Our friend LEO has been very visible lately, and it definitely seems there more of him and his friends around. This is going on every day. I had the itch yesterday so I hit the loops in New Britain, I was about to give up and go to WTBY or Hartford as there was only one middle age WSW out. Looks like you lucked out 2 days later a sting. NEW BRITAIN — Police arrested three men and three women during a prostitution sting Friday night in the area of Lafayette and Main Streets.
The department's Narcotics and Street Crimes units set up the sting after receiving complaints from local businesses about prostitution in the area, Capt. Thomas Steck said.
The operation began at about 6 pm With an officer posing as a potential "John" looking for the services of a prostitute. Police arrested three women who had been identified as working in the area, Steck said.

If there is anyone else strolling the dead streets of NB watch out for possible sting on L street. Blonde mid 30's. Early 40's walking the dark side of L but I got a bad feeling. Walking the most desolate street around and no look at all not even the quick sideways " protect myself" glance that many civilians do. Bad vibe. Be careful!!

Taking the advice not to play in Meriden I went to my usual playground last week. Made the trip at different times day and evening, not much happening due to the weather. Sunday night late there was one pacing back and forth on Main but it took 3 passes to tell if it was a SW or some guy selling crack, wasn't interested in that ugliness.
