

Saiki said several lawmakers including Saiki drank "a glass of wine" that evening, but no one was intoxicated. And he described the 90-minute exchange between frustrated lawmakers and Caldwell in stronger terms.

"I think that several people yelled at him that night," Saiki said, including him. "In fact, I think everybody in the room yelled at him that night. Everyone yelled at him at some point".

Caldwell yelled back during the exchange, and "in the end Caldwell was red-faced and left," Saiki said.

Dela Cruz and Luke said lawmakers have already made allowances considering the unique nature of the rail project, which is the largest public works project in state history.

"This is the third time at the trough. The third time," Dela Cruz said.

Caldwell and Mufi are both dirty.Brothers, the public and the city council aren't blind to what's been going on especially with the mayor asking for more money each time along with the extended estimates of when the Rail will be finished. They claim that they did an audit on the money for the Rail and how is was being spent on the Rail itself. I'd like to see further audit trail of moneys going to the Contractors and it's further distributions. The repeated requests from the Mayor's Office for more money is outrageous. And the fucker knows the public is footing the bill for the Rail not just during it's creation, but, more importantly, the growing costs to maintain it for years to come. They claim in News that Polls shows people of Hawaii by some percentage I forgot, is in favor of continuing the Rail development. What Poll is that and did they really reach out to all citizens in Hawaii or only polled 100 people and determine a percentage of that to announce in the News that people of Hawaii over 50% want to keep Rail going? Fuckin fake News in cahoots too. We cannot belly up as always and let the politicians affect our pocket book to pay for their indulgence and irresponsible policies. We need to activate all citizens from age 18 to retiree's and inform them and encourage them to vote out all incumbents. The State of Hawaii and City County of Honolulu needs a transfusion of new blood in all the political system to get out the stagnate stale blood of conformity and apathy. We each can make same choices to vote out the incumbents. It's our right. It's our future. It's your children and grandchildren future. Be part of the solution. Make a difference. Yes, Hawaii people (Democrats) have voted in crooks like Mufi and Caldwell. The last Mayors race was super close as Caldwell barely won. We also know that the media (star advertiser) is owned by liberal Canadians across the border. Shit this rail down, and VOTE out these liberals who are bankrupting the city. The island of Puerto Rico went bankrupt because of their stupid RAIL! Go research it!, lastly, everyone knows that to get the poll results you want you word the "poll questions" to a small sample group (I know I use to write poll questions). Do not believe polls, the polls said trump was losing the race by a large margin and look what happen- fake news! Don't say you were not warned- let's take Hawaii back vote out the incumbents!

I must admit she has an incredible sense of humor and spoofs on herself all the time. Why some guy hasn't been lucky enough to connect with her we'll never know. But I would do anything to meet her and spend a few minutes just chatting in real life. There are nude selfies of Lindsay Vonn and Tiger Woods. You can't yell "It's in the hole" on the golf course when he's playing. It can't fit in any of the 18 holes. His name should be Tiger "Wadd" Woods.

In Campbell Industrial park in Kapolei is a towing company named All Island Towing. Their lucrative side business is middle -manning stolen construction tools and equipment. The owner is a lady who doubles as a law enforcement informant so HPD does not pursue her. So everyone turns a blind eye and the thefts can continue. Hopefully the rail constructors factored the thievery loss into the rail costs before submitting bids. Hh.

Yesterday a former Navy commander who participated in a corruption/bribery scandal in Asia was sentenced in Honolulu to eighteen months of federal imprisonment. Notably, part of the bribery scheme was "tens of thousands of dollars" spent on prostitutes to service the officer, including multiple providers flown from Indonesia to Singapore. Indeed, he received "the services of prostitutes on more occasions than any other U.S. Navy officer" involved in the widespread scandal. Well, at least he'll have many pleasant memories to recall while he's serving his time. Go Navy!

http://projects.seattletimes.com/2017/eastside-prostitution-bust/

2-3 weeks ago there was a big bust in washington state.

The bust scale is not honolulu way. Much much bigger and zero tolerance policy there.

If one person is caught at AMP, all people there must be sent to police first. Though you are just a pizza delivery man in the wrong place wrong time doesn't matter.

This time for a few says more than 100 guys were sent to detention center. Some was reported as missing by wife or parents cause they were not allowed to use phone in detention center. Could you imagine your wife report you are missing then get calling "your husband is arrested of prostitution bust"? Hmm. Most guys there are rich guys, divorce lawyers must be happy.

More than 100 cars, 20 bikes and even one bicycle was taken into custody.

Anyway this article talks about "internet based prostitution".

I am not sure that site in article is this site.

Anyway it is funny. Girls can get more info for best working place for them and more opportunity. Guys get more quality info.

And also police don't need to do annoying jobs that much cause they get all kind of quality info.

Anyway. Now when I asked whether she wants me to write a good review for her, she said "NO" strogly.

She said for a while she doesn't want to be noticed at all. Old regulars are enough. Cause things seem to go in weird way now and some feel as if busts is not random "catch anyone" way any more, rather things seem to be more "target orienting" way. It is more scaring to them cause that means authority will have evidence enough when they visit.

That is why she has no interests in moving to another state cause new to this state will creat many reviews on her.

Now I guess some popular top girls just want to be less popular.

Wow, that was some intricate police work. It's scary because cops linked real people names with online usernames. Maybe they used computer programmers who were arrested to help them for lenientsy. Or maybe police or FBI has their own programmers. That is some scary stuff. Peace out.

We've been having it good in Honolulu for a long time. The AMPs here are pretty blatant. They don't even try to masquerade as massage businesses. Mainland cities are much more strict, especially if there are complaints by the public. Probably has to do with less tolerance (like maybe more evangelical types on the mainland). The risks for mongerers are a lot higher. Over here, the populace is tolerant and maybe most view it as nothing unusual as this service industry is commonplace in most Asian countries. Of course, if the politicians here put pressure on LE to pursue closing down the AMPs then it will happen. They have many tools to use including going after the customers for solicitation.

I give Denny Santiago the 2011 recipient of the police depts Warrior Silver Medal of Valor great praise and balls to speak the truth like we never knew what HPD is all about. Good job my friend but now you got to deal with the harassment and shit that follows. We need a Chief that's NOT from here and to clean house especially at the top level of power.

The example of the vehicles impounded is true but the rest doesn't make sense nor the link provided. The stats provided is actually from this report.

The [sting] operation was focused on catching men who contribute to the demand for prostitution and drive the highly lucrative sex trade. "The basic premise is, if there was no demand, we wouldnt have this problem," said Bellevue police detective Tor Kraft..

There always has been a demand between mutually willing sex partners, and there always will be a demand--no matter how many sting ops they conduct. For them to think they are going to eradicate the oldest profession in the world by conducting sting ops is laughable. Oh, it may slow down the action for awhile, but it will pick up again. It always does. SMH.

http://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news/crime/110-arrested-in-bellevue-sex-sting-set-up-to-fill-void-after-asian-brothels-shut-down/This is where the forum becomes invaluable. There may be a fair share of shilling and hyperbole on the Honolulu Forum, but if HPD ever tried to setup their own AMP (or infiltrated an existing AMP), in order to arrest mongers, I'm sure we would be warning each other right away. There still lots of Aloha on this island between the brotherhood.

In any event, that's why I stick with establishments and providers I know. I've gotten fooled by BP providers in the past. I just say no. It's not worth the risk. If they aren't verified, I won't go.

Additionally, the article premise that we mongers don't care about the life history of providers is categorically false. Read our forum. We occasionally shill and exaggerate reports because we care and we want our providers to do well and stay here. Plus how many of us express concern when one of our beloved providers falls on hard times or gets in legal trouble?

That author has an agenda. Our relationships with providers may be professional, but there is still lots of love and Aloha here in Hawaii. Any providers from Bellevue are welcome to relocate. There's no victimization in Hawaii between consenting adults in the amp industry.

Uncle LEO should be going after the violent pimps. That's where the victimization exists. But apparently that's too difficult for HPD.

Then they would have a case of promoting prostitution.

There always has been a demand between mutually willing sex partners, and there always will be a demand--no matter how many sting ops they conduct...I had just glanced the article at first but what made that sting news was the fact that white collar guys organized to bring young (early 20'ish) south k-girls like they were produce, new monthly supply. I can only guess that they broke that club by having an insider (someone that got caught and agreed to help for some reduced or keep there info anon), I know they posted another story how it broke, it's always an informant leak on the inside IMHO when the bust is as involved as what they described of the logistics of the club. To have nabbed that many people, they had to have raided the place but kept the front open for several days to keep bring them in, even perhaps maintain regular postings to pretend everything is normal, otherwise word would have gotten out easily and if it was just a catch of the day bet it be less than fraction or a 1/10th being caught, which would have made the cost to pull that op a waste of tax payers money if just a fewer than a dozen were arrested at the scene. Good thing in hawaii we here don't all shop the same place, being decentralized and just being all randoms at the dozen or so places.

"Playboy founder and legendary ladies' man Hugh Hefner has died at the age of 91, according to Playboy Enterprises. The magazine said he was surrounded by loved ones and peacefully passed away today from natural causes at his home".

When you think about it, he was a supermonger for a large part of his life, because he used his wealth to attract and sexually enjoy beautiful women.

Certainly his wife Crystal (photo below), who's 60 years younger than him, will be heartbroken and in mourning. Well, for a least a few minutes anyway.

Well, for a least a few minutes anyway.Actually Crystal is probably more heart broken than you would think. It's not like Playboy is the multi million dollar conglomeration it was in the 60's and 70's. Hugh was largely living off the estate and not making a whole lot of money. Plus I'm guessing he didn't have much of an estate left, so she is not going to inherit a whole lot of money and whatever is left of the playboy empire is going to his creditors and family.

Prenups are a * She's going to have to hustle and find another benefactor or make it on her own talents and skills. Good thing she's still young. She's probably apartment hunting right now.

Well, for a least a few minutes anyway.I was wrong to think Hef shafted his wife (maybe that's an appropriate term, because he was 91 when he passed and very feeble). Ms. Hefner didn't get much in terms of the will, but he set her up with a 5 million dollar home in the Hollywood Hills, and probably some money as well (outside of the will).

Her 5 year commitment wasn't entirely without reward. Now she can marry for love. I'm so relieved.

There's now hope for other 26 year olds marrying 87 year olds. You know it was for love.

Just read we're going to be cleaning up the place AGAIN!! Why did you let them come back in after the first of many sweeps anyway? Dumb fucking city or state officials thinks money grows on trees. I don't visit there but a lot of you should be real concerned about your areas parks. If the homeless like to trash the place, destroy the light fixtures, toilets, water fountains etc. Ship their ASS out of there. I know that being homeless is NOT a crime but when you destroy city of state property then you've gone too far.

Have you seen the homeless city spinning out of control under the middle street freeway? Dozens of cars parking illegally on state land. Governor got to go.

HAHA you fuckas.Be careful what you wish for. A chief that has no loyalty or ties of obligation to the powers that be could very easily launch a war on "vice" — especially on our kind of vice. It would be very easy to shut down the massage parlors and turn the screws on the girls.

I'm as frustrated as the institutional corruption in local LE as you are, but no matter what happens, there's always risk that this thing of ours will be the easiest to target for the lowest hanging press. The girls don't put up a fight and it's not like the mamasans have itchy trigger fingers.

There were a collaborative effort both State, City and private organizations that kicked the homeless out- it did not last long why? I will tell you why. All of you live in the most LIBERAL one-party Democratic Party wSystem here where we have man bashing politicians, tree huggers, and save the honu, whales and homeless advocates. This place would allow ISIS if Santuary City goes into effect. The one party Democrat machine is a socialist machine that runs by having hard working people like you and I PAY for the rail, PAY for the homeless problem, PAY for food stamps and PAY for everything. As a part Hawaiian I am moving away from this god forsaken place, crime is crazy, gunfire every week, and traffic is OUT OF CONTROL- it won't get better because Schatz, Hanabusa, hirono are socialist libs that will allow illegals, homeless and federated states people to sponge off of the over taxed community- all of you need to know this, as a matter of fact, states across the nation to include NY and California are buying one way tickets for their chronic homeless people and the mentally ill to Hawaii to get social aid. The are coming by the airplane loads. I even met one from Oregon who was sent here by their city. Now the question remains. How much can this island take? Crowded schools, congestion's, high cost of food. 'Nevada here we come. Aloha no and good luck everyone.
