As for the Tyndall area, it's pretty much hit and miss. I have found a couple gems in that area before. During the day, there is a pretty old, blonde hair woman that works out of the Eagle Inn Motel. She's good for a quick BJ if you really need it, but that's about it.

Last Wednesday from around 5pm until I got out of the area at 10pm I saw a WSW in the BowloRama area of 15th street.
