That would be just one of the many scams in provider (and that is using that term generously) listings where the sole intent is to get some kind of financial payment without the monger ever seeing a provider. Let's be clear though most legit providers. Even the lower end of the quality spectrum do not require a credit card so it begs the question. Which providers are you trying to see lmao you really should read Prof Falken's diatribe on scam listings.
