The war against consenting adult sexuality builds with almost no opposition.

Based on how they collect information and the process to have it removed. I'm certain it violates civil laws about defamation. The site hides behind an open forum we have no control over what other third parties posts.

Because the the web site is registered in India. You are not going to be able to go after them economically. It's suggested you go to https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#&panel1-1 and file a complaint with the FTC. I am sure others have done the same. While it might take some time, the FTC has the resources and the ability to go after a site in India. And will do so if they receive enough complaints.

I agree the likelihood of a good time under the circumstances you describe is unlikely. But then why even attempt to see a provider with that kind of prelude, I wouldn't. My comments were really more focused on negative experiences with better providers. Or know better providers who won't return a first time call or are hard to schedule because they are cautious and selective or maybe just don't have the stomach for it the day you call, though I suppose they have some universal application too.
