I can report on Joanne. In fact I did but left out her name here not too long ago. She is super-cute as far as I am concerned with real breasts. She seems to enjoy my company at least in more ways than one. I can't wait to see her again but getting to and from Woodbridge is a pain since I am up in MD.

I just wanted to add on, also. Some of you already have seen this report through PM but I've seen Joanne and I definitely liked the way she looked, save for the big tattoo on her back. Something about her attitude makes her look even better. She's not skinny, but she doesn't have any flab.
However, the service part was kind of lame. She's not very flexible. So once again, she looks good, her attitude is good, but her service is not so good.

HWC is my first and only AMP. I'm starting to get curious what the other AMPs are like. Any recommendations or persuasion to stay with HWC?
Also, I think I suffer from a grass is greener. Not only do I wonder if DC has better girls, but I also wonder if New York has even better looking girls. Then I wonder if the West Coast has even better ones.

1st time poster to this board and I took one for team.
Was in DC, after RFF the Horndog figured he go visit HWC. Unfortunately, I had no idea what “HWC” was and after google’ing, yahoo’ing and swearing, I finally decided that I should go someplace I could actually spell- so I hit up Sakura.
1st thing- LE must be terrible up here because this was one of the best hidden spa’s I’ve seen. I half way expected to find Bin Laden up there when I finally found it. Reminded me of the old Golden Spa up North for the older mongers in group.
Anyway, went in and I knew I was in for a good time. The place is a dive and the TS resembled the set of “Saw” but ladies are amazing- some of the best I’ve seen in an AMP outside Columbia Missouri.
Hooked up with Connie, she claims she’s brand new, so I thought I’d take one for you’all and give her a test drive. Cute face, saggy hooters, small butt. Great TS, but the Massage was 5 only because she only rubbed what I expressly told her. If you get her, emphasize what you want rubbed EARLY and hold her to it. What she did rub was great. Yeah, I’m the monger who goes for the massage too.
No one else seems to talk 'finale' in this room, so no comment from the Horndog, but I'll answer PMs. But, on the whole- definite recommendation, don’t worry about the look of the place (a Jedi worries not about the condition of an AMP).

Not sure if they saw where I came from, but one did see me and changed position of vehicle. Got in my car and got the HELL OUTTA DODGE! Be safe fellow mongers.

My session with her was great! But their moods can change in a heartbeat. Happens all the time. Though it's a rare occurance at H*%, the day I saw her it was really dead. She even stayed longer than usual. You just never know.

I went to see Meena tonight. The mamasan greeted me, I told her who I wanted, and she directed me to the back room to wait 15 minutes. Mamasan brought me a small yogurt drink that was pretty good and chatted with me for a momen. The wait turned out to be only 4 minutes. I wonder if mamasan was sizing me up to get a little strange for herself. My choices other than Meena tonight were Cherry and Joanne.
Two weeks earlier I had been here for a half-hour session on a Saturday. I had pulled Meena randomly as the new girl. Her face looks a lot like an Asian version of my sister's face, so I get a bit of twisted dirty satisfaction out of the therapy.
Tonight Meena came to the room, and I paid the standard .6 hourly charge. When she returned, I had a gift of scented lotions for her. I got extra hugs for this.
I skipped the TS as all my crevices had been properly serviced elsewhere only an hour before. Meena returned to the room, and I told her that we would only need a cursory massage. Her massage met all of my needs that I could explain in a lengthy PM. I then prompted her to put on some lingerie that I had brought. She was a little shy, but responded to my requests. I'm glad I brought the clothing, as it looked spectacular on her little body -- which in my opinion is just right for me.
Everything worked out well, and all my needs were fulfilled. Meena gets a gold star for today's efforts, and I will definitely be coming back to see her again soon.
If not, I'll be heading down to my sister's house for some tuggin'.

Actually Don Garlits was a drag racer from the 60s-70s. The early 1970s were a pivotal time for rear engine dragsters. "Slingshots" were front engine fire-breathing diggers where the driver sat just three feet behind the motor. I must agree with the other hobbyists. She's pretty, attentive and does a nice job of stroking ........including the 'ol ego (which is always helpful).
She was generally playful and flirty the entire time and had a real nice attitude. The session wasn't mind blowing, but it was nice. I let her control her pace for most of the main event and she used nice long slow movements regardless of the position.
When it was my turn to drive, she wasn't as comfortable with my size and didnt' let me get as deep as I wanted. You know women have a way of preventing full penetration if they like. I don't have this problem often with providers, but it's frustrating when I do. I didn't force the matter, but eventually I was relieved and had a few minutes of cuddle afterwards.
Not sure I would try her again, but it was a pleasant time.

Has anyone heard anthing about champions reopening.
Constructoon at Champions' old location appears to be a total gutting. Looks like a future office or sales operation, and nothing like little "offices" for an AMP. Too bad. It was a great location, even though the servers were not always the youngest or prettiest. Actually I had lots of good times there, especially after the original Mamasan left the front desk. Hopefully the family will reopen the franchise, nearby! HWC very good talent, usually younger and more attractive, but not coinvenient. Sakura, like a nicer Champions, with spotty talent, but nicer digs.

Went to HWC this weekend. I wanted Cherry or Joanne but they were taken and only Mina was available. She said she is new and has only been at HWC for 1.5 weeks. I could have sworn there was another HWC review for a 'Mina' last month. Maybe it was another Mina or this one lied about her tour dates. Her looks are pretty good- as well as the TS and massage. The massage lasted less than 2 minutes but that is fine by me. She took off her blouse and her C+ cups were like cone rockets. They looked hot- until I felt them- NOT!!! Those tits were infused with steel !!! If you get hit with them- you can get knocked unconscious. Very rushed performance- like Jiffy Lube-in and out in less than 35 minutes. So I am interested in what they are doing there. Curiosity got the better of me and I checked it out a few weeks ago. There was one Asian stylist (probably Korean) who was wearing white shorts and a bikini top. A few other girls were wearing bikini tops and jeans. My stylist was wearing a backless blouse and jeans. I got a cut and shampoo for $25 plus tip. Massages are on the menu, but cost extra and I didn't ask for one, nor was I offered or encouraged to have one, either.
I had to wait 10 minutes for the next available stylist. While I was waiting, one guy came in and made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure.
My verdict? The girls were friendly and there was quite a bit of cleavage on display, but I highly doubt any unpublished extras are on the menu, especially since they seem to be applying for a liquor license as you report and are looking to franchise other locations. If you're looking for real fun, don't look here, go to an AMP or escort instead.

This is exactly the kind of shit that we cannot allow to happen. Ever since Black Wednesday these spas have tried to take the upper hand.
In/out in < 35 minutes is ridiculous and sets the wrong precedence for other fellow mongers' visits. I understand in some cases, extreme busy times, they might have to cut a few minutes off your time to facilitate other customers but you my friend paid for an hour and got half! WTF?
You should have insisted on extra fill time(e.g., massage, manicure, pedicure, etc etc). I suggest in the future if this was to happen again, after your protest, try taking a Jackson off the table and see if that changes the attitude. You might be surprised! ;)

So long as the job gets done the time does not matter to me! I have had sessions of over an hour and regretted ever handing over the cash. I have also had 30 or 40 minutes sessions that I still remember even after several years!
QUALITY is the key with me, not just time!
Looks are only secondary as well to quality. My worse sessions were with ones some say are most beautiful and my greatest acts of all times have been performed with the less than beautiful.
It seems almost impossible to get it all in one package...at least I have never seen it.

Not a detail list for extras, but basic services like table shower, sauna, lockers etc. If you don't care, cool. I just thought it would be nice to know and could play well into the general review roundup that gets put up every once in a while.

I decided to give the spa one last chance, mainly because the other Woodbridge establishments were busy and I was feeling somewhat desperate for a bit of therapy. So I pulled in around noon. No other cars were in the tiny lot. I was led to a room by the mamasan, not expecting much. I was stunned when Loomi, formerly of HWC and Sakura (I have previously enjoyed her fine arts at both AMPS), stepped in. She proceeded to give me a shower (I didn't know Kinja had one) and a full session, as enjoyable as any visit to the more popular spas. She had the sniffles, but this didn't prevent her from providing her usual quality service. I know she has many fans out there, given all the PMs I received when I mentioned she was at Sakura a few months back. I don't know if this visit was an exception to the norm, or if Kinja is trying to upgrade to compete with the other joints. For the time being, I will put the place on my recommend list. If any of you guys pay a visit, let us know how it goes.

I will expand on this report soon enough, however I will leave a note saying that good intel tells me that Kinja has def. stepped up the caliber of it's providers in the past few weeks.

All that you say is obvious.
Like a bad meal, I have no problem sending mine back if I'm not happy. The second selection usually is very willing to please or else I will take my business elsewhere, so the issue here is not one of "why prolonging a bad session".
My point was spa owners will flip rooms as fast as possible because it makes them more revenue per day and the spa girls don't mind either because they benefit as well. The only one that looses here is you.
If you're in a hurry pay for the 1/2 hour and be done with it. Don't be a sap, pay for the hour and get hurried out...mamasan is a "time manager", her job is to move you in and out quickly.
Bottom line, this complacency will lead to even worse service, ESPECIALLY taking into account the limited number of fs places in NoVA.

Another thing to remember is that it does not hurt to tell mama(san) how you feel. Usually they speak or understand enough English to enable you to let them know that you know what is happening. Tell them that you don't appreciate it and that you will be spreading the word amongst the mongering brethern. It had been over a year since I have gone to Kinja. The last time I went was a sort of rushed session, and Bonnie tried to price gouge me. I never returned.
I got some direct intel from a masseuse at an opportune moment while I was at work, and I went directly to Kinja for the experience. Surprisingly, there are some girls working there who are putting up some stiff competition to the other amps.
It appears that your time costs .6 and it is only for 45 minutes. Bring your stopwatch if you want, but good service is always in concentrate.
I'm just sayin.

My point was spa owners will flip rooms as fast as possible because it makes them more revenue per day and the spa girls don't mind either because they benefit as well. The only one that looses here is you.
If you're in a hurry pay for the 1/2 hour and be done with it. Don't be a sap, pay for the hour and get hurried out...mamasan is a "time manager", her job is to move you in and out quickly.I think it partly depends on the spa. Some places will definitely hustle you in and out as fast as possible, but the smart mamasans also value regular customers. They want you to be satisfied and return often. Also, if a particular girl cuts your time short, she is probably doing the same to other customers too. This may be the m.o. of some places, but some mamasans will get angry (some very angry!) if they find out that the girls' poor service is jepordizing regular customers' business.
If you do complain but plan to return, make it a point to say hello to the mamsan when you next visit - she will remember.
Whatever you do, don't become over-aggressive and angry while complaining, but do be stubborn.
Finally, if you've done the deed, the point of staying should be to get a massage (or a second massage). As long as you have not scared the girl, she should give a decent massage even if she's not happy about.

Before Black Wednesday the total package was in fact offered if one wanted to relax after a hard hitting session; competition to keep regular customers was never more evident.
Now a days in light of current climate conditions the subtleties of "good service" have in most cases disappeared, as evident by the many "lack luster" posters of late.
Unfortunately most of my seemingly new NOVA mongering brethren(maybe in a hurry or maybe they just don't remember the good old days) seem content to pay more and get less! To each his own...but for me, "accepting of less" is counter productive in the big picture.
End of discussion on my part; now where did I put that stopwatch? :D

Well, the NoVA AMP man is at it once more. After enjoying myself with one of my fav's at my most loved place many, many times in the past few weeks, I decided to try something newer. This place has been open a few months, and the name is MT.
After entering, I noticed the entry set up, almost identical to Sakuras. Saw the mamasan, who was nice enough, talked for just a moment, handed the normal for the hour, and the first thing I noticed was the openness of the place, and the overall size. Many rooms, not to mention a back room (where you can see the other ladies/mamasan watching tv) as well as a nice side bathroom, to go with what looks to be a totally renovated shower room. After meeting my masseuse, the older but kind we went off to the shower.
Wonderful TS, which I enjoyed more then I normally do. And again, let me say, this is the largest (Probably 3 times the size of ***'s), and best looking TS facility in the area. Not that it is amazing, or anything like that, but seeing a nice, newer, just simple TS room is a unexpected plus. (And I have seen many).
Back to the room, normal questions, decent reg. massage. Then, off to start the best part, and I will say the mouth attention to certain areas was the best I have had in.... Well, a long, long time. Maybe it was because the provider was older, and obviously an expert. Who knows, either way, well worth. Unlike normal, I was asked, and did put my expenses out up front. Proved to be a good idea. Not exactly GFE, but close enough for comfort. The magic of my providers touch from all areas, was indeed magical enough to get me to where I needed to go.
While not the best ever due to the fact the providers probably can not compete with a certain local place or two in the age department, I will say I would recommend. My provider, whose face showed the age, still had a good body; one when looked at is extremely pleasing. As far as I am concerned, MT is a good addition to what is in the area, and the Chairman is pleased to have it at least as a back up, if not more. You know the scale.

I don't usually contribute a lot here since I tend to stick to one place and not usually looking for FS. I was quite happy with Soft Touch (old TK) even though I miss Happy. I kept seeing Suzy since she gave one of the best massages ever and have been trying to convince her to go independent (she's that good!). Just found out last week that she left the place! Does anyone know where she's working or how to contact her? I would love to keep seeing her!

Based on his excellent report on the wonders at Magic Touch I dropped by to see Amy. If anything, his report underplayed how good things can be once you find someone with that magic touch.
To start out with, the place is just a little tricky to find. Going up the hill from 123 the numbers jump from the 1400's to the 1600's in a flash. Magic Touch is located in that rabbit warren of store fronts on the left side of the road. When you pull in take the first right and then look in a corridor in the right angle of the building near the tattoo shop.
I had called in advance to check that Amy was working, and she met me at the door. She asked if I had been there before, and I said No, but that a friend had strongly recommended that I pay Amy a visit. She led me to a room, took the house fee, and told me to get ready.
Amy took me into the shower room and it was a delight. My usual place is a Korean only spa that makes an exception for me (probably because I'm such a wonderful human being) but it is to small to have a shower room. I forget how great it is to have somebody washing, and rewashing ALL the good spots.
When we got back to the room things got better and better. The massage was mediocre, but her tongue started wandering over all those good spots she had just so carefully washed. By the time we got to the flip little Randy and the boys were weeping with anticipation. She gave the boys a licking that was just fantastic, and things got better from there.
There was absolutely no time pressure, and even when mamasan knocked on the door to give the time warning, we went on for another fifteen minutes, followed by a quick shower.
One of the best overall experiences I've had in the Washington area in many years. YMMV, but I'll certainly be going back.

Zhuxi made a good pitch, maybe too good! Magic Touch was busy, twice. Same tall lady with a deep voice answered door both times. Looked ok, but older and a bit hard. So, I went east, trying Kinja first and then planned to go on to Sakura if I struck out. Kinja was empty, so I gave it a shot. About a year ago I had my last of several poor visits to Kinja, so this was a repeat try. Nana was the provider. Cute face, tall, unamplified A's, and no body fat. She was a treat. Very accomplished, very GFE, full hour, great massage, and worth a repeat. Talent is looking up for NOVA.

Stopped in at HWC this afternoon. Asked for Cherry since I had not seen her before. The table shower was the usual and the main course was pretty enthusiastic. Low point was the BJ, needs to calm down and be more sensual. High point was that I got a thorough hard massage to start and a nice head and neck massage afterwards.
Perhaps it is all the posts complaining about not getting the hour or just the other places stepping up the competition but the session was not rushed. It was a very relaxing time.
I still miss June though. She would just get down and dirty the way I like it.

Saw Mina this weekend at my favorite place. Very cute. Excellent lung hammers on this girl. TS was good. Massage was aweful. She was really bad at that and it made me shy away from my usual desire for the full menu, and I decided, for the first time ever, to go for just a little baby oil and some hands on work. I was pleasantly surprised. She was very into that and took her time and dealt the General some excellent attention. It was a memorable experience and I'm still thinking about it. The General, as always keeps pointing the way to H** for more action.

Went to HWC last week, as I have been checking some other places more often lately, however one of my fav’s is still there. Saw Cherry again, who said it has not been too busy really, besides on the weekends.
Gave mamasan a hug, talked for a moment as she said it had been a too long since I came in (A whole 6 days, which, admittedly, is a while for me). Off to the room, requested my provider. Started with some good mouth action in the chair and moved onto all other areas. Wonderful experience and she is hot as ever. During the main event she is always right on point, any one visiting her most likely won’t be disappointed. Seen her various times in the past few weeks. Depending on your taste, once again I must say she is a solid 9 provider. Her massagie is good as well, when the option is taken. Sometimes she does get a little over active with the teeth, but overall she is a top girl. She will be gone by December.
On another note it seems as if Joanne might be staying a little longer, so she may in fact be at HWC a bit longer then planned.

After HWC, I was just still in the mood, and I had indeed heard another one of the ladies I like was back in town. I had seen her about 3 times previously, and last month missed her return before she once again left. This lady would be Coco, at Sakura. Coco has been around a few months, and normally takes a few weeks off every few weeks, and then comes back, unlike most who take 3 month vacations and then work for a few months straight.
Stopped by and had a beer at a local bar, and said, to hell with it, let’s go see Coco. Rang the bell, stepped in, paid my house, and went off to the shower. Not as good as the TS I received at my new fav TS joint (Magical Touch, Randy (the lame) can vouch on that) but it was good none the less. I have reported on Coco before. She is cute as hell, and is younger. She does not have much tone to her body, she is all soft, but petite, it is almost like some extra baby fat. Half Japanese and Half Korean, she speaks both excellent. Problem is, she does not speak the most English. Either way, does not stop me from enjoying myself.
After the average TS, back to the room. I laid down for the expecting massagie, and she said, “what kind of massagie baby”, to which I informed her that I wanted the quickest massage possible so I could enjoy myself with other stress relieving techniques! Heh, then right to the turn over, for a little duel pleasure for the both of us, and off to the rest. I must once again say, her best feature added to her being damn cute is the overall tightness of the situation. If you are a Sakura goer, it is not the UC jobs Sue has been said to give, however, it is a wonderful time. In closing, Coco is back, and she is also taking a Christmas vacation soon. Gentleman! Here is another one, for the masses. The NoVA AMP man has been in high spirits lately, as some of my old girls have been showing up again (See: Coco, Cherry, Sakura and HWC respectively). For once in a long while I visited Kinja. I would like to take a moment to thank comrade Benefactor9, for giving me much intel on this.
A month or so ago I finally settled some differences with a provider at HWC, and then had two great sessions with her, soon after she went on a short “bacation”. Recently, B9 informed me that she was back, and now working at Kinja. The provider was June. (Those of you looking for her, look no further then 5 minutes down the street, hah).
Upon entering the mamasan was nice, yet of course did not recognize me; and directed me to the room. She then collected my fee, and before she walked out I requested June. The place was much bigger then I remember it being. June, looking hot as ever (What ever it is about her, I love her look, hot little thing) came in. Surprised to see me, wondering how I knew she was there. After the initial catch up, therapy was administered in the same excellent fasion as before, (if you are on her good side.. I have been on her bad before as well) and I practiced all fighting styles and I must say I gave her quite the time. Much like I did toward the end of her run at HWC, I do recommend. YMMV, but if it V’s in the right direction, another solid 9 lady (which most of you HWC’ers know, she is either a 9, or a 0 depending on your click with her).
Aside from that, mentioned earlier, Kinja is now busy as hell. The game has been stepped up and I put them right with HWC. Good job, Kinja. Nice business cards too, grab one on you're way out.

First off let me just say thanks to all you guys who post regulary. I am new to this forum and I have been hanging around reading your posts so I could get a little education.
I moved down to NOVA from Pennsylvania and where I come from there are no AMP's and I have only had one other AMP experience in MD and let me just say.....it sucked. But after reading what all of you guys have been writing, I decided I would give Sakura a try last night since I had a few free hours and that was one of the only places that I actually knew where it was.
In short, I had a great experience with Sue. Everything went as you describe it in your postings. Maybe a little rushed at times but in general in was a pleasure.
Now that I have busted my cherry in the NOVA AMP's, I am going to ask for the help of someone out there, since some of you guys really seem to know what you are talking about.
I am not going to lie to you I am very new to this and I could use the help of a senior member. If one or more of you guys could PM me and help me out, It would be greatly appreciated. Where I come from, we only have strip clubs and any "business" had to be handled there and I was not into that scene but I would like to make this a regular thing for me now that I am in VA.
If someone would be kind enough to kind of "mentor" me through this it would be great. I am not an ass---- and I am not going to come back to the forum and badmouth anyone. I am just looking for some help from you guys who seem to think the same way I do.
My major concerns are:
-where are some of these places, I am from the Dulles area and don't know the VA area too well
-what places should I be sure to check out and what place should I stay away from
-what girls are recommended and what ones to avoid

Good chance Mamasan was shopping. I'm sure you have noticed that in most AMP's there is a room where the girls gather when not working. They eat in there, watch Korean videos, BS, etc. You may also know that in some AMP's the girls actually live there. They will either share a room with mattresses on the floor, or will sleep on the customer tables, if you can imagine that. One hopes they do not toss or turn while sleeping.
Anyway, either Mamasan or the Kitchen Mama will go out and buy Korean food. Kitchen Mama will then cook and serve it. By the way, the girls must pay Mamasan for the food and they must each contribute money to pay Kitchen Mama's income. In smaller AMP's or ones with less business (say in rural areas of the country), Mamasan and Kitchen Mama may be one in the same person.
I know this info may not directly help you get what you are looking for at your local AMP. But knowing what the life of an AMP girl is llike may help you understand understand some of the ups and downs of her life and why she may not always be the smiling, happy person she might sometimes be.
I also believe it's interesting to reflect upon the lives of these women who live for the pleasure of men. It's true some of them make good incomes. But there are other costs of which customers may be unaware.

Rode out to Kinja today for a visit with June. Big Daddy is happy again ;-)
That's the first time I have been to Kinja. Pretty decent set up. The shower room is HUGE. Much nicer than the dark closet of a shower at most other places.
June did her usual stellar job, TS a little to delicate (I am "Big Daddy" and I don't break that easy), full menu ending with mish off the edge of the table with me standing. These tables are just a little higher than HWC as I had to stand on my toes until I pulled her off the side and went for it! She is very soft but she has excellent tone to her inner muscles! I think the "cute as a button" look with the big doe eyes is what gets me every time! Especially with the "white eye roll back"!

Just also wanted to mention you can't go wrong with any of the current girls at Sakura. I've seen two out of three, and the third (Coco) has good reviews in this forum.

Before arriving this fine Vet's day holiday morning, I called ahead and asked for June, already knowing that she's elsewhere, then expressed great disappointment and asked for Cherry.
Mamasan meets me at the door and asks if I had called. Appears somebody else called this morning asking for a military discount. Not likely to get a discount since they were unaware of the holiday. Cherry comes in shortly, very similar to June, minus the blue eye shadow. Short, with long curly hair, beautiful smile, NATURAL 34Cs, and excellent Egrish.
TS was thorough, asked for and recieved a scrubbing. Kept going back to the little soldier for more attention, wondered if it was going to finish right there in the TS.
Back in the room, she got more comfortable before using her limited weight to give the requested hard massage. Gentlemen, if you are looking for a real massage in the NOVA AMP, Cherry (as she says it) is a Professional. Haven't had it that good since my last trip to NY.
Then the she asked if I'd like anything else, to which a breathy "everything" was all the cue she needed. What followed was the typical alphabet soup: CBJ, ACG, ending in DS, all with almost believable sound effects and dirty talk.
After the physical therapy, we chatted for a while for a little ego therapy. All rewarded with the standard $. She's a keeper, but don't look for her after December 10th. She'll be in Maui on Bacation.

Not sure about the name change as I didn't check. (I just know it by location and don't recall seeing a new or different sign up top.) Mamasan is definitely the same.
I had to use the restroom before the session and had an opportunity to walk by the bullpen on the way back. Saw 3 or 4 girls (and an equal number of mattresses on the floor). Didn't get to inspect each, but my walk-by indicated better than usual in the looks department.

Some of you already know that I am relatively new to AMPs as I normally prefer agencies. However, with the top Asian escort agencies in the area shutting down, it was only natural that I get my fix at AMPs.
From reading the forums, it seemed liked DC was the place to go and NoVA was second-rate. However, DC is a hassle for me, especially during normal hours when parking and traffic is a pain. I've been visiting DC for the past two weeks but now I'm coming back to good old NoVA.
So for any other insecure folks who may have wondered if they were missing out by not going to DC, my thoughts are.
1. The girls in NoVA compare very favorably in looks AND service. I thought DC would have some supermodels or the like. But even the top girls I saw reviewed in the DC forum did not blow me away.
2. The mamasans at the NoVA AMPs are nicer. I feel like they could be my favorite aunt, whereas in DC, their eyes pierce right into my soul and blacken my bones.
3. The locations in NoVA are nicer. Bigger, cleaner, etc.
4. I don't have to waste time, gas, and money looking for a parking spot.
However, I'll still probably drop by DC if I see some good reviews. Otherwise, I'm sticking to NoVA.
Added note, circled the complex after my last visit in Woodbridge and saw that A+ was open for business again.
Need a release today. I am in Chantilly and don't want to travel to far. So just wondering if anyone has been to Best or K latley. If so please let me know if the talent is worth the $ or the trip.

The spas in the Woodbridge area are about as good as it gets. I have to make the trip from Richmond to enjoy the AMPS. Its been at least 3 years since I have driven to DC. I was a big fan of Downtown. My DC days were over as soon as I discovered HWC. Its so much easier to park in a shopping center or office park than negotiating your way to park in DC. The talent is here and overall a more pleasant experience.

After a recent post I had PMs from several members who had not a single post to their credit asking all sorts of questions. How much? What's the address? How do I go about it?

Some of you noobies may be aware of an event we call Black Wednesday that occurred some months ago in Washington, and a series of other East Coast cites. It involved a massive series of raids on AMPs that resulted in the arrests of hundreds of AMP employees and the closure of numerous spas. As you might expect, this has made many who pursue our hobby a little paranoid about people who we don't know, and who have NO track record on this board, who start by asking highly specific questions.
I might suggest that you go to the top of this page and click on "Abbreviations" and then scroll down and read the entry under "RTFF."
If you follow that advice you will find that there is a significant amount of information already available. In fact, you will probably find all of your answers with just a little work on your part.
Secondly, I would suggest that you get in the habit of chronicling your experiences here. After all, the reason for having this board is to share information. All of the hundreds of posts that are already here represent the experiences that other members have already posted. Once you establish some credibility with the membership I'm sure that you will find that more senior members will be glad to share more detailed information with you.
The key to this whole thing is that it is a cooperative venture. If you want to benefit from the work of others you need to do a little work yourself first.

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. The more I read his old posts I feel like I am beginning to understand him a bit more with each new round of helpless diapers wearing college kids we get. I just got flamethrower out of the shop myself, perhaps you'd like a reference - this mechanic is out of this fucking world. A bit expensive, but you get what you pay for.

The massage parlor experience is very simple. Look in the sports page of the local paper or in the yellow pages for ads. Drive to the selected establishment. Ring the bell. After being let in, pay the fee. Enter the spa room. Lay down on the spa table. Relax and let the licensed masseuse perform their job. Small talk if you like. When the masseuse is finished, kindly thank the masseuse. Leave a tip, if you like. Go home or back to work. That about covers it.
Decided to hit Kinja up again. Did not feel like requesting anyone, though June is great, I figured I would roll the dice. I will say, that it was a good choice.
In comes Kelly, a quite good looking lady with long straight hair and a killer body. I already knew this would be fun. Good atmosphere, friendly, playful, willing to please, which is just what I like. I have not really had a GFE at Kinja yet, more like a “friends with benefits” experience, or something to that effect.
Mamasan was very nice, and I figure I am a damn good regular now. Kelly was actually great at the massage portion of the therapy too, so that was enjoyable. The body though, hot. She has the body of an LA beach girl.
Either way, handled business accordingly and so far Kinja is def. proving to be a place worthy of the Chairman’s repeat business. (Though, I am waiting for that one suck ass experience, it always comes along right when you think it won’t).

Overall the experience was rather nice. TS was excellent, hitting all the right places and got squeaky clean.

1. After the shut down of popular AMP in DC, decided to check out WHC. It is basic setup like all other AMPs, it seems like I spooked them or something. Nothing but back rub was offered, when asked was told to go home.
2. Second time was much batter then the first. This time it was Joann, after the shower and 2 Min back rub was asked what do I want, reply of course was everything and everything was provided.
Every time I go to these AMP's memories of "South" keep coming back, well one day.

Tried Bodywork treatment in Manassas again, been twice, followed the norm. 1st trip asked for a 1/2 just to see whats up paid .5 door prize laid .5 on table, had hoped they would step up to the plate since black wed but just a HR offered but the usuall was said, "you come back next time and stay for 1 hour and we give u eryting" So 2nd trip .7 door prize $ on the table, table showered all the right stuff, back to room 1 HR let me play with digits then begged for it and still just another HR. They have the same 2 old ladies one is actually pretty hot but service sucks, looks like Woodbridge again for me. Dont waiste time at Bodywork treatment.
Seen Jessie twice in centreville and she's still the real deal, Getting a little oleder but Man She's got it. I just cant keep dropping my wad like that it's killing me. For info pm me or do a search either here or on the other board T*R. OR just google it.

Things were very bust at 4pm.
Well I want to start by saying in the past I had been to HWC 6 times before the AMP blackout & the next visit was gonna be on the house. So needless to say it’s been a minute & I was very anxious to see who I would meet. Hung out with 420 after a hard day at work and decided to reward myself with a visit. New mamasan from before is the 1st thing I noticed but I just smiled (hehe) and she led me to a room. I was greeted by a nice younger asian lady while I was undressing and she got the house .6 for the hour from me. Then she left and I heard some talking and was greeted by a new older lady but she was nice...definitely not as cute. My memory is a tad bit fuzzy but I want to say her name was Joyce. I'm horrible with names but really tried to make a conscious effort to remember. Anyways we proceeded to the TS and she got all the right spots. Once back to get the massage she asked me what I wanted. And I don't know if it was the 420 or she was joking around but when I said everything. I could of swore she said "Honey, I'm LE..." I thought I was gonna have a heart attack or something.. Scared me shitless. But then again hanging with 420 has the ability to do that...lol
Turns out she was asking me if I was LE. I said no then she left and came back. Then the fun started. Mind you thus far I had only been in there for about 15-20 mins tops. I was really eager. She pretty much skipped the massage which I was sort of hoping for. But she started rubbing her body on my back followed by a CBJ that she seemed quite enthusiastic about. I almost was about to pop & asked her to switch to DATY but she insisted that she wanted to be pounded. So about 59 sec in all the eagerness energy was released. Even though it was short it was fun..lol Sort of laid there for a moment and was hoping for a second pop but she said it was already around closing time & I was just happy to have had a good experience.

Well, seeing has how I am mildly tired of HWC, and service everywhere else in the area is definitely up to par, I decided to hit Kinja again. Last time, I did not request anyone and rolled Kelly, whom I was quite pleased with. I figured I would do the same once more, and well, let’s say it did not pan out quite so well.
In I go, mamasan greets me and collects the door fee. So far so good, I wonder who I will see, and then in comes Pink. She looks decent enough; body is nice, a touch taller then normal, thin, topped off with a belly button ring. The first thing I notice though is the look on her face. It was not a “I am new to the business look”, it was more like a “I am tired and I hate my job” look. I could sense the enjoyment already. The constant frown was followed by minimal conversation (which I tried to spark many a time) as she stood right in front of me staring and tapping her foot impatiently as I disrobed for the TS.
Of the to TS room, which was not smelling all that great today, and the silence continued to ensue. TS was below average to average, and by the time we finished up and got back to the room I was fairly close to leaving or requesting someone else. However, sometimes you just want to try a taste, even if you know it may be unfulfilling. Back in the room the massage starts, she finally tells me her name, and to my surprise the massage is decent. It lasted about 30 seconds before she asked what I wanted. After informing her that the Chairman wanted everything, she decided to ask how much, and of course I said the normal, and to my surprise once more she tried to pull an extra dub out of me. First and foremost, she must have not known who she was dealing with, and second I was sure as hell not about to pay any more then the standard fare, seeing as how so far every part of the treatment had been pretty bad, and to top it off the constant frown made her already lackluster face look even more like a Korean female version of Dopey from snow white and the seven dwarves. So she decided to stop trying to pull the extra and proceeded to get the proper equipment.
Ok, so here we go. I was hoping she at least gave a good CBJ. Well, good thing I did not want one, because it was about one lick long and she was jumping on top… Oh wait; I did want one, too bad for me I suppose.
At this point I was just like, alright, might as well nail away and get this thing hammered down. The rest of the time (though enthusiastic at this point) she still seemed to be saying things close to “you go yet”? At the end, she was tired, though quite frankly I did most of the work and I should have probably asked her to pay me. Now she was kissing and getting the hot towel. Funny, she is ready to do a good job now; sadly it was a little late. I am sure she was indeed tired, but she won’t be getting a repeat from me. On the way out, a few more kisses and I handed the standard tip, said bye to Mamasan and June. Mamasan asked me to come back tomorrow, I probably wont, but when I do return (which I will) I will def. be passing on Pink. YMMV, good luck with this one, face is a pretty big turn off with the frown and droopiness. Remember that bad experience I said always comes when things are going so well? Here it is. I have had worse, but still, I did not leave in a very good mood. You know the scale.

Well, I have made my second trip to Sakura and got to meet Coco. I looked for her based on your comments about her and I was not disappointed. But I think my first trip when I met Sue was a little better. I don't really know why I say that but I just felt I had a better time with Sue.
Coco is a cute little spitfire, she had just the right amount of makeup on and she looked good. Naturally, she acted like she knew me since I called and requested her before I got there. The same went for Mamasan, but she may have remembered me since I was just there a week earlier and told her I would be back. She said "you come back, you come back". I think when I go back there I will look for Sue. She seemed to try a little harder for a first timer, to get my return business.

Had a good TS and an average massage. A lot of tongue action during the massage and before the flip. Went through a number of positions a little DATY and 69. She was not afraid to move around, that's for sure.
As far as the $, I have gone strictly with what you guys are talking about. I am completely on board with keeping inflation costs down in this area.
Not being too familiar with the WB area, I took a different route and ended up driving by Kinja, so now I know where that one is so maybe I will give it a try next time.

Tried Sakura today, and left satisfied fully, but not really happy. Might not make sense, but my money, so my opinion. Provider was Tani, or Tania, or something like that. Middle aged, cute, natural C's showing a lot of gravity's pull. TS was through, but workmanlike. In the room, massage was weak. But, when we got to the main event, she was very into it, with lots of input, moisture, and apparent pleasure. When she started oozing out lots, I assumed she was not faking all the noises. Went to backlick and was given Linda from the mammasan who had way to many smokes in her day. Truthfully I would rather have the mamasan as she looked better. House fee was normal price. No TS. She gave an ok massage. At the end she used her had and hands lightly which was awsome. On the flip I got a pull and tug which was not so great. I have had much better else where as it was rushed. She had this nasty double nipple thing that really ruined it. On the plus side she had a great personality and was fun to talk to. Gave a decent tip and left. She asked when I return. I said soon but really I will not be.
Overall would not go back. I did not see other choices to chose from.

I usually do not post, but have been reading all your posts for over a year. I must congratulate all those who post for providing excellent reviews on the AMPS in the area.
I have been visiting AMPs in Northern VA, DC, Tampa, Colorado Springs, and Honolulu for a few years. I know that it is a hit or miss game that we play, but I seem to have better experiences in Northern VA than in other areas.
Recently stopped at HWC for a quick relaxing season. I think the providers name was Mina, and it was quiet enjoyable. I really like it when you get at least a half decent message prior to the real activity, and Mina did not disappoint me.
Keep up the good reviews.

It was with out a doubt my all time best AMP experience ever, period. That said I dropped out of the spa scene for about a year for various reasons. When I was ready to return I started reading reviews on that "other" board. Boy people were slamming it bad. Reviewers also "back channeled" me with more negative bits and pieces. Every so often I see a good write up but not enough to make me want to give them another shot. I guess if they were more consistent I might try them again. A less than good session is to be expected now and again but Kinja isn't likely to get my hard earned dollars any time soon.

Well I had to try Smile Spa in Dumfries again. Went to the door and mama answered. If any of you have been there in the past, a thin 50 something year old mama used to run the place. She opened another place in Lakeridge but have not been there. Her sister used to cover while she was gone. The sister answered and she remembered me from a while back. She was really excited to see me so I knew I was good. She said I have new pretty girl for you. I don't like to request, I like the surprise. In walked Cindy. Same girl I had seen last time I was there. Cindy was great last visit, but I was kind of bummed. I figured what the hell, maybe it would be better. Well it was. I made my first visit to Smile Spa today. With most folks crowding the malls for sales I figured this would be a good day. I was warmly greeted by mammasan and shown to my room. She asked if I had ever been here before and I told her no but I often go to HWC and Sakura. She seemed satisfied with my answer.
A few minutes later Kelly enters the room. She is by anyone’s standards very attractive. She has a pleasant face, longer hair and a very fit body. She has perfect tits that I'm sure were the result of work by a highly skilled surgeon. They looked and felt like they were natural but they were too perfect to be real. She told me it was her first day at Smile so I guess she will be there for a while.
I think it’s worth mentioning that the spa itself is very clean and tidy. The reception area, the shower and the room I used were immaculate. In my book that’s worth a lot. The floor in the shower room is a bit odd. It consists of smooth rocks with cement poured between them. I thought the table itself was a bit slippery. But like I said it appeared to be very clean.
I got a pretty thorough shower with attention paid to all the right places. I was able to get some lip to nut sack attention during the drying process. Back at the room she continued the drying process with me standing. During that time I reached in pant pocket and withdrew the standard tip. I lay on the table and she gives me a soft yet teasing massage. After a few minutes she excuses herself to get ready. She arrives back and removes her clothes to reveal one killer body. She spoke covered french like a native. In fact it was one of the better cbj's that I can recall. We then proceeded with cowgirl and reverse cowgirl. She is also very skilled in this department.
By now you must be thinking; "dang, what a session". Well... not really. First, despite her skills Kelly is far from a GFE. In fact she was more about controlling the session than about what I may have wanted. I wanted her killer body to be more accessible during the french lesson but she just wouldn't do it. She refused to move from the other end of the table during this time. I also had to get her to slow it down a couple of times. She was going so fast I thought I was going to have a SOG before the main event. I'm really to old to usually be doing a couple shots during a session. I have no complaints about the PIV part. She didn't try to hurry me during that time and like I said before she is very good at it.
But my really big complaint is this; I was in and out of there in 28 minutes flat. This annoys me to no end. It's one thing for the one hour sessions from the not to distant past becoming 45 minutes but now their cuting into that time. They wern't busy so thats not an excuse. Busy is not an excuse anyway. I think it's just lazieness, greed and taking the customer for granted. While there are many good things to say about Smile and Kelly, I won't be going back. I only get to do the AMP thing about once a month(well, sometimes two) so I want what I'm paying for, at least the time part.
My last session before this was with Sherry at HWC. (yes...take a moment to reflect on this giving and talented lady and hope she makes it back from "vacation" someday). Just no comparison. Lots of fun and talent. The session even lasted longer than the standard 45 minutes. Oh well, you just never know whats going to happen when you ring the bell at your local spa. It's too bad about Smile, this place could have been a contender.
Saw Sasha today at the aforementioned AMP. Short pretty girl with unadulterated breasts and a cute smile. She was funny and spoke english pretty well. And feisty too. A TS not really worth mentioning except all important parts were washed well. And a medium massage that left something to be desired. But the old now you don't now you see it CBJ trick was in fashion again and the ensuing activity was fantastic. Then some real slow DATY which seemed to have more than its desired effect. She was having some kind of time. And I'm not blowing my own horn here. Needless to say she was hot to trot after that and so was I! The rest goes without saying. Now if she'd just come home and. Tried this one out as I know they have shower and more normal haunt does not. Now I see why you all love it. Got a great scrub from Sunny with the proper attention. I told her where I usually goes and she new the people there. We joked around about the other place. So far so good. I like it. I wanted a hard massage as the week really sucked. Shit that was TOO hard as I left in pain. Great PNP on the flip and got to wander around while she worked.
One thing that will make me go back is the foot massage and the fact that she was fun to talk with compared to H****.
Sunny looked ok. In mid 30's I think but was fun to talk with. Next time I will as for light massage and think I will enjoy it much more. I found the place and the TS very clean.

I left out some details: She seamed impatient or pressed for time at first, but then she settled into the hour session. The TS and massage were a bit on the fast side, but the stretching was properly timed.
BTW. Had a real massage last week from a real masseuse in a real spa. The General stood up at attention on the flip. Ready for combat! Couldn't help it. I was drifting away and thinking of Sunny, Sasha, June. It was a reflex from years of intense training in Woodbridge. The provider was NOT happy about that! She practically jumped back. This place is there but not accross the street from where golden was. Just up a little farther west on the back side of the strip shoping center next to Tippys tacos. You park where Sun Star therapy is and walk on the backside of the building, Great hard to find place. With the holiday and free time on my hands, I decided to try somewhere I hadn't been to. So I went to Tyco. Uhm $ door fee, and a 40ish tech that was overly worried I was Leo. An hour later and the usual nova treatment, (though no bed in the shower). At the end of an hour i (honestly) forgot the tip. Too bad she was so paranoid, it might have been fun.

This place is there but not accross the street from where golden was. Just up a little farther west on the back side of the strip shoping center next to Tippys tacos. You park where Sun Star therapy is and walk on the backside of the building, Great hard to find place. JJFortunately, I have never been present during a raid, but besides the humiliation and embarassment along with the implied threat to your reputation if you're jailed or go to court, LE can hold you for questioning if there is probable cause. If they thought they had enough evidence to come inside an AMP, they probably already have probable cause to believe that a crime or crimes are taking place inside.
Realistically, however, what goes on BCD is hard to prove. I haven't heard what happened to the guys that were present during the August raids up and down the East Coast.
Even in DC, where P4P is technically legal (but solicitation for it by either customer or provider is not), LE is usually at a disadvantage when trying to send in a guy undercover to prove that solicitation (unless the girl is really stupid or you're in Spotsylvania County where LE got caught touching the girls.) I advise the girls to beware of any guy that will not touch them or attempts to negotiate specific prices in advance for a particular service as possible undercover LE.
For us, the obvious rule is to confess to nothing, you were there to get an innocent massage and you can't check the girl's Green Card status or see her massage license. Of course, if you're caught coitus interruptus, that's a whole different story as it's tough to explain why you're having sex in a place of business. Still, never admit that you are paying or offered to pay for sexual services would be the best advice.
The toughest thing to deal with as far as evidence is concerned is the condom. If time permits, the girls probably try to flush them down the toilet if they have advanced warning of a raid. I always try to keep a towel close by just in case and be prepared to put on my undershorts quickly in case of an emergency.
As we have seen recently by the Federal involvement in some raids, unless it's local LE trying to get rid of AMPs as a "local nuisance," customers are a side show, LE is really after the AMP operators and network that supplies the girls. Because local LE efforts have in many cases been ineffective as they often can only rely on building or health code violations, the Feds roll in looking for immigration violations, alleged human trafficking, federal income tax violations, etc.
Here are some of the state laws in Virginia that affect us. I posted these a while ago, here's a refresher:

VA Code § 18.2-346. Being a prostitute or prostitution
A. Any person in Virginia, who, for money or its equivalent, commits adultery, fornication or any act in violation of § 18.2-361, or offers to commit adultery, fornication or any act in violation of § 18.2-361 and thereafter does any substantial act in furtherance thereof, shall be guilty of being a prostitute, or prostitution, which shall be punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor.
B. Any person in Virginia, who offers money or its equivalent to another for the purpose of engaging in sexual acts as enumerated above and thereafter does any substantial act in furtherance thereof shall be guilty of solicitation of prostitution and shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
VA Code § 18.2-355. Taking, detaining, etc., person for prostitution,etc., or consenting thereto
Any person in Virginia, who:
(1) For purposes of prostitution or unlawful sexual intercourse, takes any person into, or persuades, encourages or causes any person to enter, a bawdy place, or takes or causes such person to be taken to any place against his or her will for such purposes; or,
(2) Takes or detains a person against his or her will with the intent to compel such person, by force, threats, persuasions, menace or duress, to marry him or her or to marry any other person, or to be defiled; or,
(3) Being parent, guardian, legal custodian or one standing in loco parentis of a person, consents to such person being taken or detained by any person for the purpose of prostitution or unlawful sexual intercourse; is guilty of pandering, and shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
VA Code § 18.2-29. Criminal solicitation; penalty
Any person in Virginia, who commands, entreats, or otherwise attempts to persuade another person to commit a felony other than murder, shall be guilty of a Class 6 felony. Any person age eighteen or older who commands, entreats, or otherwise attempts to persuade another person under age eighteen to commit a felony other than murder, shall be guilty of a Class 5 felony. Any person who commands, entreats, or otherwise attempts to persuade another person to commit a murder is guilty of a felony punishable by confinement in a state correctional facility for a term not less than five years or more than forty years.
VA Code § 18.2-357. Receiving money from earnings of male or female prostitute
Any person in Virginia, who shall knowingly receive any money or other valuable thing from the earnings of any male or female engaged in prostitution, except for a consideration deemed good and valuable in law, shall be guilty of pandering, punishable as a Class 4 felony.
VA Code § 18.2-356. Receiving money for procuring person
Any person in Virginia, who shall receive any money or other valuable thing for or on account of procuring for or placing in a house of prostitution or elsewhere any person for the purpose of causing such person to engage in unlawful sexual intercourse or any act in violation of § 18.2-361 shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
VA Code § 18.2-361. Crimes against nature; penalty
A. If any person in Virginia, carnally knows in any manner any brute animal, or carnally knows any male or female person by the anus or by or with the mouth, or voluntarily submits to such carnal knowledge, he or she shall be guilty of a Class 6 felony, except as provided in subsection B.
B. Any person who performs or causes to be performed cunnilingus, fellatio, anilingus or anal intercourse upon or by his daughter or granddaughter, son or grandson, brother or sister, or father or mother is guilty of a Class 5 felony. However, if a parent or grandparent commits any such act with his child or grandchild and such child or grandchild is at least 13 but less than 18 years of age at the time of the offense, such parent or grandparent is guilty of a Class 3 felony.
C. For the purposes of this section, parent includes step-parent, grandparent includes step-grandparent, child includes step-child and grandchild includes step-grandchild.
VA Code § 18.2-350. Confinement of convicted prostitutes and persons violating §§ 18.2-347 through 18.2-349
Every person convicted of being a prostitute in Virginia, and every person convicted of violating any of the provisions of §§ 18.2-347 through 18.2-349 shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor; provided, however, that in any case in which a city or county farm or hospital is available for the confinement of persons so convicted, confinement may be in such farm or hospital, in the discretion of the court or judge.
VA Code § 18.2-348. Aiding prostitutionor illicit sexual intercourse
It shall be unlawful in Virginia, for any person or any officer, employee or agent of any firm, association or corporation, with knowledge of, or good reason to believe, the immoral purpose of such visit, to take or transport or assist in taking or transporting, or offer to take or transport on foot or in any way, any person to a place, whether within or without any building or structure, used or to be used for the purpose of lewdness, assignation or prostitution within this Commonwealth; or procure or assist in procuring for the purpose of illicit sexual intercourse, or any act violative of § 18.2-361, or to give any information or direction to any person with intent to enable such person to commit an act of prostitution.
VA Code § 18.2-347. Keeping, residing in or frequenting a bawdy place; "bawdy place" defined
It shall be unlawful in Virginia, for any person to keep any bawdy place, or to reside in or at or visit, for immoral purposes, any such bawdy place. Each and every day such bawdy place shall be kept, resided in or visited, shall constitute a separate offense. In a prosecution under this section the general reputation of the place may be proved.
As used in this Code, "bawdy place" shall mean any place within or without any building or structure which is used or is to be used for lewdness, assignation or prostitution.

I was saving my pennies to visit-guess I'll just "beat it".
Fortunately, I have never been present during a raid, but besides the humiliation and embarassment along with the implied threat to your reputation if you're jailed or go to court, LE can hold you for questioning if there is probable cause. If they thought they had enough evidence to come inside an AMP, they probably already have probable cause to believe that a crime or crimes are taking place inside.
It has always been one of my personal goals to have a hot K girl bent over a table while some LEO is kicking the door in.
Has not happened yet, so I guess I'll keep on working (Or is it fucking?). :(

When pressed on the matter I said nothing extra had been offered or requested. Politely listen to his diatribe as they talk to the other monger and take pics of the girls and manager. Out and gone in 15 minutes. Did scare the bejeezes out of me since I'd heard of DC's Johns School and really didn't want to go thru that or have the arrest on my record. Stayed away for months and was a long time before I felt comfortable in a Spa again. I'm guessing it could have been a pretty hefty fine if caught in the act.

Was asked where I work (I said self employed) and was given a veiled threat of calling numbers on my cell phone (always have it in the car or off with a pin), but he figured he'd scared me enough and just took my info and said if he sees me again in one of these he'll run me in. Thank you Jet for the reprinting of your Legal Primer. Don't recall seeing mention of confiscation of your automobile. I've heard in DC and other places they confiscate your vehicle in prostitution cases. Does it apply to AMPs as well? Anyone know the truth and/or have the legal code that applies to loss of vehicle?
Figured with all the LE action to the south, I'd head north to Sterling to visit the local rub-n-tug. AO. Twice before, I had received a descent massage but only once was offered and did receive minimal extra service. It was rushed, and she was not in her element. The General was not very pleased and the boys did not get the are&are they were hoping for.
This last visit, attitudes were more formal. The place has apparently gone legit. Or way under the radar and is only providing extras to known repeat customers, which I am not. I got a good massage. All the way through 1 hour. No additional service offered, and when I asked for a tug, she was offended and said "Just massagie. Only massagie". I was embarrassed and I walked away.

As for being caught in the act. Recommend you have the home- and cell-number of a well known criminal defense attorney on your speed dial. You never know when you need that for other incidences. But if you're being hauled in and charged for being in a bawdy house, you'll wish you had a good attorney that you can count on. It will be the most important call you make that day, and the beginning of an expensive relationship.
BTW. During my visits, I too never bring in a phone, or a watch or jewelry, or my wallet. I keep 5 Jacksons in a discreet place (not my pant pockets). Can't be too careful leaving ID around a place like that. You never know what's going on while your getting the boys soaped up in the TS. And just having cash on you looks a little incriminating. But then again that is circumstantial. Having dealt with LE on several occasions in actions against others, I can tell you that they don't waste allot of time building cases with circumstantial evidence on petty misdemeanors like being a John, because they like to work complaints that are clear violations, with substantial evidence so that the charges stick. If you banging a K-girl in the ass and your dangling a see-note from your teeth, and LE walks in, you're likely going downtown in a cruiser. And I don't mean to the spa in DC.
It's a risk we all take. But damn, that poontang is worth it, ain't it?

We in the US can only hope...Uncle Sam, State, and local government would tax the business and the workers to death. Look at the costs of visiting the legal brothels in Nevada. I'm a Libertarian and all for decriminalization of the hobby as private, recreational activity between two consenting adults. Unfortunately for us, the cost for FS would probably double, however, if they legalized and regulated the AMPs and collected income taxes from the girls and owners.
It comes down to what constitutes a "bawdy house." Assuming the girls are there voluntarily and not "trafficked," technically, presumably since AMP girls don't file W-2s, they're not really "employees" of the establishments where you find them. As a result, when we pay the "manager" a house fee, all we're really doing is renting a room for an hour or a specified period of time. For all anyone knows, we could just use their shower, sauna, and tanning bed and/or be in there taking a nap by ourselves.
A girl, often wearing a bikini or miniskirt, who is not an employee, knocks on your door, collects the house fee (rent) and delivers it to the manager for you and comes back and asks if you want company. If you want company, she will stay with you for a while and what transpires is between you and her, not between you and the management. That's why you don't pay the house fee and tip to the manager. Ostensibly, the management has no idea anything of a sexual nature is taking place BCD.
Of course, the IRS would disagree and claim that the girls really are independent contractors plying an illegal trade and their tips are their earnings which they don't file tax returns on. Presumably, the girls also pay a fee to the manager as their "rent" for being there on the premises.
With the exception of the Federal raids on the West Coast earlier this year and the August East Coast Federal raids, along with some high profile local LE raids of AMPs in Waterbury, Connecticut and a handful of other places, you almost never see media reporting on local LE AMP raids here (with the exception of Spotsylvania County where LE went over the line.) They must not have found much and the main tactic seems to be harassment of the customers, girls, managers, and owners.
Because sex doesn't take place in a "legitimate" business in an office park, it is very hard to explain away a carton of hundreds of condoms (and recently used ones) found during an LE raid. As a result, we have seen an increase in girls working out of condos which are not subject to business zoning/code inspections and health department "inspections."
Another counter-move during LE crackdowns is a "condom less AMP." The manager doesn't allow condoms on the premises or on the girls that are there, so if LE visits, there is no evidence of anything of a sexual nature going on. Of course, if we bring and dispose of our own cover and can negotiate our own deal BCD, that's strictly between the girl and us. I have used this technique often in R&T places to get FS when the girl is willing.

I had a similar situation in DC @ CPHC when the department of health inspector arrived. I heard some comotion in the other rooms and decided to get my clothes on. When he came in I was fully dressed.
When he questioned me I gave him a fake name and said that I just arrived. I all actuality, I had already finished. But, I guess to say "thank you", both Mamasan and my lady insisted on another round on the house. Who was I to argue.
So, another round ensued and, as I was leaving about 45 minutes later, so was the inspector. I guess he had to "review" some records.

The 10 o'clock news on channel 5 reported tonight that a prostitution raid was conducted last week at the HWC Accupressure Clinic in Woodbridge. Nine women were arrested and later released, all facing future court appearances. No further details were given. This doesn't look good, guys.

A Lake Ridge area brothel operating under the guise of an acupressure center was shutdown after the manager and eight men were arrested on prostitution-related charges following a recent investigation, according to Prince William County police.
Health and Wellness Center at 12504 Lake Ridge Drive in the Lake Ridge Executive Park was found to be involved in prostitution following a Monday evening search that turned up new and used condoms, currency, financial- and prostitution-related documents and owe sheets, which are often used to document prostitution transactions, according to a search warrant filed in Prince William County Circuit Court.
The manager of the center, *********, 53, of *********** in Carrollton, Texas, was charged with maintaining a bawdy place, Bogert said.
***********, 39, of *********** in Fairfax Station; *********, 21, of *********** in Burke; ************, 45, of ********** in the Nokesville area; *************, 42, of *********** in the Mason Neck area; ************, 26, of ************ in Vienna; **************, 47, of ************ in the Manassas area; ************, 57, of *********** in the Fairfax area; and ************, 68, of *********** in the Haymarket area were charged with frequenting a bawdy place.
Police were tipped off to the operation by an unidentified man who was pulled over during a traffic stop after being seen leaving the business, according to an affidavit that was filed in Prince William County Circuit Court on Monday.
The man, who had been to the center a few times, told police that an Asian woman greeted him at the door and then escorted him to another room where he was greeted by a "younger" Asian woman, according to the affidavit states.
After being asked what he wanted, the source received sexual favors at a cost.
The center is also mentioned on a Web site that lists other "massage parlors" in Northern Virginia and that has a blog on which one man describes in detail the sexual favors he received at the Lake Ridge area center.
During the search police also seized a business license, ID cards, VIP cards and a credit card reader, according to the search warrant.

Soliciting of prostitution charge means the person was asking for a sexual act involving money, Bogert said, while the frequenting a bawdy place charge is when a person is inside the business, knowing what the business is.
Each was released on their promise to appear in court. They will appear in court on March 9.
The investigation continues, Bogert said.

What seems to be interesting here is that just reading about what allegedly took place there on a "blog" (presumably this board on USA Sex Guide) may not have been enough to get a warrant for LE to go in. If they sent an undercover guy in who tried to negotiate specifc acts for a specific amount and would not touch the girls himself, hopefully the girls would have figured out he was LE and not offered him anything more than a massage and he would have no evidence of any illegal activity.
What it did seem to take to get a warrant to raid the place was this guy's affadavit about his "experience" at the AMP.
Recent reports have seemed to indicate that LE had HWC under surveillance for some time (marked police cars were seen in the parking lot on more than one occasion.) The former mamasan knew they were being watched and she even asked me to call her if I ever found out anything. I promised her I would and she gave me a big hug and a kiss.
Funny thing, other than the house fee, the girls never asked me for money when I went there. I am a charitable kind of guy, though, and I just left a voluntary donation to help them save for college and to help their poor families back home in Korea.
You have to give LE some credit for creativity, though--following a customer out of the parking lot and then pulling him over for a "traffic violation" and then pressing him to tell them about his "experience."
I wonder if the previous management destroyed the filled VIP cards. If not, and LE found them, the LE Korean interpreter will have lots of interesting reading for sure. As the article said, "the investigation continues." I wonder if the girls will be charged with anything, or if they will just be turned over to ICE like the ones apprehended on Black Wednesday in August.

Some guys need to toughen up. Where I'm from, LE closed down a HJ only place based on info they got from customers as they left the parking lot. The cops would pull them over "just checking.'' The place has never reopened.
Guys, if LE pulls you over simply say I was in there for a massage, no offer of P4P was made.

I am not defending the person who did it, but somehow I bet they were led to believe that the police would be letting their employer or wife know that they were in a "bawdy place".
If you read the Michigan boards there was a case where the police sent letters to the homes of people who parked at a massage parlor. Unfortunately, it the letter was addressed to the registered person, which could have been their wife or gf.
It seems that these two actions violate the 4th amendment, but I am not a lawyer.
