The confusion is that it is an atypical setup. There is no "Open" sign in any window and there is not a dedicated path between the door and the AMP. She is set up in a professional building with multiple suites accessed through a common reception area. I went on a Saturday so no other offices were open, but on a weekday it looked like you might even see a building receptionist at a desk.
