So. Just a random thought. What should I do about the streetwalkers with bad hygiene. I only had this issue with white Chyna and Diana they smell.
Ripe. I like the convenience and the low charge.
But let's say you are doing a car date and have no access to a shower. I brought some summer eves vagina wipes and keep them in my car. But white Chyna (Shannon) was so strong the wipes made no difference. I'm not trying to be a dick I'm just curious what to do for future reference. Sure if Wilmington PD observes you engaged in a crime and starts a pursuit, they are able to continue that pursuit across the city boarder into the county. (Fresh Pursuit* But this is a narrow exception to the 4th Amendment. I assume there are protocols in place where WPD has to notify NCCPD of such a pursuit. However if one crosses the line and THEN violates a law and is observed by WPD, I wonder if they have jurisdiction to pursue you especially if there is no imminent danger. So you are driving down Lanc Ave with fully functional taillights and you turn into Colonial Height and 10 yards down the street, you left tail light burns out, WPD can't arrest you as the "violation" didn't occure in their jurisdiction. Per the recent post, it looks like NCCPD is at least helping out the WPD to clean things up on Lanc Ave. Generally Wilmington is in NCC and the State of DE, so both NCC & State boys can operate in the city. Due to a lack of resources they usually don't. Any indications that the State is involved too?

As I am stopped in traffic watching her, some dude in the parking lot pulls up to her and she was swaying around oblivious to him. Apparently he got a good look at her and decide to pull away. Seen her later on at Broom & 3rd walking with a girl in a pink top.

There is never any time that any Crown Vic, or for that matter any dark colored Chevy SUV, is mistaken for a civi vehicle in my rear view mirror. ALL are assumed to be unfriendly, until proven otherwise. One of the reasons I often don't get a good look at the girls is that something unknown is in the rear-view, off to the side or on a side street.

Alright so first off earlier this week: Rendezvoused with Natasha on upper LP by a donut place. Not doing any type of toe stretching which was a relief. She's a black haired petite bubbly little thing. Apparently early 30's--plot twist! Said she's no stranger to the game, which makes sense as I think I've seen her in the past walking around primarily during the daytime. Rain doesn't even faze her LOL. Did some LE check and managed to talk her down a bit. Solid poetry reading not the best not the worst. Final performance deserved an encore, hopefully will be able to cross paths again. Since her name has been mentioned a few times recently I will share a funny story about my one and only encounter with the infamous Brooke. So one summer night about 4 years ago before I was even a monger I stopped at 7/11 to get a snack. As I'm walking in there is a woman with very short blonde hair just standing by the door leaning up against the wall. I walked past her, we made eye contact and I simply said "hi. " she said hello back to me and I just continued on itno the store to get my snack. One minute later I'm coming out of the 7/11 and I am shocked by what I'm seeing. No lie Brooke is in the passenger seat of my car and I can see her pulling the seat belt across her chest buckling herself in. I said to myself what the?? I then approached my own vehicle with caution LOL. I open my driver side door and don't even get in. I leaned in and said um whats going on or something like that. I was so surprised I wasn't sure what to say. At this point I basically figured she's a SW. She said I saw the way you were looking at me I saw you smiling at me. Then she asks me what I want for the date. I said I was just being friendly saying hi I don't want a date. Meanwhile she's still buckled in the passenger seat. I said yo look if you need a ride somewhere I can possibly do that otherwise get out of my car right now! She was in a good mood and once I told her to get lost she flipped. She finally unbuckles the seat belt gets out slammed my door so hard and proceeded to publicly berate me in the parking lot LOL. After all she probably has a handful of warrants or Capiases and they will "help her out" and let her go if she states dude was doing something illegal. Remember these aren't the sharpest tools in the shed. If all else fails, just trump up a traffic charge. Running a red light, stop sign, speeding, etc.
IF the girl is carrying illegal substances and she has any brains, she is going to dump them in the car. Then when they do a search. What? You think they can't trump something up to do a search or most guys are going to consent. They are going to find the substances and everyone in the car will get charged. Don't think this is possible? Look for the last few posts by Afraven on these threads as to his experience. Shoot about half the dudes that date the girls are carrying shit anyway. As most offer drugs in lieu of cash. So might be able to justify this for drug enforcement?
It is nice to think you are protected by the Constitution or something, but in Wilmington it is the Wild West. It is best to do your recon before scooping and makes sure you know who is within line of sign, around the corner, etc.

Well I had a couple girls tell me them self that they dated undercover LEO and still do. They even told me some of the undercover cars and some of there cars are flashy. Some of the state and county boys when there not in uniform will come in there own car and monger like us. Don't let LEO full you they like street kitty too. They are the biggest and dirtiest gangster out there they are the only ones allowed to break the law. LEO may pull you over if they see you with a girl because they may have wanted them there self's I have had girls tell me too that LEO will pick up girls while there walking and fuck with them and if they have drugs on them or warrants or whatever they give them a date they'll let them go.

Former Wilmington police officer acquitted of 3 charges, including rape.

Ex-Cpl. Thomas Oliver Jr. Was charged with second-degree rape, extortion and official misconduct.
WILMINGTON, Del. - A jury in Delaware has mostly sided with a former police officer who was accused of forcing a woman to perform a sexual act or go to jail.
The News Journal of Wilmington reported Wednesday that Thomas Oliver Jr. Was convicted of official misconduct. But he was acquitted of rape, sexual extortion and having sex with someone in police custody.
Oliver was first charged in February. He resigned from the Wilmington Police Department in August.

Suspended Wilmington officer charged with raping woman while on duty.
Prosecutors had said Oliver abused his power as a police officer and forced a woman to preform oral sex in his patrol car. She was wanted for a misdemeanor probation violation.
Oliver and his attorneys claimed the encounter was consensual and that Oliver didn't know the woman's criminal history.
The jury had begun deliberating Monday afternoon.
