Yeah, I've lived in some pretty rough spots in the city before so to me Elgin seems like amateur hour when it comes to trouble, but I agree, taking pics is probably not a good idea. It looks like the chick that hangs in the Butera parking lot (the really cute one) is Bailey from Backpage under the escort and the dating sections. I'd be shocked if it wasn't the same chick. I've had this happen when I visited a client and left FB open even though I was in it through the internet. Went into FB about half hour after I was there and 2 people where suggested that I know there.
And twice, though they deny it happens, I was visiting a friend and I mentioned something I just bought and something I was planning on doing in conversation. My friends had FB open and within a minute both had ads and suggestions pop up for the pages to the two specific items and retail locations to stores and outfitter for what I was planning on doing. That could only have come up if FB was listening to out conversation. It was pretty frightening.
So don't run it as. An app or if you do go into app settings and block it from locations also go into your FB settings and lock it down.

With everything going on I am glad that they re-opened as our scope of operations gets extremely limited. I suspect that the Spas will benefit from this latest Puritanical effort to drive the sex business underground. The prevalence of streetwalkers should increase also, our crusading lawmakers once again cause other consequences. I've always suspected that the trafficking that they claim to want to stop actually is most often found in the Asian establishments due to the language barriers that keep girls from seeking help.
Anyway, enough grousing about the political scene. I had a shorter girl (they're all girls at my age) named Coco. About 40 ish and 6 / 10 on the Asian spa scale. I can 100% confirm FS and anything was allowed. It's the pre-school behind it and the karate school next to it who filled the complaints from what I recall reading back when it got shut down. Always irked me out parking there and walking in while there are 30+ kids running around screaming playing on there play ground 5-10 feet away, couple times kids where playing at the fence and I just did a turn around cause it just felt to awkward.
