Hey thanks for the info and clarification! Guess they gave up on the "won't be advertising" thingie". So this place has gone full circle? Started out just before the Pandemic lockdown on the Pike, moved to a location in Newark, then second location?, now back on the pike!
Yeah, technically this location is NCC not withing the boundaries of the City of Wilmington. So it's been a long, long time since I mongered, even before covid. Been lurking here a little while and decided to jump back in. Yeah, not every girl is blatant about extras: got to ask for what you want. I suspect most girls will "get it" and little discussion is needed. But for a girl who is shy, scared of LE or just having a bad day, customer might need to be a slight bit more explicit about "other duties as assigned" for the employee. If you are concerned room is bugged for sound, one can use hand gestures.

Might be asked how long you want: rates are generally 40 for 30-minutes and 60 for 60-minutes. This "fee for time" is known as the "House fee" - the fee for the rub. IF you want extras usually the 60-min rub is what you want to ask for. Usually you pay Mamasan the "house fee" up front. Have had house fee collected in the room by the girl at some places. That said, you wander into an sting where you have controlled substances or weapons on you and LE will take that for a "win" and you'll get pinched. Of course confess to 'sex acts for money" and LE will take the win for that too.
So generally, AMP visits are low risk situations, IF you know how to behave. The one place where one needs to think is about the LOCATION of the AMP. There was an AMP in Newark that apparently was next to or near a residential area. Residents complaining about the comings and going, usually leads to an investigation. The reason that place was shuttered was LOCATION. So think about that when doing your DD. Oh and a place getting "too" popular on the boards could be a concern too. Just saying.
Oh and someone asked. VA = Visiting Asians. This is an UTR outfit that travels around and provides the AMP Experience in Hotels. But in any event. I have also stopped as I said in the other forum. Someone is there, and they are receiving packages.
A USPS notice was on the door, then taken down. A note on the door in pink also said to leave packages someone was there, they would get them.
I actually stopped again the other day. I noticed the wall mounted button has been removed.
The note about packages is gone now. A person behind the building a few days ago, and I don't know how reliable this is, said " she may be on vacation". Although, in the past there was a "fill in".
IMO It could be a safety precaution since because of a "close event" at another location.
I can't find any specific enforcement action here, this is a pretty low volume compared to others.

I posted about my massage experience the other day. I am going to go by a reply thread that was replied to me when I had asked a couple months ago about where to look for ads and was replied "instead of a hand out try doing some research myself" I started visiting these massage places 10 years ago. I have come to learn a lot with trial and error with them. I would visit a place a couple times with one certain girl and get her comfortable with me. I was detouring through your area on my way back from the north and decided to see what was good in the area after a quick fuel break, imagine my surprise finding out I had lucked into stopping at the very Wawa which neighbored the spa I rang up. I also had concerns regarding the visibility, especially when I walked into the front vestibule to find another monger already standing there (and an absolutely awful gaseous emission which I hoped was not coming from inside), but I was craving local fare so I dove in anyway.
I rolled 'Yoyo' who looked young, almost uncomfortably young, but who had adult hands and showed no sign of working under duress so I loosened up. On the way out I was introduced to another girl: Nanna. She's the typical short Asian size (5'1" has dyed red hair more of a chestnut color, slender / thing, probably BS, guessing she's 35+. But what caught my attention was her eyes and the look she gave me. Kinda like she was trying to make a "connection" if you know what I mean? Got the impression she's a sweet girl who likes to please. She's the type that despite her age, I life to find at an AMP.
