I have seen this ad for some time now and have been waiting for a review. I assumed that she has been very active since I see her posts all the time, but I use Live Escort Reviews to view BP ads. When I look for her posts using BP though, I cannot find them. The dates seem off also since the last post I am seeing is in the future since it is 1:26 am on Sunday the 28th and the time-stamp on the post is 8:05 am on Sunday the 28th. So either she has created a time machine and is seeing clients in the future or something got fucked up when the site cached her posts. If it is a general question, then the answer is no. Most of the mongers on here see providers on a regular basis and going all the way to Nevada would be unrealistic and way too expensive. When you add up the travel cost to get there, the Hotel cost and then the house fee for the Brothel and the cost for the provider you would have spent enough money to see any high class escort you want, (multiple times) here or in Phoenix. Add the time it would take to travel back and forth and it is just not realistic for the average provider with a job. 99% of providers are in this business to support some sort of drug habit. The drugs have damaged their brains. And, in most cases, completely destroyed the logic and reasoning centers of the brain. Or, to put it another way, you're expecting rationality from irrational people.
Another way to look at it, and this is the way I look at it most of the time, is that there's a good reason that most of these girls don't work a straight job. They don't possess the skills you and I take for granted. Being reliable, following up, being on time, living up to your work, understanding the old adage "You can shear a sheep many times, but skin him only once. " Of course to you and I and most people reading this, these things are painfully obvious and go without saying. But, to most providers, they just don't understand these things. They do what they do because they can't make it in the real world because they are unhirable.

They are not "Unhireable" but they realize that they cannot make $200, $300 or $400 + an hour anywhere in the real world without a college degree and years of experience that they choose to skip in favor of easy money for what they were born with, (sounds smart to me). One of my regulars in TX even has multiple properties and vehicles and enough cash in the bank, (yes I've seen her balance) to retire several times over and has a quit date set. Just because they are doing what they do, does not mean that any of us are better than them in anyway and I'm a little shocked that you feel that way about providers in general.
As far as NCNS's go, I've only experienced a handful in the last twenty years of mongering and I assume the reason these providers do NCNS for the most part is because they double book, (or triple or quadruple etc) because they get so many NCNS's from us. They have such a high volume of dick heads that schedule and don't show up that they have to compensate for it. Also, if they have a scheduled client that they never met and a regular calls, I'm pretty sure they will go with the regular and blow off the new guy. They may also blow off a guy wanting half an hour for someone wanting the full hour or multiple hours. For whatever the reason the fact remains that it has been the exception in my experience and not the norm and I usually get a text with some excuse and a chance to reschedule with a discount or promise to "make it up to me".
That's just my experience though.

A2I appreciate all the feedback and discussion. It's very interesting to hear different peoples' viewpoints on this. Personally, I agree most with ILH's post. I realize this is their livelihood and try to treat them respectfully. Of course, I do that while trying to get what I am paying for. Anyway, I did hear from the provider later in the evening. Apparently, she had a legitimate emergency come up (don't want to say exactly what for fear that that might reveal who she is to someone) and it took a couple of hours to go through the ordeal. To me, it was a believable story. After she told me, I felt kind of bad I had written the post, which I definitely did out of frustration. But, this isn't the first time something like this has happened to me (first time with her though since I hadn't seen her before), so in the moment, it was like "oh no! Not this again! . ".

Don't post anything too inflamatory when you are angry, lonely, tired, hungry, or drunk. Letting people know that someone screwed you over will be just as good in a day or two as it is now. Giving the situation to settle down a bit may give you better perspective and compassion. Also you can let us know in a way that doesn't paint you as an asshole. I write it one day, review it the next day I make corrections, delete and ad when I think it makes it accurate.
I never know if info I get from providers about canceling zone delaying, rescheduling an appointment is accurate?
But many women are NOT comfortable about disappointing anyone, afraid to be honest and b in a confrontation.
So they make up a story that gets the same result.
Should some one feel down, lethargic, lack of sleep, run out of self medication you get some other story. But if they had not cancelled they knew you wud not enjoy it as much as when they felt just OK.

Good luck with that.I totally agree with this and have no idea where this stupid idea came from, but have had about 14 providers from all over the US ask for a face pic or a pic of my license going back about a year or so. That is just a dumb idea in general and really doesn't prove anything, because a face pic does not prove I'm not LE or a serial killer or rapist so I'm not sure what it proves. As far as the license goes, I wouldn't even send my license to my employer or any trusted business over my phone and how does a license prove I'm not LE. Does Uncle LEO have it on their license that they are LE?
Either way, I usually reply letting them know that I will not send a pic, but have no problem sending references of verified providers and or sending them a PM on whatever site is the most used in whatever city we are in and that usually works. Only one provider insisted on me sending pics and I ended up sending a random pic off the internet that looked somewhat like me, (why not, they do it to us) and was able to schedule with no problem. She did comment that I looked better than the picture and I told her that I am not photogenic at all and we laughed about it. Again, I'm not sure what the whole picture thing proved, but it is what it is.
