I have found it easier to hide out in the open. Large parking lots like Target or Walmart. I have fucked in the Cary Target lot so many times I lost count. I've got absolutely nothing to hide and haven't had for some time. The relief of not having to track my other life and my whereabouts and what that story is, is huge. I could not see it at the time, but keeping up the ruse all those years was exhausting.
If the game is still your thing, then by all means, go get it. But if you're ever wondering, yes, there is life beyond and after the game. I played it for more than 20 years and came out the other side.

For many many years I have used the escort and associated hobbies to fill a void. I never was as hardcore at it as you describe, but the reasons are similar nonetheless. I do think you are spot on about aging. For me, the hunt is still there, but it's not front and center. There are other pursuits that are (now, at least) equal and that usually end up winning out over the pussy hunt (wasn't that an arcade game back in the 80's? Swear I played that in the mall), the reasons for which are many, but certainly the fact that the now-equally rewarding pursuits just carry with them so much less BS and lack of the possibility of getting arrested, robbed, or killed. The relationship aspect for you could be that equal pursuit. For me, it's one aspect but far from the only one that keeps me less-engaged in the chase these days. I probably speak for many.

Bingo. The steady relationship is just one part of a much bigger picture, and the aging is a BIG part. I'll go ahead and fess up that now in my early 50's, things down there don't work as fast and readily as they used to. I've got some meds to help me at home, but that's not really conducive to the street game, which leads to anxiety about it, and then I can't get it up with a SW at all, which is wasted money, etc, etc. And then certainly as we age, we get more diverse interests as our lives and income change. For example, with the gyms closed, I've made a substantial investment in biking and really enjoy that. There's only so many hours in a day and after I work, ride my bike, and take care of my family, going out to ride around for a SW just isn't high on the list.
Now I will say that I did have a nice time in Vegas last fall. I didn't go on a pussy binge or anything, but had a couple of dates. I think that when my mongering jones hits, it will be in very limited circumstances when I am out of town on my own, which isn't too often.

IMO the majority of street walkers are American citizens who are on financial hard times or have a drug habit. Immigrants have so many resources to include money, a place to stay and job assistance. Immigrants want to work and they are not looking for trouble because they don't want to return from where they came from.I think this is a bit of a myth. Yes most immigrants want to work just like most natives do, but that doesn't mean the people don't / won't engage in light or heavy prostitution. Problem is that most of us aren't members of those communities and thus won't have access. I remember years ago I befriended a Mexican laborer at a strip club.
