I've been out of CA for over 2 years now but I had a similar experience once on the LBB stroll in Compton over 2 years ago. I took these pics on LBB this morning around 9:00 am. The BSWs are mostly walking around the Compton Shopping Center area. I evrn saw a few out around 6:00 am yesterday. A real SW will not want to associate with a UC because she will get kicked off the track for good. Real SWs will not even want to work near a possible UC.

If you do want to bang a never before seen super sexy SW try this:
1) cruise around the streets where she is working to check if you see suspicious cars or vans.

I only saw about 7 SWs on LBB during my drive from the 91 to 105, I guess they must have taken the holiday weekend off.

I've been doing roughly the same tracks you did, around the same time frame. I also have seen a major decline in SWs since the internet came out. Pretty much nothing. On the alley / street below Rosecrans there was a familiar cute BSW in the shadows and saw another below Alondra. Lynwood deserted as was the swap meet. There was a lonely BSW in the shadows on Elm. LBB not heavily patrolled but there's nothing going on to keep an eye on.

Went out again today, was there at around 1 PM but it was dead so I drove around to Fig and Western for a few hours. Not much to see there. Came back at around 2:45 PM and saw the same latinas that were there the day before. I got to LBB around 4 PM, it was dead so I drove over to Fig and spotted 4 BSW from imperial to gage, but nothing worth stopping for. I head over to Western but it was dead.
I got back to LBB at about 6 PM, as I'm driving south I spot Monica walking away from the stroll and not stopping for the cars trying to pick her up. I keep driving and I spot the the same girls that I had seen two weeks earlier (see my photos and post from 1/24); the cute latina, the thick latina and the red-head (now blonde).
I drive around for about 30 minutes waiting to see if I can spot Monica again, but no luck I guess she headed home. As I'm heading north I see the red-head hanging out on Burton. It seems like many have posited that this is the case. I certainly hope not. For one thing, the pics are rarely real, and while sometimes its a cute girl that just doesn't want to post her own pic to retain anonymity, more often it's some fugly ***** that you wouldn't look twice at if you saw her walking. I don't want to monger in an Internet world!Well it is the electronic highway! I would say yes to a point. It is my experience that many of the gals with I-phones now use BP. More and more are getting help to run ads with a promise of higher donations and safety form LE rolling up on them. All you have to do is look at the plethora of BP ads and the decline of SW reports.
The truth is after a short try at notel working most of these gals inevitably hit the streets again for a quick buck when the phone doesn't support their "needs". So, the plain answer is the internet has cut down the street traffic.
However, I find many of the BP gals walking. It takes a while longer and requires patience and time. But gems are out there. Just review my posts! But it requires time; more than just 1 or 2 runs up and down LBB, or whatever track we're talking about. I usually carve out a few hours for mongering. This works best in cities where several tracks are within a few miles, so as to not stick out for LE to ticket or tow you.
For a straight up and down track like LBB, this may not work as well. If LE is canvassing they will spot us right away. But for the towns I frequent, it works every time. Hot juicy, willing, horny giners to fuck and suck, who will gladly spend an hour with me for. 4 for H&H + tip. I just read a BP going rate is now down to. 8, so the street rate for a dime has gotten closer.
So, yes, they are out, not as many as before, or as often, but dimes are available on the street; they also work BP phones. All it requires is time. The LBB track of recent times has you SoCal mongers spoiled. Many towns mongering activities have gone this way, but there is still more pussy to hunt, than days of the week to enjoy. So since fig has been getting shut down lately in the morning I decide to hop the 105 down to lbb. Now I go from the 105 south to green leaf the track is dead except for one little spot. Took cruze on lbb today 9 am.
There surprisngly was about 8 BSW out. Near the power company or gas, then more near KFC.
