I put in a days work trying to track down Lauren yesterday. She is no where to be found and the girls are the street claim they haven't seen her either. I even offered a donation to the ladies if the can show me where she was. No one knew. There was a BSW standing at the corner of 6th and tatnall last night aroun 7...kinda cute from what I could see, but she just stood there and didn't take my direction to walk up the street. I know too many people in that neighborhood to make a pick up out in the open.
To tell you the truth Cephlapod the only walkers out there worth it are Coco and Lauran. But Laurans been hit are miss these days. Coco can be found real late night in between 11:30 pm-5:30. She has kids that go to school, so she works late hours and close to home. She lives in the WSFS on Union Street so you can always find her close by on the odd streets less traveled. Two known locations will be between 3rd-4th & Scott, and Lancaster & Woodlawn by the Car Lot and Cemetary. Both women have the Best CBJ and BBBJCIM going! The first thing out Coco's mouth will always be "I'm not like those 4th street girls just to let you know". Then she'll turn around and quote you .2! LOL. I always get a kick out of it. She has digit, but I never seem to asked because she always can be found. Maybe she should give her phone to Lauran. LOL. MDA always has one or two, but never really anything of quality. About the chick you pick-up Cephlapod. She's extremely bad news. She's always inbetween dates, so she says, and if you let her, she'd do the deed right in front of LE. Trust me she's done it before... Twice. Her addiction is stronger than she lets on. I did see something new by the KFC on Union and Lancaster, but have yet to part take because it's extremely close to home. For any of the Mongers not in the know, the usual routes have been abandoned by anything worth partaking in. You have to get create and trust your gut on the drive now. I had my son in the car so I couldn't stop, but it was definitely her. We even waved at each other. I took my son to my parents and returned in about 15 minutes, but she was no where to be found. I guess one of you guys picked her up or she went into one of the pharmaceutical houses. I rode around for about an hour, but had to go.

This is true and I know the blonde that you are talking about. Laurens appearance has been going down hill last couple of months, but the service is undeniably. I hope that she gets a hold of her addiction though.

I now know exactly who you are talking about. I seen her yesterday afternoon around 2 on Scott. She was talking to Chrissy and when I circled around to try and catch Lauren she smiled at me. I see her about to go into a house on Union directly across from WSFS when a car pulled up and she crossed street and got in. Damn, if I would have known it was her, I would have skipped looking for Lauren and tried her out. I will look for her again though. Hope to catch her while kids are in school because the late night strolling is s no go for me. Can't explain that to the S / O.

It has been a little while since I have posted but between work and home life I have been out and about some. I mainly play in Elkton as it is close to home base. I have been seeing debbie and nicole on a regular basis. I just found a new one in nicky down there. I do have her number and it is working everytime I texted her or called with the burn phone. Nicky is a little older but easy on the eyes, she has sandy blonde hair. She takes direction well, smells nice and is very personable.
I have also been checking out craigslist and backpage also. I found a little gem in jasmin on craigslist. She is a chunky AA chick that just turned 18. She is very new and niave but a lot of fun. Ran into gia and her partner from backpage. She and her partner put on a very good show for 1. Would repeat even if they are not what I normally go for. I also saw nicole from backpage in new castle. Sorry I couldn't post this on Saturday, I ran out of time. That is the reason for the short post. Anyways, I was on my way to the Airport to pick up family coming in for the holidays and gave myself an extra hr to hit the stroll. I hit md ave and 4th st. I was hoping to run into coco, I really want to try her out. No luck, by the way if any of you mongerers have her digits and willing to share let me know. On my way back to 95 I hit west street just for the hell of it. Low and behold I see Lauren walking and I didn't waste any time scooping her up. We went to our spot for 35 minutes straight slow neck. Lots of stuff available on line. Me thinks the strip clubs are slow so the girls head to CL to post and try to make up the $. Unfortunately they don't look much better than the average girl from MDA, but want strip club prices 150-200. Toyed with a few and got them down around 100/ hh but figured they would be clock watchers.
So cranked up from the hunt, I hit the strolls. I have to comment that 4th street from Broom to Union seems to be quite prospective for activity. I have been up and down there in the day, evening and at night and always see 2 or 3 girls out who give a look. I wonder why there aren't more reports on these girls here?.
So my suggestion is to do a few loops of 4th up to Union (left on Union), South on Lancaster, back toward 4th on the one ways you can. That will give you about 5 passes on 4th. There surely is something out there. Or if that doesn't work, take broom to slide over to MDA. Where this dumps you is THE prime spot. Day or night there is usually a girl needing a ride.
Today I found Chrissy. She was a bit worn from the streets, but found her freshly showered and bouncy, ready for the day. The girl was nice, straight forward and no BS. She knows all of the girls on the street and gave me the scoop. Took her to a place. She was GFE. Kissing, BBBJ, cfs, mish, doggy, cof. Allowed a few pictures. Would repeat. Sadly she has no phone.

I'm looking for any intel on China / Chyna. ASW on md ave. I've seen her around several times, from the street she usually looks like a HSW. Once she got in the car, I could tell she was an ASW. Got digits from Enveed on a girl named Lydia he scooped up last week (thanks dude). I think it was catch & release for him. I took the plunge.
I guess she was out on 4th or Broom, since she lives in the area.
Her face ain't nothing to look at- but nice enough girl. Let's just leave it at that. Short maybe 5'2", Long wavy dyed blonde hair, purple jacket with fur edge on hood, walks with a bit of a shuffle. Probably Hispanic.
Met her on a predetermined corner. I did some recon in the time before meeting - kinda scary. Some police action on a nearby street (I forget which one) but blocks were yellow taped off. Man there were cops flooding the box - around everywhere!
So I approached her and she wants to go to the store first, and can I wait for her. ah, No! (perhaps she wanted to cop?) I asked while walking if there was anyone else in her "grandmother's" house and was told no. She unlocks the door and immediately tells me to be quite. LR has one piece of furniture and the flooring is linoleum! We crept up the stairs to a darkened hallway, I can hear a radio or something in another room, and she goes to the end of the hall and UNLOCKS the door to her room! Yousa -its a rooming house. Go in the room and two mattresses on the floor - one double and one single. She made some excuse.
She starts saying we have to be quite and can't take too long - oh great! She takes one leg out of her pants and underwear. I had to ask her to get naked, Oh my! Gets on the double bed and got reminded, again, we needed to be quick.
Had her bbbj on me, but looking at her bush I couldn't see diving into that even with a cover. Had her finish me hand/mouth.
So blew a load fast and started cleaning up. Before we can leave her room some dude calls out the her in Spanish. Sheet! I knew there was somebody in the house. Met Kim last night. She's a fixture on mda. Thin, slightly older blonde. She usually has her hair down and she wears glasses. Hangs by the wg shopping center.
I made the scoop and we drove around for a bit. She didn't have a good opinion of many of the mda girls and wasn't shy about it, LOL. We decided to play at her apartment.
She told me she was late 40's. Once the clothes came off I was very pleasantly surprised. She had a thin, very nice body. I would have guesses she was mid -late 30's. I tried Laurens digits, but of course the weren't working.
Well I was heading out of the city on South Market and I see Ashley walking across the bridge towards the city. I swung around and made the scoop. I actually thought it was Gianna until she got in. I then realized in was the slim chick that I tried to scoop in the past on 4th. She is the one who wanted to be picked up in the middle of the street in front of everyone. Anyway, she gets in and away we go. She quoted me .20 fo BBBJ with spit. She tried to go deep a few times, but kept gagging. The head was a bit toothy at times, but she got the job done. I wasn't impressed so didn't bother to ask for digits. She is a cute little thing that frequents 4th Street from Rodney to Scott. Stay warm and safe!

How does that one book start? It was the best of times, the worst of times.....
I got thinking the other day that this must be the best of times - right here in olde Wilmington, DE! I was thinking that the street scene might be nearly as good down here as it is in Philly on the infamous K Street.
My point is that no matter what time of the day one ventures out, they are likely to find something on one of the strolls. Er, well I can't vouch for the period from 3 AM to 7 AM but I suspect the girls out around 2 are out for the duration.
I'd say that after 10am, MDA yields up a steady bounty (and most of it from about the same spot) that is usually reliable until early evening. Of course the Fourth Estate seems to have a bounty at any time of day as long as one isn't too picky.
I mean this is crazy. There is not any time of day that I have been out on the stroll that I have not seen something. Not to say I have picked up everything I have seen, far from it. But alas even when I have stopped to chat, I note that I have never encountered the same girl twice!
So think about it gents, sure looks like this is the best of times!

OM freak'and G! I went for an adventure tonight around 10:20 pm (at the time of this writing it is 11:11 pm Thursday the 13th). Immediately ran into Christine and her Sister. They were walking with a little rough loking black guy, and at first I didn't think she was a SW, but I did a couple of small circles around the block from Lancaster and Rodney to 4th and Scott, down 3rd and loop back to Lancaster and notice their walking pattern was SW'esk, did a circle and the black guy was gone. I immediately made the swoop! I couldn't help myself!
Christine was a tall, 6'0" or more easy, super thick (like a chicks in King Magazine), Amazon, WSW. I wanted to see all the good so bad, but when Christine jumped in so did her Sister. She asked to be dropped of on MDA, but Christine said no stay, because I don't want us to get separated and can't find each other. She didn't want to be seeing her sister, Christine, get down though. They were working as a team, but Christine's Sister was way to drunk and loud, and Christine keep yelling for her to shut up. OM freak'and G! I went for an adventure tonight around 10:20 pm (at the time of this writing it is 11:11 pm Thursday the 13th). Immediately ran into Christine and her Sister. They were walking with a little rough loking black guy, and at first I didn't think she was a SW, but I did a couple of small circles around the block from Lancaster and Rodney to 4th and Scott, down 3rd and loop back to Lancaster and notice their walking pattern was SW'esk, did a circle and the black guy was gone. I immediately made the swoop! I couldn't help myself!
Christine was a tall, 6'0" or more easy, super thick (like a chicks in King Magazine), Amazon, WSW. I wanted to see all the good so bad, but when Christine jumped in so did her Sister. She asked to be dropped of on MDA, but Christine said no stay, because I don't want us to get separated and can't find each other. She didn't want to be seeing her sister, Christine, get down though. They were working as a team, but Christine's Sister was way to drunk and loud, and Christine keep yelling for her to shut up. I said .20, the sister said .30. I said .20. Then Christine said .25. We come to the original point of .20. Pulled in a random spot, because it's snowing, dark, and no one's out. The sister says she getting out and I only have 5 minutes she need to go make more that .20. Starts calling her dumb, and stupid bitches as she was getting out, and right before she closed the door she says "If you would of had .30 we would of both gave you the BBBJ at the same time! DONNA - Double Price, Half Service
Well, I didn't have a plan and the streets ended up having a plan for me! Yeah, this is an another case of "experiential learning." Jeez!
So I decide to take a drive last night, for fun, no real intentions. BAD MISTAKE - see title.
Thought if the mood struck me, I'd call one of the girls I had seen recently. So I hit MDA and get down to WG and see a WSW in a white coat. Pulled in to a parking spot, she came ove got in. She started in with, "this is how things will go, etc." should been my first clue.
Good looking girl 5-7, 120#, nice face good, make-up, clean clothes, didn't look like a druggie SW. Said her name was Donna. She grabs the junk, as I said, "Oh, I like the way yer touching my junk." Then I grabbed her p*ssy while saying, "Wow, yer P*ssy feels hot." (both on top of our clothes).
She directs me into the Canby Park Apartments area. We park and she announced a 60 fare for BJ & FS, promises two pops. Says she has a place under where she lives, but separate, assures me there is no one there to bother us. As an alternative she suggests we can play hanging out of the car (er, F*UCK NO! It's 20-degrees!) I told her the rate was above street, and she didn't miss a beat countering with, "Hey I'm not a SW, I don't do drugs, I am better than those other girls, you can have two cups," yadda, yadda. Very persistent, kinda had me in a daze. the fast talking shoulda been another clue!.

She opened the Apt and in there is some tatted-up Hispanic dude at the sink, a woman in LR and a kid running around. She moves directly to "her room" and she has to kick her mom of the "bed." Now the "bed" was nothing more than a daybed cushion on the floor.
Of course, she wants to be paid upfront. So I show her some greenbacks and tell her she'll get it at end of job. Placed it between me and the door. She is slow to undress...eventually does, but leaves her bra on and tells me I only need drop trou. I am directed to lay on bed as she want to be on top. She starts a BBBJ. Eh, it was OK, she was working it.
However, off in the other rooms the Dude is slamming things around the apt and yelling. She says, "Oh, just put yer fingers in yer ears and ignore him!" Obviously I'm concerned, thinking WTF did I get myself into? So guess what, Jr ain't fully rising to the occasion. She worked it a bit and got 3/4th results and finally she coves up and tries CG. She's on top with only grinding and that sure ain't gunna work.
So I tell her I need to stroke the cat and suggest we roll over into Mish. She complains that I am difficult. OMFG! Ain't this a great date? So finally I grab Johnson and choke some pressure into him (any of you dudes ever have to do this? LOL) and get things going and with time, stiffened up! Eventually I start stroking the cat. Eh, it was OK, not like a new pair of shoes, but not like slippers either.

As I'm getting dressed she mentions she needs 10 for her Mom for the room! WTF! "She has to be paid for the room!" So I can tell I've got potential trouble just outside the door so I say, that is all I have and she starts to get hinky like there is going to be trouble..so... I mentioned I'd have to visit the cash machine. So that gets us out of her room and out of the apt. She mentions to Mom as she walks by that she has to go get her room money.
We get in the car and drive to MDA. There she wants me to go to some cash point ATM and I refuse stating it will cost me 5 to get 10. I told her I'd have to go down to the Newark are to get it and she gets agitated. SO I pulled over on MDA and she freaks - "DON'T STOP HERE! Cops will see me and I'll get in trouble!" Wow, is it that easy? LOL! So I drive around the corner and stop, she gets out curses me and slams the door. Whew! I can take a tongue lashing and a few swear words.
Ripped off (my own fault), but stayed safe! So yeah, not having a plan and letting the street dictate the plan is a good way to get F*cked and SCR*WED!

Sorry for your luck bro. Sounds like a true adventure you got yourself in and glad you got out of there ok. Sounds like we are one in the same when it comes to taking risk. I find myself more than a few occasions in some apt or house completely in the providers environment. I too have had them ask for room rent or more money after deed is done. I have done it with a house full of people and shady characters around. Believe it or not, I think that adds to my thrill. But you are absolutely correct, you have to go in with a plan. I remember having a crazy chick yell for her son who was upstairs because I blew my load in her mouth and she swallowed some. She was pissed and said I blew to hard and she needed 20 more. I had already positioned myself for a rapid escape as I always do, but I would have had problems trying to get out of there because of the way she directed me to park. I agreed to go to bank to get her more money, but her son was standing right there. I explained to him that this wasn't going to go down the way they thought and he agreed so convinced his high ass mom to get go get the money. He was actually cool when I told him she was already paid and now wanted more. I got outside and she hopped in the passenger seat. We went to the ATM and I positioned my car to get out of there. I had already made up my mind that she already got an above average donation and I wasn't giving anymore. We got out and as we were walking to the machine, I pushed her in the grass and left her high ass right there screaming and cursing me out. Found Kimmie on MDA last evening within her usual zone. She was standing with Brandy on the first pass. By the third, Brandy was dealing with some Mexican dude. Word from a reliable source is that MDA is HOT and crawling with three kinds of LE today. Apparently a SW named Brooke is being sought concerning the untimely demise of a monger. SO if you are inclined to wander out, watch out and be EXTRA careful scooping anyone off the street. Was told they are using facial recognition camera / software and perhaps license plate readers too. Hopefully she'll be found in a few days and things will calm down.

Cruised the strolls this afternoon, late...
Coming up 4th I saw a girl with brown hair and a leather jacket walking north. Second pass, I made eye contact, but she didn't respond very well so I wasn't sure if she was a civie. I pulled into the 7-11 there and did the play with the phone thing. Looked at her and smiled as she walked by and she even looked back over her shoulder but never broke stride. By then I was sure she was dating, but odd that she didn't come over. So around the corner following her and make more obvious eye contact and a stop. Eventually she comes over to the passenger door. And this is where it gets weird! She opened the door and I asked her if she was looking for a ride? Now she is standing at the door and not getting in. She says she's looking for a date. Ah, er, um. I said I was looking to give her a ride. She made NO move to get in. Any other girl I have scooped off the street jumps in immediately, not this girl. On top of that she's talking dating through an open door. Prolly she was legit, but NOT getting in the car was too risky for me. The box is flooded; I ain't gunna talk bidness through an open car door!

I have swung through and partook on a few occasions. I reported on this place before, if you pull in, you will see those room doors open. A few worn ones, but also so decent ones. They want above average SW price, but guess it's all in the same to be able to use their room. This isn't for the faint though, the dealers / pimps / bf is always there and most time will leave the room as you are going in. That doesn't bother me at all though, but fair warning.

SState, County, City LEO. Both in marked and unmarked vehicle. It looks like there are doing their annual spring cleaning. I would guess they will hit a few AMP's also.

I was out and about on the stroll and finally met up with the infamous Coco. I have already been to see her a few times. Her BBBJ w / swallow is amazing. She is funny to talk to as well. The funny thing is she will state she's not the typical SW'er and then quote you 25. Also, claims she is working to take care of her 3 kids. She uses hand sanitizer when done, which is strange to me sense she just swallowed the load, but whatever floats her boat. If one is persistent and stick to around the 7-11 she is easy to find here lately. Her stroll is 3rd from Union to Scott back up 4th to the 7-11 where she will post up.

I spotted a latin looking gal crossing 13/40 from Boulden to Bacon, as if heading to Walgreen's and made eye contact and took a chance and parked in the Walgreen's parking lot. Luck for me, she did spot me starting and jumped in. After some small chit chat, discovered she was a former gal that I met, though much chunkier than in the past. If you are referring to the budget on 13 just before 273 on the right if your heading north, then she was most likely legit. I reported on that place before. On any giving day you can catch 3 - 4 in that shit hole. They all have dealers hanging around. Either they are being pimped or just users waiting to get that fix. They will only talk to you there in the parking lot for the most part and there are more dealers than girls there. I have been through a few times because my head just ain't right and I don't mind taking risk, but if that type of thing bothers you then stay clear. I have gotten some good mic work fhere, but have also gotten beat with being rushed with poor servjce. Depends on who you get. I wasn't out there today so I didn't see who you are talking about.

I note a dearth of reports of recent, during a time when pickings should be good. Warm weather.
But I note from talking to the ladies that in addition to that big drug sweep on Lancaster Ave, there has been joint task force stuff going on on 4th St and MDA! From what I hear LE has been pulling over guys for no reason and picking up an girl who is walking. Warrant squads have been out too.
Anyone confirm this?
That said, it fits with my observations. I stayed off MDA for a while about the time Monger sweeps were due and missed what was reported above. But on return have not seen much out there! Shoot can think of at least 3 times when I made the Wilma loops and not only didn't scoop anything. Didn't SEE anything!

Oh I guess if one has real be at llz and wants to scrap the bottom of the SW barrel, there is always GPB. ALWAYS see some trash out behind the olde Gulf station every time I go for parts at NAPA. But that seems like an extreme hood and a VERY different game. Girls are way too OBVIOUS.

Honestly, I have not been out much, but when I have it seems to still be pretty dead. Checked out the Rt. 9 scene and Wawa on Rt. 13 a bit. Talked to a girl that seemed new at the McD's. no i didn't get a chance to, was having to much fun on the stroll and with the regular girls from night clubs. i found that houston girls were pretty easy at the clubs in sugarland which is where my hotel was. and the stroll is off the hook. i didn't get much sleep, but a whole lot of sex. i actually could move there and have a blast. besides, i heard the korean and mexican bars were hit hard for human trafficking, so i didn't want any parts of a possible sting operation. also, alot of pimps were around and reports of the **** girls kept me on edge. i can't afford either of those charges. i did my homework before i got there to see all the bust and the feds are hot and heavy there combating human trafficking and the exploitation of run away minors by pimps. 2 games i don't play with. i try not to deal with those that are being forced to work. i know that sometimes you don't know, but for the most part it is obvious.

I have been to Wilmington in the past, and got lucky once or twice, but not worth the gas on many trips. All help appreciated.

HP.If you're on MD Ave, you've found the stroll. While not quite as crappy as Camden, wilmington is pretty much one big stroll in that area if you circle back to the main streets (4th). Unless you are just bored with Camden, I would save gas and stay up that way.

MDA "starts" at the liquor store and DART Bldg at Beech St and goes up the hill past the Speedy Mart (at Broom St) and mostly ends at the WG's before one goes back down the hill. Since no one can get nicked for loitering while waiting for a bus.....
If that no worky, then either take Broom over to Lancaster Ave (LancA) or Adams over to 4th St. Loop 4th from the expressway to Union - anywhere in that box is good. For an add-on, head up LancA, but don't go further than DuPont's shop. Across from the Pathmark is the Court Apts., always perspective. Across from Papa John's is the Silve- something Apts where they took dope dealers out of earlier this year. Hmmm......
It was pretty dry on the stroll this summer as a joint task force targeted drugs all over the place. Plenty were locked up and dudes were hassled for looking suspicious. Reports I have seen is that girls started wandering back in Sept.
Oh, and don't forget the the old and once infamous Tatnal stroll with surrounding streets in play. Heard of a dude that nearly got nicked when dropping off one of the famous date girls. Have seen a lot more Uncle's "in the box" in that area this summer, so much so that I dropped it as a hunting grounds this summer. Maybe it is time to wander back?

OK, so I decided to dip my toe in the water with a report again. Last 6-months has gone unreported because I discovered other mongers were playing games and breaking the fight club rules. When that happens they don't deserve any help IMHO. Yeah, ok, I'm an azzh*le.
So on LA (LancA) I met up with a little spinner type chick who called herself Makayla. Prolly about 5'4", 110#, sandy hair, nice legs, average chest. Reportedly was into drugs in the past, but claimed to be clean (who knows? Didn't look strung out, no needle marks and didn't ask to cop. Scooped her and took her to the NCC Luftwaffe-indoor-date-place.
Decent enough date, semi-GFE as allowed some kissing, daty, BBBJ, etc. The usual flip the pancake around. No problem. Hey, the bolt didn't fall out on its own, needed a torque wrench to operate (hint, hint). One rivet and done, the body is moving down the line to the cleaning station. Had digits.
Anyway, a couple of dates and she disappeared. Last time she had apparently relocated to the "apt complex" next to the Gold Club and was planning on working across the street. Yeah, right. Guys up in Philly report this behavior and they just laugh and say, "Gee, I picked you up off of the street, so street rates ( 30) are in play." More often than not the girl backs off pretty fast.
Same girl on BP can ask for 150+, but once she wanders outside the rate drops. Only way to keep these girls from playing that game is to man-up and pay street rates when they are on the street. But hey, I guess if one wants to over pay....

" Only downside was the "charming deed"- as we were leaving the area she requested a sudden stop, during which she kindly opened the car door and puked. Stated reason was "bad fish" for dinner, others suggested to me that drug sickness was more likely. Shoot maybe it was a delayed reaction to dating urs-truly?

Anyway was the same place I believe, the Roadway inn. Looks like they try to keep a lid on the action up there near the university. Thanks for the Intel and helping keep us safe, I think I'll be staying away from up there from now on. I Know Natalie James and Kasey (I posted on Kasey), were staying up around there. I still see Kasey's add, but NJ has moved to Concord Pike from her recent add. Anyone else remember reading or posting on the other sting?

Fail to see how discussing this does anything but scare people. But then again, that is the only real tool LE has - deterrence.

I'd suspect, that, if one can confirm with certainty that a sting went down on Monday at place XYZ, contrary to popular belief, the safest place to monger the next day would be at XYZ!

A tip to police led to the arrest of a Milford woman who was using Craigslist personal ads to book dates to engage in paid sex at a Georgetown park, police said Thursday.
AAAAA C. BBBB, 25, was cited for prostitution Tuesday following an investigation by Georgetown police, said Lt. Lawrence Grose.
The "date" was set up about 8 p.m. Tuesday at a park on South King Street, he said.
Officers learned that women were using the personal ads on Craigslist to set up dates for sexual acts in exchange for money through an ad on the website.
BBBB's post read: "If you play, you pay," Grose said.
An officer posing as a would-be customer sent a text message to the number listed in the ad to see if it was a possible ploy for prostitution.
The officer received a return text advising that she would meet the customer in Georgetown and for a certain price perform a sexual act, Grose said.
The would-be client agreed to meet at a park on South King Street and the undercover officer then went to the predetermined location and found BBBB.
Further investigation determined that the number on BBBB's cellphone was the same number the officer had initially texted for the sex date, Grose said.
BBBB was released on a summons to appear in court at a future date.
There was indeed a crime committed in this story, several times. There is also some stupidity involved.
Bottom line: don't commit crimes and buy all means don't do stuff that is self-incriminating.
If you can't find the crimes and stupidity here, one better cease all hobbying until they get a proper education!

So on my way home from the singers club I decided to make a trip through the block in Wilmington. If memory serves, this time of year (now & next month) is about the time that one usually sees notice in the News Journal about a sweep on the streets. Last year there was a couple of streets where the girls tell me EVERY dude was stopped for no reason.
So if one is cruising the streets:
1) Make at least ONE window shopping pass, if not two passes, before making a scoop. You're looking for what is off to the side, around the corner, up the hill.
2) Don't be obvious when scooping, consider making eye contact and pulling around the corner. Don't stop in THE street (4,LA,9,MDA,13).
3) If it looks too good to be true, pass it up.
4) NEVER talk to a girl at length if her bottom isn't firmly planted in your car.
5) Look on the Front Page and read the 22 rules, re-read them 2 more times. Internalize them, know them COLD.
Oh, and a girl who got nabbed in last year's sweep told me the "Cop Check" was a FAIL! The Dude actually touched her breasts. So I'd make sure it included two sets of skin on skin contact with genitalia along with verbalization of what was being done: "Oh your p*ssy feels so warm" or "Oh, I like the way your touching my the*ck!

OK, so I'm headed home from an unsuccessful date and decide to swing through the strolls. For the most part everything was dead! Well considering it was 2 AM (Sat nit / Sun Morning) prolly not a surprise.
Saw two sets of couples M-F walking on MDA and the girls did look at me, but at that hour and with a dude. No way!

Any sightings. Way above average looks compared to most others. White with a slightly Spanish or Italian look. Hangs mostly on lancaster from downtown to the clinic. Unforgettable skills. Petite body. Found her 2 times back to back more than a month ago but nothing since. Long time lurker, first time poster. I'm not from this area, just in town overnight and was poking through the activity on the board. Lots of great info, thanks to everyone who posts. After reading Afraven's post about Shameka, I decided to go out looking. Took a cruise down 4th and saw uncle LEO around quite a bit. I don't monger for SW's much, so I got nervous and left. Lots of activity, several that looked like they might be available, but most were with their boyfriends. Lots of people hanging out on front porches or in small grounps on sidewalks, too much activity for me. So be careful out there, looks like our Uncle is definitely still making a presence in the area. With all of the rain we've been having, the girls aren't finding as many dates. With no dates they can't get their medicine and desperation starts to set in.
Had one text me and tell me off earlier in the week but today, due to circumstances, she just had to see me! I recognized the situation and figured one needed to strike while the iron was hot. Got to her before her need was too acute, so she was still relatively calm. (Yeah, I've had 'em when the Jonsing sets in and the jitters make it a terrible date.) Just wanted to report MD ave still has plenty of action. I go through probably 3 times a week and see anywhere from 2-5 WSW regularly. I'm not into BSW but they are out there as well. I'm not sure if it will dry up with the colder weather coming but I suspect not since there are habits to care for.
Rachel (dark hair, freckled face), Chrissy (mid 30's blonde now) who used to work off Gov Printz can both be found on MDA every time I've gone through. A new one I've seen recently was Nancy, taller (5'10 or so) with half brown half blonde but good service. I've had no problems leaving empty handed any time after 5 pm, not sure about the normal daytime but I suppose it's the same.
4th st hasn't been as kind lately usually just Nicole (older brunette who's been mentioned here before) or Cola on the corner of broom and 4th by the church. Warning, I've stayed away from Cola lately as she's usually extremely under the influence every time I see her now although the service is excellent. They hang out behind it, sometimes a few wander out to GPB. But AF is right about that section of GPB, sometimes you'll find a few there.
My experience down there is the girls are several notches rougher than MDA or 4th. Need to be firm and show ZERO fear as they will test you. Any amount of fear and yer in for some drama or danger.

By the "clinic" I assume we are talking about the Methadone Clinic run by Brandywine Counseling (BWC) on Lanc A (LA) next to the King Star gas station?
From what I have been told the hours for the methadone clinics are 5 AM to Noon. There seems to be a slug that comes early AM and a healthy group that comes around 11 AM. Wander by at those times and it can be old home day with many milling around. Other times of the day are when they have group counseling sessions. So everyone headed to the Clinic likely have a purpose and a time schedule. The ones coming out of the clinic.
Now there use to be a BWC office across the street and a block further out LA. I was told that this was the HIV / AIDS counseling center. If this was true, then avoiding anyone coming out of that place would be advisable. I believe that office closed down recently.
But that stretch of LA is usually productive fishing grounds. Further out by the West Court Apts, Silver Springs Apts and Court Apts can be productive at times too.
Met Lana few days back. Invited to her place to spend time with her. She has many no's. Also many interruptions by her mother.
Anyway I came out quickly. Would love Seniors' input about her.

Had the occasion to drive down MDA recently, something I haven't done in a while. As I was headed down hill saw a thin WSW come out of a bodega eating a soft pretzel. Parked SUVs and my motion in traffic were such that I wasn't able to catch her eye. So down at Beech St, pulled a 180 (ain't DE great!) and started up hill. Saw the target of my affection, but some Monger in a black Jeep was at the curb having a conversation with her through the window (dumb move IMHO. SW rule #9).
Since it didn't look like the dude was getting anywhere I pulled into the bus stop across from the laundry mat and watched. Then out of the corner of my eye to the LEFT, I see another WSW walking down the hill with tight, tight jeans, nice legs and all bundled up against the cold. I tried ignoring her but she made a bee line for my ride. Now I'm still watching the action to my Right and next thing I know the door opens and BOOM! Chrissy is seated in my ride. (moral of the story- lock you doors in bad neighborhoods!)
We chatted a bit about old times and some of the girls that were on the Street but are gone, locked up etc. Kimmy (former Mayoress of MDA) went on methadone and is on 4th by McD's. Melissa got kicked out and is sleeping in abandos in the 4th St area. She would be an opportunity for a monger who could put her up! Caitlin is locked up doing 7 or 8 years for dealing. Only about 6 girls are regular on the Ave: Ashley & Dawn to name a couple.
Chrissy offered to take me back to her place for a poetry reading, but I politely declined because my favorite book was at home. Street rates apply here. Figure the price of a bundle will secure a really steamy verse of Emily Dickinson! So I was a good Joe and tossed her $5 and sent her off into the cold.
By the time "old home week" was over, the dude was still at the curb, but the lovely was no where to be seen! Sigh. I wandered off dejected.

Ah, no one seems to be reporting on what is going on on MDA these days? If you have been out there, why not post what you found?
Since youse guys need a jump start, decided to do some recon.
Hear, Hear! I am declaring it here and now! CHRISSY IS THE NEW MAYORESS of MDA! {it is amazing what $5 and a warm car will bring ya info-wise} (that and multiple sources, well maybe a few $5's).
So here is the low down as I pieced it together.
1) There are about 5-6 active, regular girls on MDA. Many of the names are new to me and not of the old gang.
2) Brandy is preggers and supposedly lower volume or out of action.
3) Kimmy the former Mayoress, moved closer in town, is at the Meth clinic, but hitting crack pretty hard.
4) Melissa got kicked out of her place and is homeless now in the 4th St area, apparently has deteriorated greatly.
5) BP girl Erickah can occasionally be found.
6) Stephanie is clean up and moved on.
6) Ashley (freq seen w / hubby in past) has reemerged on a limited basis.
8) LE has become more proactive and responsive to residents complaints: loitering, parking for dates, scooping on side streets.
9) WG has taken to calling LE when they see girls loitering at the bus stop.
10) Decoys have been out several times. SWs say they look obvious (at least to them) Maybe TGTBT?
11) Apparently LE has taken to new hiding spots, just off MDA, but with a view.
So that's it really. Not much to report and nothing of any real significance!
So hit MDA hard and remember the do's of MDA:
- stop in the middle of the street & honk at a girl if you wanna catch her eye & pick her up!
- don't let her into yer car, till you've talked about everything!
- pull around the corner with her and do a date close-by.
- throw your trash out the window and any used supplies too, the neighbors will clean it up.
- make sure you bring some controlled substances with ya as those are better than cash on the street!
- anybody who does any of the above, deserves what they get! I'm just sayin'

Okay I'm new to the area. I recently was in wilmington and drove up mda on my way to the barbershop. I'm in the claymont north wilmington area. I saw one girl on the lower part by the bodega across the street from the puerto rican sandwich shop. This was around 2 pm. I have not checked late night early morn yet. I usually hit philly of camden at those hours. She was decent but her boyfriend / handler or what ever you want to call it was behind her. It kinda looked like they where arguing and she was trying to get away from him. I didn't partake but that's all I have to report. Doesn't seem like much going on in wilmington from what I've seen camden and philly are the best spots for sport.

This is DE, it is a different game than Philly or Camden. Those two areas are some of the most economic impoverished areas in the country. MDA isn't.
PLUS, the LE presence in that area is high as the neighbors complain about the drug activity etc. and LE has started being responsive. In fact, if you read one of my prior posts (just 5 down, #407) I mentioned that WG has taken to calling LE if a bus comes & goes and the same girl is still waiting there. So girls are now more on the move and more active. Also there are decoys out from time to time, so be aware of that. Annual "clean up the streets" hits somewhere around April- May time frame. So learn the subtleties of mongering in DE and don't apply Philly standard to the strolls here.
But shoot, if you know who and what you are looking for there is plenty of action out there. For example, last evening I was up and down MDA and saw Chrissy, Melony, Brandy, Stacy and a three other girls I've never met- all out on the stroll. That's at least 7 in total! Only Melony was hanging around in an obvious way, the rest weren't. You want to find the Mayoress of MDA, Chrissy, you won't find her hanging around anywhere. She keeps moving to avoid a loitering charge and looks like a civy. But finding her takes experience and an trained eye.
So take some time to learn. MDA isn't the only stroll in the area, either.

I saw one girl on the lower part by the bodega across the street from the puerto rican sandwich shop. This was around 2 pm. I have not checked late night early morn yet. I have never really been all that comfortable with Rte 9 as a playground, so don't cruise there and have little knowledge. That said, BP/CL girls often turn up in the hotels at Rte 9 and Memorial, I have dated several that lived in Holloway Terrace (area behind McD's) and have picked up a girl from the bowling alley. So the area certainly is "ripe" for action I guess.
MDA seems to have a selection of 15-20 girls who wander from time to time. I don't always see a girl out on every pass, but they are around. Times may vary.
Also there are several other strolls in the Wilm area as shown on the map just a few posts back (#417). See post 416 on where to find stroll maps.
Now all of that said: If memory serves, the May-June time frame is about the time that we get the annual "sweep the streets" efforts by LE. Have not seen that this years effort has occurred yet. So stay vigilant, follow the rules, watch out for TGTBT and stay safe!

I see others here report the techniques they have used to remove a violent or reluctant girl from a car and those tactics involve acts of assault & battery. There maybe a place where such is warranted, but doesn't one run the risk of turning a bad situation into an even worse one? Last thing one needs is to get caught up in some court drama involving a SW. After all most have been through the system many times and have no fear of it. Unless she has warrants she has little to fear from the system. Maybe a "free" vacation would help her?

For those that don't know. And live and die by GV. You *can* configure it to only forward during certain hours and otherwise go straight to GVM; if you've got it hooked to your regular cell, this is a pretty easy way to make sure that you're only getting errant calls on the weekend, not during business hours or whatever suits your schedule. ;).

Many of our local transients have set up at the Riverview Motel of Governor Printz. Been a while since I've been there, but I hear it can be downright scary now. This may have been near the Wawa by Boulden Ave, across from the BK near 295 Exit. Earlier in the day saw a trooper by Walgreen's and later in the day another one sitting behind the Wawa. It didn't feel right that day, so just went about my business in the Wawa only.
Later.
Was driving out of LCA about 5:30 PM and see a cute spinner walking towards town in Walgreen parking lot behind Jackson Inn. Had to pull over for a quick talk, did not think I had time to enjoy. Said she was Serena. About 5' thin and attractive, really liked what I saw. Asked for digits, none, if she had a place for us to go to, no. She said I could find her between there and the 7/11 most of the time. Driving away I regretted not partaking because I thought wife had late meeting and I could have had Serena. Got home to find meeting cancelled and wife was waiting. Close call.

Went to King Star for some gasoline one evening around 9:30 PM and ran the LA stroll a couple of times. While headed back into town turned left on Greenhill at the 7-11 and a half block down, standing in the bright lights of the car dealership was Ashley. No boyfriend around or observed: She was alone. I went down a bit and pulled a 180 and once I did she crossed the street so she would be on the passenger side.
Further up LA near the DD, I saw Dawn. Dawn is a short little thing, 40's, decent body. She's been around a while.
That was all I saw in the heat.

Met this older dark haired WSW who goes by Melissa on 4th. Nice girl, looks like she has had it rough like so many. Very accomodating, BBBJ with hands all over the place lasted along time with no HJ break or complaints. Follows directions extremely well. Standard tuition. 2 I will see again.

Melissa is a well known, LT girl that has been out there for years! She use to haunt MDA as she lived in a complex down the street from the Sunoco and across from the gray S8 housing complex. Anyway after new Mgmt decided to do background checks on residents and kick out anyone not specifically on a lease, she became homeless and ended up over on the 4th St haunt. I dated Melissa years ago when she was on MDA as she had a phone and was reliable. However, I did a Catch & Release with her maybe 6-months ago as she looked extremely rough. The move to 4th St has not been kind to her. (and apparently in many ways!)
Anyway, I would pass along EXTREME caution when dealing with her. Now we all know SWs have some competitive side to them and one can't believe half of what comes out of their mouths. That said, I have heard the same deleterious information about Melissa from at least 3 different SWs. Now I can imagine one girl having a beef against another girl, but 3 + girls? I doubt Melissa has the personality to have been mean enough to other girls to gin up that kind of bad will. What I am saying is that 3+ independent reports at different times, is enough evidence for me to place a high level of credibility to the statement!
Bottom line for me: Melissa, as well as Jodi, is now on my "no fly" list. Sorry to rain on a nice report, as I prefer to encourage those that are new so we get more reports. It pains me to have to make these statements as I do not wish to slam OP, nor discourage further participation. However, I feel strongly about this! Enough so to walk the line and make this public pronouncement.
So be careful out there!

Was on some business that allowed me to run up Upper LA at 11:45 AM today. At about the Electrical Supply shop, headed out of town, was Ashley and her man. Ashley had on a lavender colored top.
So she is out there!
Has told me that if you see her, pull over or around the corner and she will come over to you- alone. Don't try to talk business in front of her man, but she will handle him and go off with you. Point is taht the dude isn't a concern if she separates from him to come to you.
She can be GFE under the right circumstances!

She got started and was doing a fine job when 'sissy' starts flashing the lights in the house. I get a little freaked and finish up quick. Soon as I am done she is out of the car and headed inside the house. She told me she was usually out near the Wawa (the one with the alley behind it).

Sound like the same Ashley?No, the girl you found down in NC at one of the Rte 13 Wawas was NOT the Ashley I reported on. Need to recognize that for 20-somethings, the name Ashley is very popular! I have dated probably 6 girls named Ashley and each one different. In fact, there was a pretty cool Ashley that lived off of Boulden Ave, but she was brunette. (Think she's in Dover now?)
Now as far as the rest of your report goes. Thanks for posting it! But er, um, ah.... a few things had the hair on the back of my neck standing up! So hope these comments help!

Nervousness happens when one isn't sure what to do or how to play the game. Believe me I was EXTREMELY nervous when I started out, but with experience was able to calm down. Some nerves are good, as they keep you safe (spidey senses). But too much nervousness turns off rational thinking. You CAN NOT allow the girl to direct the flow of dates! That is the recipe for disaster eventually!
Also, looks like Rule #12 (first part) and Rule #19 (third part) would be useful to you! I think you are lucky that just the lights got flashed and someone didn't jump out and film you, call the police or demand money or something.
