As BLATENT and explicit as that ad is, particularly the liberal use of the letters B B F S, coupled with how "Polk" it is, it's just setting off too many GIANT red flags for me! In any other market something like that smells like some kind of scam to me (perhaps asking a pre-paid online cash deposit, then ghosting you, or something else I can't even imagine), but around Polk County my thoughts go straight to something more sinister. I suppose it wouldn't hurt (too much) to just call (preferably from a burner or some phone that can't be traced to the caller), but I'd be terrified to go any further with it regardless of what I might hear on the phone from that call.
