Is HC still around?Dear HB, the Health Center is still open. Both new girls are already gone, as far as I can tell. I stopped in on Tuesday evening and was serviced by "Wendy" a new girl. 40's with nice rack and soso face.
She speaks almost no english and understands very little. So communication was tough. From what I could get, CiCi and Amy are gone and she was alone doing it all. Massage was good / better than average.

Jade Massage is still open and operating on Williams, despite recent bust and the signs being down (lady advised landlord wanted different signage put up). I've been as recently as yesterday and got a great massage, no surveillance or LEO's around when I was there--I was vigilant.
It appears things have settled down.
I visited late last Friday night and met the new girl who calls herself Amanda. Very friendly. She is a decent looking middle aged Chinese woman with a great rack. I got the hour massage and it was actually pretty good. If Chen's is a 10 then this would be a 6 or 7. After the flip she pretty much went right to it without discussing $$$ and allowed a lot of roaming over the clothes. She might have allowed more but I didn't try.
The hour massage was. 69 and the tip was. 5 although she may have taken less. Like I said, it was never really discussed. Not really sure if more is on the table, but with the way she got into the roaming and rubbing, it makes me think it could be.

Now, of course you're innocent until proven guilty, and a good criminal defense attorney could likely get the charges dropped. However, the initial stigma of the bust would not go away, and the a fore mentioned issues happen upon the ARREST, and not the conviction. Its not like LEO would issue an apology or public retraction, not that you would want that additional attention.

If you show up at a place where you have set up an appointment with an escort or you go to a massage parlor that is known to police for illegal activities, you just need to knock on the door for the cops to consider you guilty.

To meet the elements of the crime, there must be a specific act discussed for money or a form of payment. I have seen too many get busted, but the case dropped for lack of evidence. For Vice to run a reverse sting there are logistics to put in place. A female has to be used and after Hoffman, most departments will use the streets to set up since it requires less resources. Willie Meggs made his personal mission to try and get rid of anything sexual outside the confines of someone's personal residence. He is now on his way out. The departments here will continue to go after locations where complaints are provided.

Much like whether you get a ticket, written warning, or verbal warning. It all depends. All that is need to make an arrest is probable cause. That is something more than mere suspicion. If you show up to Dream Spa you will find there is no discussion about tip money for anything extra. They just start taking care of your HE once you flip. There has not been an arrest there because there is no discussion of money for a sex act. At the other two location there was a record conversation of asking for a tip and the UC asking for how much, then once determined how much the act was discussed of what was going to happen. Each element of the crime was there so an arrest was made. Going to a place known for crime activity is not a crime, it does make you predisposed to commit a criminal act, but not necessary. LEO in VICE are pretty good at not entrapping you, but certainly providing the opportunity to let you commit the act. When I am asked about a tip, I just say "I do not discuss money.
