Wow! What a difference a few months can make with some providers. Out of sheer location convenience and time constraints, I contacted Shane again last evening. You can read it yourself; however, the take away is that we really need to see these providers with as little frequency as possible. They really take advantage of us no matter how much we spend and how nice we are. It's really sad to donate all we or what some of you give and get this kind of treatment.
