Just wondering why it would not be a good answer to tell them you were there getting a massage and just not answer any questions past that. It's not illegal to get a massage. It seems like the decline answer might make them more agitated. You don't tell because most girls aren't licensed and they'll receive a citation and so will the shop.

It sucks, it's not fair but it's reality.

This short Youtube video from a defense lawyer explains what I was saying and why it's best to remain silent from the beginning. I'm not a lawyer so I may be misinterpreting some of it but I'd rather play it safe.

You can say hello or greet them but if they ask you anything else, you should ask if you are being detained. If they say no then invoke the 5th. If they are detaining you, they need to read your Miranda rights. If they Miranda you, you need to invoke the 5th and say nothing else. Yes, they might take you to jail and make your lawyer get you out, but if you choose to abandon your rights then you are digging your own grave.

I was at work, but my wife was there. They said they were investigating a case of stolen identity. Very cool, because they actually had busted a well known Creative Loafing advertiser that I had visited two days before. The next day, they showed up in the lobby of my company, asking for me. They were discreet and professional. We found a table in the lobby cafe, and it was clear that they knew who I was and where I'd been. Given their incredibly wonderful response to my wife the day before, I thanked them. They made clear they wanted only information, not me, and that if I answered their questions, I'd never hear from them again. I cooperated, even allowed them to look through my phone. After 10 minutes, they said thanks, shook my hand and I never heard from the again. I followed the case, and one friend from Creative Loafing went to jail for over a year; others involved I never heard about.
Had I remained quiet and unwilling to help, I am 100 percent certain I would have wound up in jail. But because of the way they handled talking to my wife, I felt I could trust them, and I was right, thankfully.

Are you saying they arrested a girl who advertised in that paper?

Sometimes you have to follow your gut.First of all, I find it very hard to believe that the cops would come to your house and tell your wife what they were looking for you for. They are not suppose to do that. Second of all, what did the person you see do that got them in the slammer for a year? Another question is how did the cops find you? If you did nothing wrong and the cops had nothing on you except them knowing you saw the person who stole identity they should not even have showed up to your house. Unless it was your identity that was stolen. Is that what happened? I know from experience how this works. The cops showing up to your house over a case of stolen identity and telling your wife what they were there for sounds bogus for several reasons. Tell us what really happened. Hell, show us who this was if you can. Maybe some guys will finally have a mystery solved if they're identity was ever stolen if you are in fact telling the truth.

Sometimes you have to follow your gut.1. You got lucky.
2. If you are at the scene of the crime (an AMP) and a raid is going on, your gut better be telling you to be quiet.
Does anyone actually have experience being at a shop when it was raided? It seems you cover yourself and are ok. So if you do stay silent I'm assuming they do not have a right ask you for I'd; and then you ask if you are being detained. If no, you leave. It seems like they will look around and try to find some probably cause to come up with a reason to arrest you. Obviously since you are there and likely disrobed.

I know it's legal to take a sauna so I was polite and gave them my I'd when asked. Then one cop asked why I was there and I said just to get a massage. He pressed me and I said I just wanted a massage and he let me go.
If you're at a Camp and a licensed masseuse is giving you a massage, there's nothing illegal about that. Just grab a towel and be draped. Be polite to LE but don't say anything as other posters have said. Should LE walk in while you're getting a BJ, then just ask the cop if he wants to go next since you're almost done. LOL.

1. You got lucky.
2. If you are at the scene of the crime (an AMP) and a raid is going on, your gut better be telling you to be quiet. Not an AMP and they didn't seek me out until three days later. An out of town agency girl had called the police, making claims I knew nothing about.
I may well have gotten lucky, but I am absolutely certain had I NOT cooperated I would have been involved headfirst in something I did not want to be involved in. I'll never forget my shock when they showed up at the receptionist desk in my office building. It was clear they only wanted info that could possibly get higher ups. I told them what I knew (very little) was open and honest, and they stuck to their word. I never heard from them again. This was likely nine or 10 years ago.
Don't remember the name of the large girl who seemed to be the manager (she required a copy of your driver's license) but there was a red headed girl who would show you to the right place. She's the one that suffered.
Stay safe.
The creative loafing is still around? It is, but the ads that were of most interest have long gone away.

They covered up the real reason for their visit to my house with the cover of stolen identity to protect me. I'm eternally grateful.
This particular operation routinely had new featured workers every two weeks or so, all from out of town it seemed. I have no idea who or how many they ever got, but the low level house manager took a fall. This was nine or 10 years ago (maybe even longer) but I will never forget a second of it.

It seems that not only has the City of Roswell put a pause on permitting new Camps for 90 days, but they are now doing everything possible to put roadblocks in the way of existing Camps license renewals.
Here is a link to all of the requirements and it appears that LE is following each and every one precisely making compliance very difficult if not impossible.

Mammasan claimed it was a rival shop that tipped them off. Cops came to the door, banged on it. Mammasan came to all the rooms and told us to get dressed and stay put. Eventually the cops came in, checked everyone and and our ID's, tossed some of the rooms and let everyone go. But, this was another world, it's organized crime there, not the same environment as Georgia, not even close. Even back then it was all underground, no neon sign out front pretending to have any form of legitimacy. They were all apartment buildings that were segmented into massage rooms, there's nothing like that here. I'm certain if you want to operate that kind of business back home, both the police, and whoever owns the neighborhood gets a piece, and has to approve it.

With OF taking off like a rocket during the pandemic, I have had a harder time landing 8-9-10 level talent in the US or EU. Just about everyone I meet on SA has an OF account they are peddling. The more attractive ladies are also less available to meet, except when I get a random "let's meet today" message when rent is due. I found a really interesting article that I can only hope will play out in our favor.

I played around with a generator and it took me less than ten minutes and a few clicks to generate a "10" - a recreation of the Czech hottie I was with on one of my European adventures. At the end of the day it's still my hand on my dick, so it won't change my preference for a warm blooded encounter. However, my money is on AI adaptive modeling learning the visual and personality preferences of any man better than any girl trying to fake it to make it on OF or cam shows. If AI is able to dominate the virtual space perhaps real ladies will be more willing to get off the webcam and enjoy some old fashioned 1:1 time. Face down ass up.

We should all feel so much safer now.Since I know that your law enforcement reads this, Roswell, read this. Persecuting and prosecuting 90 lb Asian matures may make your balls feel bigger but the thugs are still out there and it is the thugs and their cancerous culture that is responsible for trafficking women and girls and turning them into prostitutes. You may fool the naive and stupid general public but you do not fool us. It is just so much easier to go after people who pose no threat to society, isn't it? After all, it's the votes that count, right? Pathetic.

This is something which is never asked at any type of city council or county commissioner meetings. I asked this once at a city council meeting & received a ticket on my way home for speeding, illegal lane change, & expired insurance which was current at the time. I took the hint & never went back to ask another? Again.

This is really a bunch of bullshit. I think the fact that you could get a legit good massage at most of these places. I've got chronic back pain and muscle tightness due to a confirmed medical condition and I can't tell you the number of times these ladies have worked out the knots to at least make me feel a little bit normal. The Chinese pressure point work they do can't really be found at your typical day spa type establishment. For all their talk about free markets and protecting small businesses, this obviously doesn't work for our local overlords if the business is run by Asian women and they don't like community perception of the service provided.
As an aside, I ventured up to a recently mentioned establishment in Cumming last week but the lady I drew told me she couldn't provide any extra services at the instruction of management. She was super nice and apologetic and I completely understood. Whatever places are left are so freaked about getting arrested or whatever they won't allow even a hint of impropriety. I mentioned the 'human trafficking' bs that was being thrown about to her and she confirmed that nothing like that is happening or at least in very rare exceptions. These are just hard working ladies trying make a buck.

This is really a bunch of bullshit.Agreed, I was planning to visit one of these today, my back and legs are in a decent amount of pain and they really do help a lot. Along with the benefit of what consenting adults can do behind closed doors.
Seems like a part of the caste system putting their heal on the neck of those who don't think the same way as the overreacting religion controlling our laws. But, any LE here will just point and laugh like a bully / troll.
Anyway, fingers crossed I can find another place.

And I bet business owners already seek legal advice from their attorneys. There are a few different players and circumstances involved in the massage shop raids, arrests and shut-downs:
The Roswell massage shop shutdowns are the result of a combination of the City (Mayor, Police and City Council) plus overly active and obsessive "concerned" citizens. Fulton County has been supportive and was represented by District Attorney Fani Willis at the September 22,2022 Roswell Press Conference. Interestingly, ALL of the arrests and compliance violations were made by Roswell Police Department.
The "Landlord Letters" sent primarily in Cobb County, are all from the State of Georgia Attorney General's Human Trafficking Prosecution Unit led by a former Cobb County and DeKalb County Assistant District Attorney, who was appointed to the position of Chief of Human Trafficking Prosecution Unit in June 2019, subsequent to their formation by Georgia Governor Brian P. Kemp and Attorney General Chris Carr.
The vast majority of these shops had no arrests and / or any other prior legal issues, but the letters to the Landlords included online reviews and advertisements serving as the "cause". Unfortunately, the Landlords did not challenge the admissibility of the "evidence" they received and instead took immediate action against their massage shop tenants and terminated leases without any due process whatsoever.

The Constitution offers a due process clause, which really doesn't solve the problem at hand. This is an important concept to consider when we look at what's going on here.
What you're proposing is a valid idea, but requires a lot of gumption and money. It would take years and the discovery process would be very uncomfortable for the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs would very likely appear before an unsympathetic jury if it went to trial. Not sure who'd want to take that case but if it appeared lucrative, even as a long shot, there would be attorneys doing it by now.
When the government wants to shut your business down, they have dozens of ways to do it and litigating a municipality is frighteningly expensive and time consuming. Most small businesses do not have the resources to do this. Ask anyone who's tried to litigate on zoning, inspections, etc. Trust me, it's a nightmare.

But the rabbit hole I went down was (maybe naively or wrongfully so) associated with the ordinary everyday person that simply wanted to start their legal massage business that had nothing to do with the busts. After all, the moratorium impacts all businesses in this category, not just the one's with illicit aims. Either way, I see your point.
I can't imagine girls making enough on * to replace real income. The world is drowning in accounts. That said, it's dry as a bone out there. For a reason, right?
Victorian sketches, dirty magazines, old Times Square XXX Theaters / Booths, then VHS, PPV and even FREE internet porn, all have their time / bubble then we settle into over saturation, and normalization.
Nothing will ever replace the easy cash grab of 1:1 turnstile service until AI / virtual is indistinguishable from the real thing, and half the cost.
100% spot on that post-pandemic it's just not the same, but hope springs eternal!
Regarding massage licensing in Roswell, can first hand confirm it has slowed ramp up (via a colleague) who expected to grow Q1 by adding services/locations in shared health/wellbeing spaces (along side hair dressers, aestheticians etc.)
They're painting with a broad brush and affecting innocent entrepreneurs.

None of that turned out to be true and my bet is that this will be just another fake stunt put on by the Roswell mayor and his Gestapo. Maybe the Mayor of Roswell has his own plans to run for governor one day just like Fat Fani. We'll see.

Was this woman an absentee owner or working in the actual store? She looks familiar, does anyone know who she is?What the shop owner next door said:
"It's disgusting, it's honestly horrendous. Thankfully, it finally got rooted out, Hopefully, we can get a more upbeat community-forward kind of business in there. ".
What the shop owner next door was thinking:
"Dang! I could have been going there on my breaks! You mean they'd give you a handy for just a tip? Those babes were smokin' hot. I got to find me one of these places in Sandy Springs or Atlanta now. ".

How many 55 year-old ladies with Teslas and brand new houses are being trafficked? It's the politicians like AG Carr and Fat Fani Willis and Roswell Mayor Wilson who are drumming up this non-issue. Wait'll the outcome of the trials. Fat Fani and the rest are going down! Watch and learn, boy; watch and learn. (Mark Knopler).
So Ease Massage sits there, closed down, with a big red "Stop Work" sticker on the door courtesy of the Roswell PD, the mayor, and the city council. Meanwhile two doors down, Taco Takeout and Four Seasons Wings were broken into and robbed over the weekend. New glass is being installed today. Probably won't catch the culprits unless they performed a handjob while they were on site.

It's hard to believe someone who's only 33 years old could be the kingpin of a massive trafficking operation.

Interestingly when you look at Roswell at https://crimegrade.org/safest-places-in-roswell-ga/.
They don't even consider mutual masturbation, trafficking, or prostitution as criteria for grading crime. They do put a heavy emphasis on VIOLENT crime. Things like assault, murder- you know-.
Life ending or crippling events. Roswell gets a C- . But this site, https://www.city-data.com/crime/crime-Roswell-Georgia.html calls out Rape. Wow. I did not realize the cops were doing such a lousy job stopping rape in Roswell. And look at the assualts!

Also it seems that several places on Holcomb Bridge Rd are open, such as Best Day and Tao. Anyone know why these places have escaped the LE shutdown and flown under the radar?

So apparently 3500 children in GA are trafficking victims each year. 3600 if you read the numbers on top of the busses. She setup a care facility for up to 24 child survivors of trafficking, do the other 3476 not survive? At 3500, that's 10 a day, maybe treatment is only two days to give them the benefit of the doubt. In any case we are taking action to shut down illicit (we can't say Asian) massage parlors. That's the best way to save the children.
https://www.11alive.com/article/news/local/first-lady-marty-kemp-discusses-initiatives-stop-human-trafficking-georgia/85-b7d57f72-1f5d-42dd-8687-8b149156c0c1
If you go and look at the GRACE Commission, they estimate that 1. 5 MILLION people (mostly children) are trafficking victims in the US each year. The US population is 333.3 million, roughly 21% are under 18 for a total of 70 million. If you do the math 2% or 2 in every hundred children are allegedly sold for sex. That is unbelievably high.
https://gov.georgia.gov/first-lady/grace-commission
The HPCI says in GA 116 children have been rescued and 46 traffickers are under indictment. While not "good" as trafficking a child is a horrible crime, those numbers are more believable. Way off from 3500. In any case the traffickers only receive prison time which does not seem to be near what they deserve IMO for selling children.

So three articles all saying different things with math that don't add up. So what's really going on? Here is my take:
1- Take a real issue that concerns everyone and use your public office to hyper-inflate the data and create a sensation.
2- Create a Commission to address the issue and appoint 25 board members, family or supporters.
3- It's not visible at all, the salary of board members or the budget of the commission, but follow the money. Use either public funds to pay board members or privately raised money which is another goal of the commission. What is the salary of a board member? I'll buy a beer for anyone who can find it.
4- Take action completely unrelated to the issue you sensationalized, but pick easy targets to rack up arrests and claim success. Then pat each other on the back, or slap asses in celebration while you count your stacks.

See the Mayor of Roswell as a prime example. She is a nice lady, she means well but she is naive, like most of them, and like most of them they implement emotional responses instead of taking a long, hard, shrewd look at what is really happening out there. In Atlanta the sex trafficking is done by the thugs who take their victims to the local shit-hole hotels and turn them into prostitutes. In America most of the sex trafficking is taking place at the border by the cartels who are trafficking women and children into sex slavery, a travesty approved by this administration. Emotion rules the day though, and unfortunately it will be the parlors that will bear the brunt of the self-righteous wrath of the clueless.

I'm pretty sure that's how Johnny Cash sang it. All I know is if I tried to have a sex party it would be 20 dudes and one chick. So the cops rolling up to shots fired and finding an ongoing sex party with 20 chicks and one dude is likely probable cause in itself for trafficking because that shit don't work that way in real life.

One of the more frightening things about the news article linked was the talk about going after the customers and the landlords.
If you get enough bored housewives (whose lack of attention to their husbands is what caused the whole massage demand to begin with) fired up, these things can gain momentum.
Not enough manpower. Unless they have evidence of you pounding Sally Slant-Pussy, it is all circumstantial evidence. A good defense attorney would have no problem making a charge like this go away.
I hope you're right.

It's clear that Roswell LE and the City are using the Camps and trafficking as a way of gaslighting the voters. Since the crackdown on the Camps, there have been robberies and break-ins on Holcomb Bridge Road and an apparent shooting at the Krystal on Holcomb Bridge Rd yesterday just west of 400. Maybe they should put their resources to good use and crack down on real crime and patrol the streets. Vote them out!

I am friendly with Sofia from Caribe and have her personal number. I saw an add for her posted and called her. She said she's in a hotel and 3 girls available. I asked what happened and if there was a problem at the apartment and she said it's complicated. I asked if it was the police and she said yes in the apartment. I suspect the one that went by Latinas de Norcross and a few other names was busted as well. I haven't seen the place jade used to work and that sacha and Natalia work post recently. I think the hotel ads are safe but there was clearly a bust at those apartments. Those were my two favorite places.

On March, 21 FBI agents and police were outside both locations in Roswell, where they conducted what an FBI spokesperson had described in an email to the Roswell Daily Record as a "court-authorized law enforcement activity. " Because of the ongoing nature of the investigation, the spokesperson declined to comment further at the time.
According to the criminal complaint, the arrests came after a nine-month investigation of the parlors. Between June 2023 and February 2024, undercover officers and agents posing as customers went to each location.
Typically, the officers and agents would be greeted by Asian women in lingerie. The officers would pay $60 for massages. The women would then allegedly agree to engage in sexual activity with the officers for an additional fee of between $140 and $200.

The FBI and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Roswell Police and Fire Departments, the USA Attorney's Office for the District of New Mexico, the Carlsbad Police and Fire Departments and the Clovis Police Department were among the agencies that contributed to the investigation.
The women would then allegedly agree to engage in sexual activity with the officers for an additional fee of between $140 and $200.That took 9 months? Sound like a lot of visits ha ha.
So they were busy doing that, meanwhile at the boarder.

So they were busy doing that, meanwhile at the boarder. The border is a federal mess, what angers me about this is I guarantee all of these police departments have open murder & rape investigations which the manpower could have gone to instead of guys getting a happy ending. There are thousands of rape kits which have not undergone DNA testing due to lack of funds statewide but there is money to go after moral crimes.

It looks like SB 36 passed the GA House on 28 March. Proposals include increased penalties for pimping and pandering that make the first offense a felony.

What I don't know is if the bill has to go back to the GA senate or to the governor, either case would just be the issue of time, as I am certain it won't be voted down. I think Texas passed something similar a while ago. It's interesting that paying for sex is legal in at least one state and will be felonies in two. I just hope that someone with deep pockets (like Robert Kraft) gets dinged and has the means for a constitutional challenge of criminalizing moral crimes.
If anyone has expert or first hand expert knowledge (talked to a lawyer) I would be interested to know:
When this law will take effect, assuming 1 Jan 25 but just a guess.
Why John's are arrested for solicitation not pandering during stings and what the difference is.

How does this law define pandering? Is getting a happy ending going to be covered by SB 36 and become a felony? What about a BJ in a Camp? Is that now a felony?

It seems pandering refers to the setting up of another for the sole purpose of prost. This would seem to be more against the mamasan, if anything.
Again, I could be wrong, but that's how I interpreted it.

" A person commits the offense of pandering when he or she solicits a person to perform an act of prostitution in his or her own behalf or in behalf of a third person or when he or she knowingly assembles persons at a fixed place for the purpose of being solicited by others to perform an act of prostitution. " Based on this, pandering applies to the mamasan and for the monger.
So is a happy ending an act of prostitution? If so, then this law will criminalize HE while they decriminalize drug use and shoplifting. Brillant!!

The game has been illegal these laws won't change anything, ,mongering has been going on for ages. There will always be a new site, a new way of going about doing things. I would stick with reputable girls that been reviewed and verified do take unnecessary risk and if you have a feeling something is off it probably is. Don't let your dick get the best of you.

Current laws almost never penalize the monger.
This could be a big deal if DAs want to make it one.
If the bill is passed It meant the end to our happy ending journey.Passed the Senate and then the House. Goes back to the senate for final vote on any amendments made. Generally, any significant bill that's passed in one legislative chamber is likely to be altered by the other. If a majority of the voting members in the initial chamber agree to these modifications, the bill is endorsed and prepared to be present to the Governor. I haven't gone through the versions to see if there are any changes between but it doesn't seem very long. Most in the senate are fine with mandatory minimums so I would assume it will go to Kemp's desk shortly.

Atlanta — Gov. Brian Kemp signed some bills into law today that will help some victims of human trafficking get their criminal convictions vacated.
Nine laws dealing with human trafficking in the state, and Kemp said it was all First Lady Marty Kemp and her Grace Commission that kept pushing to get these done.
One bill gives the State Massage Licensing Board the authority to conduct surprise inspections on facilities so as to root out illicit massage parlors.

Hello to the Forum. Does anyone have any updates on SB 36 legislation? I have ben scouring Google and information is very thin. All I know is it passed the House around 3/28. I'm thinking it's with Gov now and he will probably not sign nor veto so will just go through? But I can't even find it as pending anywhere, so not sure.
Thanks for any information shared and always be safe.

Thanks for any information shared and always be safe. The bill passed the House with no opposition but several abstentions. It passed the Senate with sixteen Dems who voted "Nay". I don't think that the Governor has signed it yet but I have little doubt that he will, probably with great fanfare!
You are correct, Sport, that there is no pocket veto in Georgia, so if he were to just ignore it, the bill would become law anyhow. However, this is his wife's pet project and your average evangelical thinks it is a good idea. They are probably planning a big human trafficking PR event for the signing.
This is a disgusting law and it was supported by a number of legislators who are probably balls deep into this hobby. However, to oppose such legislation would piss off the Gov and create a real possibility that they would be primaried in the next election for being insufficiently pious. Kissinger was right about power being the ultimate aphrodisiac so they want to hold on to their seat. Lobbyist sex is free and they need some excuse to leave the wife and kids on the farm in Dooly County to head to the big city during the legislative session.
I hate for them to win on these things but the increased punishment will definitely enter into my calculations. I am sure that others are similarly risk aversive as well.
We need a lobby and a PAC!

Wiz.Thanks Wiz for the detailed reply. Yes, it definitely is scarier if this passes, and the increased risk is making me definitely recalculate.
Question? I found sb36 on legislation site and it shows it as 50% engrossed, which I read means it's not up to be a bill yet and would have to be considered in the next congressional calendar.
I see other bills that are still pending and others signed, but sb36 is is showing as 50% engrossed.
Maybe this is why I'm confused LOL or wishful thinking that it's not here for now.
Thanks and be safe all.

Thanks and be safe all.I get all the fear, but how often or how much often would this get enforced than it is now? I mean, in the latest closing they just shut the places down. I didn't hear any Johns caught up in the mix. LE has better things to go after and they do not have enough manpower to enforce. I think if a location has an hint of tracking it's a risk, but that just rarely seems to be the case. It seems the closer you are to a local municipality that has more of a suburban tint; those places have more citizens that complain about such businesses. Take Sisi in Marietta. It was across from a Walmart, Gamestop, and other mom stores. Imagine how many soccer moms came out eyeing that place.

I'm still not seeing anywhere where officially sb36 passed, even now the 40 days are gone. It still shows the last update on 3/28.
As of now, like others mentioned, I think just be more mindful of the Spidey senses. If something seems off, just listen to that feeling.

Thanks for your comment Senior.Hopefully sb36 just dies as a bill. I was out and about this weekend. I didn't get any bad vibes at 2 regular spots. One of my regular spots was closed tonight at 7 pm which tells me they were really slow. Maybe just because of mother's day. This bill if passed would probably result is a lot of shops shutting down; that along with the economic conditions.

" So is a happy ending an act of prostitution? I know I'm late to this, but it's worth noting that. In GA. Giving a happy ending is the misdemeanor crime of "masturbation for hire" (OCGA §16-6-16.) If the only thing they catch the provider doing is a happy ending, they only charge masturbation for hire.
Since pandering applies only to prostitution. If you are only soliciting masturbation for hire, it's not pandering. Of course, by the time you find yourself trying to prove that to a court, a lot of the damage is done.

The big status bar at the top of the summary now has a red "dead" entry on 3/38/24. However both state house and senate have passed the bill. The text says it goes into effect on 1 July 2024. I did some more reading to try to sort this out.
I'm not sure how to interpret the "dead" status. I found the articles below that might explain some of the process. Essentially if the house passed a modified version of the senate bill (and I found 2-3 house created versions after the senate passed it) it needs to go to a Conference Committee comprised of members of both house and senate to agree on changes. If the Conference Committee agrees it is sent to the governor to sign / veto within six days, or automatically becomes law in 40 days absent specific governor action. If the Conference Committee don't agree before Sine Die day the bill dies. Sine Die day was 28 March, the end of the legislative session.

Another tracking site says it is "50 percent engrossed" and not passed.

After several hours searching and reading I'm still not sure of an exact status other to say my best guess is it will continue in the next legislative session. The only thing definite would be to check the OCGA on 1 July and see if the pandering section is updated, or call up you representative and ask if it will now be a felony to get your dick wet.

I have scoured anything and everything I can to understand the legal process and determine the status of this bill. Yet, the more I read the more confused I get.
I actually saw this "dead" status the other day and I was definitely happy, but not satisfied as it still doesn't seem certainly dead. I did notice the 4/1 note as well, but that is an AI summary, which means its just AI reading what would happen from certain written text. So still uncertain what that even means.
Maybe you are right. Just have to wait until July and see if the bill changes to an ACT and pandering conditions are altered.
Thanks for your comment and time friend!

I was wondering for a while why I haven't seen a post in a while by Laila who I learned was Raquel a few years back. I decided to do some digging because I wasn't getting a response from her real number. I found the above article last year but I didn't really believe it was her. Until I saw the mugshots. She looked extremely high. I know Laila became an Alcholic at one point in time. Hard drugs? I really wonder who introduced her to that. Then I found her obituary for a Jonesboro service spot. If you know what I mean. Which solidified it. She was officially gone.
Another one gone to soon. I knew she had a kid as well who I believe graduated either last year or this year. Real bummer.
I really question how Henry County handled her. As her state in the mugshot. Seems like she is nearly out. There were several instances of inmates found unresponsive last year. I doubt this was suicide but I know she was always afraid of being caught up with LE when we used to talk. Laila never gave me vibes as the one to take her own life or attempt to do so when she has a dam kid.
I don't know any details on the cause of death or what led to her arrest etc. How exactly did she attempt suicide etc.? Did she succumb to the effects of some drug she had? Was she acting up at the hotel when she was high or drunk?

It saddens me to hear that she is gone now, she was such a beautiful person on the inside and out. I remember her showing me her art she'd do and she talked so highly of her kid. She was a proud mother and a great person to talk to. Last time I saw her she did mention teeth pain and asked if I had pain killers like oxy. Not a single female was charged with prostitution, they were all given access to services. No one was charged with kidnapping or holding someone against their will or forced prostitution. So the prostitutes are not guilty of a crime but everyone else is?

Or they want to SOUND like nice people in an election year.
They can bring charges and make arrests down the road, subject to any statute of limitations. If you confess to a crime at the scene or they have evidence that you committed a crime, they don't have to charge you immediately.
This is often an investigative strategy by LE or the DA.

As expected, Cobb County authorities are going for all the gusto and seeking as much glory and PR as possible thru press releases to multiple publications; this one featuring Asian Wellness, Canton Hwy in Marietta.

Most places have a backlog of several years on DNA testing of rape kits.

That's Florida. That's what's been going on in Florida lately in Collier County. Slowly and quietly working its way towards Orlando area. There's been a few places in Orlando in the last three weeks in a mysteriously closed doors are locked and the lights are on. Nothing is going on. All has to do with that new form that you have to fill out, in some spas are actually demanding to see your I'd. I was coming out of one at night or should I say one early evening some guy in the parking lot have an asked me what was going on in there and I'm like I got my shoulder worked on man that's all. Then one night two guys came to the door trying to convince the attendant that I knew. That they were there to give the owner an estimate for cleaning the floors. No they weren't. So she lock and bolted the door, shut the lights off. place goes hard down. I told the girl they're not here to clean the floors, yeah it's making its way to Orlando rather quickly.

Thanks. Any info on where the arrests were made?It said chamblee police helped in the article.
They do this sweep literally every year. One time a year across the country. They usually do it in Ga in the October month. They just doing it early this year I guess. Not one real human trafficking case, just a bunch of tricks, handlers / drivers being arrested. Its very interesting that they didn't charge any woman with prostitution. I guess they realized the charge is so petty that its a waste of time even charging them. They usually arrest the woman then try their hardest to convince the woman that they were being forced to sell their bodies. When we all know that's bs, I guess enough wrongful arrest lawsuits made them change their tactics. Ha.

Reading the article was a coordinated investigation with multiple agencies in the state and related to federal stuff accross multiple states. The c copes got the arrests because it's their turf. If they say they are looking at human trafficking they get money from the governor. It's an election year.
I have heard that they have been frequently checking the stores in c town. Due to the local rules requiring city permits on top of state licenses the threshold is lower to stir up trouble, so most of the places have the right documentation or at least enough girls with it to pass.
Given it's pandering arrests and some pimping I would speculate they set up a hotel or apartment and ran some ads to lure in suspects.
When did that Roswell stuff go down last year, September / August?

Says it is a follow-on from the activity last year. Doesn't mention the opporation in chamblee, but HSI is involved so it could be related.

When did that Roswell stuff go down last year, September / August? They instructed hotel workers to report any suspicious sex selling or human trafficking activities to home land security and local LE! They even observe your house for suspicious activity and checking your neighbors as well if they are watching you.

Human trafficking my a* Every girl I've seen in an apartment seemed very happy to be there and making shitloads of $$.The news concerned me too but its just another waste of tax dollars that occurs every election cycle. Useless and like you said, no one is under coercion with this side of the hobby. I will say that streetwalkers and non-Asian agencies may hold an occasional victim, whether they know it or not. My one and only time with a streetwalker resulted in her disclosing in passing that she was in debt and was forced to do this work. The verbiage may be lost on me with time passed but I just helped her google some resources to get away if she wanted but who knows if she took me up on it. Disturbed me so much I just left and chose not to partake in streetwalkers from there on end.

Bells Ferry Rd, Kennesaw, GA 30144.
Probably some asian massage place.
Which location or even the name of the AMP he was operating.
One of those places listed was a storage place.I just helped a friend move and we spent a few days toting items to the space, it's an interesting spot because it's below the street line, almost in gulch next to a busy major artery, just a few spaces down we noticed an SUV parked across a few days nose to nose with different cars each time.
Our last trip a man and woman appeared, she was dressed casual but in a crop top and daisy dukes, from what I could tell pretty cute, the guy wasn't circumspect but looked flustered that we were there, I thought it was odd they were in a space with the door rolled down then magically appeared and left quickly.
I never would have thought of that, especially with the cooler weather you could have a semi-comfortable incall where no one is ever around, and unless there's a break in no one is checking the security footage, especially older units with ancient cameras that don't cover every possible angle.
Granted you'd still have to key-code in and out but I'm pretty sure the gate is non-operational.

Checking my emails today, the tech help newsletter from Kim Komando showed that she's talked to a woman from Atlanta who found her husband's phone contained texts from hundreds of meetings with women at hotels and she's looking for advice (probably on how to catch him in the act). If that guy is one of you, it's too late to get out unscathed but you might still be able to mitigate the damage. "Jenny" in Atlanta's call-in is supposed to be aired today on her radio show. Probably worth checking to see if she sounds like your wife.

I almost caught a 2nd nut in a quickie with her good wussy. Wowsers! Such a shame. What a waste of some good wussy. Oh well. May her wussy continue to get tighter in prison. I hope I can be the 1st one to see her when she gets out at 37 years old. Eekk. I'll probably be under 6 foot 6 by then. LOL.

Inside Boston’s Luxury Brothel Scandal
A high-end sex work operation catering to city elites charged up to $600 an hour before federal prosecutors brought it down
Eager to gain access to an exclusive establishment near Harvard University, biotech executives, doctors, lawyers and politicians filled out applications and handed over IDs, work badges and personal references.
This elite club was a high-end brothel charging up to $600 an hour for sexual encounters in luxury apartments in Cambridge, Mass.
Now, that unusual trove of personal information is serving as evidence in a series of criminal hearings that have pulled back the curtain on upscale sex work. Dozens of prominent Boston-area men, who lost a legal battle for anonymity, are facing misdemeanor charges that have caused major public fallout.
