Looks like Mr. Gay is going to clean the area up. Good luck, as long as there is poverty and drugs. Then there will be SW.

They let the dude post bond and walk free before his court date? SMH.If I read it correctly Sir night. They said in 2016 he was able to get out of jail on a DUI charge. For him to hit her. Get out and look at her and then hop in his car and try to get away. He won't be getting out for a long while!! Karma!

Haven't posted in a while and no longer in the game but wanted to share this for those that peruse WCR.I picked up Lisa on WCR last night. She gave a great bbbjcimws for. 2. She said the cops were harassing her asking where're she was waking. They told her that she'd better get inside or they would arrest her for loitering. I also saw 2 patrol cars with blue lights on near the Janice drive end of the st. What a shame.
Damn I was wondering what happened to her. Is she ok?

I was just checking out my snapchat a while ago and read this chic's snap about her being shot down infront of her apartment in Jonesboro. Damn! The dirty south ain't nothing like California, lady. I never saw this chic though, only added her on snapchat. I'll just pray for her.
Unfortunately, Ms. Tamez was a known streetwalker. She has a wrap sheet for hooking as long as I-20.True, she was a provider, per the article and she's no princess. Still, the dude ran her down, got out of his car to see who he hit, then drove off without giving a shit. Would you do that? I could not.
If not for the witness who followed his ass and reported him, he'd likely never have been found. That shit judge should be disbarred for allowing bail, given the situation and his prior (s). Still SMH on that one. In most western countries, the perp would be executed within 2-3 months max.

I'm pretty sure America is the only "Western " country with a death penalty. You're right, I should have said affluent or non-third world countries. South Korea comes to mind as a country that quickly executes those on death row.

The girls make such easy money doing nothing, and they take it for granted. The funds just come in so quick for nothing, and.
It goes straight to their heads leading to an entitlement complex.
The reality though, is that situations like this can happen at any moment to these "hard working" girls. Then the entitled attitude, flashy lifestyle, and the easy money come crashing down.
These girls can go from everything, to nothing in the blink of an eye. That's the way it is, and that's the way it always will be.

I don't understand this refrain of "these girls make easy money". They can make fast money, maybe, but I'd call it far from "easy". I mean, flip it around: what if your job was fucking any and all women, ranging from young and hot (very rarely) to fat, old, and stinky (mostly), and you have to fuck 6, 8, 10 of them a day. And you're under constant threat of arrest. Year after year, with no benefits, no paid vacation, no 401 k. No thanks!
My job is definitely much, much easier than that.
Hope I don't get "balanced out"!

O.Good points, Oz. I would add "risking disease" to that list. Don't think I'd change my job for that life anytime either.

These girls can go from everything, to nothing in the blink of an eye. That's the way it is, and that's the way it always will be.Wow, that is such a jaded way to look at this. Nothing they do is easy. Talking about the street level ones for the most part but it has some application to the trade in general. I agree with Ozy 100%. Most of you wouldn't make it a day like that. Not being argumentative but it's true. Easy to sit with all your creature comforts and say "Geez, I think fu**ing for a living would be such an easy job" LOL.
When I was younger, I had a good friend that was a male escort and he tried to get me in but he ruined it earlier by complaining all the time about the old, fat, stinky, unwashed women he did and I couldn't take the thought. EWWWWWWWWW! HELL NO!
But seriously, most of these women are very damaged and it's a hard life to live.
Think about that when you're eating your turkey and dressing and some of these girls can't even see their families or kids. Can't buy them gifts. It's a VERY HARD life believe me.

Good points, Oz. I would add "risking disease" to that list. Don't think I'd change my job for that life anytime either. What Oz, Sky, and Nite said.
Also add: high risk of getting robbed, beaten, raped, and / or murdered by potential clients. And they know that the cops probably won't take any of that seriously because they're prostitutes. I've had a couple of them flat out tell me that either: they accept that it *will* happen, that it has already happened to them or another gal they know.
Working gal who was staying at the same hotel I was at for work got the fuck beaten out of her by a John, who then took her cash two weeks ago.
Another gal I see had two dudes show up for a session (she was expecting only one), knock her the fuck out, and try to tag team her. Her neighbors heard the noise and came to check it out, which scared the dudes off.
Every gal I have seen, no matter what her price range, has some sort of weapon on them or nearby in their incall. Guns, knives, mace, etc. One of the higher end gals I see takes MMA classes.
It's not "easy".

O.I should have put quotations around easy. I mean easy in the sense that it isn't rocket science, easy in the sense that no formal training or certification is needed. Just show up ready to work (whether one does a good job or not).
In my eyes the heavy risks involved in the hobby serve to balance out the fact that it is "easy" money.
I think the average woman knows: Sure I can decide to sell myself tommorow and rake in fast cash, but there's always the risk that I could be arrested or hurt in some way.
C'Mon. Ozman, imagine if there was a GUARANTEE of ZERO risks in the hobby for women. Do you know how flooded the market would be? Even more then it is now.
So in my mind, those harsh risks serve as a DETERRANT to keep certain girls from even dabbling in this "hobby"/ lifestyle. I kind of look at it as a good thing, even though it means less providers to sample from.
And of course you can't be "balanced out," you can't compare your legit career / business endeavors to women selling kitty on the black market. I assure you, most of the providers are mentally incapable of doing your "easy" job.
If your job is so "easy" then put me on so I can start making "easy" bucks and have a surplus of disposable income to spend on spinners.

It's not "easy".You guys are absolutely right, this is not easy job and it is one of the high risk profession like cab drivers and convenient store clerks. Most of the girls in this profession know a few people who can mess you up real bad. This a high risk profession and I bet all the girls know it very well. I saw a high end girl who knew some real bad people and that is the reason I quit seeing her. No one knows when they can flip and start black mailing you.
At the end of the day, they made a choice to be in this profession just like we take a risk to empty our sacks. I guess it is a risky business for both parties.
Sometimes it makes me sad to see commentary on the hobby from guys who have only done it in places where it's against the law.
Amnesty International says the easiest way to remove criminals from commercial sex is to stop making commercial sex criminal. When commercial sex is legal the caliber of chicks who do it goes through the fucking roof and it's like that because, wait for it, it's really big, easy money. In most countries where commercial sex is legal college age women can earn the same as CPA's with essentially no training. They got to figure out how to give a blow job and keep their pussy smelling fresh but beyond that there is no skill. Unlike guys who do this the chicks don't need their bodies to have an involuntary reaction in order to perform, I mean viagra helps but it doesn't do THE Job. Chicks just need a tube of lube on the night stand and off they go.
As to the guys who say "yes but they have to fuck old fat guys. " I have a lot, and I mean a whole fucking lot of hooker friends and they all say the same thing, like exactly the same thing about that. So long as they are clean and don't smell bad they don't care. Old guys are actually easier, they aren't as energetic.
When prostitution is legal this is the kind of talent you get. I've personally fucked about a third of the chicks on this site, most of them are great performers and there is very little bait and switch.

It's the same in the FKK's in Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, same same Thailand, Colombia, Canada, it's the same everywhere the hobby is legal.
Junkies and fat ugly chicks can't compete in markets like that. So yeah, easy money and if it's not against the law very little risk.

A2.Of course, speaking for myself (and I believe this goes for most of the others that commented on this particular thread), I was referring to the American system where arrest, dope and danger exist it makes this not so easy a lifestyle in general.
But to add more context to what you are saying A2, I have lived in Columbia and the caliber of women was phenomenal but just like here the level of service wasn't always what I wanted or at least what was inside my head when the deed was done (Just like the experiences here). Prices are way lower too because the danger level and threat of incarceration is reduced. So the same 2 tokens you spend here for 1 1 hr could keep you short hair deep in CAT all day and with several different women.
On the flip side though, back in 2007 I was engaged to a girl who had formally been an addict. We lived in south Florida and she had a blind 16 yr old daughter. One day she relapsed and went back to a street life leaving me with a full time plus job and having to take care of her daughter who had very special needs at home and at school. She would come back home for a few weeks and then bounce again after stealing stuff to get high. She started breaking into the house when we were gone and even stole her daughters' very special laptop that at the time cost about 4 K with special software.
Long story short, one day I was at work and got a call from a detective asking about my GF. I stopped him after a few questions and asked: "Do you mind telling me the reason for these questions? His reply was "Well, I'm a homoside detective if that tells you anything. " Just like that tears started running down my face and I kinda lost it.
I say all this to express the nature of this business (in very broad, generalizations) in America today. Maybe it's just me but as I sit here and recount my past experiences with the lifestyle and think about the women I've known and do know who do this for a living I am a bit emotional.
I agree with what has been added to this conversation by all and YES I understand that the initial point was one of skill or education vs was it has turned out to be.
However, A2 makes the best point on this topic of all of us. Remove the legal challenge alone and most of the shitty underbelly and danger level involved goes away.
Thanks for bringing this point out A2. Wish it were a reality here in the most open and enlightened society but it still has some things to learn!
Happy Holidays to all.
SKY.
P.S. I want everyone to know that when I have said Merry Christmas on my posts it was not meant to be offensive. Since I was brought up that way and taught it was a very joyful and personal thing to say to everyone I said it with every bit of Joy and Best Wishes for you all throughout this holiday season.
Thanks for bringing this point out A2. Wish it were a reality here in the most open and enlightened society but it still has some things to learn!.Couple points.
First, I'm sorry about your loss. I know the feeling well. I had a good friend in the biz in Argentina and she really had it bad for bad boys, narco type bad boys, and one day she and her sister just kind of disappeared. I'm pretty sure they are stuck in a hole en the pampas somewhere and nobody will ever hear from them again.
I have to tell you that the US isn't anywhere near an open and enlightened society brother. Of the 92 free and democratic countries on earth the US has by far the most incarcerated people. The US has about 350 million people, China (Communist, not free country) has 1 billion 300 million people and the US has more people, not more per capita but more total people behind bars. As Jim Jefferies puts it, "in Holland you can smoke weed whilst fucking a hooker in front of a cop."

Another thing about legal prostitution, it cuts down on rape. There is empirical data on this. https://www.businessinsider.com/how-rhode-island-accidentally-legalized-prostitution-2014-7.

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - Authorities in Clayton County are looking for a woman who they say is a “known prostitute” who's accused of killing a man Wednesday.
According to Sheriff Victor Hill, 21-year-old Ashanti Leandrea Dorsey is accused of shooting and killing a man Wednesday on Lakeview Way during an argument.
Dorsey also shot at another man during the altercation, investigators said.
Hill said Morrison was already wanted on charges that he led deputies on a high-speed chase.
According to Hill, Dorsey is the first woman to be No. 1 on the “Most Wanted” list.
BACKGROUND
Hill said Dorsey is a “known prostitute” and is a suspect in a series of robberies of men who solicited her services on the Internet.
“Everyone engaging in the dangerous activity of soliciting prostitution from the Internet is placing themselves at extreme risk until Ashanti is caught,” Hill said. “They should seriously consider refraining from this illegal activity in the future.”
Dorsey is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
Hill said she should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees her should call 911 immediately.
Anyone with information on Dorsey’s whereabouts is urged to call the Fugitive Squad at 770-477-4479. Anonymous tips can also be sent through the Nixel tip line.

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - Authorities in Clayton County are looking for a woman who they say is a known prostitute who's accused of killing a man Wednesday.
1 on the Most Wanted list.
BACKGROUND
Hill said Dorsey is a known prostitute and is a suspect in a series of robberies of men who solicited her services on the Internet.
Everyone engaging in the dangerous activity of soliciting prostitution from the Internet is placing themselves at extreme risk until Ashanti is caught, Hill said. They should seriously consider refraining from this illegal activity in the future.
Dorsey is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
Hill said she should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees her should call 911 immediately.
Anyone with information on Dorseys whereabouts is urged to call the Fugitive Squad at 770-477-4479. Anonymous tips can also be sent through the Nixel tip line. Before SESTA got passed, I would read USG and TER before meeting a Pro, I did this to prevent myself from recieving bad service or getting myeself into a dangerous situations like the one reported. But I'd like to say Thanks to USG for spreading information and keeping all my fellow monger brothers safe, and R. I. P. To our fallen brother.
Isn't it funny how you don't read about stories like this in countries where prostitution is legal?

I still use list crawler / escort babylon I am freaking out right now. New to the state, never had problems in my former city (very high in crime, no issues when it came to Pros). Fuck what alternative websites can anyone recommend? There's always Ms. Palmer and her 5 kids. LOL. She alwayz comes in handy, if you catch my drift. LOL. Listcrawler is actually the more popular escort site right now for cheap meat. The other sites are just copies of Listcrawler. They get their links from Listcrawler too. There are actually a few worthy chics still left on Listcrawler, but most of that shit is a scam and pimped out junkie garbage. Never see chics using fake pics. They're most likely to be the scammers or an undercover cops. I bet those chics were using fake pics in their ads too.
That one pictured below, I believe I've seen her ad before or she was caught in another bust. Her face looks damn familiar. The 2 johns / mongers that were killed were both lured to an abandoned house / apartment. There was a 28 year old male who was lured to an abandoned apartment in Forest Park. Then, there was the 48 year old man that was lured to the abandoned trailer. The 2 girls in the separate links are both connected in those robberies and murders. That 28 year old guy could have been a lurker on here or some desperate simp off that escortbabylon review site.
I know that there is one guy on that site in particular that goes to see every chic on the southside as soon as their ad pops up. I hope he wasn't the one that got snuffed out. The 48 year old dude told his teenage sons that he was going to check on his work schedule and never came back. Now, his family found out that he was really out tricking and got merked by the prostitute and her ignorant boyfriend.
I know he's embarrassed in his grave right now. I have no idea how some of you guys leave your family in the middle of the night to go hook up with some unknown / unreviewed chic of listcrawler. And an 18 year old one at that. That age screams underaged or pimped out like a mother. To get back to your questions, listcrawler is really the only thing popping right now for cheap and quick meat. Just be careful and strapped when you're going to see any of these chic's. You'll never know who's setting you up for robbery and murder.
I agree listcrawler can be a minefield and you have to research who you're contacting. A high percentage of women on that site aren't worth anyone's time or money and the clear indication is how they promote themselves and the reviews they get.
I see two off that site, one being Destinee and the other from Douglasville who rarely posts and mostly caters to regulars.
Lock these niggas up and throw away the mother fuckin key.

But I like rotating as much as I can, heck if it was possible I would only see them once a year and fuck 52 others for the rest of the year, LOL. But I am being careful and trusting my gut. https://bit.ly/2SGqRRSI'm all for reducing the amount of human trafficking and certainly for eliminating as much underage prostitution as possible. But "authorities" never ever stop there. If this works, expect the no-tel business to dri-up considerably. I for one will stay away just to avoid the risk of cooperative stings.

You'll never know who's setting you up for robbery and murder. You are absolutely right Johnny, however, there are precautions. I try to use these as much as possible. First thing's first, I have some patience and a modicum of common sense. I never see a "new" girl, if it is her first ad, or "in town for a short time" I skip on by that one. I almost never believe the pictures. But I do tend to avoid the ones with a crack pipe on the messy bathroom counter along with the hairspray, disposable douche, and other sundry items on display as she does her best Marylynn with the duck face in the mirror. If I have seen a history of posts, I'll check USASG for any info available. This site is by far the most reliable site for true reviews. Sure, there are a few eejits on here, but for the most part, you can trust a Sr. Member's posting. Then and only then will I go see a BP, (list crawler) girl. Certainly, there is never a sure thing, but this hobby is not for the faint of heart. I've always been a fair hand at taking care of myself in close quarters altercations, but, admittedly I am getting older, slower and, yes, a bit fatter. So I bring my friends, Mr. Smith and Mr. Wesson with me wherever I go. I follow the golden rule of locking the deadbolt and checking the bathroom 1st thing. If I get a whiff of something not quite right, I bail. As politely and as firmly as possible, I tell her it doesn't feel right and I am leaving. With my right hand on my pimp, I exit stage left, walk to my care with my head twisting 360 and take a couple of days off to bask in the success of another successful day above ground.
Nothing is foolproof, and I can certainly be considered a fool at times, but after 30 years in this hobby in more states and countries, than I can count, I can sense a scam pretty quickly, (because I have been scammed. Lolly pop girl is my most embarrassing).
I would, however, like to thank you for your advice and certainly for your posts. You help to keep me on my game more than you know.

The dude that was selling a 16 year old??

I want to fight against this as well at first but the monger paying for her was raping her. Yeah statutory rape is a good thing, grown men shouldn't be fucking kids. According to the law she was being raped, she had every right to defend herself. If the guy had been caught fucking her he would have had no defense. He would have gone down for rape, end of story.
They need to let her out. You can't say that a guy has no defense against the being a rapist for fucking her and at the same time saying she has no right to defend herself against being raped. It's gotta be one way or the other.

He took her back to his house and while he was sleeping she took out her gun she had with her and shot him in the back of the head while he slept and stole his wallet and his truck and picked up her 24 year old.
Pimp / boyfriend named (cut throat) and they came back to the (DEAD) john's house and robbed him of his guns and other stuff and then they went shopping at Walmart and sold off the stuff they stole and this isn't the only time she has been busted by the cops she has a record as well so I wouldn't count her as a angel its just a sad case all around.

Cept her pimp 'Cut' went by 'Kut' and Quartez gunned him down a year later. Brown claimed self defense but Trick was found shot dead in his bed, on his back with hands folded behind his head. Killed in his sleep. 'Brown admitted to stealing Allen's cash and property and expressed her intention to pawn the stolen rifles. During the interview, Brown denied that she was a prostitute and denied having sex with the victim. Rather, she said that she went from "place to place" in an attempt to find people who would provide her with food and shelter. Prosecutors ultimately took the stance that Brown had not been in danger and that she'd murdered Allen in order to steal from him.' Remember that face, she'll be popping up on list crawler soon.

Her age and her history back then is playing a part in her getting out. I believe some people deserve a second chance under special circumstances, and this girl is getting that second chance. Her being an international news story is a good thing for her because she is getting lots of support to get out. It also means that is she kills again everybody is going to know about it. She will not have it easy when she gets out, that's for sure.

Her skirts weren't clean, no way in hell they were and at the end of the day, the guy was fucking an underage girl. She can say she's of age but at 16 it was probably pretty clear she wasn't or close enough that I think it's reasonable to ask for ID. Before you guys scoff at the ID thing, if I was attracted to barely legal chicks (I'm not but if I was) I for damn sure would be looking to see ID. Doesn't even matter what Georgia law is on that, Federal law makes it a felony for a US citizen to do that anywhere in the world.

That method of punishment and rehabilitation doesn't adequately scratch my revenge bone but it damn sure promotes are more secure and stable society. Guy would take her out and introduce her to his friends. Some of the guys told him she looked younger than 25 and he told them they didn't know what they were talking about. Then one night he is with her and somebody who knows the girl or recognizes her from somewhere or whatever sees them together and then finds out through other people that the two are dating. The guy who saw them together pulls a foosball rod out of a foosball table and beats the guy who is dating the girl who is really only half the age of 25 up with the rod breaking his jaw and arm. After this happened the police come and find out that the girl he is dating had ran away from her parents home and had been missing for a few days. The guy I knew who got beat up says he met the girl at a bowling alley and that's how they hooked up when he talked to the police. He doesn't end up getting charged because the police have a he said she said case while the guy who beat him up went to jail for a while. Girl went back home to her parents. While the guy was never charged with anything, the police kept a record of this just in case if he was to ever be accused of something like this again.

That method of punishment and rehabilitation doesn't adequately scratch my revenge bone but it damn sure promotes are more secure and stable society. In other words let's be like Norway and not Saudi Arabia. This one was tough for me and personally, not professionally everytime I try and assign responsibility to her I run into the "she was 16, it was rape" roadblock.
That's just me personally, I can't say you're wrong in your thinking. My position isn't entirely logical, it's partly visceral.

She's getting out because she was technically raped because she was under 18 and the law where this happened says under 18 is statutory rape. This is what matters. Really hate to say this but this is the right thing to do.Rape is forced sexual intercourse. "Statutory rape" is a legal term that does not describe actual rape. Consensual sex is not rape and yes, many young women under the age of 18 can consent to having sexual intercourse.
And everyone who is pimped is not a sexual trafficking victim. Many women use pimps to help them manage their careers. Many women would be lost without a manager to help them. Most women with pimps are not sexual trafficking victims.
Just had to state what should be obvious.

You may need a large screen to see it well but the site he is on is the same site I am on right now. I first noticed it when they ran the footage Sunday morning and I was watching on a large 4 K tv.

Super Bowl Sting: 33 arrested for sex trafficking in just 4 days.

Super Bowl Sting: 33 arrested for.
ATLANTA. With the Super Bowl just days away, federal law enforcement officials announced Wednesday they have arrested 33 people in metro Atlanta for sex trafficking. Authorities said they had also rescued four victims as part of the operation.
Advocates have warned that large sporting events, like the Super Bowl, are attractive to those in the sex trafficking trade. The crime can surge when lots of free-spending travelers are around.
The 33 arrests came during the past four days, according to Nick Annan, Homeland Security Investigations special agent in charge. But Annan declined to discuss specifics of the cases, citing the ongoing efforts that will continue throughout the week.
Content Continues Below.
"We plan to continue what we're doing," Annan said.
Last week, Homeland Security assisted in a joint operation in Douglas County using undercover officers, social media sites and local hotel rooms, the Douglasville police department said Wednesday.
Sixteen people were arrested, according to police, and the youngest person involved was 17. The timing of the crackdown was related to the Super Bowl, police said.
Investigators have also found more than 2,000 counterfeit items, according to Kirstjen Nielsen, Secretary of Homeland Security. Neilsen didn't discuss details about the phony items found. But police have warned fans about fake tickets being sold.
Although the NFL puts special holograms and other features on tickets that help distinguish real ones from the fakes ones, most people won't be able to tell the difference. Police warn ticket-buyers to purchase only from a reputable source.
More than 40 local and state law enforcement agencies, along with 25 federal agencies, are assisting with security for the Super Bowl. Officers and security members have been visible throughout the downtown where events have been held.
As part of the massive security operation, the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration conducted low-altitude helicopter flights over downtown Atlanta and areas around Buckhead earlier this week and those will resume Sunday before the game.
Key law enforcement leaders, including Atlanta police Chief Erika Shields, spoke about security efforts during a press conference Wednesday afternoon the Georgia World Congress Center. Shields said security planning for the Super Bowl began over two years ago, and so far, everything is going as planned.
Shields encouraged those heading to the game or other Super Bowl events to plan ahead and rely on public transportation.
For those who insist on driving, secure valuables ahead of time, she said. Call 911 or alert an officer to anything suspicious. But above all, Shields encourage fans to have fun.
"This is a fantastic city," Shields said. "We really want people to come and just have a great time. ".

I highly doubt all but a couple were actual trafficking situations. I bet 95% of these "busts" are just girls trying to make a buck. I hate when LE gives out misinformation when reporting about their "work" allegedly protecting and serving. (eyeroll!I saw some data earlier today, and while I can't recall the exact numbers, out of about 15000 prostitution arrests, about 260 were underage; so you figure conservatively, that's about 2% of hoes (which more or less matches my experience).
Put another way, if you tag a hundred pay for play girls without checking IDs, you've probably put your dick in two under-18 teenagers (I won't say "kids", because even though a 16-17 year old girl is underage, she's hardly a "kid"; still, it's a big no no.).
(Nearly all the underage girls I've encountered in the hobby were 16-17, and all of them were gang affiliated, mostly wannabe Bloods down in Jonesboro / Tara Blvd. A couple years ago there was a whole crew of 16 year old hood rats living in some of the no-tels on Tara, I guess runaways, under the "protection" of some thugs who claimed Blood affiliation. Acquaintance of mine pumped a few creampies into one of them before I had a chance to warn him. They finally disbanded when one of the girls was murdered.).
But the trafficking thing is a just a political tag affixed to sex work to make it easier to legislate against and prosecute.
Yes, it happens, but of the countless hoes I've fucked over nearly 30 years, I can think of *two* who might have been trafficked (zero English, obviously not into fucking, etc), and that's definitely less than 2%. More like 0. 2%!
O.
Just stay away from girls who look younger than 25 in my opinion!

BROOKHAVEN, GA -- Twenty-one people, including two Cobb County residents, were arrested during a five-day undercover child sex trafficking takedown that was focused on Brookhaven ahead of Super Bowl LIII. Operation Interception was carried out by Brookhaven police, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the DeKalb County the's Office, and USA Marshals. Additional charges and arrests may be forthcoming.
Darwin Menjivar-Fernandez, 22, of Powder Springs, Georgia; and Dylan Golding Whynot, 32, of Kennesaw, were among those arrested.
Police said the operation took several months of planning. Most of the arrestees, ranging in age from 20 to 55, traveled from areas around metro Atlanta with the intent to meet a child for sex. Multiple people were arrested who were in possession of suspected illegal drugs. Twenty-four digital devices were seized as evidence and processed during the operation.
The operation's goal was to arrest persons who communicate with children on-line, have sexually explicit conversations, and then travel to meet them for the purpose of having sex. Additionally, the operation targeted those who are willing to exploit children by purchasing sex with a minor.

(look it up, it made the news) After it broke I took the "monger" account apart and read all the PM's and they said it over, and over, and over, and over. Each time they said it they elaborated, this age, then this age runaway, then this age runaway with drug issues. After the third time they moved the pedo off our server on to theirs.
To all the guys who answered the initial "I have a young spinner looking for new friends" post and were told "she's only X old" and who responded with "you are a disgusting pedo and I hope you get caught so you can get raped in jail" were ignored and never contacted again. The only guy who was sent a second PM was the one who answered "she's only X years old" with "even better" was also the only one who they kept talking to.
It never bothered me a bit that he got caught.

Those Eros girls are green as fuck. The police set up the sting in a Fairfield Inn hotel (same hotel I got caught in, in Lithonia) in South Fulton. All 9 of those chic's came to the hotel for a thirsty outcall. Police gave them an offer of $200-$300 hour and none of those thirsty ass chic's could refuse. Serves them right! Besides, your girl in the bottom right corner deleted here Eros ad, so I guess she's now working t ht e daddii's / johns on the seeking arrangement site now. LOL.

It never bothered me a bit that he got caught.Alot of those undercover stings that police do are bait ads. Those fuckers go onto adult chat rooms pretending to be underaged girls and baiting guys into a trap. It's not like these guy's they catch are on teenage chat rooms looking for teenagers These guys are instead in adult chat rooms / sites looking for 18-20 something year old legal aged girls. The fucking pigs place an ad or message random guys, on an ADULT SITE, trying to bait them into soliticing a minor for sex.
They even egg the guys on asking what do you want to do with me. Smdh. I remember in one instance in particular, a guy put a casual encounters ad on craigslist. The police answered his ad telling him that she was a 16 year old girl. No where in this guy's ad did he state that he was looking for underaged girls. He was on an adult dating site assuming everyone on there was an adult. Well, the police got his interest and kept him talking. They then got him to meet up with the 16 year old girl at a park. When he got there he was arrested for soliciting a minor for sex. They baited the hell out of him like a mother, but he should have known better.
Shit, I even have chic's on that sugar daddy site messaging me, then through thorough questioning I find out that they're still in high school. WTF are they even doing on a Sugar Daddy site at that age. A logical person would cease all communications, but that may peak some guys interest to really find out if she's underaged or just saying that to make herself feel good. I never message those chics, but they message me and for all I know they could be some undercover bait. That's pretty dirty luring guys in like that, but that's the dirty games the pigs play.

That's pretty dirty luring guys in like that, but that's the dirty games the pigs play.Well, ultimately some of those well-meaning guys took the bait and then got caught. If they're truly not looking for underaged girls, they won't jump into that trap.
Well, ultimately some of those well-meaning guys took the bait and then got caught. If they're truly not looking for underaged girls, they won't jump into that trap.Exactly right.
I just hope that they made it clear to the johns that the girl was underage and not just trying to jam them up. Also, the police would have to make it clear that sex would be exchanged for money because in the state of Ga it is not illegal to sleep with a 16 year old. Me personally if a girl tells me she's underage then theres no way I'm going to see her.

It read something like, 'Young girl needs help from older friends. I sent a basic reply, what's up, a brief description. They came right back with, 'I'm only 15. Does that matter to you?
And:

I've explained the legal reasons for this "mismatch" at length before, but it's kind of late now; suffice it to say: don't touch any pay for play under 18, ever.

Pretty sad that they're focusing on this now as a big issue considering some of the other shit that is going on today.Considering the difficulty and flat out racism the Asians face when trying to get a massage license from GA and Kemp was in charge of that before he was elected gov. Shutting down massage stores and trafficking was a major part of his campaign to get elected. Only question I ever have is why is it only the outer burbs targeted and not the actual w houses in Atlanta which seem to operate with impunity?

One of the reasons I stay closer to the late mid 20's providers and older. Why is it 18 and not 21? Is it based on any scientific fact or is it just arbitrarily set? Is it a church thing? In the older days, when menstruation starts, the girl can marry. I am not advocating anything. Protecting young girls is good.

Why ask a question that you can answer yourself?I think he was asking how it came about, not that it did come about at some point in time. Most age of majority issues are based on societal norms, then put into effect by law. Note how the legal drinking age in many states long ago was 18 or 19, but is now 21 across the board. Again, based on societal norms or a necessary need for change, not simply voting such change for the hell of it.

It's about sex and politics, period. And you can throw a dash of that old time religion into the mix too. If these parlors were being operated by green cheese-eating Martians they would still be shut-down targets because they would be offering one thing and that one thing is sex. Asians face such obstacles because they run 95% of the parlors out there, if not more. Their race is irrelevant. The constant is what they offer which unfortunately is still viewed through Puritan colored spectacles whether we like it or not.

I am not advocating anything. Protecting young girls is good.Nothing to do with church. It has more to do with the 26th Amendment; when the voting age was lowered from 21 to 18, bringing voting in line with draft age (an issue among anti-war activists of the Vietnam era, namely, if you're old enough to die for the country, you should be old enough to have a say in its policies.) Education reforms and the adoption of the Prussian system of schooling (what we now call "grade school", or grades 1-12) also generate "18" as a kind of resultant number, since most kids incidentally finish grade school at 18.
Before the 20th century, there wasn't really even much of a concept of "adult" versus "child"; little kids could sign contracts, for example.
Age of consent adds another wrinkle because you wind up with this tricky anti-Venn region between "onset of consent" and "onset of adulthood" (16 versus 18 in Georgia). You DO NOT want to get caught playing in this region!

It seems like it would be way too risky for him to go to a public massage parlor like that. If nothing else, he could get blackmailed, but obviously this is even worse to get caught on tape.
He probably just offered an adult woman an extra $20 for a handjob, but of course the media and the public will spin it into him sexually assaulting some innocent girl who was being human trafficked and was a sex slave. Go to the reddit news thread about this. People are so stupid.
However, this case is a good reminder that it is illegal activity and if you do anything illegal (and get caught), those in power can fuck with you as long and hard as they want. I feel bad for the guy.
There is so much federal tax money being spread around to local LE to fight "trafficking" these days, they have to do these kind of busts to keep the money rolling in. Basically all prostitution is being redefined as trafficking. I bet less than 1% of busts include any "real" trafficking. AMPs were probably the safest P4 P venues, but no more. If they can setup cameras and license plate readers, run them for months, that then go out and charge anybody they are able to identify; then we're all sitting ducks. I would strongly recommend a new hobby or at least a different venue.

The amount of taxpayer funds spent on this bust is ridiculous. LE never eplains how cameras were placed but do tell of sending health inspectors in there to check licenses. Prob a safe bet to assume health inspectors placed surveillance devices. https://www.scribd.com/document/400267937/Orchids-of-Asia-Day-SpaThe strangest thing about that police report and, which should get that cop fired, is the traffic stops of those 4 spa customers on bogus traffic violations. He obviously stopped each of them just to pick their brains about spa activities. And who the fuck is dumb enough to believe that all 4 of them admitted to getting a hand crank at the establishment without being threatened in some way? I really wish I'd been one of those 4 guys:
Me: "Yes, officer, can I help you?
"I stopped you for violation of a traffic control device. ".
Me: Can you explain that to me?
"(insert bullshit answer). I saw that you exited that spa a minute ago and want to ask you some questions about your activities there. ".
Me: "I can't really tell you anything other that it's a great place to get a massage. My back feels a lot better now. ".
"I need to ask you some questions about the establishment. ".
Me: "Well officer, you said you stopped me for an alleged violation of a traffic control device. If you really think I violated a traffic law, please issue the citation so I can be on my way and I'll fight it in court when the time comes as I know I didn't violate any laws. If you're only interested in asking about my activities at the spa, I've already told you everything and it's quite obvious you've pulled me over for bogus reasons, which is against the law. As I mentioned, I'll be fighting the traffic citation on my court date and will explain to the judge that your only interest was to question me about spa activities. By the way, I began streaming our conversation to my attorney and a few friends when you approached my vehicle in case you had any crazy ideas about confiscating my phone. May I have the citation and leave?
That should shut the mofo up.

I feel bad for the guy.Kraft may be a smart businessman, but he's a very stupid monger. First, why would a multi-billionaire roll up to a CAMP in a chauffered car? Nobody's going to notice? Sure, no CAMP ladies would ever know who he is but could be paparazzi around. Second, he's worth billions. I'd have a monger-minded staff member hire a hottie, drive her to my hotel room or private residence, do the deed and she leaves, no risk involved. Granted, he had no idea the CAMP was under surveillance but he should be smart enough to know that rich guys get noticed most of the time when out in public.

The two most interesting things drawn from the police report referenced earlier are that the one customer where the lights were turned off had few observations made. The other thing is that there are a lot of 2-minute men in Jupiter. Look at the times of the begin and end of service. I have an idea that more massages will be done in the dark from here on. I wonder if it is illegal to set up a rental kiosk on the sidewalk in the shopping plaza for electronic equipment detectors. Seems like a fortune is in some entrepreneur's future.

I will stay away from AMPs for an extended period of time and switch to well know indies for 30 m FS sessions instead. It will be interesting to see how this plays out legally as FL is a two-party state. The ATL lipstick sting had video but it was later not allowed.
Anyone concerned about this "Robert Kraft" sting happening in Atlanta or currently happening now? They've also charged two more billionaires. One is the former president of Citigroup and he says he hasn't heard anything from the police yet. The other is a big wall street guy. WARNING. Don't piss off a billionaire. The owners were cooperating with police in the sting. Since the inside recordings took place over a 5 day period inside the rooms, LEO would need to place robust cameras that would be impossible to install without the owner's knowledge. Simple wireless cameras could have been placed by health inspectors that entered prior to LEO, but they would not last 5 days and record continuously. A wireless camera that records continuously would need a LEO surveillance car or van within 100 feet to get a decent recording.
These cameras were likely powered by an outlet and recorded to SD cards (or equivalent). The cameras could have been hidden in a clock, radio, or anything else plugged into a wall. Handheld devices exist that are not terribly expensive and are specifically designed to detect the lens on a hidden camera due to the reflected light from the lens. I would use one of those to sweep the room either before the provider enters or after she has left the room.
The key takeaway is that the owners helped LEO entrap the customers. There is no other way the recordings inside the rooms could have happened over a 5 day event.
Wouldn't surprise me one bit if this was happening here too. It would not be wise to frequent such places considering these tactics. I think this could be the end of the AMP industry as we know it.It's not the end. Stings have happened before many times. Things quite down for a little while then back to normal. Everyone just be cool it will blow over soon.
NO!!!! Nothing like this has EVER happened before!!!! The sky is falling, the sky is falling!

So they state the girls were sex slaves but they investigated it for eight months? That mean left the girls to be "malnourished and enslaved" for eight months while they got Johns on video? Its all a big circle jerk.Yeah dude. I'm no attorney but they just observing the crime to continue over that time spam feels criminal. What was the point. To catch the johns or save the girls? They allowed them to remain trafficked if we are understanding the story correctly. I mean, didn't they get enough material in a week?
Did you guys see the ladies that got arrested? Not even 6's and I grade on curve ha. Not sure if they worked and / or managed. Owner's pic is posted also.

Most newer cellphones have plenty of sensors that will pick up clandestine surveillance equipment without much problem. Especially Androids, I don't know about iphones. I have several apps that I use on the job to do so. The other side of this is the lighting issue. It takes VERY little to adapt a camera to full spectrum photography and to set up IR lighting that is hard to detect with the naked eye. I expect that we'll be seeing more of that down the road.

The pigs are on every site. Even this one! It serves that Eros black girl right. LOL.

Alot of those undercover stings that police do are bait ads.
That's pretty dirty luring guys in like that, but that's the dirty games the pigs play.Looks like she's back on the sites: https://adultsearch.com/georgia/atlanta/female-escorts/1477938.

That affidavit made for some disturbing reading. I got to say, at this point, I'm done. I mean, is there any reason not to conclude that the PD can have any AMP under surveillance whenever they choose? Maybe somebody did not get "paid" in this particular case, but that just means all these places are one shake-down away from becoming traps.

And that's only because high profile guys got busted, otherwise it would be a routine news story. That's true, but because the huge exposure, it makes me wonder if this event is a game changer. It sort of reminds me of what happen in Clayton County 15 years ago when every place shut down literally overnight and they never came back. I realize that there are thousands times more AMP nationwide than there was in Clayton, but it will be interesting to see the AMP landscape looks like next year at this time. Maybe there will be no change at all, but this event seems to have alot of folks nervous.

This is a somewhat isolated incident with a few rich dudes caught up in a CAMP sting in the Jupiter, FL area. Shitload of rich people down there so a bust with "celebs" is big news. Clayton County cleanup? Quite the opposite, just a fuckstick named Victor Hill trying to make a name for himself by cleaning up dismal Clayton County.
Back to geography. If the Clayton purge didn't make a dent on the north side of I-285, how is a bust in south Florida going to do so now? The key is media exposure. As I mentioned in a previous post, I pegged both CAMP and KAMP ladies after the bust and nobody is worried. I'm not either.

Martin County Sheriff William Snyder rejected that: "We were able to determine with certainty that 9 out of 10 men who went into the parlors where we did the search warrants were there for sex. ".
There is a "community" of clients, of johns, who frequent businesses like this, who find out about them (mostly) online and often leave reviews of the "services" provided.
"There's a statistical possibility some of these men were testing the waters for the first time," said Snyder. Most likely, he said, they were repeat customers.
"Sex can be an addictive behavior," he said. "That's what I think you're seeing here. ".

Agree with night and BBinsider's positions. I could be wrong, but I just don't see the Florida AMP sting with hidden cameras happening here in Atlanta. 1. Doubtful any Arthur Blank-level individuals would be caught up in it here, therefore no major media exposure. 2. They way they ran the Florida operation, it was a significant investment of man-hours. Unless they uncover & bust a huge human trafficking operation, what has that signficant investment of resources gotten them. A bunch of mongers busted on misdemeanor charges that will plea down to nothing? I would think a police agency would have to justify such a significant expense, vs. Devoting those limited resources to go after unsolved rapes, murders, etc. Knowing what I know of local CAMPS, the ladies aren't trafficked and certainly don't need to be "rescued", despite what is hysterically portrayed in the media. They're in it for the money, don't live at their shops and many drive nice cars.
Anyone know someone higher up than beat cop in one of the metro Atlanta agencies? I'd be very curious to know what their opinion is on the likelihood of Fulton, Cobb, Gwinnett agencies following the Jupiter Police "template".

Apparently Fl officials used what's called a sneak and peek warrant to set up cameras. The Google suggests this kind of activity is fair game under the patriot act. But thankfully sneak and peeks aren't allowed in Georgia just yet. Video surveillance was thrown out in the Dunwoody bust last year. Just hope the GA legislature doesn't get too anxious about changing things. Still getting caught up in this will leave one with a lot of explaining.

Seems a refrigerator full of food in the workplace means people live there (my employer should have been busted). Or providing a ride to someone with a suitcase as they arrive / depart town is also somehow suspect.

I pulled into the old Waffle House turned something else and something just did not feel right so I turned and headed home. Not 5 minutes later I am being pulled over on I-20. The copy came up shining his flashlight all inside my SUV, I put my window down, I'd in hand and asked what was up. He stated a robbery was reported with a vehicle matching my vehicle. I politely and jokingly said, "Bullshit, I was pulled over because of my turn around off FIB. " He smiled and said yep, you did that in front of an unmarked. I told him I needed some coffee but once I pulled in the parking lot, did not feel safe and headed out. My military retired stickers probably helped some, but he did laugh and warn me that was not a good neighborhood to get coffee.
While I hear the Shut Up advice, if you can think fast on your feet and defuse the situation with a bit of humor, might help. Just never admit to what your real purpose was.

Good to know. Not so fast. Sneak and peak warrants can be permitted in Georgia if the correct procedures are followed per the cited article. "There was no mention of a 'sneak and peek' warrant in the application or affidavit or order authorizing video surveillance, (Judge) Flake stated. The only way to get such a warrant in Georgia is if the DA makes a written application and it is approved by a judge. Flake ruled none of these rules were followed. "

One of the main reasons for this type of enforcement is because it's an easy investigation and arrest for local LE. They do it for stat padding. They make quick, easy arrests that are plentiful in numbers. Then the department can spin this information anyway they feel is needed at the time. It reflects well for the police chief and local politicians when they want votes. It looks good on their books when they make so many arrests. Average non-critical thinking citizens think that LE is putting maximum effort into protecting their jurisdictions. They give their local citizens bullshit reasons why their investigation was so awesome and how it cleaned up the streets. If there was truly human trafficking going on in an AMP, wouldn't you think ICE or the FBI would be heading the LE involvement? There would be laws in place so that federal LE could simply walk in and check every person on the premises citizenship status and put it under the patriot act or some other frivolous "catch all" statute. Nope, they don't care 99.9% of the time because they are busy dealing with real crime.
It's always local LE or Sheriff's Dept. Since they can't find any real crime there, they charge them with not operating without the proper licenses (usual charge) or providing a sexual act / handy. The more crime in the city where a man's favorite establishment is located, the less likely they are to be harassed by LE. Why? Because their too busy dealing with other shit. Less likely? City of Atlanta. More likely? Brookhaven. Another reason is married women in the community persistently complaining to LE about it being in their city. Politics man. It sucks. Just my 2 cents.

Is there a reasonable expectation of privacy when mongering and more specifically mongering in a private residence / location?? My hunch is privacy is a general expectation for sexual acts and that seems to be the case for Kraft as there was no audio to suggest solicitation if video surveillance is thrown out.

Just my 2 cents. It's a good 2 cents and spot on.

Sneak and peek warrants are not currently allowed under Georgia law, Flake noted.

Supremacy Clause
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
Sneak and peek was established under the Patriot Act, has nothing to do with terrorism, can even be applied to misdemeanors.

As many of us said to begin with, there was likely no human trafficking involved with those Florida arrests. LE tends to lie quite often. When they shoot unarmed people in the back and when they arrest adults for consensual sexual activity.

Now I'm totally beside myself. I thought all these guys with badges were saints!!Have you ever seen that comedy bit from Bill Engvall on how he got out of jury duty? When he was being questioned by one of the attorneys, he said, "I don't think cops ever lie. " It worked and that's exactly what I'm going to say if I ever get summoned for jury duty again.
IMHO one could agree when you have that kind of money and influence, you're essentially impervious to the law because you have access to the best defense (and have influence in media).

Very soon these media are driving even the legitimate ones out of business. If you have evidences, arrest them. Don't make a blanket statement like this. The media sucks. Why don't they take a picture of American Spas?

They had a court order granted to video tape because they lied about human trafficking which is a felony. No one was charged with human trafficking, videos therefore not allowed, because it's a misdemeanor.

Palm Beach County accomplished their mission. They showed they are tough on crime. They probably put a dent in the illicit sex business in one of the biggest and wealthiest counties in Florida. They didn't need to convict or even charge anyone. Putting their pictures in the paper was enough. You see that a lot even here in Atlanta. It's made everyone everywhere a little more careful. Good. I hope Palm Beach county gets seriously slammed financially and legally. And with all of the negativity, I doubt the NFL will now take any adverse action against Kraft. If billionaire, Mr. Kraft, wasn't caught up in this case, none of the public defenders for the other guys who were prosecuted along with him, would have ever brought up the illegal videotaping issues. Most of the guys took the 1st bullshit plea deal, just like I did, and got the hell out of dodge.
The fucking pigs took pictures of me naked on the bed for 3-4 minutes before they put me in handcuffs. I'm pretty sure that was illegal as fuck and was not standard protocol for arresting a suspect for Pandering. You think my paid $1,500 lawyer would try to use that as a defense. Pfft. Yeah right. The bish told me to take the 1st plea that came across the table. Thanks $1,500 shit lawyer.
If I had Kraft's money and stature, I'd fight this case to the end. When you're a regular indignant citizen, you take the 1st plea and run out the door. When your pockets are fat like Kraft's, your lawyers will get you out of any jam. Good ole American Justice system. Smdh. By the way, my plea was $1,200 in court fees, pay for 2 Std tests in 1 year, 12 months probation with 6 months probation fee, 40 hours community service. All for a $50 qv. Ridiculous! And the charge stays on my record for 1 year until my probation ends then it gets sealed under "First Offender Law".
My job just did a random background check, again, and informed me of the charge. Smdh. Now the fools at work talking about letting me go because of the Pandering charge. Smdh, again. If I do get let go, I'd be afraid to apply for another job for fair of being turned down because of it. All for a $50 qv too. What great laws we have here in the good you S of A.

https://deadspin.com/when-the-robert-kraft-case-fell-apart-the-women-were-l-1834857778The women are in a worse place after the investigation than Kraft only because Kraft is a Billionaire. To say the women had their reputations ruined and act like Kraft suffers no ill social effects is just blatant pandering.
"According to the warrant application, all four told officers that they paid for and got hand jobs along with their massage. " - I am unclear on this. Did they tell them this as they wrote the ticket or after they arrested them and told them they were going to be charged with something related to human trafficking?
"A nearby pizzeria owner told the New York Times he suspected it happened the night police evacuated the massage parlor due to a 'suspicious package and a possible bomb threat. ' Joseph Bompartito said he thought it was odd that the officers that night evacuated only the massage parlor, not the other businesses in the strip mall. " - So they faked a bomb threat to install the cameras.
"According to police records, the cameras recorded from Jan. 18 to Jan. 22. Kraft visited the parlor twice, on Jan. 19 and Jan. 20, the second visit happening hours before he flew to Kansas City for the AFC Championship Game. " - I wonder how often Kraft was going to this place. Was he a frequent flyer or did he have a ritual based around playoff stress.
"One video, obtained by the Associated Press, shows a masseuse enduring a 4-hour interrogation by Fenton and others, where they try unsuccessfully to convince her she was a trafficking victim. " - I wish defense attorneys could show this sort of malpractice at every trial involving these clowns. Show that the evidence they are producing is probably coerced.
"The Martin County Sheriff's Office is attempting to seize Zhang's home, as well as the homes of her son and cousin, her lawyer said, because prosecutors alleged that they were all part of the massage parlor business. " - Play ball or lose it all.
"The men caught in the stings—the ones not named Robert Kraft—had their names and photos blasted across the internet. Two men were falsely accused; one of them said he thought about suicide. " - Damn, I can't imagine not having this hobby and being accused of it for the whole world to see. There is no way anyone is going to believe those two did not get happy endings. What the fuck man, they will never have the same lives again after that shit. They were in the news and it said they were fucking sex slaves. Jesus.

After the judge determined that the video evidence against Kraft could not be used, the prosecutors have launched an appeal to the the Florida 4th District Court of Appeal, which has agreed to consider the trial-court ruling that made inadmissible the video evidence obtained via a "sneak-and-peek" warrant.
Per the report, a decision is not expected "for months. " The party that loses the appeal surely will attempt to take the issue to the Florida Supreme Court, which would delay a resolution even longer.

That's some serious fallout for a robbery attempt! Lucky guy that he could prevail, even that outgunned.
O.I guess he was able to talk his way out of why he was going to meet a ho from instagram.

I guess he was able to talk his way out of why he was going to meet a ho from instagram.Nothing illegal meeting an Instagram ho. All he had to do was say that it was supposed to be a hookup. Closed mouthed is all that it takes. I'm sure that they tried to maneuver him into saying that. If he didn't go into details in the messages, there's no need to say more.
